All might had led the boy to a teacher lounge and sat him down, before letting out a deep sigh "Where did you run off to young man. "
"I have no clue all might, I tried to remember but for the life of me I can't, just bits and pieces here and there" the boy let out, truly lost in his thoughts searching for anything. "All I remember is the black mist"
"Young man that's preposterous, you were gone for quite a while and well I mean look at you. So, you're telling me you became the perfect vessel in that time?" All might said astonished.
'We are no vessel, we are complete' the voice boomed.
"All might, I have a suspicion I won't be the hero you hoped for" he said as all might looked at him curiously. "I awakened a quirk as I'm sure you know by now, but it's not as simple as that."
"What do you mean young midoriya?-" All might started as he looked at the boy. True that this boy resembled the young man he had met that wanted with more than anything in his life to be a hero. There was something different about him, yes, he had become significantly larger, in both muscle mass and height, but there's something he couldn't quite place. As he looked deep into his proteges eyes he saw it. A swirl in the boy's iris, a mixture of the boy's signature green and something other than that, red and green in and offset balance.
"It refuses to cooperate to be put bluntly." The boy let out, not wanting to give himself away to his teacher.
"It? Your quirk? Midoriya you simply have to train it" He knew the boy knew this, his fascination with quirks is obvious. So obvious that this took the man aback, 'It' he doesn't refer to it as if it is just as simple as a quirk, like he is fighting to understand what 'it' exactly is.
'Remember master, pain, the curse is more complex than simple training.'
"What do you mean?" izuku said aloud
'Until you master me, you cannot hope to be a vessel for another.' The voice proclaimed.
"I mean- "all might started and was cut off.
"Not you, it. My quirk isn't a quirk all might. It's a curse."
"I know it can seem like that midoriya" the older man started.
"IT IS LIKE THAT, LIKE A LITERAL CURSE" Izuku blurted out.
"Young man, what do you mean?"
"All might I cannot accept your offer at this time. I need time myself to figure this all-out" he said as he stood up and left. "I'm sorry."
The young man left his mentor to his own devices. Which was strange to begin with. Whenever they had met in the past, he could feel the boy's admiration for him. They young man had lost that, now all he could feel from young midoriya was none other than what he felt from 'him'. 'I need to figure out what this means, perhaps I should contact night eye.' The man contemplated before exploding back into his muscular form and taking off for the day.
Izuku started the long walk back to his bike and was pleased to see that annoyance gone from his bike. Along with the rest of the crowd which seemed strange but of course that wasn't the top of his concerns. But of course, just his luck would be running into the girl he once met all the nights ago at the store.
"mmhm so you work here as well I-zu-ku" the woman said already knowing the answer to her question. But she couldn't quite tell him that she was testing the young delicious looking man.
He began to put it all together and was somewhat shocked when the woman from the store that made him that insane offer was none other than one of his teacher's midnight.
"Actually" he started as he put his hand on the back of his head "'I-I'm a student"
She leaned in and whispered in his ear something that made the hair on his nape stand up "That changes nothing, I look forward to seeing you around young man"
Izuku watched her walk off and couldn't help but watch the sway of her hips, 'yeah she knows what she's doing' When suddenly there was a hand on his shoulder.
"Checking out your teacher, now are we?" said none other than Momo Yaoyorozu.
'I seriously didn't hear her' as he sweat dropped. "No not at all, just taking notes on her costume and some improvements that could be made" He said so quickly she could barely keep up. Somehow that was acceptable for something he pulled out his ass at the last minute.
"Actually, Momo would you like a ride?" he asked. 'Not exactly what I wanted to do today but-'
She was shocked, she had never ridden on a motorcycle before, much less with someone she barely knew. But something about him was almost gravitational. "I suppose I would like that" she replied.
Izuku knew exactly what he was doing, he was going to take this heiress on the ride of her life. He sped down streets and went all around the city, occasionally revving his bike knowing she would cling to him closer. At the end of the ride he took her to a park and finally let her get off so that she could become reacquainted with the earth.
"So? Exciting right?" izuku said with a grin on his face.
Momo felt the warm tinge spread across her cheeks, something about this boy really made her nervous, but it wasn't the same as anyone else, it was the fact that around him it was tough to keep her composure. "I'd love to come along again sometime Izuku".
He wasn't expecting that, he was expecting her to call him reckless, and about every other name in the book but she didn't. "You know you're not bad Momo, I kinda like you" he thought to himself, or so he thought. He looked up to see a sea of red on the teens face, quickly realizing what he said he tried to recover. "We should get you home shouldn't we."
"Yes, I suppose we should, after all we don't need to get behind on work after the first day." She hurried her response out. 'He likes me. HE DOES' Momo was in her own little world as they got back on Izuku's bike and before even taking off she got into a comfy spot holding Izuku from behind. 'Maybe he is different.
Momo would have no idea how correct her assumption would turn out to be.
Izuku stopped at a gas station after dropping Momo off at her massive home. He knew she must come from money, of course he did but he never expected that. Maids, drivers and so much more she had at her disposal. He finished topping of his tank and hopped back onto his bike as he gritted his teeth. She was one of those that had everything, every want and need met at any time. She is the exact opposite of him, yet there was a strange pull he felt towards the Yaoyorozu girl. Something he couldn't quite explain.
'Speed up master' The voice cried from within.
'And why should I need your guidance.
'I have the answers you desire young master' the voice snarled.
'For?' the boy rebutted.
'All the questions racing through your mind, the terms of our bonding, and perhaps even that girl you seem to have taken a liking to' the voice declared with absolute confidence.
'I d-don't like her, she's a classmate nothing else' he pondered for a moment before accelerating.
He was flying through the city, approaching the countryside as his speedometer ticked higher and higher.
'95 mph, that should be fast enough right?'
'Pull over young one'
'What am I even doing out here? WHATS THE FUCKING PURPOSE'
'Your destiny, past and more await us young master'
'Destiny? No such thing' the boy believed his own words, after all how could he not after the life that he had lived.
'We shall see, now you must descend into the darkness young master' the voice instructed.
"What am I even supposed to do" he said finally stepping off his bike and putting the kickstand down. All the boy could see was trees. Trees stretching as far as he could see. But something was off.
'You can feel it can you not? It's presence. Now descend.' The voice declared.
The boy walked for what felt like a couple kilometers. Until he found a small opening in the ground. He passed through and found a tunnel, leading somewhere much deeper than the rest of the crevice. He descended which would've taken a while if not for the tunnel just bottling out and collapsing.
He was falling once again, yet he felt no fear, the blood coursing through him encouraged his continuing. He hit the ground and almost passed out if not for the booming of a familiar voice. However, this came from all around him instead of from deep within. Izuku dusted himself off and some rubble from out of his hair as he made his way to stand up and examine the room. It was a large cavern that looked as if it were the equivalent to an underground stadium. At the deepest part he saw a large structure, but he couldn't quite make it out.
"Here, let me." The voice offered.
He was going to entertain this voice he heard until he realized he could see with increased clarity, could make out more from a distance. The boy was rattled. As what he saw was the same corpse he had before in his vision with such a being. A large colossal set of remains. Something was incomplete, however.
"You must forge a weapon from my remains, as is ritual for a newborn dragon slayer" boomed all around.
"Dragon slayer? That's ridiculous I have never killed a dragon." Izuku responded. 'What are you crazy?'
"In order to complete the cycle and reclaim normality you must do so young master"
'Complete the cycle? Reclaim normality?'
"Let me tell you a tale, the true story of why you stand before me today young master. You must touch my skull." He once again instructed the boy.
As Izuku reached out for the skull, showing hesitation, he felt his blood start to curdle. Power surge with in him, and as soon as he touched the skull the world around him began to transform and the boy blacked out.
