I know I am terribly slow on updates

My mind has been just blah, and I have been just everywhere.

Love ones in my family have expanse lose and I have been trying to be there for them as much as I can as their love ones had passed just days apart from each other.

I know it isn't much of an excuse for my failure to get chapters out, but it is true, and I try to let everyone know what is going on.

Chapter 2

Mihawk stood on the shore of his private island look at a beautiful ring in his hand. It was a silver band with four diamonds on it. One diamond rare as it was silver like his lovers eyes, another golden likes his own, another crimson an emerald diamond he had found on his rare travels as a warlord of the government.

A voice pulled him from his private thoughts. "Are you going to give her that ring in the morning?" Question the voice from behind him.

His golden eyes looking up to meet the smirk of his annoying crimson hair friend. "What do you think you fool?" He question in an annoyed tone in his voice.

"I would say yes. But the other ring you had given her would be shadow by that one." Said Shanks as he grinned.

"This one was custom made for this day." Said Mihawk as he looked down at the ring once more in the black coffin. "The other ring will go nicely with it. As it just a band of diamonds." He said just looking up at the other man.

Shanks nodded his head to this. "Very true. But I am just hear to let you know that your guest have shown up." He added as Mihawk wasn't looking forward to seeing Dragon the man's blushing bride once more as the woman was best friends his future bride.

Mihawk let out a sigh. "Then I shall go welcome my guest." He said turning around and walking with his best friend back to his castle as he used his sword to knock a monkey away with his own blade in hand.

"I still surprises me you can live here with those creatures." Said Shanks as he just watches the creature get up and run back into the forest surround the castle.

"It is what it is. I have shown them who the Master of this land is." Said Mihawk looking over at Shanks as if he is speaking to a child.

Castle

A woman with long silver hair stood next to a man with long raven hair with tribe tattoos on the right side of his face. He had a frown on his face.

"Nera why are we hear again?" Question the raven hair man.

The silver hair woman looked over at the man standing next to her. "Dragon. Be nice. We are here for my best friend's wedding. I do expect you to play nice with Shanks and Mihawk." She told him in a sickly sweet voice and smile on her face.

Dragon paled slightly. "Yes dear." He said in a slight whisper.

Nera smiled up at her husband and kissed him on the cheek as her black lipstick left lipstick on his cheek.

A woman walked up behind the couple. "It is good to see you two once more Nera and Dragon." She said.

They turned around and standing behind them was Nyx with a large smile on her face.

"Nyx you look so beautiful." Screamed Nera as she grabbed her friend and they hugged and jumped around in circles.

Dragon rolled his eyes at the woman and let out a sigh. "Women." He said under his breath.

Just then Mihawk and Shanks walked up behind Dragon. "Hello Dragon." Said a calm dark voice from behind the man.

Dragon looked over his shoulder. "Hello Mihawk, Shanks." He said with a nod of his head as he looked back at the woman as they made fools of themselves.

Mihawk arched a brow at the two women. "Has this been going on for a while?" He question the man before him.

Dragon just nodded his head as Nyx saw her soon to be husband and her moron of a Captain standing next to him.

"Mihawk my love." Said Nyx with a large grin on her face.

Mihawk walked over to her and pulled her to him and kissed her ruby lips. This shocked everyone as this was not like the man, they all knew as he never did stuff like this.

Shanks just laugh. "Ah, young love. It can change a man for the better or for the worst." With a goofy grin on his face.

Dragon just grunted and looked down at the silver hair woman standing next to him and he pulled her closer to him.

Nera just smiled and giggled looking up at her husband. With dreams of settling down with beginning a family and dreams of having a baby in the near future.
