Hello everyone! Late update this time, was super busy today but wanted to get it out so here you are!
Btw WARNING, y'all remember Michael yeah? And uh, Michael's body partner? Yes, well, this chapter will lean heavier on more gorish then usual, and with some body horror elements in it. If that is uncomfortable for you, I will put a warning before it begins. I don't plan on this being a common theme, but I occasionally like to experiment with different styles. Idk if it would really count as either of those genre's, but if it does, this is your warning.
Anyways…onto the reviews…
PK - SPRINGTRAP HUG MEH: Ah, yes I completely understand. I wasn't sure how to feel when I read it.
TU4QU0I53T4IAN6L3: Yes, his strange 'date' indeed. I will give you a bit of insider info and tell you that it was rather close for Margie. But she did manage to escape his clutches. And no, I don't believe his wife will like that…and yes…Leo is a mess. Years of therapy are indeed in his future…I wish I could say that his problems end here. But this isn't the last game yet…
Silverleone: I'm so glad it helped! I wanted to make sure everyone was caught up, I certainly know it takes awhile to reread all these chapters. So I'm glad I could summarize it for you! And yes, the Nightmares are at the pizzeria, and good guess! I will tell you that William's tormenting did nothing to help.
I own nothing but my characters and ideas.

Chapter 51
Tears of Oil
Several hours earlier…
Ashford could hear the sound of fighting from the floor below him. But he had other priorities at the moment.
If Joey and Colt couldn't hold off this man…then according to what Joey had said…something bad would happen to the bots.
While Ashford wasn't a fan of the animatronics, he knew it was trouble if something happened to them.
So he crept down the long and dark hallway flinching occasionally at the sound of shouting downstairs.
Finally he turned the corner and looked up at the tall monstrosities before him.
Bonnie was the first one to look up at him, "Ashford? What happened? What's going on downstairs?" He asked stepping forward, Ashford flinched back and took a deep breath.
"W…we have to go. Now. Downstairs…there is…something…someone…I…I don't know. But we have to go, if he gets a hold of you….I…I don't know but it's gonna be bad! J…Joey said that you guys could find Leo or something? I don't know but we have to go." He urged before motioning to the hallway.
"W…we can find Leo?" Chica asked, and Ashford took a breath.
"We'll figure it out later! We have to go now!" He urged and after a moment they nodded and followed him out. He stopped them at the stairs and peered down, only for his eyes to widen as he bore witness to Michael…or whoever this was, standing over the…hopefully unconscious bodies of Colt and Joey.
How had he beaten the two of them so fast?!
Shaking his head he backed up around the corner and looked at them.
"We can't go down there. He…he beat them. We…w…we have to f…find…another w…way." He stammered trying not to look at them for too long.
Freddy seemed to realize his uncomfortability with the whole situation and nodded with a mocked breath.
"Okay, we could possibly climb out one of the windows. But you would probably have to get on one of our backs." He explained and Ashford swallowed but nodded with a breath.
"R…right…"
"Should we really just leave them there?" Chica asked softly, and Ashford hesitated looking at the stairs.
"W…we shouldn't…but we…can't let that…that thing get a hold of any of you. Joey said you would die…" He trailed before swallowing and closing his hands into fists.
"Okay…you…you guys get out of here. I…I'll go." He claimed taking a deep breath.
"But…what if he beats you too? We can't just leave you…" Chica tried, but Ashford took a breath and shook his head.
"I was put in charge of getting you out of here, and neither of those kids deserve to die." Without another word, and knowing that if they talked more about it he would back out. Ashford took a breath and went to the stairs. After a moment he heard the retreating footsteps of the animatronics down the hallway behind him.
He looked over the stair rail and downstairs. He couldn't see Michael. Where did he go?
Had he left?
He sure hoped so.
Biting his lip and wringing his hands together, he started heading down the stairs, eyes trained on the steps before him. He hated how they squeaked, and once he had to catch himself as his sneaker slipped on the stairs.
Once recovered, he finally made his way down the stairs. His eyes flickered about the room trying to spot the decaying man but there was no sign of him.
Getting a little relieved and more relaxed, Ashford entered the living area, trying to ignore the blood on the floor.
He went over to the collapsed forms of Joey and Colt.
With a trembling hand that he ignored he checked both pulses and took a hard and relieved breath that they were still there.
Both were banged up decently, and would be pretty sore for awhile but nothing was fatal.
But where was Michael?
And how the ***l is he going to get two grown adults out of here by himself?
Wetting his lips he looked around again, whether it be for something to help him or the elusive corpse man...Ashford didn't know.
But he found neither and took a hard breath
"Are you the sad man?" A sudden girlish voice made Ashford jump and look around jerkily.
"W...where are you?!" He demanded, voice quivering. That was one of the voices that came from Michael…
So he was still here.
"Are you the sad man?" The girl repeated, and Ashford swallowed eyes flashing about the room to try and find the source of the voice.
"I...I don't know what you are talking a...about..." He stammered, head jerking to his right where he swore he saw movement. But it was just the trick of the light.
"She asked about the sad man. She asked when the sad man would come for her. When would the sad man return her to her daddy?" Ashford felt a pit grow in his stomach at her words.
"S...she…?"
"She said the sad man was coming for her. He would come and save her. Even after big brother Drew hit her and told her the sad man was never coming...she said he would and he promised." Ashford's mouth went dry and his heart pounded in his ears.
Before he knew what he was doing he stood up and looked around. "Where is she?! What did you do to her?!" But there was just a giggle and Ashford spun on his heel looking for Michael's body.
"I liked playing with her! Her hair is red like mine!" There was another giggle, "she had the prettiest little scream!" Ashford froze, a nauseous feeling hitting him at her words.
"S...scream…?"
(Warning)
But there was just a giggle and Ashford froze in place feeling a presence near him. Then...he felt something move his hair and then froze again at the sight of something red falling from above. His eyes followed it down till the drip hit the ground creating a splatter of...blood…
His stomach did backflips, breath hitching in his throat.
Every fiber of his being told him not to look up, he'd regret it.
But. He had to know.
So, slowly, Ashford lifted his gaze...and his instincts had been right. He instantly regretted seeing the man above him.
Michael's body was suspended in the air, wires and cords coming out of his mutilated body and somehow having pierced the ceiling and hung him upside down while he grinned down at Ashford with a twisted kind of smile that did not meet his pain filled eyes.
Blood dripped from the corner of his mouth and stained his once white teeth.
Ashford had never gone to see a horror movie, but he wasn't even sure that something in one of the scariest movies could match up to the sight that was above him right now.
Ashford stumbled back, staring up at him, he nearly tripped over the unconscious duo behind him but managed to recover.
"What will your scream sound like?" The girl asked giggling again, and Ashford opened his mouth to respond but no words came out. He stumbled back again as Michael moved toward him, the cords coming from his body stabbing the roof and pulling him forward.
Both hands shot to cover Ashford's mouth as he heard a horrible squashing sound that would haunt his dreams for a long time.
"Will it be manly? Girly? Shriekish?" The mechanical male voice asked in a shout and Ashford flinched again, backing up till he hit a wall behind him.
Michael approached and then dropped to the ground, legs only just holding him up as he landed on them.
When he lifted his head to Ashford, the day and night-guard gagged in his mouth as he saw Michael's lower jaw hanging slack from his face. But despite the jaw being slack…didn't mean there wasn't…another jaw.
A mechanical jaw, with far too many teeth for it to be normal was opened wide. Ashford almost threw up as he realized that the man before him was nothing more then a shoddy skin suit for whatever robot lie within it.
He doubted the host was alive any longer.
"I…I'm sure you don't want to do this! I'm not a murderer! I'm not a criminal! Please!" He begged, but it was useless. The body of Michael stumbled forward and Ashford pressed back against the wall.
Even if he tried to bolt for it, the cords and wires coming from Michael's body were blocking either side so there was no escape route.
Ashford looked around desperate to find a way out, but the corpse of a man approached him slowly, grinning far too broad with his robotic and decaying mouth.
Deciding that risking it was better then just standing there, Ashford bolted for the left, seeing fewer cords on that side, but it was fruitless, the cords caught him, and each of his limbs. Quickly wrapping around him tightly as they lifted him into the air. There was a maniacal laugh from behind him and in the midst of his struggles and outcries of protest. Ashford looked over at his captor only to find him with a delighted smile on his face. One of the cords holding up his jaw to give him the ability to at least have a somewhat human smile.
"Let me go!" Ashford cried, but it was useless. This monster was not going to listen to him.
The wires and cords coiled about Ashford's body, slowly growing closer to his neck and head, he felt one of them brush against his ear and with a sickening wallop of his stomach he realized it was going to try and get inside of him.
"But I need a new host! Those stupid meatsacks damaged this one!" The male mechanical voice explained and Ashford couldn't help the sob that escaped from his lips as he struggled fruitlessly against this monster.
"No! Please! Please!" Ashford begged but he was only met with a mechanical laugh that shook the whole body of the monstrosity before him. He tried to move his head about but one of the cords had already wrapped around his neck. Another was already starting to enter one of his ears, another was trying to fight it's way into his mouth, and one was getting precariously close to his eye.
So through clenched teeth Ashford screamed. He squeezed his eyes shut as the cord too big tried to stuff itself into his ear and pain exploded in his head.
There was a bellowing mechanical laugh and Ashford internally pled to the maker above that this wouldn't be his end.
It was only when several cords forced their way into his mouth that the mechanical laughter suddenly stopped. But Ashford was in too much pain to care.
However the next moment his body exploded in pain as he was thrown against the wall and fell with a thud to the ground. A scream ripped from his throat as the cord was ripped from his ear, instinctively his hands went to cover it where it was already bleeding profusely.
His body shook with fear and pain and he just managed to open his eyes in time to see a tan rabbit atop the decaying form of Michael.
(Warning end)
The cords were already snaking their way inside the animatronic hare but Ashford didn't care at this point.
He had to get those kids and get out of here.
Without wasting another second, he crawled his way over to the unconscious duo. One hand to his bleeding ear which he wasn't sure he could even hear out of anymore.
However he had to soon release his hold as he grabbed the wrists of both of them and started trying to drag them to the front door while the animatronic bunny kept the monster occupied.
He only occasionally caught screams of outrage both male and female, the sound of a different mechanical voice apologizing as the hare restrained the creature despite the cords invading the rabbit's body.
Later, Ashford would wonder just who the rabbit was, was it Sco-William? Dare he ask…was it Leo? Or was it someone else entirely?
But at the moment, he didn't care who was helping him, so long as they were helping.
With great difficulty, he hauled the two young adults out of the house and shut the door hard behind him. He could still hear shouting within the house but he knew he just had to get out of there.
But how was he supposed to carry them?
****it. He really shouldn't have sent the bots off…
Ashford was by no means a tall or strong man. Maybe he could carry the girl, but Colt was a good four inches taller than him and he had considerably more muscle mass then Ashford.
He dropped to his knees heaving for breath, a hand going back to his ear, as he stared down at the two subjects under his care.
Their faces were so bruised and marked up, he didn't have the heart to slap them and see if they would wake.
There was probably about forty five minutes left of sunlight before it became dark.
Would that rabbit be able to best that monster?
He didn't know...and he didn't want to wait around to find out.
His eyes flickered around the place around him for anything that could help.
And then he saw that the garage was opened.
Leaping up to his feet was a terrible idea, and Ashford had to stumble a bit before he gained his footing and bolted for the garage. His eyes flickered around until with a breath of relief he found a sled.
Thank goodness for Hurricane's snow storms.
Running over he grabbed it, duct tape, a skateboard, and a jump rope.
Running back over with his items. He hurried to make a makeshift sled to put them on.
Using the handle of the sled, he tied both ends of the jump rope to it, and then duct tapped them securely there.
He proceeded to tape the sled to the top of the skateboard.
Once those were secure he hauled the two young adults onto the sled, them just barely fitting their torso's on. Then stepped into the loop he made with the jump rope and began to wheel them best he could in the direction of the pizzeria.
He could still hear the sounds of fighting from the house.
And he probably should've gone back to see if his savior would be alright.
...but he had to make sure these two got to safety first.
"We shouldn't have left him." Chica muttered, glancing around the forest around her.
She had never been outside before, being this close to nature was somehow…unsettling.
"We couldn't have done anything lass. Joey said that if we went down there things could've ended up a lot worse." Foxy assured whilst trying to keep his long tongue inside his mouth but to little success.
"Plus, we have a chance of locating Leo. We have to make sure we get him back." Freddy explained looking back at her. The avian nodded and hugged herself but didn't say anymore.
At the head of their small group was Bonnie, the rabbit hadn't said a word since they left the house, and he seemed to be taking determined strides to where the pizzeria was. According to their sensors.
However, Freddy ended up catching his foot on a rock and stumbling forward, just catching himself on a tree before he fell.
Chica and Foxy stopped to check him over but Bonnie kept going.
"Bon!" Foxy called causing the rabbit to stop and look back at them.
"What's the hold up?" He asked shortly, his ears pulled back.
Foxy motioned to Freddy and the rabbit mocked a breath before coming back over. His movements, like the rest of theirs, were stiff and clunky.
Acid might be good at making them look scary, but he was nowhere near as proficient as the Byrds.
"Freddy, we have to hurry, we don't know what William is doing to Leo-"
"Bonnie. We know." The bear countered standing up straight again with Chica hovering nearby.
"Lad, we can't move like we normally can. I don't think these bodies are fully under our control." Foxy claimed flexing his paw and watching as it slowly processed his commands.
"I…I can't feel my legs Bonnie, I don't know if-"
"We don't have a choice!" The rabbit snapped red eyes flashing in glow. The other three jumped as the hare before them clenched his paws and glared at the ground ears drawn back. "We have to find him. We have to save him from that monster. He has to know…he can't die thinking we…thinking that I…"
"Bonnie." Freddy said, and the rabbit mocked a sigh before looking up, "we will get him back. We will save him." The bear assured and Bonnie mocked a breath looking to the side.
"…I messed up…now it's no different then how it was in the beginning…" the hare muttered, lifting his paws and gazing down at them. "Except this time we actually look like monsters…" that was quieter and Chica dropped her gaze as well. Foxy averted his eyes to the side, giving up and letting his tongue hang loosely from his mouth.
There was silence for a few ticks.
"…then we make it right." Freddy said determinedly, each bot lifted their gaze to him but not their heads. "We messed up, so we fix it. We make things right. We save our night-guard and we work at fixing our mistake." He straightened up, round ears pulled back in determination. He planted his paws on Foxy and Chica to his left and right. But he gazed at Bonnie. "He's apart of our family. We treated him terribly. But we can still fix this. We will still fight for him." The bear informed, Foxy nodded, massive jaws clenched firmly, Chica nodded her head as well. And after a moment of guilty reluctance. Bonnie followed suit.
"Let's go." The predator determined and with mocked breaths, they all headed further into the forest and to the pizzeria.
(Warning)
All Michael felt was pain. It radiated throughout his body, causing him to spasm and convulse. His head throbbed, and he wished that was the worst of his problems.
But he could feel them. Their cords, moving throughout his body, bursting from his already decaying flesh and reopening wounds that tried so desperately to heal over.
But his only thought was…
Why am I still here?
He practically went unnoticed by the two other presences within him. They controlled his body like he was a puppet on strings. He had no control…but he could feel everything. It was agonizing. It was hell.
Michael could only imagine that hell was something like this. No control…constant pain…and no hope of ever escaping. He could not get rid of them, he couldn't stop them from hurting everyone they came into contact with…
And yes, he meant…everyone.
Already his body count was three, and if he was in control he would've vomited.
They were innocent; they had done nothing.
But the two monsters hiding in his flesh had ripped them apart like wild dogs.
And then they laughed.
Michael wanted it to end. He wanted to die, his body was mutilated, and he was nothing more then a puppet to carry out their whims.
At first after the horrifying and excruciating scooping experience…he had tried to reason with his sister. Try to see if there was any humanity left in her soul.
But there was nothing.
All she wanted to do was see their father.
He even tried to explain that William was dead, and unlike her he wasn't coming back.
But she just laughed.
When Michael had entered his childhood home and saw his sadistic brother. Michael actually wanted to kill him.
He wanted these cords and wires to strangle the life out of Andrew's twisted little body.
But unfortunately, he was not in control.
Instead, his puppeted body attacked everyone else.
He attacked Colt.
Michael had never pled and screamed so hard for them to stop.
But of course…they didn't listen.
He wanted to scream to Colt that it wasn't his fault. Explain to him that he had been stupid and naive. That Elizabeth had tricked him, this wasn't Colt's fault.
But, his mouth wouldn't obey him anymore.
He was nothing more than a passenger…an observer inside his own flesh.
He didn't know this Joey woman, more any of the other people around him.
But he did recognize the name Leo.
In the chaos of Ennard and Elizabeth attacking Colt, he had heard the dark haired woman mutter the name hoarsely.
Leo…that was the guy from the park!
The other worker…the one Acid had taken…
That of course had been back before the monsters inside him had fully taken control.
Honestly, he had just been trying to pretend everything was fine, when he knew full well that it wasn't.
Despite his pleas, despite his cries, Ennard sufficiently pummeled the brave souls who had tried to stop him.
Michael didn't know how he had managed to keep Ennard from killing them, but he credited a good portion of it to the auburn haired man…who had mistakenly spoken by the stairs.
Within clear earshot of Michael and his monstrous companions.
It was then that they decided that this; in their words, 'sniveling child of a man'. That he would be their new host.
Apparently they were dissatisfied with how damaged Michael was.
The young Afton didn't want to think about how many of his bones were broken or how messed up his organs were.
Nope. Not going to think about the impossibility of him being alive.
Not that he was given much of a chance to wonder, as more cords and wires burst from what was left of his body. This caused him to scream in agony, but the scream never escaped his mouth.
When was the numbed feeling supposed to come?
Should he even be feeling pain at all?
Shouldn't he be dead?
Again, no time to ponder any of this, as Ennard was attacking this auburn haired man…Ashford is what Andrew called him.
Ashford was terrified, and Michael completely understood his terror.
The Afton spent his whole life terrified.
Then, if things couldn't get any worse, Ennard and Elizabeth started trying to get inside of Ashford.
A wave of newfound terror washed over Michael, for multiple reasons.
What would happen to him if they left? And he most certainly didn't want anyone else to go through what he was going through!
Who knows if Ashford would even survive!?
He tried…he really did…but his body didn't respond to any of his commands. A passenger, that's all he was.
Then…Ennard stopped laughing, but before Michael could even figure out why.
A whole fresh wave of pain slammed into him, this pain was proceeded by non other then the retired Spring Bonnie animatronic slamming into him and tackling him to the ground.
Michael was pretty sure Ashford was released, but he wasn't certain in the chaos of the moment.
Elizabeth shrieked and Ennard swore in a way that should never be uttered around children.
Michael just screamed.
He wasn't sure if breathing really mattered anymore, but he felt like he couldn't with the giant animatronic body atop him. But again, nothing he did worked, nothing he did mattered.
He had to solely rely on Ennard and Elizabeth to save his life.
But they were little to no help whatsoever.
Especially when they tried to leave him and enter the Spring Bonnie attacking him.
Why was everyone in Michael's family just the absolute worst?
Now the Afton would never be sure what hurt more, them entering him, or them leaving him.
But when the old spring-lock Bonnie grabbed ahold of a handful of cords and started pulling them out of Michael.
Well, he decided that forced removal was…so much worse.
At some point, Michael was sure he blacked out, but the numb bliss was short lived, as when a wave of inexplicable pain shot through his body like a bullet, the Afton woke up to find himself screaming….and then proceeding to choke on his scream, turn over and hack out blood like he was hacking out a lung.
Which might have been what he was doing. He was sure it was a possibility at this point.
However Michael couldn't help but notice two things.
One, somehow he was in control of his body once again.
And two.
Neither Ennard or Elizabeth were in him anymore.
Well, those two and the fact that he should most certainly not be alive at this point.
After he was finished coughing up most of the blood in his body, Michael lifted his head with shudders and shivers.
His blurry vision found the sight of Spring Bonnie struggling with a bloodied and tangled mess of wires that slightly resembled what Ennard originally looked like.
He wanted to speak, cheer on the rabbit that removed those monstrosities. But he couldn't really move his jaw anymore, and whatever strength he had was fading quickly.
Was he dying?
No, not dying. He just…couldn't move.
Without the metal cords inside him supporting his body. What remained of his bones; whether they be broken or whole. They couldn't support his body weight anymore. So Michael slumped to the ground, shuddering, spasming, convulsing, but unable to do much else.
Only soft whines and choking noises would escape his mouth at this point.
He watched Spring Bonnie struggle with the tangled mess as it tried to climb inside of his body, until he finally chucked the mess at the wall, his ears pulled back and blood covering his arms, torso, and even head.
"GET OUT OF HERE!" He yelled in a slightly warbled and broken voice.
Michael couldn't lift his gaze to see what the mess of Ennard and Elizabeth decided, but evidently they left, because Spring Bonnie heaved a sigh of relief and turned to look at Michael.
The Afton didn't even have the strength or willpower to tense, if the rabbit was going to kill him. Then just let him. Michael didn't even care anymore.
He was in so much pain, death would actually be a relief…
So, when Spring Bonnie crouched down, and ever so gently placed a paw on Michael's head. The young man didn't know what to do.
"Don't worry…I'm going to help you…it's going to be okay." The rabbit assured. His ears pulled back eyelids turned downward in concern.
But Michael was slipping into delirium, maybe even shock. Everything was cold…it was so cold…he just wanted the pain to stop…
Every breath felt like he was being stabbed repeatedly, but with all the pain in the rest of his body…he hardly noticed that voice of pain amongst thousands.
Michael wasn't sure what pulled him into the depths of unconsciousness. Was it the bodily trauma? Was it as simple as exhaustion? Or did he get hit in the head too hard?
He didn't know what it was, but the next thing he knew. Everything was black.
(Warning end)
So there it is! I hope you guys like it, a bit of insight into what it's like for Michael.
Essentially for those skipped, the first one was Ashford going up against Michael/Ennard, Ashford almost got 'scooped' as well, but Spring Bonnie came and saved the day, but Ashford left with a severe injury.
The second one was Michael reliving what had happened from his perspective. Then…Spring Bonnie pulled Ennard out and Michael blacked out.
So, what did ya'll think of the scarier elements to this one? What of Michael? Or Ashford? What of the animatronics? Who do you think Spring Bonnie is? Is it the animatronic…? Or someone else…?
I'd love to hear what you think!
