May the Power Protect you
Some of you may, and have expressed, annoyance that I'm using the dimension jump bit again, however this will be the last time this happens in the story. While the other two were crossovers, this chapter is a tribute to Power Rangers, the show that got me, and many people, interested in Super Sentai. As Such I'll play a few cards differently then I usually do.
The Gokaiger walked into Ernie's Juice bar and looked around with a surreal feeling. How many collective hours has the group spent in this place, while sat in front of the television?
They found a table and sat down.
"We need a game plan." Said Daisy.
"Yeah yeah, just….drink it in girl." Crystal said. While she wasn't as big a fan growing up as the others, even she knew how big it was for them to be there.
"Speaking of, I'll get us some drinks." Sean told them getting up and walking to the bar. After a few minutes he returned with 6 smoothies. "$8 for 6? I love the 90's."
"guys….." Deion spoke up, glancing behind him. The others looked and saw….Them. The Power Rangers in their civilian forms. Tommy, Rocky, Adam, and Billy went onto the sparring mats.
"Don't do it. Don't you dare do it." Rachel told them.
"Oh, we doing it girl." Tommy M said as the men got up and walked down to the mats. The girls groaned and face palmed.
"Hey, mind if we join?" Sean asked.
The rangers looked over.
"Sure, plenty of room." Said Rocky.
"Well actually, we spar with each other near daily. Any objections to a little four on four action?" Deion said.
The rangers looked at each other and shrugged.
"Sure. I'm Tommy, this is Rocky, that's Billy, and that's Adam." Said the White Ranger
"I'm Tommy Mason, these clowns are Kyle, Deion and Sean." The blue pirate said as they all shook hands.
They split up into pairing, and jokingly avoided pairing with the same color pairing. Kyle would spar with Adam, Tommy with Rocky, Deion with Billy, and Sean with Tommy O. Deion had wanted to spar with Tommy, but Kyle stopped him, promising to explain later.
Kyle and Adam fought to a draw when they both knocked one another off the mats. Rocky managed to win by taking Tommy down with a hip toss. Deion used Billy's momentum to send him off the mats. And Sean and Tommy Oliver both managed to knock themselves down at the same time.
The friends helped the two up.
"Man, you guys are good." Tommy O said as they all shook hands.
"Thanks, you guys to." Deion said.
"I'd remember seeing guys as good as you here before. New to Angel Grove?" Adam asked as they walk to their tables.
"Yes and no. We're just passing through as part of our jobs." Sean said.
"What do you do?" Kimberly asked.
"We're pirates." Kyle said, earning looks from his crew.
"Like Renaissance Fair pirates?" Aisha asked.
"Sure." Kyle responded with a smirk. His crew put their hands in their faces.
"I'm going to get another smoothie." Daisy said as she stood up, also taking the men's cups.
"I'll give you a hand." Rocky said as he helped bring the empty cups up.
As the two groups talked, they heard a 6 tone signal they had all heard before.
"Oh, that's our..alarm. We got to get going. Nice to meet you guys." Tommy O said. They all shook hands and left.
"Wonder what's going on?" Crystal said.
"Don't know. But they gave me an idea." Rachel said.
"What is it?" Asked Tommy M.
"We do what the rangers would do in this situation." She said. They thought before looking at each other.
As one they got up and walked out. They knew exactly what to do next.
They were going to see the Wizard.

After getting some directions to the canyons outside of Angel Grove, the 7 took public transportation as far as they could, then began walking.
"So, I know what we're doing. But anyone know actually where to go?" Crystal asked.
Before anyone could answer, 6 multicolored lights flew past overhead.
"On a guess the way they came from." Daisy said.
The group started walking.
"Hey, so why didn't you want me sparring with Tommy?" Deion asked.
"Simple. You were trained by Jason David Frank, who is Tommy. If he noticed the similarities in your styles it might raise questions we don't want answered." Kyle responded.
"That's shockingly perceptive." Deion noted.
"Yeah turns out I'm even better at this when I'm sober." The captain said with a grin, taking out a water bottle he had gotten.
After an hour, they eventually spotted their objective.
The Command Center.
They walked up to the massive alien structure and stared in awe.
"So, how do we get in?" Daisy asked.
They walked around before finding what they were pretty sure was a door. They reached into their pockets and took out their ranger keys. The keys glowed and the doors opened.
"I can't believe that worked." Tommy said as the pirates walked in.

Inside the command Center, Zordon of Eltar and his assistant, Alpha 5 discussed the monsters the rangers were battling, when suddenly Zordon notices a light on one of the consoles flashing.
"Alpha, what is the matter?" He asked. The robot went over to the console and examined it.
"yi-yi-yi-yi-yi, Zordon, according to these readings the outer door was just opened from the outside." Alpha said.
"Opened? By whom?"
"Us, mostly." A new voice spoke up. Zordon looked up to see 7 strangers walking into the main room from one of the side hallways. 4 males and 3 females, ages ranging from teenage years to late 20's. Each one in a different color.
"Who are you, and how did you access the command center?" Zordon asked.
"Those are very good questions. But first, just give us a moment." Said the one in red. They looked around, then let out high pitched "squee" noises and hugged various things, from the viewing globe, to the consoles, to Alpha, to Zordons tube. From what he could understand, they seemed very excited to be there. Zordon had to admit it was about the furthest reaction he had expected.
After a moment they composed themselves.
"Sorry. We were overtaken by the moment. Uh-hem. I'm Kyle, captain of the Pirate Sentai Gokaiger. This is my crew, Tommy, Gokai blue. Crystal, Gokai Yellow. Deion, Gokai Green. Daisy, Gokai Pink. Sean, Gokai Black, and Rachel, Gokai Silver."
"Sentai? What's that?" Alpha asked.
"This is a long story but to make it simple. Where we're from, you two, the rangers, all of this…it's a kids TV show. Adapted from a Japanese show. We're the Japanese counterparts to the rangers. Sentai." Crystal explained.
"I see. I always knew that other dimensions and worlds were a reality, and that the rules of each would be different. But to hear we are merely a children's television production." Zordon said.
"MERELY!" Daisy yelled, shocking the two. "There's no "merely" about it. It's been on for over 20 years in our world. We all grew up watching it. It shaped our childhoods and helped us be the people we are now."
The team took out their ranger keys.
"We use the powers of the Rangers and the Sentai to fight against evil and protect others, and we do it because of the courage and resolve we learned from watching the rangers." Deion said.
"We've watched as heroes we could only hope to be like give up their lives to save others. As they fought against overwhelming numbers with nothing but their teammates." Sean said.
"Make no mistake Zordon. You are a TV show, but to us, and to millions of people in our world, you are very real." Tommy said.
Zordon looked very moved by their words of conviction, even Alpha seemed touched.
"I..I thank you for what you have said." He looked at the various ranger keys. "May I see that one closer, Tommy is it?"
Tommy held up the ranger key in question, TenmaRanger, so Zordon could see it.
"That's a key for the Eltarian Squadron Rangers. The Power Ranger team of my home planet of Eltar. It's been thousands of years since I've seen one." Zordon told them.
"So that's where you got the idea for the White Tiger Ranger. It was based on the rangers of your world." Deion said.
"Indeed. In your world, what is its origin?" he asked curiously.
The conversation was cut short by the alarms going off. They all turned to observe the viewing globe as the rangers were being defeated and trapped in large crystalline structures. The team recognized the creature they were fighting.
"That's the ugly we were fighting when we fell through the hole in the world and wound up here." Rachel said.

*a few hours ago*
Lord Zedd and his wife, Rita Repulsa, were bickering after their latest monster's defeat by the rangers when a large crystal shape flew into the palace and transformed into a monster.
"Who dares enter my palace without permission?" Zedd demanded to know. The creature turned to him and kneeled.
"A pleasure to meet you, your most viciousness. I am known as "Gemindie". I have come from a far away place to meet you, and battle the Power Rangers for you." He said. Truth be told Gemindie wanted to throw up praising Zedd like this but he was in an unfamiliar world and had to play his cards carefully.
"Oh, you think you can defeat the rangers?" Rita screeched.
"Indeed I can. Otherwise why would I come here and waste all of our time?" Gemindie said simply.
Rito Revolto, Rita's brother, walked over.
"I think you should let him at them Ed. What do you have to lose." He said.
"RITO! FOR THE LAST TIME! IT IS ZEDD! Z-E-D-D!" Lord Zedd roared at Rito, his red exposed muscle glowing as he yelled. Once he got that out of his system, he calmed down. "But you are right. Very well, I'll let you fight the rangers. I'll even let you bring some Tenga's with you."
"You will not be disappointed." Gemindie said as he teleported to Earth.
"So, do you think he'll do it?" Rita asked.
"If he can or not isn't important. He didn't feel like other monster's I've encountered. I daresay he's not from this plane of reality." Zedd told her, getting up and walking towards the balcony.
"What? What do you think he really wants then?" Rita asked following him.
"I don't know yet. But for the moment I'll let him battle the rangers. But I will discover his secret and I will use it to my advantage." Zedd told her confidently as he used his telescopic vision to peer down at the earth just in time to see the Rangers arrive and start to battle the tanga's.

The Command Center
The Gokaiger watched along with Zordon and Alpha as Gemindie sealed the rangers in gems that resembled their ranger colors.
"We got to get down there." Tommy said.
"That might not be a wise idea." Alpha said. "If you go in without a plan you might end up like the rangers."
"We don't have time for a strategy meeting. We'll call it on the fly like we always do." Kyle said, taking off his coat and scarf.
"I must agree with Alpha. We need more information about how to combat this monster." Zordon said.
"Zordon, the rangers are in trouble and it's our fault. How can you ask us to ignore that?" Daisy asked.
"Not to mention, if that was us down there, would the rangers help?" Sean asked.
Zordon was silent for a moment.
"Very well. Alpha will teleport you downtown. But be careful." Zordon told them.
"While the rangers are in those gems, they don't know what's going on around them. You must be careful to not let them know who you are." Alpha said as he typed on the console.
"Why?" Crystal wondered.
"The rangers enjoy my full trust and confidence, but something like this, the existence of other realities, the fact in your world we are a television show. This information will do the rangers no good." Zordon told them.
"Ok. We'll handle that creep and be gone before the Rangers recover enough to see us." Deion said.
"Very well. Also, you said you can change into different Ranger teams. Be careful about who you change into, as you may tax the morphing grid considerably." Zordon said.
"To much pink energy is dangerous." All 7 of the pirates said at once. Zordon was clearly confused, however he judged it likely that it was a joke he was unaware of.
"Alpha, teleport them now. And May the Power Protect You."

As Gemindie walked towards the rangers, the 7 Sentai members teleported between them.
They pointed their guns at him and started shooting, hitting him. He threw out his arms and sent several sharps of crystals at them, which the team countered by inserting their ranger keys into the moribites and turning them.
Gokai Change: GOOOKAIGER!
The symbol for the pirate Sentai flew in front of the team, shielding them from the shards and even reflecting them back at Gemindie. The team pulled out their weapons and charged.

"WHAT!? More Power Rangers!?" Rita exclaimed as she looked through her telescope.
"Hmmm, of course. Whatever reality this Gemindie monster is from is one where they is a different type of Ranger. " Zedd explained to her.
"So? That doesn't help us." She told him.
"Oh but it does. It means that at this moment there is a parallel world without anyone to protect it. And I intend to take advantage of this. FINSTER! We have work to do." Zedd bellowed as he stormed to the monster maker's workshop.

Deion did a front flip off a car to avoid a swipe from Gemindie's arms, setting him up for Daisy and Rachel to blast him with their weapons.
Crystal's sword whips flew over, wrapping around him and keeping him still so that Kyle and Sean could deliver a double team slash that sent him stumbling back and right into a double kick from Deion and Tommy.
"ARG! You pirates think you can stop me?" Gemindie asked.
"Actually, we do." Kyle said as they each held up a red Ranger key.

Red Rangers who had not been adapted into proper Power Ranger teams.
Deion rushed first, using RyuuRanger's martial arts to attack with ferocity. It was hard to judge how much impact the moves had but they were keeping him off balance. A spin kick sent Gemindie back, setting Crystal up for a jump kick right to his face. She then performed a monkey flip sending Gemindie over her, where Rachel grabbed him with GoggleRed's ribbon and yanked, sending him back into a slash from Sean. Tommy used RedBuster's speed to run over and deliver a rapid series of slash attacks, and then leapt out of the way as Daisy slammed into the enemy with an explosion attack as Kyle leapt down with a Rail Slash attack. The group changed back into Gokaiger, putting their ranger keys in their weapons.
Final WAAAAAVE
Gokai Blast
All 7 shot their blaster weapons at Gemindie, destroying him in a massive explosion as the group turned around.

"Hooray Zordon, the Sentai did it." Alpha cheered.
"It appears so. And yet the energy crystals that have encased our rangers show no signs of dissipating. Alpha, begin a scan to see if you can determine why."
The robot did as he was told.
"Ai-Yi-Yi-Yi-Yi-Yi Zordon, I know why they haven't been freed."

*the Gokaiger were on top of a building, watching the Rangers*
"Shouldn't something be happening down there?" Deion asked. Kyle's moribites began to ring. Confused, he answered.
"Hello?"
"Sentai, the danger to the rangers has yet to pass. Prepare for a teleport back to the command center." Zordon told them. Moments later they were teleported in streaks of color back to the base of the rangers.
"What's wrong?" Daisy asked.
"According to our scans, Lord Zedd seems to have realized that the Gemindie monster was not of our world. Somehow, he was able to create a power conduit that is keeping the energy crystals the rangers are trapped in stabilized. Unless it is destroyed the rangers will not be freed." Zordon told them.
"So, we storm the moon?" Sean asked.
"No. Lord Zedd has managed to head back to your world, and is likely attacking it as we speak. You must go home and save your world, and the rangers." Alpha said.
"How do we do that? I haven't seen another tear." Crystal asked.
"Combining your energy with the Command Centers, we can use the Morphing Grid to open a portal back to your world. It will likely damage the systems here, but the cost is worth it." Zordon said.
"Ok Zordon, we'll handle this. We Promise." Kyle said. He turned to his crew. "Well guys….Back to Action!"

Lord Zedd walked down the street of the alternate Japan he found himself in, laughing as he used his staff to easily blast away any pitiful resistance offered against his incredible power. Suddenly, hears a massive noise, he turned and saw a giant red pirate ship flying through the sky.
"So, those new brats came back home did they. Bwahahahah!" he laughed as the 7 dropped down from the ship.
"Hand over the crystal Zedd!" Kyle demanded. The emperor of evil held up his right arm, where a gem type bracelet was around his forearm.
"You mean this? Not exactly what I'd prefer to wear, but a bad fashion accessory is worth stopping the Power Brats." Zedd told them with a laugh.
"Then we're just gonna have to smash that thing." Sean said as the team transformed.
Gokai Change
GOOOOKAIGER
Wielding their weapons, they charged the first American main villain of the power ranger's franchise.
In the entirety of his on screen appearances, Lord Zedd only engaged in personal combat once against Tommy Oliver.
The Gokaiger were doing about as well as Tommy did.
Zedd ducked under a jump kick from Deion and slashed him in the back with his staff. Then he caught Tommy's punch and pulled him into the way of a slash from Sean, before kicking the black gokaiger away. Rachel tried to engage him in staff to staff combat, but Zedd maneuvered his staff so the Z caught the corner of the trident and pulled her away, sending her into Daisy. Crystal attempted her sword whips but Zedd blocked every attack before striking her with his staff. Kyle leapt at him, slashing at him with his sword before trying to shoot him. Zedd blocked the attacks, then caught the red pirate in an energy blast from his staff and sent him flying back.
As the pirates got to their feet, Zedd charged up more energy, hoisting his staff into the air, discharging the energy so it came down on the team like lightning. As sparks and discharge blasted off their suits, the group fell to the ground.
"Bwahahahaha! Just like those pathetic Power Rangers. No match for my unstoppable power." Zedd told them, pretending to brush dust off his exoskeleton.
The team slowly rose to their feet.
"The Rangers stop you every time." Rachel said.
"And so will we." Sean told him.
"We're a lot of things." Daisy said, holding her arm.
"We're madmen and fools." Deion joined in.
"We're pirates against an army." Crystal said.
"But this time, we're more than that." Tommy told their enemy.
"For one day only, it's time." Kyle finished up.
As one, the team pressed their buckles, opening them and taking out Ranger Keys.
"Legendary Ranger Mode!"
The team inserted their keys into the moribites and turned them.
"It's Morphin Time!"
Holding their moribites like Dino Bucklers, they changed into familiar forms that made Zedd's blood boil at the sight of them.
"Tigerzord" Rachel declared, holding Saba.
"DragonZord." Sean said as he did the green ranger's pose.
"Mastodon" Deion declared, posing.
"Pterodactyl" Daisy said, posing like Kimberly and Kat did as pink rangers.
"Triceratops" Tommy posed in the form of the longest ranger in the same uniform.
"Saber toothed Tiger" Crystal preformed the difficult pose of the yellow ranger.
"Tyrannosaurs" Kyle held up his arms in the pose of his favorite ranger of all time.
"MIGHTY MORPHIN POWER RANGERS!"
"Changing your appearance means nothing! You are children, and you will all bow to me!" Zedd roared.
Tommy and Crystal charged first, getting on either side of Zedd and using the Power Lance and Power Daggers to attack, putting the villain on defensive until he slammed his staff into the ground, creating an energy shockwave that pushed them back.
Deion rushed him next, bringing the Power Axe down at Zedd, who raised his staff to block the attack. Deion slide the axe down, getting the hook of the bottom of the axe into the Z and twisting, much like Zedd had done with Rachel. This left Zedd open for Daisy to fire several arrows from her Power Bow, all which nailed him.
Zedd grunted, kicking Deion away and attempting to blast him with the Staff, when Sean slide in front of him, projecting a shield from the Dragon Shield to protect his teammate. Kyle and Rachel ran up behind the pair, kicking off Deion's broad shoulders to leap over the energy attack and bring their swords down in an X style slash on Zedd's chest.
"Inconceivable!" Zedd grunted, sliding back.
"Ok guys, let's bring them together!" Kyle said, as the 5 core rangers put their weapons in a circle, energy linking them.
"Power Axe!" Deion said, sliding the handle of his weapon and tossing it up.
"Power Bow" Daisy said, tossing her bow up where it attached to the top of the axe.
"Power Lance!" Tommy said, separating his weapon and tossing it up to attach to the bow on the sides of the axe.
"Power Daggers" Crystal said as she tossed the daggers up to join next to the lance.
"Power Sword!" Kyle said, jumping up, attaching his sword to the top of the Power Blaster and bringing it down.
The other 4 lined up behind him, putting their hands on his shoulder to help him aim and brace the recoil.
"FIRE!"
They all yelled at once as the energy discharged from the combined weapon. Zedd thrust his staff forward, firing his own energy attack. The two blasts met and battled for supremacy.
Out of the corner of his visor, Zedd saw the White and Green rangers off to the side. The Dragon Shield detached from the Green Ranger and floated up as the White Ranger jumped up. The Shield attached to her, giving her the Dragon Shield and Dagger.
Rachel kicked off Sean's shoulder and flipped over to Zedd while he's unable to defend himself. She slashes his chest with Saba, then brings the Dragon Dagger down on his forearm and destroys the energy bracelet keeping the rangers in suspended animation.
Unable to maintain focus, Zedd's energy attack is canceled and the Power Blast continues on unimpeded, blasting him and sending him flying back where he explodes.
"Did we get him?" Tommy asked.
Out of the smoke and fire, they see Zedd slowing rising to his feet.
"You had to ask." Sean replied.
"I am Lord Zedd." The villain said as he got to his feet.
"I am the Emperor of Evil. I will not run." The team noticed one of his energy grenades in his hand. He dropped it and it exploded at his feet.
"I will not hide." He grew to the size of a titan.
"And I will not be defeated!" He said as he towered over them.
"Does he ever shut up?" Kyle wondered aloud as he took out his moribites.
The team summoned their mecha and leapt into them.
"Complete GokaiOh!"
"GOZYUJIN!"
"GokaiRobo Go!"
Rachel went first in GoZyuJin.
"GoZyu Triple Drill Dream!" She yelled, spinning her wheels as fast as she could, attempting her finishing move early.
"Gokai Harpoon Torpedo!" Sean fired his zord's finisher as well, trying to hit Zedd while he's distracted.
Zedd swept his staff and created a shield to protect him, then fired energy attacks that hit both and sent them down.
The DekeGokaiOh was ready for the opening.
"Gokai Full Burst!"
All of the gatteling barrels on the Mecha fired, but Zedd created a portal, which swallowed the attacks and then spit them right back at the team. He then hoisted his staff in the air, sending down lightning attacks same as he did before; causing the three Mecha's to fall over and crash.
"Why don't you give up and make things easier on yourselves?" Zedd asked mockingly.
"You freaky ugly idiot." Sean said as he slowly got his mecha up.
"We will never stop until our world is safe." Rachel backed up, getting GoZyuJin back up and ready.
"So do your worst. Because our story isn't over." Kyle finished as GokaiOh stood in front of the other two Mecha's.
Suddenly all 7 buckles opened, and the ToQuger Ranger keys glowed, floating up into their hands.
"You guys seeing this?" Rachel asked.
"I do. So, what do you say Big Red?" Sean asked with a smirk.
"You can't do anything unless you imagine that you can." Kyle said.
As one they folded up the keys and inserted them into their wheels.
Ranger Keys: Set!
Let's Go!
Out of a Tunnel a purple Toquger Train rolled out, whistling triumpetly.
The GokaiOh detached from its arms and legs, also losing its helmet.
The arms of GoZyuJin detached and the Drill Arm became the new Right arm.
The GokaiRobo folded up, becoming the new legs with its Tank barrel also detaching.
The Gokai-Toqu ressha flew off the track, the front of the train coming off to reveal a fist and becoming the left arm. The Gokai tank Barrel also attached to the side of the left arm.
The Rex Head from GoZyuJin became a new chest piece for GokaiOh.
And finally the front of the Ressha opened and reconfigured before it attached to the head to form a new helmet.
All 7 Gokaiger appeared in the control room, Rachel and Sean side by side in front of the other 5.
"GigaGokaiOh Ready!"
"I will not be intimidated by you, no matter the form!" Zedd growled as he thrust his staff foreword, sending energy blasts out. Even though the blasts hit them head on, the massive GigaGokaiOh showed no signs of slowing down.
Zedd grunted, charging to engage hand to hand.
The Drill Arm deflected a slash from the Z Staff, and then they swung their left arm, hitting Zedd in the exposed cranium with their Tank Barrel arm, sending him staggering into a right leg kick. Then the Mecha swung its massive frame down, hitting him with a head butt before using a front kick to shove him away and crashing into a building.
"Why does it seem like these multi zord combinations are always so ungodly huge? You're almost twice as big as you were before, but you didn't even use the full 3 Megazord when making this new one. In fact, where did the unused parts go?" Zedd asked, rubbing his head as he got to his feet.
"You know he's got a point. Where did GoZyuJin's body go?" Rachel asked, looking around.
"Good question." Tommy replied.
"Guys, not the best time." Sean pointed out.
"Now let's finish him!" Kyle said. The team pressed their buckles and took out their Gokaiger keys, inserting them into their wheels.
The GigaGokaiOh held its left arm out, taking aim.
"Gokai Imagination Blast!"
Energy gathered in the Tank barrel before firing a blast that looked like the Gokaiger logo.
Zedd held his staff in front of him, but the blast was too much, destroying the staff and hitting Zedd with full force, causing him to fall over and explode in a massive fireball.
"So…if we just destroyed him what does that mean for the Power Rangers?" Deion asked.
They all blinked, wondering the same thing as an eclectic Z shape flew out of the fireball and into the sky before vanishing.
"Hopefully that means he's just going back home. " Crystal said.
The crew let out a sigh and high fived each other in support of their victory.

Later that night.
The gokaiger were in front the monitor, having managed to open a channel to the Command Center.
"With the Destruction of the stabilizing crystal, the Rangers were freed. And we can confirm Lord Zedd did indeed return to our dimension after you defeated him." Zordon told them.

"The Rangers were unaware of outside events while in the crystals, so they didn't see you. As for their escape, we told them we managed to generate an energy signal that disrupted the harmonic frequency of the monster, which destroyed it and freed them. It also gave a convincing explanation about the damage to the Command Center's systems." Alpha told them.
"Thank you for all your help. Both of you." Kyle said.
"We did as we know you all would have done for us if we were in trouble. Helping others strengthens us all. You 7 have overcome many obstacles, and yet more stand in your way. But if you have faith in yourselves and your bond, I am confident you will triumph. So don't falter, and May the Power Protect you." Zordon told them as the communication ended.
"That will never get old." Tommy said with a laugh as they all sat down.
"Guys, let's be serious here. We just kicked the ass of Lord Freakin Zedd!" Daisy yelled laughing.
The group laughed and toasted their victory.
They had suffered many setbacks and defeats.

Well, the chapter is over. I've wanted to do this chapter for a while. My version of s Tribute to Power Rangers, a show that without which I would never have gotten into Sentai and never would have done this story.
I felt having the Gokaiger team up with the Rangers outright would be too easy, so I kept their involvement simple. And as IM sure a few of you noticed and were probably annoyed at (Cough Koolken256 cough) I did reference Super MegaForce when the team changed into Mighty Morphin to fight Zedd. I just felt It was appropriate.
And while technically a few of the Sentai-exclusive rangers from the Gemindie fight did show up in SMF, such as RyuuRanger and Flashman, they weren't properly adapted so it counts. And early this week it was confirmed that the next season of Power Rangers, Beast Morphers, will be based on Go-busters. I included the fact that DiaRanger existed in PR universe as the Power Rangers of Eltar as a bit of world building, and to connect them to KibaRanger. Which frankly my few sentences is still more then we got in SMF but what can you do. And Yes the Dragon Shield with the white ranger was inspired by the Power Ranger comics.
