Back for chapter 76, (or is it 75?) and I feel a bit better :). Hopefully, we won't waste too much more time in Pinwheel, and we can finally move on to Kanto. I just have a few things I wanted to clear up. So, I'll sit and hope you bear with me as this increasingly slow paced part of the story is purely for entertainment, unlike the more thrilling, fast paced story I used to write. Thank you for all of your views and support, JIRO

Simba guided the Gym Leader to his humble home, taking care to reintroduce her to Sable. The women sat, and Simba sat with them, after bidding his farewells to Vraakas. "So, what brought you to Pinwheel?" Sable asked, and Valerie blinked her large eyes. "Simba invited me." she said plainly, and Sable turned. The Luxray shrugged. "What? I figured since Unova has access to Kalos, I'd invite some of my Kalosian friends. It's been a long time since I've been to Kalos, and even longer since they've been permitted out of it. Two hundred years in one region can cause one to lose interest in life, which we wouldn't want." He said, and Sable nodded. Valerie smiled. "Where are your cubs? You must have a litter by now." she said, and Simba opened his mouth, and let out a deep throated noise, and the patter of feet on the floor began to sound. Eight feet walked into the room, surrounding the older people in the room. Simba smiled. He looked to the four of them. He stood, placing his hand on a small Sableye Halfling's head. "This is Sanatika. She take's after her mother and her species, and is quite mischevious." he said, ruffling her fur as she giggled evilly.

He moved to a Shinx halfling with light purple fur. "This is Scar. I named him after his Uncle, who up until Krom became Champion, was forced to stay in a smaller, hidden part of the village near Rumination Field." he said, moving onto a slightly larger girl. She appeared to be a Sableye Halfling, but her tail and light purple fur belied her Shinx heritage. "This is Sarabi. She's a bit smarter than her smaller siblings, but she still calls on her big brother Scar when she needs muscle." he said, moving onto the final child. They were each only a few months old, but each of them were akin to human children near the age of five, showing just how quickly some Halflings grew. The final child, however, was more akin to a human eight year old, and heavily muscled for his age. "This is the oldest, Sher-Khan. A lot bigger than his siblings, isn't he? I'm surprised that he had stripes in his fur, that's normally a characteristic of some Pyroar Halflings, but, the DNA is there, and it is dormant." he said. Valerie smiled. "Hello little ones. My name is Valerie. I'm a Gym Leader from the Kalos region." she said, extending her huge sleeve, which covered her hand, toward the Halflings. Scar mumbled under his breath. "Dad, why are her eyes so big?" he asked, slightly lisped like a child. Simba chuckled, and so did Valerie.

"My eyes are big, aren't they? But, why don't you try to figure out why?" she said, giggling at the Halfling, who frowned and pouted. Simba chuckled, allowing the children to head out and do as they please. He smiled, and sighed. Valeire chuckled. "You seem much more mature than when we met. Children do that to you, don't they?" she asked, and he nodded. "Yup, and Krom's got his own clutch coming soon as well. I just hope Ishron would settle down, he's a bit... off." he said, and she nodded. "I hope all goes well for you. How are the Pokemon we loaned you?" she asked. Simba chuckled, sitting on a couch next to Sable, smiling lovingly at his wife.

"The Vivillon Viola gave me is just fine, and acts as a mentor to all younger members of it's species. The Tyrantrum Grant gave me is fulfilling a similar role, and enjoys it's ability to be my strongest fossil Pokemon, for now. The Hawlucha Korrina gave me is still a bit over the top, and doesn't seem to remember that most fighting Pokemon can't learn Flying Press. The Gogoat Ramos gave me is sturdy as ever, and enjoys the water a lot for a Grass Pokemon. The Helioptile Clemont gave me evolved, and prefers to sunbathe, despite having Solar Power as it's ability. The Meowstic Olympia gave me is fine, and has mothered a litter with one of my Meowth's. As a matter of fact, Krom's first wife, Saria, adopted one of her kittens earlier. And the Bergmite Wulfric gave me has yet to evolve. I feel it needs the right trainer, and I'm wondering if Krom is the right trainer." he said, and she nodded. She was escorted to the village by the Male Eevee she gave Simba, who had evolved into a Sylveon, much to her glee. She nodded. "Very good. I'm happy to see that you've taken good care of the Pokemon you were given to remind you of Kalos." she said. Sable blinked. "Wait. Rose Ketchum has been dead for roughly a hundred years, and the Kalos region cut off just as long. How did you manage to reach Kalos?" she asked. Simba laughed. "Iris can't track teleportation, can she?" he asked, and sable giggled, nodding.

The four cubs sat outside, frowning at their situation. It was morning, and their parents still talked to Ms. Big Eyes, which was the name the younger three agreed on. They were bored, and most of the Pokemon were sleeping, with only an elderlhy Snorlax awake, eating his eight hundred and eighty pounds of food in four hours of consciousness. They sat in a circle, the smaller three pouting with their arms crossed. Sanatika blinked, and then giggled. "Let's go bug Mr. Vraakas!" she called, and Sher-Khan snickered. "Why? So Glenda can coddle us, and Vraakas can grunt us back home?" he said, and she frowned, her ears drooping slightly. Scar frowned. "We can always go Berry Hunting." he said, and Sanatika shook her head. "I don't like that game. Too many bugs." she said, and Sarabi blinked. "I got it! We can go bug Mr. Krom!" she cheered, and the other small ones blinked. They began cheering, and Sher-Khan sighed. "Fine. But if we get in trouble, I'm saying I only came to supervise you three." he said, and lead them to, what Sher-Khan believed to be, their imminent doom.

The four closed in on the hut that Krom and his wives lived in, and Sher-Khan stopped them. "Now, before we head inside, I want you to know that if anything goes wrong, I will not cover for you. At all." he said, and the other three nodded eagerly, running off towards the front door. Sher-Khan followed at a leisurely pace, wary of the whole situation.

Saria sighed, grabbing the handle to the door of their hut. She felt refreshed, and decided to go for a walk. Krom smiled, kissing his wife before she went out. She twisted the knob and pulled the door open, and three blurs ran in, jumping and tackling Kyouhei, who lounged on the couch, and pulled him to the ground. Sher-Khan walked up to the door and looked up at the older Halflings. "Spare me. They outnumbered me, and I was bored anyway." he said, walking in calmly with a nod. Saria frowned. "Where are Simba and Sable?" she asked. Sher-Khan sighed. "I believe that they are continuing a five hour long conversation with Valerie, a very large eyed Gym Leader from the Kalos region. She is the one who gave my father the Eevee that you know as Asmodeous, so, I assume she is a Fairy type Gym Leader." he said, and Krom blinked. He leaned in to Saria. "Is he supposed to talk like that? He's only a few months old." he asked, and she shrugged. "He's Simba's kid. What do you expect?" she responded, and Krom groaned. "we have to watch them I take it?" he asked, and she nodded. "Just think of it as practice. You'll do just fine." she said, and Krom grunted, walking over to the three smaller cubs,, who swarmed Kyouhei, who curled up to repel the devastating evil raining down on his head. Krom sighed, and looked to Sher-Khan, who sat calmly with his arms crossed. "Move away from Kyouhei. Don't need to mentally scar him." he said, and the three moved away from the fearful boy, who simply began to shake slightly while mumbling about evil and demons. Krom rolled his eyes. "Follow me." he said, leading them away from his house, so that Kyouhei could recover from the shock of being attacked.

Once outside, Krom thought about what he could do to keep the children occupied. At a loss of what to do, he turned to Saria. She giggled. "Do what you'd normally do, just with them." she said, and he rolled his eyes. "Normally, I'm doing something that involves Simba, or the Church. And I don't think either are healthy for them." he said. She hummed, and then clapped. "Test out their battling skills!" she called, and Krom frowned. "Do I have to?" he asked. She nodded. "Yup! If you want to be a good father, best to practice! And besides, you'll be able to test out that Phantump Simba gave you." she said. Krom sighed, then nodded. He turned to the children, who looked at him expectantly. "Okay, today, Saria said that we should practice Pokemon battles." he said, and the three younger ones cheered, and Sher-Khan merely blinked. Krom cast a sneaky glance at Saria, and smiled. "Now, because there are four of you, we'll take you guys on in two teams of two. Pick your partner and follow me to you dad's backyard." he said, winking evilly at the cubs. Scar attached himself to Sarabi, and Sanatika frowned, and the two bickered over who would be her partner the whole walk over. Once in the field, the Pokemon cleared out, and Krom smiled. "Okay, now, who's going first?" he asked, and the three younger ones called out, then began bickering over Sarabi again.

"She's my sister, and more Shinx than you, so she should team with me!" Scar called, and Santika giggled menacingly. "Girls on one team, and boys on the other." Santika chimed in, and Sher-Khan frowned. "How about you three work together, and I'll work alone." he said, and they blinked, then nodded. Krom sighed. "That's fine. Now, pick any Pokemon around us that you can convince to work with you." he said, and the four set out. Krom sighed once they left, and Saria giggled at him. "You should relax. Not be so tense about everything." she said, and he grunted. "Sorry. I'm only comfortable killing things with crosses and when I'm with my Pokemon, and you and Homika of course." he said, and she sighed. "What are you going to do if I have more kids than Sable?" she asked, and Krom shrugged. "Whatever I need to." he said, and she smiled. "See, that's the spirit!" she called, then looked to the field. The three smaller ones had returned, accompanied by a Pokemon of some form. Scar returned with a bulky feline Pokemon called Litleo, and Sarabi had a Fennekin. Sanatika stayed true to her heritage and came back with a Sableye, no likely a slightly more experienced one. Sher-Khan had yet to return, but Krom knew he didn't need to. Saria let Ajani out of his Pokeball, and Krom threw the Phantump's Pokeball, blinded by the bright light that emanated from it.

When the light faded, the Pokemon Krom saw in front of him wasn't a Phantump. It was more like an actual tree, with small horns and hand like brances. Once menacing, glowing eye was on the Pokemon, where a chunk of bark went missing, and another piece of missing bark looked like a jagged toothed mouth. The Pokemon had six legs, which could likely root into the ground. A grumbling groan emanated from the Pokemon's mouth. Krom blinked, and shrugged. Sarabi, Scar and Sanatika cast out their Pokemon, who charged forward with intense vigor, each determined to defeat their foe.

The Fennekin was the fasted, skidding around the tree Pokemon, then launching hot flames from it's maw. The tree disappeared completely, and the fox froze, only for the tree to appear from above and fall atop it, pinning it underneath it's root like legs. Leaping into the air, the odd tree Pokemon gathered sunlight and slammed it's arm branches together, firing a SolarBeam from the air. The Litleo, who had just dodged an attack from Ajani, turned and charged towards the injured fox, Headbutting it out of the way, then looking up at the beam of energy. The Lion's chest clenched, and it unleashed a Hyper Voice that tore through the beam, but had no affect on the tree, who landed on the ground easily. The lion called out, and the tree groaned back. The Lion charged forward, unleashing a powerful Flamethrower, which the tree merely sidestepped. The Lion jumped and can at the tree directly with Crunch, but the tree sidestepped, and the Lion smirked leeringly. The Lion unleashed a Dark Pulse in the form of a dark shockwave that struck the tree Pokemon hard. The Pokemon stumbled, and the Litleo unleashed a Fire Blast, striking the tree, who groaned loudly and growled. The tree disappeared, and reappeared the cub. The tree uppercutted the cub, using Power-Up Punch, and then struck again, flinging the lion across the field. Ajani used Charge Beam, repelling the Sableye, then leaping to slam his large head into the cub, defeating it. Ajani looked down at the cub, and touched it gently, then closed his eyes, and turned to the Sableye.

The giggling ghost shot forward with Shadow Sneak, only to be blocked by Protect. The small feline's eyes began to glow, and it used Miracle Eye. The small feline leaped back, unleashing a Dark Pulse that struck the ghost, forcing it back, where a Psyshock assaulted the Pokemon from behind, weakening it more. Krom called to the tree Pokemon, who turned and began to walk over to rest, and use Ingrain to root itself into the ground with Ingrain. The fox still hadn't been defeated, and called out as it charged Ajani from behind. Ajani fired another Charge Beam at the ghost, knocking it down, but not out, and exhaled. Th fox closed in, about to prepare a Fire Blast, when the feline spun instantly. Ajani stood motionless, his large, round, unblinking eyes piercing into the fox's soul. The fox began to quiver, unable to handle the cat's stare, the never-ending, almost frightening thing it was. Then, the kitten opened it's mouth and unleashed a Disalarming Voice. The soundwaves struck the Fennekin hard, knocking it back. The fox grunt, and rolled to it's feet, only to find the large, demonic eyes of the Espurr in it's face within a few inches. The fox quivered, despite being thirteen pounds heavier, and four inches taller. The kitten swung his stubby fist, slamming it into the fox's jaw and knocking the Pokemon out. The Pokemon nodded to it's defeated foe and turned. Ajani jumped back, avoiding a Shadow Claw from the recovered Sableye. Hissing, the Pokemon cackled before teleporting behind the kitten and using Shadow Claw. The Pokemon froze mid swing, and floated into the air. The kitten turned, and the tree Pokemon shot forward, defeating the Sableye with a single Shadow Claw. The kitten leapt up, and stood on the tree's head, nodding to the defeated ghost.

The three smaller Halflings cheered as they ran to their Pokemon, and smiled at the kitten. "That was really cool Mr. Krom! Your Pokemon evolved as soon as the battle started!" Scar said, and Krom chuckled. "Yeah, I guess he did. You did great Cernunnos." he said, and the tree's glowing eye closed, and Krom knew that was the equivalent to a smile. The kitten leapt into Saria's arms and smiled. "You did great Ajani." she said, and the Pokemon purred and mewed. They heard clapping, and turned to see Simba, Sable, and Valerie watching. "Impressive. I'm proud of you guys." he said, and the little three ran over and cheered themselves on, and the Pokemon they used. Krom sighed, returning the tree. "That's Trevanant. Phantump evolves into Trevanant after it's traded from one person to another. I'm surprised that you two worked so well together." He said, and Krom chuckled. "I guess Pokemon just get along with me easily." he said, and Simba nodded. Krom turned to the large eyed woman, who chuckled as she bowed politely. "I'm Valerie, the Laverre City Gym Leader from Kalos." she said, and Krom nodded. "I look forward to someone from my family challenging you." he said, and Simba chuckled. "Not going yourself?" he asked. Krom shrugged. "Knowing my luck, my kids will be old enough to go out on their own. Ash Ketchum let his daughter have Kalos. I might do the same." He said, and Simba nodded.

Simba looked past Krom and saw Sher-Khan standing with his arms folded. He rose a brow, and Krom turned. "I see you've managed to defeat my siblings." he said, and Simba laughed. "Might not have been so easy if you were there." he said, and then turned to Krom. "The oldest male is always like this with Halflings. Don't know why though. Might have something to do with the DNA mixing for the first time, stirring up the best results or something. Don't know how it applies to quadruplets." he said, shrugging. Krom grunted, mumbling under his breath. Valerie laughed, enjoying the village's relaxed, slow paced atmosphere. Sher-Khan frowned. "wasn't there supposed to be some form of battle taking place?" He asked, and Krom nodded. He stepped forward, but Saria placed her hand on his shoulder. "Wait. Let me battle him. You should go find all of your Pokemon and decide who you are taking with you to Kanto." she said, and he nodded, stepping back so she could walk forward. Sher-Khan unfolded his arms and bowed respectfully, and straightened himself. Saria smiled, confident in her ability to win. She pulled the Pokeball from her pocket, and flung it. The Pokemon that emerged was her Cobalion, Bonaparte. Pulling a Pokeball from his side, Sher-Khan flung the ball, and stood unflinching as his Pokemon emerged. The Pokemon that emerged was a Houndoom, but not Simba's Hella. This was a male Houndoom, and Krom was suspicious as to why he'd choose that of all Pokemon.

Saria called for Bonaparte to use Aura Sphere, and the gazelle like legendary launched a ball of energy at the hound. Sher-Khan called for Flamethrower, and the hound let loose a burst of hot flame that dissipated the Aura Sphere. Saria smiled, calling for Sacred Sword. The gazelle surged forward, a horn of energy growing between his own curved back horns. He lowered his head, jabbing at the hound, who leapt back repeatedly, then leapt into the air. The hound launched a burst of flame on command, but Bonaparte avoided the attack. The hound landed, and on command, launched another Flamethrower. Bonaparte ran around the flame, raising his legs and coming down with Close Combat. The hound sped away, snarling behind the gazelle. Leaping at the Swordsman with Fire Fang, Bonaparte spun, using Sacred Sword to slam into the hound, knocking it away. The hound hit the ground, grunting as he rolled to his feet. Bonaparte followed up with Focus Blast, launching a much larger ball of energy, striking the hound hard, resulting in an explosion. The dirt, dust and light that erupted from the blast blew Saria back slightly, and tore leaves from trees. The dirt and dust hung around the field, thinning out slowly. Bonaparte let out a victorious cry. The cry sounded, and the dust thinned even more, and Krom began to frown. Something was off. The hound couldn't have been destroyed by the blast, so why didn't he see it through the smog?

A howl sounded, and a dark pall set over the field, and village. The dust cleared, and the hound howled again, the sight nearly as disturbing as the sound. The hounds horns unfurled, sticking straight up. The canine's canines elongated, visible through it's mouth. The skull pendant the hound wore changed, morphing into a twisted collar with flaring spikes on both ends. The bone armor the served as a necklace thickened and curled, giving the bone collar the appearance of having two pairs of horns. The armor across the Pokemon's back thickened, and the tail became armored at the base. The spade at the end of the hound's tail elongated and split in the center, giving it a more menacing appearance. The armor across the hound's legs thickened and increased, and his stature was much larger. With the horns included, the Pokemon was taller than Krom by nearly a head, making the beast roughly six and a half feet tall. Sher-Khan frowned, and Simba clapped, impressed. "My Houndoom has Mega evolved, incase you are wondering." Sher-Khan said. "His power increases drastically, and his ability changes to Solar Power." he said, and Simba frowned slightly. Krom looked to Simba. "With the power increase, boost from the sun, being the same type as the user, and the Solar Power boost factored in, I'm almost certain any fire attack from that Houndoom will defeat Bonaparte. Anything stronger than Flame Burst, and he's as good as dead. A Fire Blast or Inferno, and he's vaporized." he said, and Sher-Khan frowned, calling for Fire Fang. The beast surged forward, and Saria called for Focus Blast.

The energy ball flew forward, only for the hound to bat it away with his horns. The hound leapt at the gazelle, only to be knocked away by a Sacred Sword. The hound flipped, and snarled at the legendary Pokemon. Saria called for a string of Close Combat, and Sher-Khan called for Fire Fang again. The gazelle surged forward, lifting itself onto two legs to strike the hound in the jaw with Close Combat, only for the Mega hound to clamp it's jaws down on his other foot. Calling out, Bonaparte fired a Focus Blast, which was deflected by the hound's horns. With the proximity of both beasts, the Focus Blast erupted, damaging both Pokemon. A shockwave rang out, blowing both Pokemon back. Sher-Khan called for Flamethrower, and the hound unleashed a massive burst of hot flame, striking Bonaparte and defeating him. The hound returned to his original form, and walked up to the injured Cobalion, who hissed as he tried to stand. Sher-Khan followed the Hound. "They saw a Houndoom's flame never stops hurting, and secretes a foul odor. Nothing smells amiss to me." he said, and stood in front of the gazelle. The hound breathed on the burn marks, healing them. Sher-Khan looked to Simba. "I went through Grandfather's notes. Apparently, the poison is the antidote. Houndoom's breath and saliva can heal the permanent injuries it causes." he said, leading the hound back inside.

Simba chuckled. "That's my boy." he said, and Krom frowned. "Something's off about him." he said. Simba chuckled. "Don't worry, you'll get that one genius kid like him, and you'll feel the same way I do." he said, and folded his arms. Valerie chuckled. "Now, I hear you are to gather your Pokemon for a journey to Kanto? I would love it if you let me accompany you." she said, and Krom frowned, then nodded. "Fine. But only because you're Simba's friend." he said, walking off to begin searching. Saria sighed. "I hope you guys are right, and that he'll loosen up after the kids are born." she stated, and Simba chuckled. "He's a viking. It's what they do. Be wary, fight, kill, and so on. At least he doesn't bleach his hair." Simba said, and Valerie laughed. "I remember that. You cast a spell to make yourself blond because you were mocking Siebold." Saria hummed. "I've been meaning to ask. If a Halfling is a Pokemon that changes type from region to region, like Gardevoir, how does that affect the Halfling? I'm not sure if I'm wording it right." she said, giggling. Valerie nodded. "I understand you're question. With the energy of Kalos flooding around Unova, as long as you don't leave for at least another month, you should be part Fairy type." She said, walking closer. She slid something from her sleeve and handed it to Saria It was a large stone, and it was Pink, green and white. Saria blinked. "What's this?" she asked. Valerie giggled. "It's called a Gardevorite. It allows Gardevoir to Mega Evolve. And when Mega evolved, Gardevoir's ability Changes to Pixilate, which makes Normal type Moves, Fairy type moves. Very useful if you ever need to DoubleSlap someone." she said, winking.

Saria chuckled. "But, how does a Halfling Mega evolve?" she asked. Valerie chuckled. "Same way a Pokemon would. A smaller, rainbow colored stone is used to Mega evolve as well sometimes. He large stone's holder, and the small stone's holder resonate energy, and the holder of the larger stone can Mega Evolve if the bond between holders is great enough. Or, a more simple route, intense training, or dramatic situations work as well." she said, and Saria nodded. "Can any of my Pokemon Mega evolve?" she asked, and Valerie hummed. "I don't believe so. The Pokemon that can Mega Evolve are Houndoom, Manectric, Tyranitar, Aggron, Heracross, Pinsir, Gardevoir, Blaziken, Lucario, Charizard and Mewtwo into two different forms, Absol, Aerodactyl, Abamasnow, Garchomp, Banette, Scizor, Kangaskhan, Gengar, Venasaur, Blastiose, Mawile, Alakazam, Gyarados, Ampharos and Medicham. There are rumors of stones to Mega evolve Galvantula and Druddigon, but I'm not sure how sure they are." she said, and Saria nodded. "That's a bit longer than I expected." she said, and Simba chuckled. "I've recently got in rumors of a Jynx Mega stone, but I'll ignore them for now, as the source isn't the most reliable." he said. She nodded, and bid them farewell, off to help Krom locate his slew of Pokemon.

Krom sighed, walking through the calm forest without a single care in the world. He smelled something faintly reminiscent of Pokemon in this direction, and decided to investigate. Walking up a small hill, he smelt Zoroark, which was odd, as before, he couldn't smell Pokemon, let alone decipher which one. After reaching the top of the hill, he looked down, and saw Foxy sitting by a small pond, watching Magikarp flop about the water amusingly. Krom frowned, as he saw Orzhov next to her. He walked down the hill, attracting the Pokemon and Halfling's attention. The fox stood and smiled, happy to see her trainer after so long. Orzhov seemed nervous, but Krom smiled. "It's alright, I actually came to gather my Pokemon together. I'm heading out to Kanto soon, and I want to decide who's going with me and who's staying here. You're welcome to accompany me." he said, and Orzhov perked up slightly. "Really?" he asked, and Krom nodded, gesturing for Orzhov to take the lead. He smiled, and began walking ahead. Foxy chuckled, a snarky sound that Krom found amusing. He just hoped that Halflings weren't hanging around all of his Pokemon.

Simba sat down, speaking to Valerie, and she tilted her head. "You adopted the Umbreon Halfling, and the Malkavi boy? What was his name?" she asked, curious. Simba sighed. "Kyouhei Malkavi. Luckily, adopting him protects him from people seeking to wipe out his clan. Why, what do you find so interesting about him?" he asked. Valerie shook her head. "Nothing at all. I just find it odd that you're so willing so increase the size of your family." she said. Simba shrugged. "With Krom walking around, and everybody finally settling down, I figured that adding to my family wouldn't be a big deal. Kyouhei needed it with the things he's been through, and Ishron needed a father figure, regardless of his naysaying." he said. She chuckled, nodding. Simba smiled. "So, tell me, how has Kalos been?" he asked. Simba was thinking about sending his children to Kalos for their journey, as the region was immense, and had a wide variety of Pokemon. She smiled. "It has been quite well. Clemont is still in a bit of a slump, even after all these years, and Alexa's report lost the flair they had during Ash's lifetime. Bonnie's endless search for finding Clemont's wife ended fifty years ago, and Grant is beginning to grow tiresome of his lifestyle. Perhaps Krom will give some of the Kalosian natives a new lease on life, so that the region can be as beautiful as possible." she said, her smile never fading. Simba chuckled. "and of Team Flare?" he asked, and she shook her head. "Nothing at all. Team Flare is silent, and so is Lysandre, and the Scientists, along with any sightings of AZ." she said, and Simba frowned. "That man needs to be hidden. There are too many people that would seek to take his immortality from him, impossible as it may be." he said, and she nodded.

"I agree. Let us hope that when our children head to Kalos, and adventure the world, that no such things happen." she said, and he nodded.

Krom sighed, sitting at home. He managed to gather the Stealth Rangers, Foxy, Bruce, DJ Swamp, Sherman, Jerry, Castle Face, and Mahmut. He sat at home, his Pokemon safely tucked into their Pokeballs. He grabbed the remote to the TV and turned it on. And yet again, he gaped at what he saw.

The commercial, which showed various pictures of living dirt being smashed by a hammer, ended with the dwarf giving a thumbs up with one hand while brushing his teeth with a hammer shaped toothbrush in the other. Krom shook his head and pinched his nose. "what am I going to do with him?" he asked, and Saria chuckled.
