"Hey Suzaku come in! The water feels great!" Called out Genos from the lake and waved towards him. Anaya took a picture of Genos before taking one of Suzaku who blocked the sun from his eyes with his hand. After an hour of arguments Suzaku finally gave into them and let them drag him off to one of Schneizel private houses by the river for his official day off.

"Day off my ass." Suzaku snorted before getting up from the towel. "Take me back Genos! I shouldn't be here!"

Genos shook his head and came out of the water, walking towards Suzaku. Once he was in front of him he gently wrapped an around around
his shoulder and slowly walked forward the water with Suzaku. He raised an eyebrow in curiosity and followed him. Once close enough to a semi deep side of the lake Genos pushed him into the water.

Suzaku yelped and fell in with a huge splash. He swam up and coughed a bit and shook the water out of his hair. "Why did you do that for?! For all you could have known I might have not known how to swim!" He yelled.

Genos laughed and held his sides. "Is that your excuse?" He chuckled. "If it came down to that then I would have saved you and Anaya here
would have been the one to give you the kiss of life." He winked and ran back a few inches before jumping in next to him with another big slash.

Suzaku wiped the water from his face and shook his head. "Very funny Genos."

He swam back up and smiled. "Ain't it? C'mon Kururugi! Stop giving me that sour look on your face. It's depressing to look at." He said and splashed him, hoping to lighten up his mood.

"I don't understand why you all forced me to leave the emperors side? I have a duty to do! And I shouldn't be here wasting my time!" He protested.

By this time Genos already had enough of his constant complain and did what only he could. Genos gently grabbed his chin and crashed his lips onto his.

Suzaku's eyes grew wide with the deepest blush to ever creep into his cheeks. Before he could push him back Anaya already took a picture of them kissing. He quickly pushed him back and put both of his hands on his mouth in shock. "W..why did you d..do that?!" He said through his
hands.

"There. You have something new to complain about." Genos laughed a bit and smiled. " I can always do it again. Don't tempt me Kururugi."

He shook his head quickly. "Please don't."

"I won't. Just stop already. We aren't taking you back. It was painful enough watching you suffer these last few months." He said and frowned a bit. "Torturing yourself by just sitting at his bedside. Not eating,sleeping or even taking time to take care of yourself. Lelouch wouldn't have wanted that for you! And you know it! Imagine if he would have woken up and saw you that way? What would he have said?"

"I.. I.." He murmured slowly and sighted in defeat. "Did I really look that awful?"

They both nodded. "Anaya has some pictures to prove it if you want to see. But I doubt you would want to see them."

He shook his head. "I don't need to see them. I believe it, I see it in the mirror.."

"Now are you finally understanding? It's only for a week. You can do without for a week."

"B..but!" He said and was about to start another argument.

Genos cut him off with his hand on his mouth. "His sister Nunnally is there and so is the green haired woman who's keeping a close watch. He's safe, I swear to you Suzaku. Nothing more will happen. So just push that negativity out of your head and relax!" He said and put both of his hands on his shoulders. "Relax. For my sake and maybe for Anaya's. Please."

He sighed and nodded slowly. He knew if he continued his protesting he would never win against Genos. Might as well give in. There was no way that they would let him leave. Maybe time away would be good for him?

Hopefully this is the right thing. He thought.

They spent most of the afternoon in the water until finally Genos let him go inside to shower and shave. He stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around his waist and wiped the fog from the mirror. He took a good look at himself and sighted. He had some killer dark rings under his eyes, from the lack of sleep the last few months. He even lost a good amount of weight to where he doesn't look fit anymore. He looked just like he did before he joined the army. A skinny little Eleven with no hope in making it through training. But he did make it though. Even when it got tough and he just wanted to admit defeat, he wouldn't let himself. Just like now. He would force himself to relax but when he comes back he's going to find who
did this to Lelouch.

He won't rest until he brings the sick bastard down to his knees. He
gently tapped the mirror. "That's a promise."

Back in Britannia

Nunnally yawned a little but never once let go of her brothers hand. Soon she felt hands on her shoulders, making her jump up a little
before turning around to see that it was Schneizel. "Y..you sacred me! Don't do that to me." She scold him and shook her head.

"I'm sorry, I thought you heard me knock." He apologized and gave her shoulders a gentle squeeze. "I came here to tell you that it's getting
very late and you need some rest."

She shook her head again. "I can't leave. I promised Suzaku that I would stay right here." She yawned and slowly rubbed her eyes.

"I know you promised but I won't let you do this to yourself. He'll be fine, I promise you. Let's get you into bed." He told her gently and leaned down to kiss her hair.

She nodded slowly. "I guess your right. But when I wake up I can come back right?"

"Of course. But after a proper breakfast you can. Deal?"

She nodded in agreement. "Deal."

He smiled and slowly pulled her back and went to go take her to her room. The maids helped her bathe and changed into her night gown.

"I'll take it from here ladies. Thank you." He told them.

They nodded and bowed before leaving.

He helped her into bed and gently tucked her in. "Comfy?"

She nodded and looked up at him. "Schneizel?"

"Yes?" He said and looked down at her.

"Do you think Lelouch will ever wake up?" She whispered and sniffled some.

"I don't know. I really don't." He said with a sigh and gently touched
her cheek.

"It's been months already. I would have thought he would have came out of it." She said as tears feel down her cheeks.

"I know. I would have thought so too.." He murmured softly.

"I miss my big brother so much!" She cried and held onto Schneizel hand.

He looked down at her and gently gripped her hand. "Nunna.. Don't you think that maybe it's time to let him go..?" He calmly asked her.

She gasped loudly and sat up quickly. "I can't believe my ears Schneizel! Why would you say such a terrible thing?!"

"I'm not trying to sound like an ass.. But you have to look at it realistically Nanna. If there was any hope he would have came out of it months ago. But he hasn't. I think it's time."

She shook her head quickly. "NO!" She cried out. "I don't except that! I won't! I know my big brother will come out of it! He will!"

He sighted a bit and gently laid her back down. "I'm sorry Nanna.. I didn't mean to upset you."

She sniffled more and wiped her eyes. "I'm really tired.. I'll go to bed." She murmured and slowly turned to her side.

He nodded and gently kissed her hair. "Good night Nanna. I love you." He whispered and walked out of her room, closing the door behind him.

Once closed he gently leaned his back against the door with a slight smirk on his face. Playing the concerned brother was easier than expected. He's never felt so close to the throne. He could already picture his coronation,being crowned the new Emperor of Britannia. While his pesky little
brother wastes away in fantasy land.

"Long live the Emperor." He whispered to himself and walked down the hallway.
