Nami could sense Robin's eyes on her as she walked into breakfast, everyone was already there, from Jinbei up to Luffy. She was the last one to enter the dining room, Sanji swooned as usual as he spun around her with a plate of food. Luffy had a huge pout on his face, no doubt because Sanji hadn't served them yet. She didn't want to talk to Robin, especially since that woman probably knows everything that had happened so far with her and Luffy. Everything. The thought terrified her.
Sure, she didn't actually know if they had sex or not, but the thought didn't fail to entertain her mind. Entertain. What a horrific word. She wouldn't use another word to describe it though, seeing now everytime she looked at Luffy, she couldn't help but imagine him hovering over her in his birthday suit. Over her, no, her over him, more or less. Her eyes drifted from the plate that was placed before her as she sat down to the idiotic captain of hers, who drooled as Sanji went to go get the other servings.
She blinked, he was just topless, right? She closed her eyes tightly before opening them again, no, he had a shirt on, and it wasn't his red cardigan, but a yellow-orange shirt, that he probably stole from Law, seeing the symbol of the Heart Pirates decorating the back of the shirt. The front though, was a low cut V-neck, which didn't help her from looking at his collar bone.
"Nami, he's gonna steal your food, if you don't pay attention!" Brook exclaimed, probably still traumatized from his first meal on the ship, where he had unwillingly lost all his food to his stretchy armed captain.
Nami sighed, and stabbed a tomato with her fork, bringing it to her mouth as her eyes wandered back over to Luffy, who had stood from the table. Pantsless? She blinked, nope, he was wearing black shorts, his yellow sash, however was not tied around them, as it was usually with his most often outfit.
"What's with those eyes, Nami?" Robin asked from across from her, her hand spawning to grab back her meat from the rubber armed idiot.
"What eyes?" Nami whipped her head to the only other female on board.
"Those ones. I swear, they look almost like Sanji's." Robin smiled, successfully getting her meat back to her plate.
"Sanji's?" Nami yelled, causing everyone at the table, especially Sanji, to stop what they were doing. Nami didn't fail to notice the three legs of meat sticking out of Luffy's mouth and his hands hovering over Sanji's plate.
"Ah, Nami-san cares about if this idiot eats my food or not!" Sanji swooned spinning around, and unfortunately leaving his plate unguarded, of which his captain didn't care, and stuffed all of the food into his mouth, before pulling out three empty bones, licked clean.
"Oi, Luffy!" Sanji yelled, upon seeing the last of his eggs leave the plate.
"So, why do they look like Sanji's, Nami?" Robin asked again.
"What look like Sanji's?" Nami stated, deciding to deny any accusation that Robin made.
"Your eyes."
"Robin, you're weird, Nami's eyes look nothing like Sanji's." Chopper interrupted.
"Sure, they do." Robin's smile didn't seem to change, but the way she slurred her words made Nami's cheeks heat up in embarrassment.
"Are you saying I'm looking at someone with lewd thoughts?" Nami asked, slamming her fork to the table.
"I didn't think you were looking at him with the desire to drown his helpless body underwater for the sea kings to devour." Usopp shuddered as the woman said that with a completely straight face.
"Drown who underwater?" Chopper screamed, "Is there an enemy?"
"No, no, no." Nami sighed, "I'm not thinking of drowning anyone underwater, especially not him, he'd die, Robin."
"Anyone would die if they drowned." Zoro chimed in.
"Jinbei wouldn't." Usopp voiced, "he lives under water."
"Anyone except fishmen would die if they drowned." Zoro corrected himself, grabbing the bottle of sake off the table.
"Well he would especially die." Nami retorted.
"Of course, he'd be helpless." Robin smiled.
"As soon as he touches the water, he'd be helpless, Robin, and besides, I'm not looking at him with those thoughts." Nami shoved a piece of her meat into her mouth with a pout.
"I said you weren't," came Robin's response as she took a bite of her food.
"Nami said you were saying she was looking at someone with 'lewd thoughts'!" Chopper chimed in, finally understanding the situation, or at least thinking he did.
"Oh, really." Zoro smirked.
"Did you say I was a pervert? Super!" Franky cheered.
"How dare you assume Nami-san would look at someone that way!" Sanji screamed, kicking at Zoro, who blocked with his sword.
"That's something I never thought I'd hear!" Brook laughed, "if I had ears! Yohohoho!"
Jinbei joined in the laughter, exclaiming how cheerful the crew was.
"Nami having lewd thoughts?" Usopp smirked, "who too? Sorry, Nami, but I'm already taken!" Usopp sniffed his finger, with a proud smile.
"What does 'lewd' mean, Nami?"
Everything went silent upon Luffy's question, though, Nami's face heated, and Zoro and Robin both smiled. Usopp rushed over to his friend to try and explain it, without ruining his innocence, Chopper having to run over as well, not understanding the word either, or the commotion he caused when explaining what he thought Robin had meant.
Luffy's eyes widened, and looked directly at Nami, who suddenly decided that eating half of her plate was enough for breakfast, and rushed out of the room. Looking at Luffy with eyes like that, only furthered her picturing him underneath her. Robin followed, leaving only the guys in the crew to finish up breakfast.
"Nami," Robin stated, placing a hand on the navigator's shoulder, as they stood next to each other at the head of the ship.
"What." Nami mumbled, hiding her face in her hands.
"I'm sure he thought nothing of it."
"I don't want to think like that anymore, Robin," Nami whined, "it's uncomfortable around the ship when I do."
"I understand."
"Oi, Nami!" someone called, causing the person in question to stiffen.
"I'll leave you two, then." Robin smiled, patting the orange haired woman on the shoulder, before leaving her to her captain.
"I don't want to talk, Luffy."
"Well I do." Luffy stated, hoisting himself on the rail, and faced her.
"Luffy, don't do that, you'll fall!" Nami screamed, grabbing his arms to pull him down.
Luffy shrugged his arms out of her grasp, and held onto the railing with one hand, "No, I won't. Besides, I wanted to talk to you."
Nami sighed, grabbing his wrist just in case the idiot really did fall. "What do you want to talk about, Luffy."
"That lewd word thing that you said earlier." Luffy stated, with a hum, "I still don't get it. Usopp said it's when someone looks at someone that they want to sleep with, but I don't get it, he seemed to mean something other than sleep."
"No, he meant 'sleep together.'" Nami sighed, not wanting to put up with this conversation.
"Ah, so were you looking at Robin, then?" Luffy asked, "you two sleep together."
"Not that kind of sleep together, Luffy," Nami sighed, "and why would I need to look at her if I want to sleep with her, when I already do."
Luffy leaned backward, his hat catching on his chin, as he hooked his feet around the bars, "I still don't get it, Nami."
"It's okay if you don't get it, Luffy."
"So who were you looking at if it wasn't Robin?" Luffy asked, attempting to fold his arms, but Nami still held onto one wrist, so only one arm crossed his chest.
"It doesn't matter." Nami sighed.
"You mentioned Sanji earlier, was it Sanji?"
"Why would it be Sanji?"
"Cause you mentioned him earlier."
"It's never going to be Sanji, okay?"
"Never going to be?" Luffy sat up, "So you want to sleep with different people then?"
"NO!" Nami shouted, letting go of Luffy's wrist causing him to lose his balance, as he fell backwards again. "Luffy!" she screamed.
"I'm fine." Luffy answered, sitting back up, she had forgotten he hooked his legs around the railing. "Wait…" he tapped his head, then his back, "where's my hat?"
Nami leaned over the railing, and looked into the water, "there it is, you want me to get it?" she asked.
Luffy looked down next to her, "Ah," he stretched his arm down and scooped it up from the water, before placing it back on his head.
"Oi! Luffy!" Nami exclaimed but it was too late, as he suddenly went limp against the railing, his legs still having some of their strength however, as the water dripped out of his hair. The top half of his shirt was soaking wet, and it slowly seeped lower down his torso.
Nami grabbed the hat off of his head, as he jumped off the railing, "You okay?"
"Hat betrayed me, you meanie." he mumbled, glaring at the hat in her hands, and shaking his hair of the salt water, not being very effective though.
"Hey, Luffy, why are you wet?" Usopp asked, as he joined them, Chopper at his heels.
"My hat betrayed me Usopp! He got me all wet!" Luffy mumbled, crying and pointing an accusatory finger at his hat in Nami's hands.
"How did it betray you?" Usopp asked, not quite understanding the situation, or why Luffy was crying like a baby toward a hat, even if it was his straw hat.
"Luffy fell backwards on the railing, and his hat fell in the water." Nami sighed, "and when he picked it up, it was full of the ocean water, but he just put it on his head."
"Ah, so you got water in your hat." Usopp stated, "then we'll just dry the hat off."
"Nami!" Luffy turned to her, "Dry my hat!"
"What?"
"What were you guys talking about that made him fall off the railing?" Usopp asked, gently taking the hat from Nami, "I just invented a hat dryer with Franky, so we'll dry it, Luffy."
"A hat dryer?" Nami repeated.
"So cool!" Luffy and Chopper cheered.
"Anyway, what were you two talking about?"
"I asked her if she who wants to sleep with changes, and she yelled at me, 'no.'" Luffy shrugged, "it was just a simple question."
"Yeah…" Usopp slurred, "why would you ask her that?"
"Well, because you said something about those lewd thoughts, so I went to her to ask what it was, and she said it wasn't Robin, because she already sleeps with Robin, and so I asked if it was Sanji, and she said it would never be Sanji, and so I asked if it changes." Luffy shrugged, obviously not understanding what the problem was.
"That's not exactly what lewd thoughts are, though, Luffy." Nami and Usopp facepalmed.
"But you guys both said it was sleeping with someone." Luffy retorted.
"Yeah, I don't get it, he was just saying that they were sle-" Chopper began but was cut off by Nami.
"There are two different kinds of sleeping with someone." she explained, "there's sleeping together, and then there's sleeping together."
"Huh?"
"Sleeping together is like a sleepover party, like I sleep with Robin, and how you and the rest of the guys all sleep together in the same room, and then there's sleeping together, which is a little more than just sleeping, and is usually both genders." she tried explaining without exposing herself.
"So which 'sleeping together' is lewd?" Luffy asked, tilting his head.
"It doesn't matter." Nami sighed.
"Sleeping together!" Usopp answered.
"So how do you do more than sleeping then?"
"It doesn't involve you anyway, Luffy." Nami looked away from them.
"Well, you know," Usopp stated, gesturing to Luffy's groin, which he didn't catch.
"No I don't." Luffy stated, before turning to Nami, "Nami, can you show me what the more is?"
"Luffy!" Nami exclaimed, "we've already done 'the more'!"
"What!" Luffy yelled, "but you didn't tell me what it was!"
"Wait, what?" Usopp blinked.
"What's the more, Usopp?" Chopper asked.
"Just shut up!" Zoro yelled down from the crow's nest.
"Is that what you two did a few islands ago?" Franky asked, with a smile as he came up to the head of the ship, to fetch Usopp, no doubt, "Super!"
"Nami-san, and Luffy?" Sanji screamed, slamming the kitchen door behind him, having come out with drinks for the two ladies.
"I figured you two had something." Jinbei mumbled as he steered the ship.
"Yohohohoho! Nami's done it!" Brook yodeled, as he pulled up a fish, having been told to fish from the cook.
"What we did a few islands ago?" Luffy muttered to himself.
"How do you know?" Nami asked, before realizing the answer, herself, "Robin!"
"What did you do a few islands ago?" Usopp asked, whispering to Luffy.
"Nami came in my room at the-" Nami slammed a hand over his mouth, "Hey, Luffy, want me to show you a new sea king Brook found in the sea?"
Luffy mumbled his response, but nobody understood what he was saying.
"Yeah, it's so big, you might have to go down and get it yourself." Nami stated, dragging him down to where Brook was.
"Eh! Nami!" Luffy freed his mouth, "but I'd die! You really were thinking about drowning someone weren't you?" Luffy tried running away, but Nami grabbed his shirt, "Zoro! Save me! Nami's gonna drown me again! Nami wants to drown me again!"
