Crystal walked into the main room, which she had started thinking of as a living room given the amount of time everyone spent in it, and noticed she was alone. Kyle and Daisy were making dinner in the kitchen, Rachel was on the top deck doing Yoga, Sean was meditating up top as well, Tommy was working on something below deck, and Deion was talking to Jason David Frank to inform him of everything that had happened while they were gone.
Boy, had things changed. They had just returned from an alternate reality where Gokaiger, and by extension Super Sentai in general, was real and found Sam, Kyle and Tommy's missing friend. While there they had learned the villains they had been battling for months, The Vron family, had in fact been creations of an evil Sentai like creature called "ShiDeath", who was also Sam's father, sort of. The crew had originally considered staying to help the original Gokaigers and Sam, but when they realized Delta was returning to their own world they took off in hot pursuit.
Last time the crew had traveled to another dimension they had been gone for 3 weeks. This time it had been two months, and Delta had returned a day ahead of them. So they had spent the last few days dealing with all the attacks Delta had caused in their absence. This had been the first real break they had.
Pulling the whiteboard over, Crystal started getting it set up for the meeting they would have during dinner, as a way of just going over things and trying to plan out their next move. As she put pictures on the board she saw Kyle out of the corner of her eye setting the table, and noticed the rest of the crew filing in.
Once dinner was served, a delicious coconut curry shrimp with steamed broccoli and rice balls, the meeting started.
"Ok, I know it seems like we do this all the time, but I think we should start with a review, to make sure everyone is on the same page. Sean and Rachel missed our early encounters with the Vron family." Crystal said.
"Let the floor be yielded to the badass in yellow." Kyle said, drinking some tea. He had promised to reduce his rum consumption, and was making an effort in doing so.
"Our first encounter with them was against KappaVron, near the Mall of America. We next fought her and defeated her with the ZyuRanger keys. Then she and her brother XiVron both grew. We battled and defeated them using ShinkenGokaiOh."
"I remember. Kappa put a spell on Kyle and Deion that made them fight. Until they ended up beating each other up so hard they literally knocked the spell out of themselves. How's that for irony." Tommy said.
"Yep. After that was our attempted trip to Japan, where we crossed the dimensional border and found ourselves having to team up with the Shinigami against Hollow's and ThetaVron, who had followed us."
"Yeah, that was one hell of a battle. We ended up combining one of their swords with J.A.K.Q.'s Big Bomber to break through his shield. After that we somehow combined ShikenGokaiOh with their Bankai powers to form Gokai-Shinigami-Oh to defeat Theta." Daisy recalled.
"And after we got back we stopped JuJu from using children as goblin troops. Or whatever the hell he turned them into. After that came to bat Gamma and Alpha. That's where Sean joined up." Crystal continued.
"Yeah. They were pretty tough. We defeated Gamma by working together with Gekiranger and Jungle bat ranger, then using our Mecha." Deion said.
"And Alpha was no slouch. His speed made him a nightmare to deal with, so we had to get clever." Sean said, remembering how he and Alpha went to war.
"And I joined in not long after, and Sean and I defeated Alpha on that island while you guys fought the Psycho Monsters." Rachel said, remembering how she and Sean had to fight for their lives on the island while they waited for back up.
"And ever since then we've been waging war with Delta all over Japan." Crystal said.
"the island, it was after that Basco made his move on us." Kyle recalled, rubbing his nose, which had been broken by a curb stomp from Carlos.
"Yeah. I didn't forget him. Since Basco, William, and Carlos first appeared to us, they've claimed a dozen Grand powers. Before that point they had 4. GoggleV, Dynaman, Liveman, and turboRanger."
"And he got Battle Fever J and Denziman right out from under us." Sean said, remembering what happened.
"And since then He's managed to get a hold of Fiveman, Changeman, maskman, Flashman, Jetman, and Sun Vulcan. That's over twice what he managed to get in the show." Tommy said.
"Basco is a problem without a solution. We can't stop him because he's taken over the body of his actor. Until we can separate them, we're screwed. Anyone got the Ghostbusters's number?" Deion asked.
"We're gonna reach a point we can't put Basco off any longer, and when we can't worry about the safety of Kei Hosogai. We just need to hope we can figure something out before then." Kyle says. The thought weighs heavily on the team.

The next day, Sean is at the console.
"Guys, I'm getting a very weird reading from the Shinjuku train station." He called. The group gathered.
"What kind?" Tommy asked.
"I don't know. Hence calling them strange." Sean pointed out.
"Shinjuku station huh? That's a major station. The most crowded station in the world. More than 3 million people use those lines a day. If things go bad evacuation won't be easy." Rachel says.
"One step at a time. We don't know this is a problem. With all the dimension problems lately, it could be someone who got into our world by accident." Daisy reminded the team.
"Sooner we get there the sooner we find out. How long to get to-woah!" Crystal's comments are cut off when the Galleon turns and begins sailing towards the Station.
"Give us some warning next time." Deion yelled towards their captain, who had slipped away to pilot his ship.

Using the Galleon, they traveled to Shibuya, then boarded the Keio New Line train which took then to Shinjuku station. The Galleon was too noticeable, so their plan was to slip in amongst a couple hundred people on a busy train line and work from there.
As they entered the platform, a feeling like a cold shiver went through their spines, and suddenly every other passenger vanished from the train line.
"What happened?" Crystal asked stunned as the train started to pull into the platform. What they noticed immediately was the train didn't just slam into the station like it should have without anyone driving it. It slowed into the station like it always should.
"Get down." Kyle blurted in a harsh whisper. The other members of his team didn't know what was going on, but listened to their captain's tone and got close to the ground and away from the windows. A
A few moments later the train fully pulled into the station and they could see what Kyle had seen.
A large group of strange black colored train robber looking weirdoes. The Kuros. Foot soldiers of the Ressha Sentai ToQuger.
"Kuros, problems at a train station. I hate our lives sometimes." Deion said sarcastically.
"Ok…so…who are these guys?' Tommy asked.
"I thought you watched Super Sentai?" Crystal asked him.
"Not all of it. I know their from ToQuger, but I didn't watch that season. Hated it." He confessed.
"The Shadows intend to gather negative emotions in order to cover the earth in their Shadow Line Stations. But that doesn't make sense. How does making passengers on trains vanish help them? And why weren't we affected?" Rachel wondered.
"Our powers must have made us immune to whatever they did." Daisy suggested.
"Hey, look over there. A shadow monster." Sean said pointing to where a steam punk looking monster with a large axe was walking around.
"Hurry up. With each trainload of people we capture, the more our Shadow generator gains power." The Axe Shadow monster bellowed.
"Well, guess that explains that. I think." Deion said.
"Lets introduce ourselves." Kyle said as the group got up and walked out of the train. One of the Kuro's spotted them and patted its boss on the shoulder frantically and pointed to the approaching pirates.
"How did you losers not get turned into Shadows?" Axe Shadow demanded to know.
"Shut up. We're gonna turn you guys inside out and fix what you've done." Kyle said.
The team took out their ranger keys and opened their moribites.
Gokai Change
The team inserted their keys into their transformation devices, turned them, or in the case of Rachel pushed a button, and held out their devices with a yell.
Nothing happened.
The group looked at their moribites.
"That didn't work. Lets try again." Tommy suggested.
They turn their keys again and hold them back out.
Still nothing.
"Pardon us a moment." Crystal said. The team huddled around to work out a plan.
"It must be that shadow generator. While our powers protected us from being turned into shadows, the strain is too great to transform until we stop it." Sean suggested.
"So, we find the generator, smash it, and then smash them." Daisy summed up.
"we should split up." Kyle said.
"I'll get their attention." Rachel said.
"Ok, break." The group broke their huddle and once again formed their usual line.
"So, ready to finally fight us?" Axe shadow asked.
"We're ready to kick you…..OH NO! The Metal Idol band BABYMETAL is breaking up!" Rachel shouted, pointing to a TV screen behind the Shadow monsters.
"WHAT?! NO!" Axe shadow yelled and he spun around and ran to the TV, only to realize the TV was talking about the opening of a new sushi place. When he turned around, the pirates were gone. "Find them and stop them!"

"I can't believe that worked." Tommy said as he and Sean snuck out of a maintaince tunnel.
"I knew Japan took idols seriously, but I didn't think it was that much." He agreed.
The two snuck around, trying to avoid a fight until they got their powers back, knowing the others were likely doing the same. They were checking each platform for any signs of something odd. They avoided using their guns, opting for either martial arts or their sword to deal with any Kuros they encountered.
After an hour of searching and hiding, they managed to find a strange machine making all sorts of wheezing and pumping noises.
"That's weird looking. Don't know what it is. Can't think of any use for that. Must be the bad guy's toy." Tommy said as he sent a signal to the team to find them.
While they waited, he and Sean took out their sword, and swung at the machine. But inches from the machine, a force field appeared, keeping their swords from hitting the machine and sending them back.
"ow, my kidney." Sean said as Tommy gave him a hand up. The others arrived and the pair explained what happened.
"Must be an energy field keeping us from going after it." Deion said, poking the field.
"How do we get through?" Rachel asked.
"I have an idea." Daisy said. She filled the group on her plan.

"Where did those baka's get too? Man this is a big place." Axe Shadow complained as he wondered around looking.
Then a sharp pain impacted on the side of his head.
"OW! What was that?" he said aloud as he looked over and saw the team, gathered. They pointed their guns at him and started firing again.
"ow ow ow ow ow." Axe shadow yelled as he spun around getting shot at before ducking behind a column. "Stop that."
"Ok, we will." One of them said.
"Really?" Axe Shadow asked, poking his head out.
"NO!" All seven yelled as they fired at him again.
"OW my face! Fine, then I'mma gonna have to make you!" He took out his large Axe weapon, using it to shield his face from the hail of musket balls and charged.
Right before he reached them, they all moved out of the way, slipped behind him and gave him a hard kick in the ass, sending him forward faster, and sending his Axe right into the Shadow Generator Machine.
"Uh-Oh. I screwed up." Axe Shadow lamented, right before the machine exploded.
There was a released wave of energy, but aside from the cold chill in their backs vanishing, nothing happened.
"I thought that would save the people." Daisy said.
"To bad, I absorbed all the power. You want to save them? Just gotta beat me." Axe shadow said as he got up, a group of Kuros arriving to help.
"Ok, we'll do that then. I think we did enough damage to your shadows that we can kick some ass." Kyle said as the team lined up. They took out their moribites and ranger keys.
Gokai Change:
They inserted the keys into the cell phone devices, turned them and held them out.
GOOOOKAIGER
The XXXV flew out of their moribites and collided with them, turning them into the Gokaiger once more.
The leader of the pirate Sentai stood forward, holding his hand in front of his face and clicking his fingers
"Gokai Red!"
Tommy stepped up next, placing his hand on the top of his helmet, as though adjusting his hat.
"Gokai Blue!"
Crystal joined them, waving her hand briefly in a dismissive motion.
"Gokai yellow!"
Deion smacked his hands together, brushing off his shoulder and flexing his muscles.
"Gokai Green!"
Daisy followed up the roll call, holding her hand in front of her and kneeling briefly.
"Gokai Pink!"
Sean went next by striking a pose with his left arm over his chest and his right arm stretched out with only his thumb, index, and middle fingers pointing out.
"Gokai Black"
Rachel raised her hand up, slowly lowering it before spinning around and spreading her arms in challenge.
"GooooooKaiSilver!"
Straightening at the same time, they tighten the glove on their rights hands, stepping forward and tugging at their collars, showing off the logo of their team before assuming their final pose.
"Kaizoku Sentai: GOKAIGER!"
"Let's make this a show." Kyle said as they took out their weapons. They were about to charge when…
Transforming
Please Stand behind the white line
A series of white lines appeared between them and the Shadow Monster, who frantically told some of the kuros to make sure they got behind the line.. 7 colored lights flew out of one of the platforms, into the hands of the Gokaiger. When they opened, they had what looked like small model train cars, which glowed brightly before becoming ranger keys.
"Well then, guess we'll board a new line for this show. "
Gokai Change
They inserted the new keys and turned. As the new symbol flew out, the ranger keys flew out of the moribites and around their heads, creating train tracks before joining them with.

Ressha Sentai TOQUGER
Kyle took out his Rail Slasher and pointed it at the Shadow monster group.
"Full Speed Ahead!"
The group charged into the Kuros.
Rachel, as the purple Toquger, fought with her fists, punching and kicking any Kuros that got close to her.
Sean, as the Orange Toquger, used his Yudo Breaker to slash at any Kuros that tried to jump Rachel from behind.
Daisy used her Tekkyo Claw to deflect any Kuros axe attacks that went at her and slashed them.
Deion used the heavy weight of the Tunnel Axe to throw his weight around and keep Daisy from being overwhelmed.
Crystal kicked off Deion's Axe and slammed her Signal Hammer into the ground, creating a shockwave that Sent kuros into the air.
Tommy pointed the Home Trigger at the airborne Kuros and fired, blasting them.
Any that survived were gathered by Kyle, who bound his foes with train tracks before slashing them with the Rail Slasher and destroying them.
After that they all turned to face Axe Shadow.
"Let's show this guy that Pirates have imagination."
The core five brought their weapons together and formed the Toquger's team cannon, The Combination Depature Ressha Ranketsu Cannon.
The Train is no departing
Sean put his Drill Ressha in the cannon as the team shouldered the cannon and got ready. Once they had a lock on- Kyle pulled the trigger.
Departing Full Speed Ahead
A drill styled energy blast fired from the cannon and his Axe Shadow. After he fell back and exploded a massive burst of shadow energy was released as all of the people who had been turned into Shadows.
The people didn't really seem to notice what had happened and kept going about their day, not even looking at the rainbow colored Sentai.
"Hey guys. Did you see what tunnel that we got our powers from?" Deion asked pointing. The group looked and laughed when they realized they got it from the Toei Shinjuku line tunnels.
It seemed that the Shadow had lost so much power he didn't have enough to grow big, so they slipped away and returned to the Galleon.

As the team walked down the streets on their way to the Galleon, they were surprised when a crystalline monster appeared before them.
"I'm going to turn you filthy pirates into beautiful gems." The monster said, throwing his arms out and firing crystal blasts at them. The team didn't have time to Henshin, taking out their guns and firing, shooting the crystals to prevent them from hitting them.
This kept up for a few moments, when the ground…shattered is the only way the team could describe, into a red vortex that pulled all of them down. The team grabbed onto each other as they tumbled down.
After what felt like forever but likely a few moments, they impacted on cold concrete. Groaning on how much first hand information they have about falling onto hard surfaces, they got up and looked around.
"What was that?" Sean asked.
"Another tear?" Rachel suggested.
"Likely, but that was different then the other ones." Tommy said.
"Any idea where we are?" Deion asked.
"I know where. And it isn't good." Kyle said pointing.
The team looked over just in time to see the NinjaMegaFalconZord flying down and delivering its signature double punch, destroying a monster.
"How did we miss that?" Daisy asked.
"Guys….we're in Power Rangers." Crystal said.
The team looked at each other and face palmed.

Well, this took a while. After losing my initial script for this story I was going to make dinosaur themed filler, but after a bit of a dino emphasis in the first part of my crossover with grey, (and the Omakes) I decided against it. I tossed around different ideas before deciding to introduce the Toquger powers here. Originally I was going to include Professor Cog and his dimension jumping subway train for that, but it was changed.
And Yes. Next chapter will be a tribute to Power Rangers. And unlike this story, I have a general script so hopefully once I get into the flow of it I can belt it out quickly.
