Hey everybody. I'm back with another oneshot. This one has been requested by CutePusheenPotato, where Aikou go shopping for baby clothes. I hope you like it, and I'm very sorry for the delay! "
I've also realized that my update schedule is quite infrequent.
I had promised to upload on a weekly basis, but juggling writing, school, homework and extracurricular activities is super difficult and I can't do what I promised. So, I'll be posting these oneshots, whenever I have enough time.
I really am very sorry about being this inconsistent and I hope you will forgive me.
Now please enjoy! *: .。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*
Aichi held onto his seat for dear life, as the car he was sitting in, zoomed past the buildings in the city, narrowly missing pedestrians and endangering their lives. He felt glad he had his seatbelt on, and gripped it tightly as the car ran every red light it came across.
Though he was blindfolded, he could practically see the look of joy on the face of the love of his life. She looked like a little girl who'd just gotten the present she wanted, and seemed to enjoy trying to murder innocent people for no good reason.
Her foot was constantly positioned above the accelerator and almost never above the brakes, and Aichi was sure she had raced past at least a hundred red lights, and quite possibly broken the speeding rule at least a gazillion times. The worst part was that he didn't even know where they were going. Kourin had insisted it be a surprise, which is why she was the one driving. And though she was pretty good at driving a bike, her car skills were awful.
He was surprised that her license hadn't been suspended yet.
As the car swerved around another bend, Aichi pondered on where they could be going, to try and forget whether he had written his will yet.
Maybe the exhibition match between Kai and Ren?
No, that was next week. And they didn't have tickets in the first place.
Um..., the new cardshop that had opened near the cat café? Kourin seemed to have liked it a lot.
But she had been scratched and bit by a rabid cat that had wandered in, and had to get multiple shots. That place was infested with those little furballs, and it was a literal death wish to just visit it.
The freaking moon?!
NO, THANK YOU!
As Aichi sat there and wondered about the situation and the places they could be going, the car jerked to a stop. The blunette let out a breath he had been holding in the entire ride.
He was glad it was over.
He unbuckled his seatbelt and tried to remove the blindfold. However a hand shot out and stopped him from doing so.
His wife helped him get out of the car, while firmly holding his hands so that he couldn't take off the cloth covering his eyes. She walked him to what seemed like a curb, then whispered in his ear.
"You can take it off now."
Aichi did so immediately. As the fabric fell down, he looked up at the building, confusion on his face.
A baby shop?
It was a large building, with each floor having a strip of colour in alternating blues and pinks. Baby walkers and cribs were seen through the windows, and small bottles of milk could be seen on shelves.
Kourin noticed how perplexed he was, and found it quite cute.
"W-why are we at a baby shop?'' He asked looking at her.
"To buy baby products, obviously."
"For whom?''
At this she facepalmed.
Really?
"OUR BABIES, YOU DENSE LITTLE IDIOT, C'MON I TOLD YOU YEST...?"
She paused in the middle of the rant, and looked at Aichi, who had gone pale from shock. Then she remembered a very important detail.
She hadn't told him yet.
She had meant to, but had totally forgotten cause she had been so tired the night before, and all that was on her mind was having a cup of hot chocolate, getting under the covers and falling asleep.
The blonde looked at the ground nervously, not wanting to look Aichi in the eye.
Was he going to be mad she hadn't told him?
Her answer came less than a second later, when he grabbed her by the waist and swung her around, all while smiling widely.
"Our babies? We're gonna have BABIES?!"
She smiled as she nodded her head.
"Yeah, we're gonna have babies. Twins actually..."
"TWINS?! AS IN TWO BABIES?! DOUBLE?!"
"Yes Aichi! Now put me down before someone comes here and sees what we're doing!"
The blunette just cuddled her even tighter, and giggled like an excited schoolchild.
If a person could ever die from joy, Aichi was pretty close to biting the dust.
When he finally let go, he grabbed her wrist, then brought her in for a long kiss.
"Thank you so much Kourin-san! I can't wait!"
"Neither can I. Now come on, we can't wait outside here all day!"
Laughingly, they ran inside and started shopping excitedly. They both couldn't wait for the new arrival to their family!
And that's a wrap! I hope you liked this one!
To both the guests who reviewed thank you for stopping by.
I'm really sorry that I can't do your requests as:
1. I am 13. I don't write lemon fics, as I don't even know what those are or how to write them.
2. I am not really a fan of Kaichi.
So again, thank you both for reviewing, and I apologize once more for not being able to write those fics.
Bye~
