Washington D.C., White House, Day, Earth 50

Recently elected President Oliver Queen was walking down the halls to his private quarters. Along him was his chief of security, Roy Harper, and his Secretary of Education and most trusted advisor, Jefferson Pierce. "When we dismantle A.R.G.U.S., what happens to the agents?" Oliver asked Jeff.

"Their individual actions will be judged and reviewed by a hearing, depending on what they've done will determine whether or not they'll go to prison," Jeff said.

"And I'm guessing the others will be relocated to other government departments." Oliver speculated.

"Correct," Jeff confirmed his boss's suspicions.

"I want to oversee that hearing, make sure that we don't lose any good agents left in that department." Oliver insisted.

"Yes, Mr. President." Jeff agreed.

"I also want ideas drafted for alternatives solutions to who can pick up A.R.G.U.S.'s slack after their dismantled," Oliver stated.

"Already working on it," Jeff told him.

"Who knew, Luthor would be as much a pain in the ass out of office as he was in it," Roy commented at Former President Lex Luthor.

"I'm really hoping that my entire first term isn't going to be about cleaning up all the crap that Luthor left behind for us," Oliver said as he got to the door.

"Well, you always said that if you succeeding in fixing just one problem in this country you'd consider it a success," Roy remarked.

"Here's hoping. Good night, Roy. Night Jeff." Oliver said.

"Mr. President." The two said simultaneously.

Shutting the door behind him, Oliver let out a brief sigh. The days were getting harder and he only just started his term, going to his licker cabinet, Oliver poured himself some Vodka and poured another for his guest. Looking outside his balcony, he had a hard time deciding which was more beautiful; the view or the woman in front of it. Opening the doors, he greeted her. "You know I think trespassing in the president's home is a major felony." He witted with a smile.

"Well, what about a woman coming to see her man in the middle the night for a surprise visit." Kara Starr aka Power Girl asked as she was hovering in flight over the balcony.

Smiling, Oliver gave her a drink. "Here you go."

"Thanks." She said and swallowed it immediately as she landed. "You know I keep telling you that you're going to need a lot stronger booze to get this girl drunk."

"It's easy to forget." He said amused sipping his vodka.

"So how is the hottest president since Kennedy doing?" She flirtatiously asked.

"Busy and very stressed. So if I'm Kennedy are you Jackie? Or Marilyn?" He answered and countered.

"Well, obviously I have a body like Marilyn." She referred to her hourglass figure, buxom chest, and hair; though unlike Marilyn she had a bob haircut. "But personality-wise I like to think I'm more like Jackie."

"You ask me you're hotter than either one of them." He said and put his glass down, then proceeded to wrap his hands around her waist to pull her in for a kiss, and as they continued the two slowly began removing their clothes as they headed for the bedroom.

An hour or so later, Oliver and Kara held each other in bed; naked in between the sheets, Kara sighed. "Wow, we haven't done that since the night you were sworn in." She mentioned.

"Hmm. You know we could be doing this a lot more if you actually if you were the first lady." He mentioned.

"We'd have to be married for that to happen." She reminded.

"Yeah, well, we both know how I feel about that." He said looking at her, knowing that he would marry her in an instant.

"Oliver we both know how I feel about marriage, besides we love each other, and we're there for one another; that's enough for me ... and I know deep down that's enough for you." She reminded him, despite already having this conversation during their 5-year relationship. Deciding to change the conversation, Kara decided to get off his side and get on top of him. "Can we just ... enjoy the night please, it's been so long." She pleaded and gave him a deep kiss on his lips. Knowing she was right, Oliver took charge and put her on her back causing her to chuckle a little but then leaned her head back in pleasure as his kisses traveled down her neck to her bosom; which he loved to worked on just like all her former lovers.

Morning

Kara woke from her sleep and noticed Oliver was missing from their bed. Fortunately, she caught him immediately as she watched him shirtless and in his sweat pants; using his compound bow to shoot at an archery stand that was at least 900 ft from Oliver's position on the balcony. Grabbing an arrow from his quiver on the ground, Oliver notched and fire an arrow; it hit the bullseye.

"Nice to know that you're still a solid marksman even though you haven't been the Green Arrow in years." She commented and she approached him from behind, covering herself in their bedsheets.

"You know it helps me clear my head." He mentioned.

"What do you need to clear your head about now?" She asked.

"That it might be best if I run for a single term." He mentioned and then fired another arrow.

"What. Why?" She asked surprised.

"Kara, I only agreed to run to stop Luthor from getting a second term. To make sure he didn't cause any more trouble to metas and aliens with his hateful policies. Now, that he's out of office ... I'm not sure what to do now." He admitted reluctantly.

"Oliver, do you know what I think this country needs right now?" She brought up.

"I'm guessing you're going to tell me?" He said rhetorically.

"It needs someone who will get things done. Despite being a politician for over a decade now, you're not really a politician. When you say that you'll do something, you'll actually get it done. America is demanding for change and for someone to make it happen." She explained and then moved closer, putting one of her hands behind his head. "And I think ... no I believe that you're that someone to make it happen."

Starting to smile, Oliver then deeply kissed Kara. For a brief moment, it looked like they would be heading back to bed; until he heard knocking at his door. "Mr. President," Roy said interrupting the two. "Your appointment with congress is in an hour." He reminded him.

Both Kara and Oliver sighed at being interrupted. "Promise me something, Kara?" He asked.

"Anything."

"Promise me, that'll still love me when I go prematurely gray from this job." He asked as he knew that this job might make him go gray faster as it has for the last several presidents.

"Of course I'll still love you, after all, your gonna be a silver fox." She said lightheartedly.

Author's Notes: I know what some of you are thinking and yes, this story is partially inspired by the 2020 Presidental Elections. But the more thought I put into this story, the more I realized that it's kinda surprising how we haven't seen a version of Oliver Queen as America's Commander-in-Chief. While I don't ever expect the mainstream version of Green Arrow to become president, considering his long history as a political character and left-wing liberal, to actually see a version of him that put down his bow to become a full-time politician I'm surprised it hasn't been done yet. He's been Mayor of Star City, in the comics and in the show. I also think way back in the day in the 70s, he was offered the position of a Senator.

I decided to pair Oliver up with a version of Supergirl this time and I chose what often depicted as the Earth 2 version of her character, Power Girl, also known as Kara Zor-L or Karen Starr. While I do for the most part imagine Melissa Benoist with a short bob haircut and more "developed" assets, for some reason I also think of Supermodel Kate Upton for this DC Character.

Fun Fact, Jefferson Pierce actually served as Lex Luthor's Secretary of Education during the later's term as President to take him down from the inside.
