This is so damn late, im so sorry. I hope this is good enough to make up for it, but I doubt it. I hope you all are doing well, and that the weather by you isnt that bad, as it is continuously snowing out here. Love y'all, and thanks for the continued views and support, Jiro

Krom looked over the village from a hill on the outskirts, a smile on his features. He thought about everything he'd done, and everyone he'd met, and the thoughts and memories brought him happiness. The wind blew, the scent of the village, which was a pleasant blend of food and woodlands, filled Krom's nostrils, reminding him of the first time he stepped into the village, back when he was unaware of the existence of Halflings, much less the fact that he was one. He felt energy stir in the wind, and turned to see his father standing behind him smiling, arms folded. "It looks as if you're going to miss this place more than I thought you would." he said, and Krom chuckled. "This place is my home. I'd die for it, and the people here, and I know the village would return the favor." he said, and Zekrom chuckled. "That is true. You plan to depart later today?" he asked, and Krom nodded. "Yes, after my battle with Sher-Khan, I plan on heading out." he said. Zekrom chuckled. "I take it that you've said your goodbyes already?" he asked, and Krom froze, blinking. "No I haven't!" Krom shouted, turning and looking down the hill. He smiled, leaping from the hill, the wind gliding about his body, as he flew through the air happily.

Krom hit the ground hard, drawing the attention from a few Halflings, who nodded their acknowledgment of the Halfling, who nodded back happily. He decided to visit Bishop first, as he, and his wife, a Lucario Halfling named Lucina, were the ones in control of this village that Krom had come to love. Walking through the village with a confident, outspoken aura about him, Krom passed various Halflings, each acknowledging him with a nod, a gesture Krom returned. On the walk, he ran into Ruby and Gold, the couple from when he returned to the village after the destruction of Nimbasa City. Krom nodded to them, noticing that they fell in time with him, as if accompanying him. "What's up?" he asked, and the two looked at each other. "We wanted to accompany you on the way to Bishop's." Ruby said, and Krom tilted his head. "How'd you know I was going there?" he asked, and Gold chuckled. "It's the only important thing in that direction. And everything you do seems to be important." he said, and Krom chuckled, agreeing. Coming up on the Village Hall, Krom stopped. He inhaled deeply, walking through the door with a clear mind. On the other side, sitting at a large round table, with three empty seats, as if Krom and the boys arriving was common knowledge, were the heads of the village. Krom sat down, next to Simba, so that the two other males could sit next to each other. Krom sighed, smiling as he looked about. THIS, was his family, and no one would take this from him. No one.

The current Chief of the Village, a Bisharp Halfling currently calling himself Bishop Bisharpblades, and his wife, a Lucario Halfling named Lucina Aurafelt, took precedence at the meeting, the Head of medicine and healing, Vraakas and Glenda Fertilesoil, sat to the left next to Lucina, while on the right was the head of security and Master tactician Simba Lionheart, flanked by his wife Sable, their children scattered about the room. Krom's father, the god Zekrom, was also at the table, along with Rex and Adoette Tyranstein, commanders of military actions. "It's good to see you here Krom. Someone of your rank should be here in some way." Lucina said calmly. Krom rose a brow. "Rank?" he asked, and Saria chuckled. Krom's wife sat next to Adoette, and nodded. "Chief Bishop has appointed me, and in extension, you, Homika and the rest of our family, Head of Halfling Relations." she stated, and Krom looked at the not too sane Bisharp with a rose brow. "Head of Halfling relations?" Krom questioned, and Bishop laughed. Of course. You've been the best when it comes to rescuing people, helping people, and protecting people." he said, and Simba nodded. "this is evident when you helped Ruby and Gold, Adopted assorted Pokemon from me, and you've helped protect the entire village from assorted attacks back before you knew everyone. And you still have scars to prove it." he said. Krom chuckled, nodding. "Alright, but how can me and Saria be responsible it neither of us are here?" he questioned, and Bishop blinked. Lucina chuckled. "If neither you nor Saria are inside the village, then Homika will be placed in charge of Halfling Relations, and if not her, then Simba shall take over for you." she said, and Krom nodded. "anything else?" he asked, eager to speak his mind. Lucina looked about the room, and the giddy Chief spoke up.

"Oh yes, two more things. Number one, the entire village of Pinwheel, and it's cousin villages from Viridian, Ilex, Petalburg, Eterna, and Santalune would like to thank you for everything that you've done and will continue to do Krom Hitoawa, and we wish you and your family great health and prosperity, along with great fortune and the best of luck," he said, smiling and sitting down. Krom smiled. "It's nothing, honestly. I'd do it again, and in a heartbeat, just for the same results. I'd like to thank you all for having me, and for guiding me along the right path. And for caring for my Pokemon so that I dont have too many clashing personalities with me at once." he said, referring to the giddy Mamoswine, and grumpy, elderly Bastiodon. Simba chuckled, turning to Bishop. "And the second thing?" he questioned, and Bishop blinked. "Oh, right. Well, Lucina has convinced me to step down as chief of Pinwheel." he said, and Lucina nodded. "Yes. Bishop's physical health is wearing down, the metals in his body are disappearing, his mental state is following suite, and his aura is dimming. We felt it best for him to retire before he passes on, and appoint a younger, stronger chief." she said, and Krom rose a brow. The Bisharp halfling's strong, square jawline was rounding out with wrinkled skin, and the circles beneath his black eyes were beginning to wrinkle on their own. His red tinted black hair had begun to turn silver, and his mitten like glove membranes had deteriorated, leaving him with naught but blades for hands. And even his helmet, which he kept on a shelf, had began to wear down. Krom smiled at the cooth and calmness the Bisharp showed. His pokemon half told him to rule and lead, but his human half told him to step back, and he made the right decision.

Bishop nodded, his eyes turning a silver color. "I have chosen to retire, as I am nearing the end of my lifetime. I have been chieftain here for over two hundred years, and it took me three hundred years to become cheiftan. My greatest accomplishment was keeping this village alive for this long, and it will always be. But, I have chosen that at least for now, the head of this village is to be Simba Lionheart, as he has, for the longest time, taken great stride in keeping this place alive, and fighting battles that I should have fought alone. And, in my retirement, I would like to know that the village is left in the best possible care." he said, and Krom saw a momentary flash of anger on Lucina's face. Did the Lucario want the village for herself, or was there something Krom was missing? He decided not to delve on it, and smiled as he stood. Bishop stood with him, a chuckle in his throat. "Come with me Krom. There is something I'd like to show you." he said, leading the Zekrom Halfling out of the large hut to a small lake behind it. The Bisharp waved his hand across the surface, and as the water rippled, it changed, a blurry, murky image inside of it's crystalline depths. When the water cleared, Krom saw an image of a woman with black hair and red eyes sighing as she held a bundle in her arms, and, looking across the lake, Krom saw the blurry image of Simba.

"This is the lake of Memory, granted to me by Uxie the Flashback, a few hundred years ago. It always holds something for me, and I wanted it to hold this for me, so that I may show it to you." he said as the scene unfolded. Simba stalked around the pool of water, his eyes and ears intently focusing on everything and anything around him. The woman spoke, but Krom heard nothing, and Simba nodded. The bundle was passed from the woman to Simba, and in the middle of the exchange, both individuals were cloaked in blue energy, which cackled hard, like electricity. Krom watched the woman step back and flee, Simba looking down at the bundle with a forlorn look on his face. Simba bent his legs, then exploded into the air, disappearing from view and the water's line of vision as the water faded back to normal. Krom blinked, and turned to the silver eyed Halfling. "That was your mother, giving you to Simba before fleeing. She wanted to draw her enemies away from you by leaving you, making them think that you were dead or the like, and Simba protected you, as you know already. I wanted to show you this, as you have rarely, if ever seen your mother's face." he said, and Krom nodded, as the whole scene was very odd to him.

"But why would Simba leave?" he asked, and Bishop sighed. "Leaving you here when we already had enemies wouldn't be safe, as we weren't as strong those years back. Your birth made us want to get stronger, as we knew that one day, you'd find us. Each of us anticipated it differently, but Simba waited the most, and that is why I made him the new Chief, because no one will care for what you love better than him and his friends." he said, and Krom smiled. "Now" the Bisharp said, his eyes slowly fading back to their original black color, "I'll let you get ready for your battle with Sher-Khan before it's too late." he said, and Krom nodded, laughing as he left, waving to the Bisharp. The young halfling knew that he appreciated the older one, but he knew more that he had to be in this village when Bishop passed. The Halfling made his way to the makeshift arena they had in the village, where Sher-Khan would likely be waiting. Krom knew the boy was strong, and smart, but he was still young, and his inexperience would be his undoing.

Krom entered the arena, shocked to find the entire village inside, ready to cheer for both Halflings. Simba stood in the center, dressed in a long black cloak, Sher-Khan next to him. Krom walked over to the Luxray, standing to his left, watching the audience with an excited aura. "Today we are here to celebrate the departure of Krom Hitoawa with a battle. Krom Hitoawa will take on Sher-Khan Lionheart in full six against six format. These battles will be single, and both participants are allowed to substitute Pokemon. Is this clear?" Simba said, and both males nodded, stepping back cautiously and carefully, eyes never leaving the other. Simba took one last look at Sher-Khan, nodding to his son before stepping back. "Begin!" he shouted, and both trainers flung Pokeballs at the same time. Two flashes of light erupted, the form of two different Pokemon began to unfold, morphing from the formless bursts of light. When the light faded, Kooky stood across the field from a Hawlucha, whose color pattern was odd. Black feathers werewhere white ones should be, and his head crest, a small group of hairlike feathers, was a bright green. The Pokemon's claws were blue instead of white, and it's size was impressive for a Hawlucha, being a foot taller than the average Hawlucha. It likely weighed twenty plus pounds more, and that gave the pokemon a distinct size and typing advantage against the dark Pokemon across from it. Both Pokemon locked their dark, gleaming eyes on each other, then shot forward, their blood pumping, eager to battle, and defeat, their foe.

The Pokemon were explosive in their combat, their trainers finding it hard to keep up with their Pokemon. Kooky came down with Slash, the bird avoiding and coming up with Sky Uppercut, Kooky leaning back and jabbing forward with Iron Head. The Hawlucha jumped back, airborne when Kooky launched himself into the air, giggling as he rolled to Rolling Kick the Hawlucha, who drifted to the side, landing behind the Pawniard as he rose to his feet, turning to the Hawkman. Kooky tilted his head, shooting forward at high speed with Sucker Punch, The Hawkman using Detect to roll to the side fluidly, bringing his knee up to High Jump Kick the Pawniard, who grunted as he was compelled, and propelled into the air, flying through the air with the Hawkman flying after him. The Hawkman used Close Combat, kicking kooky into an upright position in midair, before unleashing a quick parry of blows, then flipping to kick the insane Pokemon to the ground. Kooky hit hard, grass, dirt and dust erupting about the field as he formed a crater when he hit. The Hawkman landed in the dirt cloud, folding his arms and shielding his body. When the dust cleared, Kooky stood coated in dirt, and with one arm hanging limp at his side, but a stern, adamant look on his face as he stared down the Hawk, who spread his arms and took a fighting stance instantly. Kooky began to glow a dull blue, then began flailing his good arm about, launching Psycho Cuts about the field as he closed in, forcing the Hawkman to focus more on avoiding the blades of psychic energy then the Pokemon charging directly at him. Kooky rolled his good arm, holding it by his bad one, and shot forward, slicing through the bird and landing on the other side, panting. All was quiet, and then, Kooky fell forward defeated, the bird's chest torn open as it fell forward as well. Both Pokemon were returned, and Simba chuckled.

"Both Kooky the Pawniard and Ari the Hawlucha have been defeated. Will both trainers please hand their Pokeballs to either Glenda or Vraakas Fertilesoil and continue." he said, and Krom nodded, walking over to the Landorus Halfling and handing him the Pokeball. "I'm sure Kooky will be fine, but keep an eye on him anyway." Krom said, and Vraakas grunted, nodding. Sher-Khan handed the Hawlucha over to the Blissey Halfling. "Make sure that wound gets disinfected well." he said with a small smile, and Glenda nodded. "Don't worry, Ari will be just fine. Now go out there and do your best." she said, winking to the young Shinx Halfling, who nodded. Both trainer's walked out back onto the field, eyes locked onto each other as they nodded in mutual respect before throwing out their next Pokemon. Again, two formless, white bursts of energy began to take form as they traveled through the air to the ground. When the light faded, Fred the Eelektross stood across the field against a golden Meowstic, the Pokemon's large blue eyes offset by it's golden body.

"Begin!" Simba called, and Krom called for Thunderbolt. The eel launched a large burst of electricity from it's body, and Sher-Khan called for Light Screen. A screen appeared in front of the Meowstic, blocking the electricity all together. "Alright then, Fred, use Thunder Punch!" Krom called, and the eel began bounding forward with it's foot like fins, it's fists cloaked in electricity. Sher-Khan remained calm, calling for Reflect. A second screen of a lighter shade appeared in front of the feline Pokemon, causing Fred's fists to slam into it. The eel grew angered at it's inability to strike the feline. Krom called for Coil, the eel's body growing thicker and heavier, it's attack, defense and accuracy raising slightly. Sher-Khan called for Psyshock, and the eyes of the feline changed, glowing white and losing their pupils as large orbs of energy formed around Fred. Krom called for Discharge, and the eel monster unleashed a wave of electricity about itself, blocking the Psyshock. Krom knew the feline was much faster than the eel, meaning that it could likely avoid any physical strike Fred could throw at it. Krom had to figure out how to combine both physical and non physical offense before the eel was worn down by the golden feline.

Krom called for Fire Punch, watching the bulkier eel burst forward at the feline, who remained still. Sher-Khan called for Psyshock once more, the orbs of energy forming around the eel, but not discharging. Sher-Khan called for Psychic, the orbs of psychic energy glowing blue, heavily empowered by the added energy controlling them like small drones of explosive psychic energy. The horde of orbs began spiraling around at high speeds, the impressive mindset of the feline allowing them to move in such a complex fashion. One of the energy balls struck Fred, exploding and knocking him into the air, where he flipped and floated to the ground. Krom blinked. "Fred, levitate and move like if you were in the water!" he called, and Fred adjusted his posture, moving in a snake like fashion as he floated above the ground, his Levitate ability coming into play. "Now Flamethrower, then Thunder Punch!" he called, and the eel shot forward, using Flamethrower to mask itself from view while it surged forward. Blinded by the heat of the flames, the feline couldn't see the impressively powered, thick fist of the eel coming. The Mewostic was struck, knocked across the field instantly, slamming into the makeshift bleachers the audience sat at. When the dust and debris cleared, the Meowstic laid panting in the crater, defeated. Krom cheered on the eel, watching Sher-Khan return the Meowstic to it's pokeball and return the Pokeball to Glenda. "Take good care of Freyr for me." he said, smiling sadly. Walking back to his spot on the field, nodding to Krom respectfully.

Sher-Khan's third Pokemon was A Chesnaught, whose impressive green and brown coloration seemed slightly intimidating. Krom decided to remain on the offensive, calling for Acid Spray. Fred floated about, launching blobs of acid at the Chesnaught, who narrowly avoided each, until one struck him in the leg, allowing Krom to switch up his fighting style and become more offensive. "Fire Punch, then Flamethrower!" he called. The eel launched himself forward, slamming his fist into the massive rodent, then unleashing a huge burst of flame, coating the Grass type Pokemon and heavily damaging it. When the flame and smoke cleared around the Chesnaught, it's shell was cracked, and it shrugged it's shoulders, discarding the shell. Krom found the action odd, and watched the Pokemon closely. "Fred, use Flamethrower!" he called, going for a basic attack to measure what the lack of a shell does. The burst of flame was avoided, the rodent behind Fred instantly, unleashing a hard Brick Break that knocked the eel to the ground. With it's last burst of energy, Fred unleashed a Flamethrower, singing the Chesnaught before falling unconscious. The rodent called out, defeated by the surprise attack. Simba stepped forward. "Both Heimdallr the Chesnaught and Fred the Eelektross are unable to battle. Please return the Pokemon and hand them off to the Fertilesoils." he said, and both trainers nodded, handing the Pokemon off to the Halflings in charge of medicine and healing. After nodding respectfully to each other, their third and fourth Pokemon, respectively, were unleashed.

Two white bursts of energy were unleashed, and when Krom's faded, Leonidas the Sparturk stood tall, his impressive body chiseled from rock and stone and clay impressive in the noon sun. Sher-Khan's Pokemon was a Ditto, who transformed into the Spartan golem, the two twelve foot tall, half ton creatures staring each other down through ghostly eyes. Krom stamped his foot, casting his hand out as he gave his single word command. "Attack!' he called, and both golems launched forward, their spears and shields arming them for combat brandished masterfully, the golems meeting with an earth shaking crash. The Ditto jabbed it's spear at Leonidas, who brought his shield up, jabbing at the Ditto, who parried with it's own spear. Stepping back, the golems began circling each other, their near gladiatorial combat having the audience on edge. The ditto made the first move, jabbing at Leonidas' legs, the golem putting his shield to the ground to parry, jabbing the Ditto in the chest, knocking it back. Leonidas threw his weapons out, kicking the shield of the other golem, breaking it in twine as he threw his own shield away. Both golems down to just their spears, Krom became slightly worried about the damage that could be done to either gladiator. The ditto came down, Leonidas parrying by swinging up, knocking the spear from the Ditto, rolling to slice it across it's stone chest, then jabbing it in the foot before the Ditto slapped the spear away from the golem. Krom saw both Pokemon without their weapons, and wondered how two Pokemon of Sparturk's sort would fight without them.

Leonidas coped well, adopting a crouching fighting stance as he used spectral energies to wrap around his huge fists, like gauntlets and gloves. The Ditto mimicked, having no experience transforming into something like Leonidas. The golem shot forward, punching the Ditto, the opposing golem body blowing the more experienced golem. Leonidas slammed his forearm into the Ditto, knocking it back where he threw his fist out hard, a huge jab knocking the Ditto off it's feet. The Pokemon rolled back to it's feet quickly, countering with a Shadow Punch to the gut. Leonidas uppercutted the Ditto, who struck Leonidas with a spinning backfist, setting his footing off, allowing the Ditto to follow up with a straight jab, knocking Leonidas into a wall, where he rebounded, allowing the Ditto to unleash a quick parry of body blows before elbowing Leonidas, pinning to the wall. Krom growled as the Ditto stepped back, the spectral energy faded from Leonidas, signaling his defeat. The ditto gloated, throwing his arms up, the audience erupting into cheers. The celebration was ended soon though, as Leonidas sprung to life, spearing the other Golem, before fully mounting it and beginning to unleash a massive barrage of Punches. A Fire Punch, followed up by a Thunder Punch, then an Ice Punch, then A Shadow Punch, then A Mega Punch, then a Drain Punch, then an Ice Punch, then another Shadow Punch. The golem rained down heavy blows, pounding on the ditto with everything he had before combining Hammer arm and Shadow Punch to unleash a double fisted hammer punch to the ditto, defeating it and sealing his victory. The golem panted heavily, then fell forward, rolling off the Ditto.

Simba leaped up, clapping sincerely, impressed by the display of power from both Golurk like Pokemon. "Both Leonidas the Sparturk and Mirror the Ditto are unable to battle. Please hand the Pokemon over to the Fertilesoils." he said, and Krom jogged forward, looking at the huge golem, who flashed before sticking his massive fist out. Krom bumped fists with the massive golem before returning him and handing him over to Vraakas. "That was impressive whelp." he said, and then grunted. Krom laughed. "Thanks." he said, nodding to the Landorus Halfling before walking back out onto the field. The two nodded to each other respectfully, then send out their fourth and fifth Pokemon, respectively, and preparing to step up their game to secure victory. Krom used Gram, the Haxorus he adopted from Cheren, or, more appropriately, rescued from Cheren. The gray Pokemon had large axe blades equipped to it's jaws, which were mechanically enhanced to unhinge and flail about on chains, similar to a morning star. Sher-Khan's fifth Pokemon was a Garchomp, and a dark, eerie gray one at that. The two dragons stared each other down before Simba gave the call to begin. Both dragons shot forward, simply slamming bodies together before backing up. The Garchomp unleashed a loud cry, and Gram spun and unleashed a louder cry, glowing red as he did so. Seeking the quickest, and most powerful end to the battle, both trainers screamed the same command at the same time. "Outrage!" they called, and both dragon's eyes began to glow red as they surged forward, eager to unleash the pent up energy the peace granted them.

The Garchomp swung it's single sharp claw, Gram leaning back and then jabbing forward with it's facial axes, striking the shark dragon and knocking it back, before it leaned on it's arm fin to flip back and Dragon Tail the opposing dragon. Gram flew back, rolling to his feet, the ground scuffing his scales slightly. Charging forward, the Outrage causing his body's muscles to bulge, Gram slammed his head into the Garchomp, knocking it back before it unleashed a Dragon Pulse, the pent up shockwave unleashed in a beam, striking Gram and knocking him back. The dragon panted, but began to swing his head as the Outrage wore off, the axes on his faces unhinged and swinging about him. The Garchomp's Outrage wore off, the shark dragon growling as it jumped back from the axes as they buried themselves into the ground. Gram spun, clenching his muscles, causing the axes to spiral around him, their momentum stopping suddenly and reversing, the Garchomp using their direction to attack being struck and injured and knocked back hard. The dragon repeated the process, striking the Garchomp and then catapulting it into a wall. The Garchomp stood, growling as it began to glow. A pink shell and purple energy formed around it as the ground began to tremble, and Krom blinked.

The shell exploded, and the Garchomp erupted into the battle, Mega evolved and rejuvinated. The Pokemon was much more intimidating and bulkier, with it's scythe like hands and impressive jawline, but it's hot pink color almost made Krom chuckle. Lifting it's Scythe like hands and swinging them in an X like ark, the Garchomp Dragon Clawed Gram, knocking him back as he called out, flinging his head, and the axes on chains, into a wall, allowing him to flip and catapult himself at the Mega Pokemon. Slamming his head into the Pokemon, he rolled and Dragon Tailed it into the ground, causing the shark dragon to bounce, where Gram spun and sliced into it with his axes. Jumping and flipping, Gram unleashed a Dragon Rush, crashing into the Garchomp, who unleashed a Fire Blast into the air, the embers and flames raining down, pelting Gram as the Garchomp unleashed a Dragon Rush of it's own, the draconic energy slamming into Gram and catapulting him back, the dragon hurling it's axes at the Mega dragon, the blades cutting into the dragon's face and breaking it's jaw. The dragon hissed, falling forward defeated as Gram rolled to his feet, exhausted. "Knakrack the Garchomp has been defeated, and is unable to battle. Please return the Pokemon and hand it over to Glenda or Vraakas." Simba stated, and Sher-Khan nodded, handing the Pokeball to Glenda. He stood there for a moment, eying the Friend Ball in his hand, and then turning to Krom, he nodded. Walking over, he let loose his final Pokemon, which was a Flareon. Krom wondered what the fox could do against three of his own Pokemon, but he didn't dare doubt the Pokemon's strength.

Gram was exhausted, but still strong enough to fight. Krom called for Earthquake, and the dragon stamped the ground, the Flareon leaping up as he did, unleashing a Fire Blast the singed his scales, following up with a Shadow Ball, pelting the dragon with smaller attacks. As the ground finished quaking, the fox hit the ground, shooting forward with Quick Attack, slamming it's small frame into the dragon, propelling it backward. Gram shot out his blades, cutting into the flesh of the Flareon, the blood beginning to leak from minor leg cuts. Charging forward, flame began to cloak the Flareon, who threw everything it had into the attack. Gram swung his blades about, cutting around himself and the field, creating a hazardous zone for the Flareon to attack from. The blades grazed the fox's face, then legs as it leaped, striking Gram and interrupting the momentum of his attack and his blades, causing them to suddenly retracted, the blades tearing through the back of the Flareon deeply, causing the fox to scream in pain as Gram fell back defeated. Simba stood from his seat on the grass, looking up at the sun. "Gram the Haxorus has been defeated. Please pass the Pokemon on to Vraakas or Glenda please." he said, like the previous times. When Krom handed the Pokemon to Vraakas, he looked to the field, where the Flareon panted as blood ran into and out of it's fur. "That Flareon is really injured. Can't Simba do something?" he asked, and Vraakas shook his head, grunting. "According to the rules of the village, the battle can't be stopped except if one of the participants wins, losses, dies, goes into labor, or forfeits. Unless Sher-Khan decides that this is too much for Tonka, him and the fox will keep going, even if it kills them both." he said, and Krom frowned.

"How could it kill them both?" he asked, and Vraakas chuckled. "Sher-Khan will use his own energy, and then life force, to sustain Tonka, unless he forfeits, which, with his Shinx pride, he won't do. You must decide what to do Krom, whether it be for your sake, or their's." he said, and Krom nodded, walking back to the field, staring Sher-Khan down. Krom sent out his fifth Pokemon, DJ Swamp, telling the giant mud fish to stand still. "Sher-Khan, your Flareon doesn't look to good. Why don't we call it a match so he can get proper care?" Krom asked, and the younger Halfling shook his head. "Me and Tonka will be just fine." he said, and Krom sighed. "Fine. Dj Swamp, use Waterfall!" Krom called, the giant mud fish erupting across the field and coating itself in water. Sher-Khan cursed. "Tonka, use Sunny Day!" he called, and the Flareon launched a ball of flame into the sky, lighting up the field with intense heat and light, similar to a sunny summer day. The mud fish crashed into the fox, the burst of water throwing DJ Swamp back. "Now Hydro Pump!" Krom called, and the Dj launched a massive torrent of water from his mouth, striking and drenching the fire type Pokemon. When the water ran off of Tonka, the Flareon laid coated in water, unmoving. Glenda seemed shocked, but Vraakas and Simba only cast a glance at each other. Krom noticed brown dirt across the ground and a small empty golden pouch laying in the dirt. And, from the pouch, small amounts of gray ash coated Tonka. The dust erupted into the air, coating the fox and hiding it from view. The ash blew around like a storm, concealing not only the fox from view, but coating everything in dark ash. When the Ash cleared, Tonka threw his head back and roared, stamping his foot as his now brown fur was illuminated by the sun. Dj Swamp hesitated at the new appearance of the Pokemon, who wan't a fox anymore. Sher-Khan breathed a sigh of relief and anticipation. "Tonka, use Solar Beam!" he called, and the lion threw his head back, launching a massive blast of solar energy at the mud fish. Krom called for protect, and the Swampert put his hands in front of himself, a thick barrier forming in front of him. The mud fish was pushed back, and Sher-Khan called for Tonka to use as much power as he could.

The lion roared, the size, power, and intensity of the blast cracking, and finally breaking through the barrier, slamming into the mud fish and throwing it back into a wall, where Sher-Khan called for ExtremeSpeed. The lion shot forward, slamming into Dj Swamp and throwing him into a deeper crater in the wall. Using Crunch, the lion grabbed the mud fish by one of his head fins and threw him into the center of the field, launching a second Solar Beam to defeat the mud fish. Krom cursed, returning the mud fish to it's pokeball, then walking over to Vraakas and handing it to him. "What happened? Why isn't Tonka a Flareon anymore?" Krom asked, and Vraakas chuckled. "When the Sacred Ash, ash and dust gathered from the wings of Ho-Oh, coat a deceased Flareon, Jolteon, or Vaporeon, they evolve into the Sacred Beasts, which are all felines, so I wonder why they never received the name Sacred Cats. Flareon, like Tonka, evolve into Entei, a lion with impressive physical prowess, much like Flareon itself. Vaporeon evolve into Suicune, a Cheetah with impressive defensive prowess, much like Vaporeon itself. And Jolteon evolve into Raikou, a sabertooth tiger with impressive speed and specially offensive prowess. Let's hope your final Pokemon can handle a freshly reborn and evolved Entei, especially one raised and trained in this village." he said, and Krom chuckled, nodding s he walked back to his previous position. Simba stood. "This is the final battle between Sher-Khan Lionheart, and Krom Hitoawa. Will both trainers please keep the battle civil, and also, If I feel one Pokemon is in danger of being disfigured or killed, I will stop the battle immediately. Please continue." he said, and Krom sent out his final Pokemon, Acheron. The ancient Absol stared down the Entei, ready to fight, and to win.

Sher-Khan called for Flare Blitz, and the Entei coated itself in flame and charged the feline. Krom called for Sucker Punch, and Acheron shot forward, moving like water, leaping and slapping the Entei, setting it's footing off, rolling in air and unleashing a Psycho Cut, knocking the Entei back. Krom called for Stone Edge, and the feline glew, it's body surround in blue rings before the rings morphed into sharp rocks that the Absol launched at Tonka. Tonka also used Stone Edge, the stones colliding into each other and exploding, causing dust to erupt about the field. Acheron stood in the cloud of dust, sensing out the Entei, then closing in with Nigh Slash. His impressive claws lengthened as it struck the unknowing lion, rolling to Iron Tail the larger feline, then unleash a Dark Pulse from it's maw, the rings pelting the Entei repeatedly. Sher-Khan called for Fire Blast, the entei unleashing a massive Blast of flame at close range, striking Acheron and knocking him back, allowing the Entei to use Stomp on the feline, crushing it's knee, causing it to hiss. Krom cursed, calling for Acheron to use Thunderbolt. The electricity spread about the feline, coating the Entei as well, damaging it, as Acheron slipped out and used Ice Beam to freeze the leg in place, making it somewhat usable. Krom then called for Super Power, hoping the power strike would defeat the Entei in a single blow. The Absol began to glow, charging the entei, but Sher-Khan called for ExtremeSpeed, and the Absol missed, the Entei unleashing another Fire Blast and striking Acheron, who hit the ground covered in smoke. Cursing, Krom called for the Absol to throw everything it had into a single attack, regardless of what the attack was. The Absol snarled, standing up and inhaling the smoke, then exhaling it from his nose slowly, hissing loudly as the Entei roared.

Sher-Khan called for another Flare Blitz, the lion cloaking its large frame in flame and charging the much smaller feline. The Absol stood still, preparing itself for a singular, focused attack. The Entei came closer and closer, then Acheron erupted into movement that Krom couldn't follow, bursting pass the Entei, then crashing to the ground and rolling to his feet panting. The Entei stopped, the flame dissipating from it's body, before it grunted as it fell forward, defeated. Simba stood up, and the audience erupted into cheers, the impressiveness of the battle the stuff of legend. "Tonka the Entei is unable to battle, making the winner Krom Hitoawa and Acheron the Absol!" he shouted, and Krom smiled, returning Acheron. Krom walked across the field, placing a hand on the Entei, who purred deeply as Krom stroked it's thick fur. Sher-Khan walked up, sticking his hand out to Krom, who shook the smaller Halfling's hand. "That was a great battle bud. Let's battle again sometime." he said, and the Shinx nodded. Krom stood up straight seeing the sun making a slow, crawling descent in the sky. Krom wanted to be out of the village before sundown, meaning that he had to depart now if he wanted to make good time. He sighed, and turned to the crowd, smiling.

Sher-Khan blinked. "Wait. You didn't use Berglemir in our battle. Why?" he asked, and Krom blinked, chuckling. "Something told me that he wouldn't have been able to defeat Tonka." Krom said, and Sher-Khan smiled. Krom turned to Simba. "I want to sail to Kanto myself. Got any decent boats I can use?" he asked, and Simba chuckled. "Let Berglemir out." he said, and Krom let the oddly named Pokemon loose. Krom blinked at the small chunk of ice with eyes that stared at him. "You see, Berglemir is a Bergmite. And, he has been absorbing an intense amount of energy from that battle. I guarantee you that if you discharge excess energy onto him, he'll evolve into an Avalugg, and be able to lug you and the rest of your Pokemon about with Surf." he said, and Krom chuckled, leaning down and touching the Ice type pokemon. Exhaling, Krom discharged a large amount of electric energy, and the Pokemon began to glow blue, expanding as it evolved. It's height wasn't as much as Krom thought it'd be, standing at seven feet tall, and weighing nearly a ton. Krom smiled, petting the upside down iceberg. "Avalugg huh? Nice to meet you, I'm Krom." he said, and the Pokemon screeched, happily. Krom smiled as he looked at the audience, who had gathered about him. He looked to Saria, who smiled. Krom walked over to her, smiling as she ran forward and embraced him. "I'm going to miss you." she said, and Krom nodded. "I'll miss you too." he said, and Simba chuckled. After breaking apart with Saria, Krom stuck his hand out to his father. "It was good to meet you Father, and I hope that you'll be here when I get back." he said, and the large god shook his son's hand nodding. Smiling, he looked to everyone from the village, who all smiled, nodded, or waved to him like a huge family. Krom smiled, gathering himself, and looking to Homika, who joined him, walked across the village to Glenda's hut, where Orzhov would likely be with his Chespin.

Homika looked to Krom. "You sure about only taking a few Pokemon?" she asked. Krom nodded. "Clera got little attention, Cernunnos is a Pokemon, but was once a human who wanted to see Kanto, so robbing that from him wouldn't be right. And Berglemir hasn't even battled under my possession, so taking him feels right, and besides, he makes great transportation." he said, and Homika laughed. "And the dwarf will be taking alternate transportation at an alternate time to build a village at a secondary location to be decided by Glenda and Vraakas." she said, and Krom nodded. "While I'm going to miss him, we both know that having proper shelter and protection for Halflings is important as well." he said, coming upon the hut. SON, can you hear me? Zekrom asked telepathically. Of course Father, what is it? Krom responded, seeing Orzhov sitting by his Chespin, who remained Stable, but unconscious on a cot. As my son, you possess unique abilities, including the ability to heal other people and Pokemon. I want to see if there are any side effects to being healed by a child of mine, as none of my other children had that ability. He stated, and Krom nodded. Walking over to the Chespin, Krom smiled at Orzhov. "It's time to go." he said, and Orzhov looked at the Chespin. "I can't go without him. He's been my friend since I was born." he stated, and Krom looked to the Chespin and it's damaged shell. Krom placed a hand over the shell, and willed it to be fixed. A glow emitted from Krom's hand, and the Chespin's shell slowly healed. Except, there was a minor side effect.

Instead of the flesh closing up and scarring, or simply reversing to a fully healed point, the wound closed slightly, then became coated in black draconic scales that ran down his back in a singular line down to the tip of his tail. The Chespin mumbled in his sleep before opening his eyes slowly and rolling to his feet. Orzhov lit up, rising to catch the Chespin as it jump into his arms, then climbing up to his shoulder. Krom smiled, chuckling. "You two ready to go?" he asked, and the Chespin balled up it's fist, and Orzhov nodded, a smile on his face. They walked from the hut, but something still irked Krom. Father, if none of my ancestors had healing prowess, why do I? He asked, and he heard a deep, rumbling chuckle from his father. Because you, much like your mother, are pure hearted. Most of your relatives were consumed by hatred for the Church, and led Expeditions and campaigns against them. It normally ended with their deaths. I knew that you and your mother were different, but it took me till now to realize how much different. He said, and Krom smiled. Krom chuckled, running forward, Homika and Orzhov following at the same pace, as they waved rapidly, running from the village with glee, the second part of Krom's adventure, and the beginning of Orzhov's, about to begin.

Sailing across the warm northern waters near Kanto, Krom saw a huge, silver mountain in the distance. Krom knew that at one point, he had to climb that mountain, and see what, if anything, was at the top.

It was early morning the next day, and Simba sighed. He had just finished deciding when and who to send the second group of Halflings from the village behind Krom, to build a second village wherever Glenda and Vraakas decided, though, Simba knew Krom would likely have a say in things. He was about to head home and relax when a scent set his senses off. It was the scent of fresh linen, and the aura of hatred and destruction. And, the scent of disgust and of uncertainty made Simba curse. He inhaled deeply, letting loose a massive roar about the village, a sound that was equivalent to a war cry. Vraakas appeared next to Simba, snarling and grunting as he turned to Simba. "What is it?" he asked, and Simba snarled, extending his claws. "It's Plasma again, and this time they brought N and Ghestis." he said. Vraakas cursed. "they'll be eager to please their masters." he said, and Simba nodded, seeing the village turn from a calm refuge into an army of inhuman people used to fighting for their lives. The former Chief, Bishop, stood at the front, his eyes a silver color, signaled his more militant, powerful personality was in control. His silver hair ran down his back, and he bared his teeth, placing his helmet on as Plasma breached the village gates, the force ready to clash with the Halfling village, ignorant of the fact that three gods, one a goddess of death, doom and destruction, were allied with the village.
