N/A Not an owner of the characters or story of the movie The Covenant. I own only the characters I came up with, Bell family. Hope you enjoy.

Tracey shook her head. No need to get into those kinds of thoughts right now. It will only ruin the night. New beginning. Looking at her reflection in the mirror, she applied her Nivea cherry flavored lip gloss, while critiquing her outfit. It's the end of summer, and any day now it will start pouring a lot, so that made it necessary to wear her always surprisingly warm dark blue jacket, it's about a year old. Her cousin Katie sent it to her from UK. The color compliments her fair skin tone, which she had gotten from her father, he was English and married her kind hearted jovial Southern mother. She got characteristics from both of them.

Getting back to the outfit, the jacket went over the purple shades of flower prints on her fitting shirt, and finally her long flowy dark red skirt that ended at her ankles, with at her feet being covered by her favorite red Converse boot shoes. Her simple light blue watch on her left wrist, a couple of rope like wrist bands on her right wrist. Squirting some old perfume on herself, mindful of the small amount left. She has been using it for five years since her father gifted it to her on Christmas. She will need to buy a replacement, or a new kind of perfume entirely. The thought of a new one only brought a sharp pain in her heart.

Shaking off the thought and hurt, she quickly brushed her hair while heading for the door. Tying it up loosely so that the wind won't muzzle her hair like a lion's mane, her hair was short enough for that to be possible. Swinging her hand bag over her shoulder so it went across her chest, she stuffed her mobile and keys and wallet. It was full now, the remaining things were for emergencies. Then with a lock on the door, she swung it shut behind her. Rushing with a fast walk, she got down the stairs. Sliding down the last case, it brought a smile on her face, it's a habit of hers, and she has perfected her balance on the handle. Makes the stairs more interesting.

The smile still on her face, she headed towards the same place others were going, the parking building. Obviously she wasn't late yet, there was a constant stream leaving right now, and some early birds coming back already. Arriving at her mother's proud scooter, now hers, she unlocked the hippiesque scooter's seat, and took out her helmet, safety is important. Closing it, she got on, clipped the helmet in place and with her key turned on the scooter. It made the usual noisy squeal, which her family considers the squeal of excitement and joy from the scooter, Rhiannon. Greeting her Rhi Rhi, she kicked off the stand and took off.

The ride is always fun for her, even though she goes at her own pace, the car speeded by her, she didn't mind. Being smart, she didn't go the same way they had, instead she parked her bike on the cliff that would be overlooking the Dells. Why? Because like always the police will arrive to bust them, and it was the one place people didn't think to park. They didn't know the secret way she found down the cliff face. It was a bit of a walk down, unnervingly unsafe, but still fun for her. Staring down the cliff, she could make out the bonfire and dancing bodies of her school students. It was rather foggy today, beginning of the rainy season indeed. She had come back from sunny Charlotte, visiting her mother and brother. She didn't get a tan though, no possible because she is half-English. It had been a good summer, she had missed her family so much after that lonely year. They comforted her and brought the happy smile back to her face, the one she saw in the mirror today. It might be a good year yet.

Hopefully that was satisfying. For now. Well Tracey has just reached the party, and is about to enter it. We all know that the Sons of Ipswich will be there, we know Caleb will be there, though how it goes, that will be interesting. I only continue this story because it is requested. Sorry it took so long to add a chapter.
