Ch 15

It felt like hours that they were walking around that building with very little result. The temperature dropped to the point that they all had to stop just to stay warm.

"Whelp, this is the end for us" Drakken whined, "Dying in an over sized freezer. I'll be honest, I expected the electric chair, but this will suffice". He laid on the ground, "I'm giving up. See you all on the other side"

"Get up, stupid" Shego seethed, "We're not dying here and I'll be damned if you're leaving me with the kids"

"Shego, we're damned either way" he pointed out

She growled, "Fuck this place! Fuck that wannabe villain! Fuck, fuck, just...FUCK!". She let loose plasma blast in all directions.

The others had to duck onto the ground just to avoid a fatal hit. The blasts bounced around the room hitting a few of the walls making a loud cracking noise. Ron got up and looked at the walls.

"Hey, I'm not a science guy, but what happens when a super cold anything is heated up super quick?" he asked

"Obviously the item wouldn't be able to handle the sudden rush of heat and begin to...crack" Drakken said. His eyes widened and he slowly sat up, "That's it! By jove the idiot cracked the code! So to speak"

Ron frowned, "Hey I'm trying in life, lay off the stupid jokes"

"Uh, someone let us in on the little joke here?" Shego asked

"It is simple Shego. So simple we completely missed it!" Drakken raved, "The drop on temperature has made everything rigid, if you and Letta were to aim your blasts at the walls that are already cracked, in intervals that can let them rapidly cool again, we could break through and run in between the walls!"

"Yeah!" Tim said excitedly, "And whatever is cooling the rooms must be making a lot of heat somewhere. If it's coming from the walls themselves..."

"Then there would be a heat source in between the walls!" He and Drakken finished

"And also a path...cuz a fridge this big needs a lot of maintenance right?" Letta wondered

Shego smiled, "As long as I get to trash something I don't care". She powered up her hands.

Jim pushed a grocery cart down the cereal aisle. He looked at the list once again then scanned the shelves, "Seriously I never thought that I'd live long enough to think a box of mega blasto bits would be expensive" he sighed. He grabbed the smallest box and put it in the cart.

Carmen came up with a few items in her hands to put in the cart, "Okay I found the soda, the milk, the cheese, and the v 12 car engine. Are we about done with the shopping?"

Jim looked in the basket, "How'd you find a car engine?"

She rolled her eyes laughing, "It's Smarty Mart, they have anything you could possibly need. I mean we could of bought two elephants if we wanted"

"Why not? Let's treat ourselves" he asked

"Are you seriously saying that we would have a need for elephants mister James Possible?" she inquired

"What I am saying is that we could ride elephants for the heck of it. Plus the apartments allow pets and the contract never specified what kind or how big. I think we should test the extremes of this" he clarified

"I love you so much right now" Carmen smiled widely, "To the pet section"

Dimitri looked from camera to camera. He yelled and banged on the desk, "How!?" he shouted, "I was gone for two mintues. TWO MINTUES! How'd they find a way around my cameras!?"

He frantically switched from camera to camera his anger growing more and more from seeing every blank room. He dropped into his chair, "Impossible! It is impossible to get out of there alive"

"Dude the impossible is totally possible for a Possible!" a voice sounded

Dimitri looked behind him. A flying fist made contact with his face knocking him out of the chair. His head smacked the monitor and he slid down the desk onto the floor unconscious. "Knew I'd be back in time to knock him out" Shego grinned smugly.

They cuffed him and dragged him out of the building. The group headed to the hovercar, "Hang him off of it" Drakken ordered, "The likes of him shouldn't get much luxury"

Everyone was all too happy to do so. They flew off with Dimitri dangling by a single rope thousands of feet in the air.

"...So like the mini villain and Shego blastes us out of the the deep freeze, Shego ko'd the bad dude, we made it back, Dimitri is behind bars, and I'm coming home with a sweet 50 grand reward!" Ron explained, "Anything big happen while I was gone?"

Kim shook her head, "Rufus is making a usual mess of the kitchen, paperwork, paperwork, paperwork, Jim and Carmen were in the news for challenging the pet rule for their apartment- that is a whole story in itself, aaaand I went in for a ultrasound earlier today"

"Oh? How's the little crime fighter?" he asked

"Practicing kicks" she replied rubbing her stomach, "I have to wonder how this one is going to be when it grows up"

"With a mom like you, our kid's gonna be the awesomest little hero the world has ever seen" he assured

"Aww, Ron" she smiled

"Oh I gotta go, my plane's here. See ya in like 16 hours Kimeter" he said

"Yeah see ya" she smiled as she ended the call.
