Hey guys! Sorry for being late, my ipad turned out to be a lemon and I had to send it away for repairs, and then I got a new one back, and THEN my bluetooth keyboard decided its hates the new one…so…this chapter was written on my phone, which weirdly enough is harder to motivate myself with? Anyways…this chapter is a bit of filler, but I hope you guys enjoy it! It does set up a few things tho…so there you go!

Onto reviews…

PK - SPRINGTRAP HUG MEH: Oh wow, that sounds pretty intense. Have to say I've never seen it, but fighting animations are really cool. And yes, even as the writer, I soak that drama up!

TU4QU0I53T4IAN6L3: Yes, the first week of the sister location fic just ended, so theres that…and…yes, there will be spoilers, I wasn't able to get the motivation to keep it mirroring this one. But I do plan on finishing that one! And the Ashford one…when? I'm not sure…anyways, as for the nightmares and the bots? Well there is some stuff going on there…as for your theory…that is a really good theory! We shall see if its true hm?

JustAFemaleGeek: Ah, I'm sorry if you are confused, if you ever need things cleared up feel free to pm me and I will do my best to clear up any confusion! And yes, both Acidrew and Scott are absolutely the worst.

Fantom Knight: We are getting pretty close to the climax of this arc you are right, and we shall see about everything else huh?

I own nothing but my characters and ideas

Chapter 46
Almost Time…

"Uh, what the heck? Where did this come from?!" Enix demanded, gazing at the descending staircase that had been hidden behind a bookshelf.

Colt chuckled before heading down the stairs without hesitation.

"I guess it's always been here? I only found it the other day. I guess it makes sense for the locations to be connected." He answered, and with a glance shared between Enix and Ashford, both guards followed after him.

Enix jumped when he heard the shelf/door shut behind them.

"Uh...yeah, about that, what are you talking about other location? I thought we were the last ones left…" Enix trailed, his eyes wandering over the barely lit staircase. There were lights at the base of the walls glowing a faint blue.

"Well, I mean, technically you guys are the last location." Colt spared a glance back up at them, "my bots get rented out, for parties and such." He turned around before he could see Enix's shared grimace with Ashford.

"Those...er, bots are rented out? To...where?" The blue haired guard continued.

"People's houses I suppose, or venues rented out for parties." The strange man admitted and Enix nodded.

"Right, yeah..."

"Enix?" Ashford's quiet voice caused the guard in question to look at him, the older man looked worried as he wrung his hands against each other. "I know we are in a hurry and trusting Charlotte and such...and I'm sure it will be fine...but the place will be opening soon. How do you think J...John will react?" He asked, voice not above a whisper.

Enix only gave him a smile and placed a hand on his shoulder, "Don't worry, I already texted Jamie and told him the situation and that he was in charge." He informed, and Ashford nodded with a breath.

At least they knew they could trust someone.

William's ear lifted with confusion as he stared at the human laying on the couch looking utterly miserable.

He had just exited from the lab downstairs...working on something when he found Leo not in his assigned room.

"Leo?" He asked, and the guard winced, a hand going to his head, a groan slipping from his lips.

"Agh...what?" He snapped out, and Springtrap couldn't help but blink staring at him.

That was the first time the human had used such a tone with him.

Of course he had heard it before, usually directed at the other bots.

The man was obviously in a mood…

"Do you want a smoothie?" He prompted, hoping to find a way to get him out of this mood.

He would be difficult to deal with otherwise.

"No." Was the response that was snapped to the rabbit. William set his animatronic jaw and inhaled, but as expected, no air came or went out.

Man, why did he remind himself so much of teenage Andrew?

With a breath that-wasn't-actually-breath the animatronic turned and lumbered his way to the kitchen.

It wouldn't matter so much, today was the day, today all his waiting would be worth it.

If he had a mouth, it would've twitched into a grin.

But he didn't, so his permanent grin would have to suffice.

There was a groan from behind him, but William didn't mind with him, he had other things to attend to. Including talking to his son…

Leo was going to die.

Officially, completely and quite dramatically.

That last one he was making sure of, because if he was going out for good, well it would at least be with some sort of drama.

His death would not be at the hands of an animatronic beast, it wouldn't be some old prison enemy who found him. It would not even be overdosing that finally got him.

Quite the opposite in fact.

Withdrawals.

He wasn't sure how they didn't hit him sooner, but dear heavens above, he was slowly dying on this old and not-maintained couch.

Involuntary shivers wrecked his frame, and he had already thrown up in the bathroom twice.

Which was weird considering the only things he had the other day were smoothies.

When Scott had spoken, its like someone was banging a hammer into his skull.

A surging and fiery anger made him want to rip off those rabbit's ears.

***K the whole ***king world!

He almost wanted death to come. To snatch him away so he could be away from this agony.

***K this, he wanted drugs.

With a huff of breath that was followed by a wince, the guard sat up and gripped his head as he gritted his teeth.

Doing his best to push through the dizziness the man stumbled for the door and leant up against it with a hard breath.

This wasn't the worst of his withdrawals. There was one time in prison when he wasn't able to sleep for five days straight, and hallucinated that his body had been turned inside out.

A more voluntary shiver raced down his spine and he inhaled sharply.

That was...an awful time.

"Leo? Where are you going?" Scott asked as Leo reached for the doorknob.

His hand froze and he took a breath glancing back at the animatronic man.

He didn't want to argue.

He wanted OUT.

Leo had to get some drugs, or he was surely going to die.

"Out. I have to get something." He said, watching the rabbit man carefully.

What if he didn't like the fact that Leo needed drugs?

Was that something they talked about before?

He couldn't remember…

"Wait...do you have to get it now? Can't it...wait an hour or so?" The rabbit asked, taking a step closer, Leo tensed and looked at him.

No Scott, Leo would surely not survive that long.

"No. I have to go now." He said sternly, before pausing and looking at his pockets before taking a deep breath, "do...you have any money or anything? I'll pay you back I swear." He added quickly at the end.

That was a lie.

How the ***l was he supposed to give him money when he didn't even have a job?

***k...he didn't even think about those things.

He needed a new job to pay for his drugs...how were they even getting food? Was Acid getting them?

Maybe...the guy showed up here every day…

But anyways!

He needed drugs, which meant he needed a job…

Which meant he was in the same situation he was all those months ago…

Ugh, being an adult sucks.

With a breath he leant more on the door.

"Money?" The rabbit questioned, with what Leo would swear was a deadpan look. "I'm sorry if it wasn't clear, but I'm not exactly in the position to be working now am I?" The rabbit sassed, and normally Leo would chuckle in response and apologize.

But he was moody today.

And no...it certainly didn't have to do with his confusing dreams.

Of course not.

He was better than that.

"***k. Maybe the previous homeowners have jewelry that I can pawn off..." he grumbled looking around.

That seemed to spark some kind of idea in Scott, as the rabbit man straightened up and set his shoulders.

"Ah, well now that you mention it, there might be something downstairs." The rabbit motioned to the basement staircase.

Leo stared at it for a moment before looking at the undead man, "you mean the place that you told me not to go to-ACK! ****KING ****IT!" Leo cried abruptly as the door suddenly swung open and hit him directly in the face.

The man cried out and stumbled back holding his now bleeding nose.

"Scott!" Acid cried entering the home with arms spread wide, behind him trailed a blank looking Joey who didn't even respond to their change in environment.

"Acid? What are you doing here? I thought you were coming later?" There was a bite to his words that went unnoticed by the heavily swearing Leo.

The guard was hunched over holding his steadily bleeding nose and swearing as bad as a sailor.

"Well! I was but there was an abrupt change in plans! As a...new part for your ear spring came in! We just had to come by and install it!" The man screeched, in a higher than usual pitch.

A pitch that made Leo want to go to jail for homicide.

The guard steadied a deadly glare upon the multi-colored haired man.

"A...change in plans?" The rabbit asked lowly, and honestly Leo couldn't give a ***t right now.

His nose was now pulsing in pain along with the rest of his body.

Without another word, the man stalked out of the house.

He wasn't being fair to Scott. He was being a ****h right now. But Leo was tired, he was cranky, his dreams confused and distirbed him.

He would apologize to Scott later.

Preferably when he was high.

William wanted to strangle his son.

What did he mean by a change in plans?

What had this little brat messed up this time?

Without noticing that Leo left, Springtrap grabbed his son by his arm in a painfully tight grip.

He ignored the slight whimper and dragged him to the kitchen before whipping to him.

"What did you do now?" He demanded, and Andrew curled a bit on himself hugging his arms. Gaze on the ground.

"Colt...Joey's brother...he found the location with the originals...he got Ashford and Enix to help him..." He trailed quietly, and William's hand curled into a fist as his eyes narrowed.

"And why would he need their help?" He demanded, and Andrew took a deep breath hugging his arms and looking to the side.

"Cause...I kidnapped Colt's brother...and he found out about the girl..." He mumbled, and there was a growl that sounded disturbingly animalistic. Andrew flinched and looked at his undead father, his eyes were glowing more prominently now. And the once black pupils now glowed a blood red.

"F...father?" He asked quietly, the bot seemed to snap from what he was thinking and looked back at Andrew. His eyes narrowed again.

"I should have expected this from you. You can never do anything right can you?" He growled, and Acid took a deep breath, his fingernails digging into the skin of his arms.

"I...I know I messed up! But I can fix it! If I can just sick Enna-"

"You mean that abomination that you made?" That was a snide comment but Andrew suppressed a flinch.

"Yes...that." he took a deep breath only releasing his arms when he felt blood gathering. "It will be fine, then all of them will be dead! Problem solved!" He cheered, smiling up at him, but Springtrap didn't look impressed.

"Unless of course they find their way UP HERE AND SCREW UP THE PLANS I HAVE BEEN CAREFULLY PUTTING TOGETHER FOR MONTHS NOW." He snarled, and Andrew tensed, his eyes dropping to the ground.

"...yeah, well didn't your plans just walk out the door?" He grumbled, unable to keep the venom from his voice.

However it was his words that made William freeze and grab his son's shoulder roughly bringing him closer and glaring down on him with glowing eyes.

"What did you say?"

Leo whistled happily, man, people could be so oblivious sometimes.

The wallet in his pocket was heavy, and he tried to think it was because of the money in it and not because of the lingering nausea inducing guilt he felt.

The man was clearly well off. He would be fine.

And that was probably just more withdrawal symptoms.

Shaking off his newly discovered morals, Leo took a hard breath and headed once more to the bad side of town. He would have to be back before evening, otherwise he was pretty sure Scott would be worried.

That was a weird thought to consider.

Even after months of having people or...more accurately, really advanced robots…

Having them worry for him...it was still a strange notion.

And as Leo thought of it more, the more he wanted to wash away his thoughts in drugs.

He didn't want to think about the pizzeria, he didn't want to think about the bots he called friends.

Because the same image always resurfaced.

Bonnie's red eyes staring down at him like he was the scum of the earth.

How had it spiraled so out of control?

Why did they hate Scott so much?

What was he missing here?

With a hard breath the guard shoved his hands into his pockets and looked around. It would do him no good to worry about these things.

It was done.

They hated, and tried to harm him.

Sure. He missed the times they had together. Like a nostalgic feeling that pressed down on his chest.

A weight at his ankle that brought down his whole mood.

Because even IF for some stupid reason he returned and they forgave him...would he ever be able to feel the same around them again?

Bonnie...he had hit him.

While this wasn't a revelation, or anything new...it managed to break the semblance of trust he had gained for the bot...and the others really.

And goodness knows the nightmares weren't helping at all.

He was PRETTY sure that was just his mind acting up…

But a sick feeling in his gut told him that's actually how they felt.

But...he had Scott…

He was fine.

He didn't need them.

He...didn't miss them…

A scoff slipped from his lips at the thought.

Not even he could lie about that to himself.

With a shake of his head Leo went up to a place he knew sold the good stuff. There he got what he wanted with minimal exchange of words, which he was fine with.

Then he went and sat in a secluded area of the park and crosses his legs going though the contents of his purchase. He would anonymously drop off the wallet at the police station and then head back.

But right now he just wanted some time to himself.

But oh how life hated him.

As he was on his second cigarette his eyes were drawn to movement to his right. He nearly had to do a double take at the sight of a man sitting down with a basket of food.

Now that wasn't the weird part.

The weird part was the contents in the basket.

For goodness sake...was that full sticks of butter?

Leo cast his eyes to the cigarette in his hand and hesitated wondering if he was hallucinating.

He rubbed his eyes and looked up at the man, only for his mouth to go agape as a frisbee came out of nowhere and slammed into the forehead of the man, sending him falling backwards and onto the grass.

Leo looked at his bag of drugs and then at the man who still laid there arms spread and sighing hard.

With a groan the guard got up and went over to him.

He had black hair, blue eyes, and a ganguly figure.

But it was the uniform that sent Leo reeling.

"You work at fazbear's?" He blurted before he even said hi.

The guy blinked and turned his gaze from the sky and to Leo.

Then the man's eyes fell to his uniform and he shifted before pushing himself up on his elbows.

Neither man acknowledged the guy running up and retrieving his frisbee without so much of a sorry.

"Er...kinda...sorta...I'm sorry, who are you?" He asked thick brows furrowed deeply.

Leo blinked, and cleared his throat adjusting.

"Oh, uh, I'm Leo. I work...ed...at another location." He trailed and frowned a bit but the guy didn't seem to notice.

"Oh...uh, the one that's been open awhile huh?" The guy asked, and before Leo could reply, he got up and dusted off his back and rear before holding out a slightly grass covered hand.

"My name is Michael." After a moment Leo shook his hand in return.

Something about him seemed familiar…

"Heh...uh, nice to meet you…I uh...are you alright? I mean you kind of got nailed a little bit ago..." He trailed casting a glance over his shoulder at the college age kids playing frisbee in the park like a bunch of weirdos.

"Oh...uh, yeah, a bit sore...but things like this happen all the time so..." He shrugged as Leo turned back to him.

The shorter man nodded slowly before letting out a breath, his eyes falling down to his basket.

"...right. Um, I was...wanting to ask, what's up with the snacks? I know...it's a weird thing to ask, but...I've never seen someone walking around with full sticks of butter." He mumbled the last bit.

Michael looked down at the basket and picked it up gazing at the contents with a smile.

"Oh this? Yeah this is a kind of...congrats from my work, for getting through the week and stuff. Isn't it great? This much would normally cost me half my paycheck! And they are exotic! I wonder if they have a different taste..." He mumbled before picking up a whole stick and...taking a large bite out of it.

Leo couldn't keep the disgust off his face.

"Mmm, kinda tangy, like an orange. Weird!" He laughed at the end, and Leo debated slowly backing away from the clearly crazy man before him.

"...mmm! Ahem right, um, you said worked? As in past tense? Did you quit?" Michael asked, cleaning the butter oil off his face with his sleeve.

Leo blinked looking away from the bitten into butter stick and back to the man before him.

"Uh...well...not exactly." He trailed brow furrowing.

"Well! Either way, I'm glad you survived! I know...that place is...dangerous." Leo watched as the man rubbed his forehead at the word. Then the former guard jumped as the guy, who was clearly younger than him, laughed abruptly. "You wouldn't catch me within ten feet of that place!" He said, and Leo nodded slowly before his eyes fell on the company logo on his shirt. He didn't even know there was another location…

"But...you work at another one?" He prompted cautiously.

Michael looked down at his logo as well.

"Oh...uh, it's complicated. I kinda...was pressured into it by my brother." Leo blinked, the word brother sounding weird in his ears, and briefly he saw a flash of the dream boy before he shook his head to dismiss it.

"Oh...uh, family problems then?" He prompted, rubbing his face and taking a breath.

Ugh, today was just getting weirder.

"...you could say that." Michael murmured quietly.

Leo was about to ask what the other location was like, and hopefully lead into whether or not they were also haunted…

"Leo! Hey!" The high, and annoying voice he knew so we'll made the former guard tense, gritting his teeth with a hard breath as he turned to watch Acid approach.

What he didn't notice was Michael looking as well. His eyes widened.

Panting, the crazed man approached and put a hand on Leo's shoulder.

A hand that the former guard shrugged off.

If Acid saw Michael he didn't acknowledge it.

"Where have you been? Scott is worried sick!" He claimed, and Leo sighed shouldering his bag.

"Yeah...well, I needed stuff. So I went out to get it." He grumbled, eyes shifting to the side like a naughty child.

"Hmph! Well now that you have it let's go back huh?!" He grabbed Leo's arm and started hauling him away.

Leo couldn't help but notice the slight limp he had and the tremble of his frame.

He was about to ask about it, but then he remembered Michael and dug his heels into the ground.

"Wait! I was talking with someone!" He claimed, and then turned to find the other worker.

Only to find no one there.

"Who? I don't see anyone." Acid claimed, voice a bit too strained to be normal.

Even for him.

"But...wait...he was right...there..." He mumbled brow furrowed deeply.

"Man...you probably need more sleep. Good thing it's almost nighttime!" The crazy man cheered before continuing to drag him along.

This time Leo didn't fight.

But he did frown at Acid's words.

It was barely five o clock…

I hope you enjoyed! Hopefully I can get the next chapter out soon!

What do you think Enix, Ashford and Colt will find? What about the appearance (and disappearance) of Michael? Or even…what do you think Williams plans are?

I'd love to hear what you think!
