Chapter 46: The Legendary Battle Begin's
Goku could feel the hot red blood fill his mouth, it was an all too familiar copper taste. The pain was instant ripping though the Sayian jaw but he didn't care it was something he experienced every time he engaged in a terific battle against a powerful foe. The first was against Jackie Chun in the finals of the twenty First world marital arts tornement , Then against mercenary Tao underneath Korin tower, The twenty second Martial arts tornement against his deadly foe now turned allie Tien only losing due to bad luck, after that as the fight against Piccolo's father the Demon king Piccolo and his demon children the first time where litrally every part of Goku's body was broken the Sayian only winning with one last attack, Later Goku would face Piccolo in the finals of the twenty Third world martial arts tornement a battle to decide the fate of the Earth to once and for all prove who was the world's strongest! Raditz soon followed and then Bardock with the rest of the Sayians.
With each foe Goku grew stronger surpassing them only to find another oppoment that stronger and would further push the Sayain's past his previously thought limits. As strength grew rapidly so did the stakes moving from just winning a tornement to saving the world to now the fate of the eastern Galaxcy. These clashes had litrally broken Goku's body on occasions or even killed him.
Yet regardless of the pain or the weight of the Galaxcy on his shouldger the Sayain was smiling. This is what he lived for testing himself against the strongest the universe had to offer in order to gain stronger to reach greater hights. Maybe even hights that surpassed the gods?
Friezia was just another challenger put before him another stepping stone for a world of oppertunities. Goku of course disagreed with what the tyrant had done but he couldn't help but get excited at the Frost Demons power.
The powerful red aura of Goku's Kia-ken times ten washed over the Sayian as he spung out of the way of Friezia's follow up kick before twisting to block another left handed hook being swung his way with his right elbow.
"I thought you weren't going to use your hand's" Goku smirked ."Dose that mean i win?"
Not even wasting time to remark on the Sayian's comment the Frost demon quickly swung his right arm forward towards the warrior from earths gut. Instantly Goku brought his left hand down to parry the blow but to his shook as soon as he touched the cold metalic mess that used to be the tyrants robotic hand he was frozen in place instantly a yellow sphere had flashed around him.
Friezia looked at the Sayian trapped in his imprisoment ball a sly smile on his face as he curled his powerful tail around the ball enjoying the jolt of pain that spread across the Sayian's face as the energy in the ball intensified.
"Fool i had already won before this battle had even begun, This ball your trapped in will explode upon inpact with anything other than me! So you better hope i don't drop you!"
With that the Frost Demon booted the Sphere into the air casually allowing it to fly up with Goku still trapped inside a few hundred feet before moving underneaith it in a blink of an effortlessly underneath it to over head kick it back down towards the Namakian sea.
Waitting yet again for the last possible moment the Frost Demon flashed from view yet again just catching the ball milemeters before it touched the surface of the water with the very tip of his tail.
The tyrant allowed his tail to dip into the cool surface on the ocean water pretending that he had just been able to catch the ball in time. Toying once again with his prey.
"Oh my i nearly dropped you then i must be losing my touch" The Frost Demon chuckled looking at the Sayian whoese facial expression clearly showing annoyence at not being able to get out of his current perdicament.
A red hue began to burn around Goku as the Sayian began to tap more and more into the Kao ken tecnique to escape his prision much to the continued amuesment of Friezia who was confident that escape was impossible.
"I would save my energy is i was you might need it to survive the blast! Also all that bursting energy is making me lose my grip"
To illistrate his mocking point the tyrant dropped the sphere from his tail allowing it to fall to litrally a minicual before the water below before kicking it with a powerful left kick.
Goku was flung across the oceans surface the furosity of the kick was so powerful it was causing waves to push out of either side of the sphere he was trapped in. It only took second to reach the next isrland which was easily a hundred miles away if not more The Sayian was trying to monover himself with in the ball trying to cause it to make contact with the water to crash into anything.
The Sayian was prepared to take his chance with the explosion it was much better than his current perdicerment of being defencless as the Frost Demon could litrally beat him with the same power and might as if the ball was even their.
It truely was an amazing tecnique but not something that Goku himself would use beating someone who was defenless was not something that excited the Sayian but fighting though the tecnique that was an exciting proposion.
Crack! Friezia appeared in the sphere projectory just before it hit the beach kneeing it up into the air before beginning to play a game of keepy uppy. Keeping the ball in the air with his feet and tail counting as he did this.
"Twenty one, twenty two. Hay i might break a new record" The tyrant laughed.
Goku maintained his Kao ken times ten that he had mustered up in order to try and break out of the sphere and closed his eyes dispict the pain every bone crunshing blow the tyrant landed caused him the Sayian tried to clear his mind in a medatative state.
It was clear to the hero of earth from experienceing the tecnique that it was a mixture of the tyrants ki and telekanises that formed the ball and the reason that the ball didn't explode when it touched the tyrant was not because he had tailored it that way. Well not exactly anyways. The Sphere was already exploding it had started once the lord had put it around him the Sayian could sense the explosive force around him. No what kept the sphere intact and had stopped Goku from moving was not the brute strength of the attack but the tyrants great telekanises.
Goku had seen Chaioutzu use a similar tecnique back in his fight with Krillin in the twenty second world matiral arts tornement. The small white skinned man back then had to use his hands to keep it implace but the tyrant Goku was facing now could do it effortlessly as if he wasn't even forcusing on it at all.
With his eye's closed Goku began to feel the energy around him and the invisible ropes of telekinises wrapped around his body holding him in place. Using his mind to releash himself instead of brute force.
The Frost Demon Friezia saw with disappointment that his foe had appeared to drop into unconsiousness. Without heastitating for a second with the clear oppertunity to finish the fight quickly and hasten to his goal of immortality.
The tyrant upper cutted the ball into the air before re-appearing above it to smash it into a nearby island. Releashing his telekentic hold that was holding the Sphere destructive power as he knoched it away.
This was the oppertunity that Goku needed. As soon as the Sayian felt the tyrant let down his telekenises the Sayian powered up further reaching Kao ken times fifteteen. The sudden releash of brute power was enough to disperes the power that was holding Goku away. Sending mini Ki blasts outwards. As the energy Sphere exploded outwards instead of inwards.
The small blast and the closeness of the explosion had caught the Frost Demon by surprise as he let again allowed his cockiness to overcome him and allowed his guard to drop. Never before had anyone countered this attack in such away and so quickly.
It was clear the only injuries the Sayian had suffered where from the physical blows the Frost Demon had landed and not from the explosion in fact the blast had done more if not mynute damage to the tyrant himself. Which peeved the lord to no end.
Friezia couldn't help but scowl as he looked up at the Sayian who was now looking down on him with a knowing smile. It was enough to make the Frost Demon's blood boil with rage it was almost as if the monkey thought he was better than him.
"I wouldn't use that tecnique again" Goku said confidently " I have worked it out now it won't work"
"Fool!" Friezia growled "You think just because you stopped one of my party trick tecniques that you have conquer and bested me! Lord Friezia! The most powerful being that has ever livied. You haven't even experienced a fraction of my true power!"
As the tyrant roared with anger he lifted one finger up as he began to form a death ball.
"Don't you see i can destroy this planet with one simple finger even in my weakest form, With the power i have now without even using half my strength i can destroy this whole solar system with one flick of a wrist! Do not think it is you that has the advatage as i can take your life at any moment the reason you still live is the reason why i haven't destroyed the planet. Because i haven't decide to finish you yet!"
" Are you done" Goku yelled down to Friezia the Sayain was no longer in his Kao ken state in order to conserve much needed stamina. " For a guy who is meant to be strong you sure do alot of talking"
The scowl intesifed and the Frost Demon whole face contorted as the his rage boiled to the surface. The death ball above the tryant index finger grew ten time in size.
"Fool i will destroy you" Friezia yelled.
Throwing his left hand forward to toss the attack as Goku. The Sayian had instantly powered up in his Kao-Ken state ready to dodge or parry the attack only to look on in horror as the Frost Demon turned twisting in mid-air to reveal the true target of his attack the planet.
"ALL!" the tyrant screamed as he tossed the attack down towards the planet.
~DBAT~
"Goku you fool" King Kia cried again his anger boiling over again. "I told you to go all out! Now you got yourself killed with the rest of the planet"
The eastern Kia was deeply saddened for all his outward anger at his student the dainty had truly cared about his student's especially Goku. Their was something about the Sayian laid back care free attitude that made so many people just care and like him regardless of how frustrating he can be and also deep down the eastern Kia had a small Gilmore of hope that Goku could end the tyrants rein.
"It's over" King Kia sighed "I guess you are going to be staying here for eternity. You are welcome to stay here but their is another place warrior such as yourself can go..."
"No way" Yamcha yelled confidently his right hand still clasped on King Kia shoulder like Tien, Chioutzu and Marster Roshi who had all been watching the fight until the god had turned away from it in an attempt to not watch the destruction of Namek and the death of his student. "I don't care what you or Marster Roshi say this is Goku we are talking about their's no way that attack reached the planet he would of stopped it"
"Your faith in Goku is admirable Yamcha but he is still only a man he can be beaten he can die" Marster Roshi said solemnly. "I was his teacher and as much faith i have in him as my student who has surpassed me years ago i too believed he couldn't be beaten. But look what happened with Raditz he died in that battle. Goku can be beaten"
"But he came back stonger than ever" Yamcha argued back. "And look at him now he has risen to new heights of power that we never thought was possible"
"Yes Goku strength has greatly increased" King Kia exclaimed sadly. " Him and Piccolo both have taken the Kao-ken technique further than i thought possible and if it was anyone else i am sure Goku would survive. But Friezia is on a whole new level even the Kia's can't face his strength. He's a monster an unmovable beast"
"Not being funny King Kia but judging by your strength beating a Kia seems rather easy even some of the Sayian we faced on earth could have probably beat you"
"You dare question the power of Kia" King Kia roared turning on Yamcha. "Your young and foolish can't you see with your Marster Roshi here. It is not all about power technique and skill will turn the tide of battle in any situation. I have powers you couldn't even imagine.."
"Stop it" Tien said in a harsh voice that wasn't loud but carried enough authority that it silenced the angry King Kia though the Kia did glare up at the three eyed man who had his three eyes shut.
"Can you feel Goku's Ki in the other world"
The rest of the party stood silently for a moment before King Kia responded.
"No but what dose that have to do with anything!"
"Then surely Goku is still alive" Tien replied his eyes opening locking on to King Kia's own. "And i for one want to watch Goku battle and support him even if he loses"
Their was a moment of silence.
"Fine" King Kia said reluctantly looking back on to Namek. "But don't blame me if you watch Goku beaten to death i was trying to protect you from that."
"Goku is a martial artist, If he dies in battle against a stronger foe he will except his death"

Goku reacted the instant he saw the death ball heading towards the planets surface knowing full well that the attack would be enough to destroy the planet and everyone on it the Sayain pushed himself to Kao ken times twenty.
It appeared to Goku that he was moving so fast the Frost Demon didn't even have a chance to react to stop him before he stoped just above the surface of the oceans water the waves rippling underneath him as the Death ball came bearing down upon him. Bending his knees and drawing both hands to his side clasped together the Sayian began to gather energy in his palm a blue sphere began to appeared.
"KA! MA! HA! MA! HA!" Goku roared sending the iconic beam shooting up towards the Death ball.
It connect and as it did the very planet Shook beneath Goku's feet. But the blue Kamahamaha wave had so far only slowed down the ball of death that had seemed to grow larger now almost the size of the moon. It was as if the planet sensed it's impending doom as the sky turned from it's normal green to a crimson red the colour of blood, of Death.
The Sayain felt himself being pushed down into the water only avoiding getting wet as the ocean parted away under the power of his aura. Beads of sweat had began to form on the Sayian's forehead as he tried to summon even more power to stop what seemed to be a certain doom.
"HA" Roared Goku calling upon more strength reserves of energy the Sayian didn't even know he had.
The Blue Kamahamaha wave doubled in size instantly but the death ball was stopped in it's tracks. Gokus body was burning up the Sayian felt as though he had a fever but he knew he couldn't allow his body to give up no matter what the cost he had to win he had to stop this attack.
"RAAAHAAAAAA" Goku roared again this time the red aura of his Kao-ken left him and flew up the beam itself.
The red aura collided with the Death Ball at the top and finally it was pushed back up into the sky and into orbit.
"Grraaahhh" Goku chocked and gargled as the powerful tail of Friezia wrapped around his throat the blue beam of Kamahamaha wave disappearing instantly. As the Sayain instinctively grabbed at the tail crushing his throat in a futile effort to break free from the chock.
"You soft hearted goody toe shoes are all the same" Friezia cackled as he relished his grip ever so slightly so the Sayain could get a gasp of air before cutting the air ways off again. Torture was always more fun than killing someone quickly anyways. "You can't help yourself you all like to play the hero to sacrifice yourself to defeat the big bad evil villain. To foil his evil scheme. Is that what you think you stopped me you stupid monkey! Didn't you hear me! i told you i kill those who are not useful to me. I destroy when i have no use for the planet. Did you really think i would blow up this planet with something as precious as the Dragonballs when my wished has been granted?"
"No!" Frizia roader smashing a powerful left fist into Goku's side Causing blood to projectile out of the Sayians mouth.
"No!" He yelled again kneeing the Sayian's other side more blood protruding from Goku's lips the tyrant's eyes where wide and full of malice.
"You are a fool i shall destroy you!" Blows rained down on the Sayian's back with each and every word the tyrant said each time blood sprayed from Goku's mouth.
Some landed on the Frost Demon's face which he greedily licked up in anticipation.
The Frost Demon intended to break every bone in the Sayians body make him suffer make him beg for death.
"Just beg me to die" Friezia chuckled. "I am the merciful lord i will anwser your prayers. "Beg"
This time the tyrant held his fingers together out flat and stabbed them into Goku's side like a knife. Hot red blood drenched the tyrants hand as the grass was stained crimson.
Goku's body went limp.
~DBAT~
Goku vision had darkened the lack of oxygen and the overwhelming pain that had been inflicted on his body was too much as his brain began to shut down. He could only barley make out what Friezia was saying it was almost as if his head was being held under could feel it when the tyrant stabbed his finger's into him almost like a knife gutting him out.
Was this the end? It was not that Goku feared death he had died before back on Earth against his brother Raditz. It was the manner of Goku's death that bothered the Sayain the tyrant had completely outclassed him beaten him at every move at every point. Any advantage the Sayian got was only die to the tyrant cockiness.
Maybe King Kia had been right. Maybe the tyrant was unbeatable. unstoppable.
No anyone could be beaten everyone had their weaknesses their must be a way their must. If only Goku could gather enough power to match him an energy blast so powerful it would wipe the tyrant out in a single attack when he was off guard.
The spirt bomb was the obvious choice but that took time which Goku barely had left plus their was barely any life on planet Namek.
Goku had failed he had lost the Sayian knew this. He had let everyone he cared about down because he was too sure of himself.
But one thing was for certain he was not going to die like this not without putting up a fight.

The tyrant felt the Sayian's body go limp and a cruel smile crept upon his lips.
"Done already? really even Vegeta lasted longer than this and here i thought you where something special. Silly me" With that the Tyrant loosened his grip on Goku's throat.
Crunch!
Goku teeth sunk into the tyrants Tail as a flash of golden aura burst briefly around the Sayian so fast the Frost Demon didn't even noticed as he back hand the Sayian away sending him crashing to the ground as the tyrant blow on his tail in pain. Clear teeth marks where clearly visible as purple blood oozed from the pierced holes.
"You barstard" Friezia roared throwing his left hand forward to fire a death beam into Goku's heart.
Crack!
Friezia tilted his eyes to look at the boot that had connected against the side of his neck which had hit him so softly like a fly.
Bardock swung round his orange aura of the Phonix fire tecnique bursting around him as he sprung to deliver another blow and another. The tyrant merely glared at the Sayian with dark sinister eyes.
"Enough of that!" Friezia growled Freezing Bardock in place with his telekinesis just from a glare of his eyes. "I have had enough of you insects"
Bardock was sent flying into the air his chest and body began to painfully expand as if it was about to blow from the inside.
Thud!
Gohan appeared completely healed from previous injuries. And completely enraged the young Demi-Sayian's skull crashed into the Tyrants body taking the Frost Demon by surprise.
"How!" Gasped Friezia his concentration leaving Bardock sparing the Sayain similar to that from Krillin's in an alternative reality.
Zap! A beam almost like a cannon pierced Friezia right shoulder. Causing the tyrant to cry out in pain as purple blood dripped down his arm.
Piccolo came at the Frost Demon from behind his extended right hand grabbing the back of the tyrant throat and pushing him away from Goku.
Gohan sprung out of the way as the tyrant was pushed towards him. Spinning around as he did so the young boy raised his hand above his head.
"Masenko-Ha!" Gohan roared firing the yellow blast into Friezia back pushing him further away.
Dende sprang from his hiding place behind some fallen debris and rushed to Goku's side. The young Namek placed his hand's on the Sayain's broken and battered body. His healing magic sparking to life.
The young boy was obviously tired sweat beads where etched across his face from the exertion he had already carried out when he had healed Gohan and Piccolo from their injuries. But Dende pressed on he knew that getting Goku back up to full strength was a priority if they where going to stop Friezia in his tracks. It was this or healing the evil Sayian Vegeta which didn't sit right with him. Dende was opposed to healing that man who had darkness so deep in his heart. Even if it meant putting himself out in the open like this even if their was a chance he would die he would much rather help a good man like Goku. Helping someone with a good heart was always a better choice. Dende smiled as he saw the cuts and open wounds begin to close on Goku's body the Namek could sense the Sayian's energy returning.
"Hurry Dende" Piccolo growled "Will hold him off as long as we can!"
BOOM.
The world fell to darkness.
Hello... It's me again.
So it's been a while XD I'm not going to bore you or make excuses all i will say is i will write as often as i can and try to get this story updated as often as possible. I am busy i have a hectic scheduled. But i am working on it. I will finish DragonballAT. It might take a long time but it will be done.
I want to give a special mention to a reader Maritza92 he private message me and reminded me that i started this story got people hooked and i need to finish it. He re-lit my fire and for that i thank him. I hope this chapter lives up to your expectations.
And yes we should be finished with this arc soonish i think this has put Gokus 5 miniute fight with Friezia in the annime to shame in the sense of length.
