(A Few Days later)
Dimitri opens the gym door, and finds both twins' heated conversation that Jasmine had something that Rose wanted. Rose had Jasmine's by one of her French braids. Rose yelled, "Give it to me." Jasmine said, "Let go of my hair, dumb bitch." Reaching up with her left hand, grabbing a hand full of Rose's hair and pulling, making Rose yell.
Dimitri realized he had never seen the twins fight or wrestle over anything. He thought to himself that it was funny to watch both fight over something. Rose said, "Bitch, let go of my hair." Jasmine said, "No!" Rose said, "That is the last one." Jasmine said, "It's not my fault. that you were too busy talking to Mason. You could have to get it then. But now it's mine. " Rose pushed Jasmine down on her back. Jasmine drops the big, juicy red apple.
The apple rolled over to Dimitri's feet. Dimitri reached down and picked up the apple. He was thinking to himself that both of them were fighting over something so small. But it looks fantastic. Jasmine said, "Damn Rosie. Get your fat ass off me. " Rose said, "I'm not fat." Jasmine rolled over and, pinning Rose to the mat, began holding Rose by her shoulders. Jasmine said, "You can't beat me." Rose said, "Bullshit!"
Dimitri took a bite out of the apple. This made both Jasmine and Rose turn their heads and look at Dimitri. Both of them said, "Damn at the same time." Jasmine said, "Cowboy, that is my apple. Dimitri said, "It is delicious. Now it's mine. " Jasmine speaks Russian. (умо!) (Meaning shit!) Dimitri's saying, "Watch your mouth. Where did you learn to swear in Russian? " Jasmine said, "You swear a lot, and second, I can't watch my mouth or my nose in the way." Rose and Dimitri started laughing.
Dimitri said, "Today, it's raining outside." Jasmine said, "So today you're going to teach how to fight? Dimitri was walking around the twins. Jasmine gets off Rose and sits next to Rose.
Rose sat up and grabbed Jasmine's arm. Jasmine turned her head and gazed into her sister's eyes. I found myself in that trance, seeing what Vasilisa was seeing. Jasmine said, "Rosie!" Dimitri turns around to see Jasmine staring at asked, "Something wrong?" Jasmine said, "Bond! Rosie in Vasilisa's head and watching something happening to Vasilisa right now. " Dimitri bends down, finding Rose's eyes golden.
Both Dimitri and Jasmine watched as Rose's expression appeared on her face. Rose started blinking her eyes, and they changed back to a dark color. Rose jumped to her feet and sprinted to the door. Rose and Dimitri dashed after Rose and followed Rose. Dimitri figured out that they were going to see Princess Vasilisa.
(Vasilisa dorms)
Rose ran and led Dimitri and Jasmine to one of the moroi dorms. Jasmine, Rose, and Dimitri could see a slim blond figure coming hurtling out the door. Rose quickly reached Vasilisa. Rose grabbed her arms and looked at her. Rose said, "What is wrong? What happened? " Rose flung her arms around Vasilisa and burned her head into Rose's chest. The tears came thick and fast.
Jasmine pushed her way inside Vasilisa's dorm. Dimitri followed Jasmine's side of the room. In the founding picture taped to the wall of the princes, Rose and Jasmine dressed up as fairies, surrounded by Halloween decor in student housing. Rose and Jasmine started to feel powerful emotions, wishing they could have a normal future. But this would always be their life, dealing with death.
As Jasmine looks around, she finds the problem was finding a dead fox lying on her pillow. Jasmine said, "Russian again." (слд!)(Meaning Fuck!) Dimitri realized that Jasmine had learned to speak Russian from him.
Jasmine walked into the bathroom and grabbed a few black garbage bags to pick up the dead fox that was lying on Vasilisa's pillow. walked back into the bedroom, and said, "What the hell is wrong with people?"
Dimitri's thoughts were interrupted as a dark red stain on the bed caught his eyes. I found a dead fox that had been brutally killed with its throat slit. It might have been a knife. causing the blood and gore to be spread over the bed. Dimitri asked, "What are you doing with that garbage bag?" Jasmine said, "I was going to have a fucking party. What in the hell does it look like I'm going to do it? throwing the garbage bags at Dimitri and saying, "Open it!" Dumb ass! " Dimitri looked at Jasmine and was surprised that she would call him a dumb ass.
Dimitri turns around to see Vasilisa crying once 's expression concealed nausea and repulsion. Dimitri called the necessary people. Jasmine had bagged up the dead fox and was stripping the bed. Dimitri was proud of Rose and Jasmine for how they held it together. Working together and doing different things A team swooped in to make Jasmine, Rose, and my spare parts. The team found most of it had already been cleaned up.
The Head Mistress walked up and said, "Have both removed Jasmine and Rose from stopping any conversation with Princess." Dimitri thought it was cruel, as was providing comfort. But it was my place to question authority.
Rose and Jasmine turn to face each other. Dimitri watched both of them and could see that they said nothing. I got the feeling that they didn't talk to understand each other. It must have been the twin bond. But he could see silent movements in their heads, as if they were passing a message between them.
Dimitri asked, "Do you have any idea who'd do it or why?" Both Jasmine and Rose turned together and said, "No Clue." Dimitri was amazed that both of them could answer the question at the same time. But I get the feeling that they might know what might go on.
Rose and Jasmine looked at Dimitri. Rose said, "It is time that you start teaching us how to fight. We already know how to run away. " Jasmine said, "It is time you step up and do your job." Stop being a pussy. Teach us something useful.
Dimitri could see that they weren't playing with him. Dimitri said, "Soon! when I think you're ready to learn to fight. " Jasmine and Rose looked back at each other and said the same time. "What a pussy!" Both turned around and started walking away from Dimitri. Dimitri said, "Get your ass back here." Both Jasmine and Rose give Dimitri the middle finger and keep walking. Dimitri couldn't believe that he just got the middle finger from both of them. called after them, saying, "You're late for practice." I got the feeling they weren't listening to him.

Dimitri walked to the gym class and noticed all the students standing around next to the walls. They seemed to be waiting for something or someone to speak. Captain Alberta, Stan Alto, and Damon walked in the doors. Dimitri turned around to find three other guardians coming through the doors.
"We're planning something surprising for all the newbies," Alberta , one of our students will fight a guardian on the mat. Guardian Belikov is already on the mat. Guardian Belikov wanted to be the first to fight one of our students.
Dimitri looked at Alberta, trying to understand why she was doing this. Stan said, "The student that the battle is against is Jasmine Hathaway." Dimitri realized that someone set him up when he stepped on the mat. As Jasmine stepped out of the back of the room, Dimitri walked to the wall and put his stuff down. Dimitri knew eventually. They fight again. Now he gets to show how good Jasmine was.
Stan said, "These are the rules. The first person down three times is a loser. Damon said, "Fighters, take your stands." Both Jasmine and Dimitri took their stands facing each other. Jasmine put her hands up to get ready to fight with Cowboy. Dimitri remembers how hard they took Jasmine down to Portland. Alto counted to three. "

You're making us look bad in front of the students. " Jasmine moves back away from Dimitri to get up.
Albert said, "One point to Jasmine."
Dimitri started getting up from the mat. I was looking at Jasmine, thinking I had put her ass on the ground. Jasmine started moving closer to Dimitri. Jasmine was moving to kick Dimitri in the stomach, knocking the wind out of him. Hitting in the back, knocking me to the ground once punched Jasmine in the stomach, knocking the wind out of her. Making a stumble But Jasmine kept her balance and didn't fall to the ground. Dimitri moved in, punching Jasmine's face and knocking her to the ground.

Jasmine looked up at Dimitri. Dimitri could see Jasmine had changed from light brown with a gold flick to a golden color. Jasmine stood up, and Dimitri busted her lip good. Jasmine moves on Dimitri, grabbing him, flipping him over her shoulder, making him land on his back, and starts punching him in the face. Dimitri grabbed Jasmine, rolling her onto her back. Dimitri snatches Jasmine's wrists and throws them to the reached her legs up and wrapped around Dimitri's neck and started squeezing, trying to make him pass out.
Alberta, Stan, and Damon started laughing when they saw both of them wrapped around each other. Dimitri and Jasmine stop the fight and look at the three other guardians. Dimitri said, "I can't breathe". Jasmine released her legs from around Dimitri's neck. Dimitri took a breath.
Jasmine said, "What the damn funny?" Dimitri said, "I didn't know." Jasmine asked, "Do they mean tied, no one won?" Dimitri said, "Did you set this up?" Jasmine said, "Yes!" Dimitri said, "You give the hell to work out." Jasmine said, "the same cowboy!" Both Dimitri and Jasmine looked at each other. Dimitri realized how close they were to each other. Dimitri said, "sorry!" Standing up, she reaches down and pulls Jasmine to her feet.
Both walked over to the bench next to where Jasmine's bag sat. Jasmine sits down, picks up a backpack, and reaches inside to get her pills. Dimitri saw her hand trembling and making a hard effort to open the bottle. Dimitri said, "something wrong?" Jasmine said, "Magic." Dimitri was taking a pill bottle away from Jasmine. Take a pill out and give her water. Jasmine took it. Dimitri said, "stay calm and try to relax." Jasmine nods her head at him.
Alberta walked over to them and said, "Guardian Belikov." You should be proud of your student today. Show true skills at a higher level than the others. Jasmine is at the top of your class in fighting skills. But with a little more training, she will be a deadly force.
"Dimitri's reply keeps me calm and keeps control of it." Standing up, he leaned closer to Alberta and said, "Jasmine is trying to break free. Have you found one of the teachers to teach Jasmine to use her magic? Alberta said, "No! I am still looking for someone to teach her. Dimitri said, "I will take her back to the tower for rest." Alberta said, "that's fine." "Let's go back to the tower," Jasmine go get some rest. " Jasmine stood up, picked up her water bottle and a backpack. Dimitri leads Jasmine from the gym.
Hearing Mason said, "Good Work! "Jazz for kicking Guardian Belikov's ass."
Dimitri turns his head to see Rosa and a few boys laughing.
Dimitri knew that Jasmine had given him a good workout again.

Dimitri reached down and took Jasmine's keys off her backpack. Putting in the keyhole, unlocking the door and pushing on the door to open it. Jasmine followed Dimitri inside. Jasmine walked over and sat down on the couch. Dimitri closes the door. He put Jasmine's backpack down on the coffee table and sat down next to her. Dimitri asks, "How do you feel now?" Jasmine put her head on Dimitri's shoulder and looked up at him. Jasmine said, "I am tired. You hit my lip. Dimitri said, "Sorry about it." Jasmine said, "That's fine, nothing an ice pack can't fix. It shows that no God likes you. " Dimitri said, "I'm not a god like you." Jasmine said, "That's what the other novices call you." Dimitri said, "Really?" Jasmine nods her head. That made Dimitri laugh and smile.
Jasmine said, "I think you're ready to learn the secret of dodging someone's blows." Dimitri said, "When did you think it was time for me to learn your special move?" Jasmine said, "When he kicked me on my ass for the second time, Furthermore, you demonstrate that you are a skilled and excellent 's useful in the middle of a fight. " Dimitri said yes, it would.

Jasmine said, "Cowboy!" Dimitri said, "Yes, baby girl." Jasmine said, "I think you're right. Maybe I need to talk to Deirdre about what happened four years ago. Maybe the nightmares will go away now. Dimitri said, "I'm signing up with Deirdre. It will be good for you to let it out. Let's hope your nightmare disappears and you sleep through the night. Jasmine said, "Thank you!" Good night! "Cowboy." Dimitri said, "Good Night! Baby girl. " Dimitri gets up and heads for the door. Dimitri walked out of Jasmine's tower door and closed it behind him.
