Long story short, the next chapter will be late. Need to cross-check my story against volume three's events as well as get some freaking sleep. It'll be a week later than my usual two-week update at most though. The next few chapters will cover Volume Three and bring RWBY: Stains of Apathy Vol. 1 to an end. After which I shall be taking a very long hiatus, during which I will be writing the next volume as well as a few spinoffs whose order of release will be decided in a poll of some sort (I will also be writing a few random ones which won't be Stains of Apathy canon, just for the fun of it, exploring ships mostly I think, Minotaur has a deficit of material).
I will also be updating my Miraculous: Ladybug fanfic, which I haven't touched in forever. Wanted to wait till I was actually done with the first volume before any other announcements, but I felt I should give you guys something more than just an author's note.
Also feel like clarifying something regarding Adam's character which is that he won't be getting a redemption arc. He's definitely going to evolve as a character,(he has already I'd say) but he's not doing what Emerald did in Volume 8 neither is he remorseful or feeling guilty. I personally don't like redemption arcs, so perhaps that's why.
Who else? Hmm... Pyrrha, does she live or not? Who knows?
Penny? Who knows?
Ozpin? Who knows?
Team SYBR/RWBY, CJS and DLR are safe, everybody else is fair game. Depends on whether or not I find a purpose for them. The teams mentioned have definite roles in either the spinoffs or the continuation.
