Small clinks were heard within the hotel room, as the smells of newly black coffee, and breakfast from freshly baked muffins or bacon filled the air that Monday morning. The sun shone through the clear white curtained window, as it beamed upon the carpeted floor.
The married couple sat quietly upon their chairs, just beside each other, as their plates were on the desk beside the television. On their own doings, Joan had her newspaper upon the table, but her eyes focused on the coffee mug as her hand held a silver spoon, stirring her coffee as cream and sugar was placed in it.
But for Cat, with a pencil in hand, wrote in his journal as his eyes focused on the page. From each word he wrote, or to what he talked about, he knew he could have both a good time thinking about the honeymoon he was on with his wife, whilst enjoying the best he can through his newly marriage and life within her world.
