The Piltoverian technician looked through the window that adorned the eastern side of the tower. His hands ran over the buttons, which led to connection with the terminal of the air ship that was closing it. He recognized it as one of those which were sent to Ionia, for the invasion. He had the question in mind, why would it return allone? He lifted the microphone and placed it two inches from his mouth. Connection was succesful.
"Commad tower here, Please identify yourselves." He said calmly. The doors opened and led a figure in. This was the new 'leader' of the protection of Piltover. He was known as Zac. His whole being was rabid and cursed, because he was an experiment which succeeded and created an intelligent mass of cells. He was called by the younger citizens of the city of progress, the green jelly. Jelly. This was not a pretty thing, the technician knew. But what could he do? Nothing.
The blob-blob which was heard at every step that Zac made was quite annoying. But what annoyed the technician the most was the strange way he talked.
"What is that ship doing here? Weren't they at the island... Ionia, it was. Tell me or a big fist might just slap your head..." It was very low pitched, also he was acting quite much. But his aura was yelling 'I am bigger than you, I can kill you!' , which made people listen to him. The Piltoverian technician was no exception.
"I repeat, Please identify yourselves!" He ordered, looking at the vessel. Zac grunted and started humming something. The technician felt beads of sweat running down his forehead. He repeated the command a few more times, while Zac kept humming, quite likely ignoring the man desperately trying to establish contact.
Meanwhile, on the air ship Jax, Irelia and Lee Sin were preparing to make a run for it after landing. The man who was asking them for identification started annoying Jax, so he ripped the speaker out, disabling connection. They were headed to the port, which was situated right on top of the radio tower. Seems that Piltoverians love their space.
In an instance, one moment the ship was still flying, the next it started shaking wildly, which sent Irelia tumbling into Lee, who fell on the ground. Jax held onto the controller, trying to regain control of the ship. A few coughs escaped the vessel and it started falling, so fast that they'd be dead if a giant amount of green ooze didn't wrap itself around the ship and stopped it's fall.
Jax turned, only to be greeted by Zac. His usually giant attire was now hilariously small, but that was understandable, because he used most of his mass to stop the ship. He looked as if he was gonna blow. But he didn't. Instead, the Secret Weapon placed the vessel on the port. Irelia, Jax and Lee burst through the crowd that was formed there, running as fast as they could. They knew that the Piltoverians were allied with Noxus, so they had to hurry.
All of a sudden, a giant blob fell in front of them, shaking the port. Our heroes switched their direction fast, leaping from the port onto another structure, which had a big roof. Surprisingly, it was flat, so they didn't have problems standing on it. Right then, the blob fell yet again, but it immediately formed into Zac who slammed his hands into Jax, throwing him backwards. Irelia and Lee zoned him and covered the hulk in attacks, but he didn't seem to feel it.
Zac sped towards Jax, who leaped in the direction of Irelia, gaining distance between himself and the huge jelly. He turned swiftly and cut through his hand, removing the limb and slowing down the experiment. Sadly, it reformed almost instantly, which forced Jax back, while Lee kicked off Zac's head. It appeared once again. But, that time the Secret Weapon grabbed his own nose and blew, which sent forth a giant amount of jelly. Jax and Lee leaped backwards, but Irelia was covered and slowed by it. Zac then released a barrage of attacks on her, slamming her lithe body with his giant hands.
Jax and Lee both jumped towards him, covering the hulk with attacks and vicious strikes. He laughed and jumped in the air. His trump card, Jax remembered.
"Get away from him!" He yelled, but to late. The jelly-blob-'o-jelly landed on top of all three of them, sending our heroes flying. Lee was the first to regain his footing and shot a sonic wave towards Zac, which was closely followed by a roundhouse kick. His form shook, but didn't fall apart.
Luckly, Jax could launch himself at Zac, cleaving through his body with a mighty slash. The Secret weapon hissed and blew into a shower of green particles, many of them falling on Jax and Lee. Irelia walked next to them and placed a hand on their shoulders.
"Good. Let's go now." She said and started jogging. The other two followed her.
