2. Roman gods and Greek gods

Thailin saw a silhouette get closer and closer but before she could see who it was her eyes got heavier and heavier, she tried to stay awake and she wanted to see who it was. Her eyes just gave, and closed.

When she woke up she saw her parents saying goodbye, but then she fell asleep again.

When she woke up there was a woman in her early 20's with long straight ginger red hair that reached all the way down to her waist she had white skin that glowed when the light was shining on her. She was wearing a lime green t-shirt that said CM. She was also wearing black leggings like the ones you wear when you do yoga. She wore a bronze chest plate over her t-shirt and leggings.

Thailin looked around the room and she saw a calendar with X's on it marking the days that passed. Today was November 3rd her birthday she'd completely forgotten that it was her birthday she was finally 4!

"Where am I?" she asked. "You're at Camp Misce that means mix in Latin. Because camp Misce is a mix of Roman and Greek, my code name is Ruby but my real name is Lea. but we all call each other by our code name" Ruby said. "My names Thailin and that's not what I meant by this building," Thailin responded.

"Oh" Ruby said "well this is the Hermes/Mercury cabin. Hermes/Mercury is the god of thieves and trickery, the children of Hermes/Mercury love playing pranks on people". Who is Hermes/Mercury Thailin thought? "You may be wondering who Hermes/Mercury is," she continued.

Could she read minds?! "Well technically they are the same person Hermes is the Greek side and Mercury is the Roman side". She said "but when the Romans won the war against the Greeks, the gods moved to Rome. and they got their Roman name and Hermes' Roman name is Mercury". Ruby finished

"I'm confused" Thailin said shortly. "We'll explain everything later. But for now we need to get you a weapon". Ruby said "brush your teeth put on some cloth, we have extra CM shirts in the closet.

When you're ready meet me outside the cabin". After Thailin brushed her teeth she put on a lime green dress that had CM on it. She walked outside and there Ruby was waiting for her like she said.
