A/N: Deeply apologizing for the long wait. I have been taking care of final revisions of my thesis in order to graduate from my university as of late. I have my job too in real life, so there's that.
Also, I play Fate/Grand Order. Most of my ideas went into execution by that game. Feels like I'm only copying those ideas nowadays. Especially the information on my climactic confrontation here in my fanfic. PM me if you want details.

Chapter 24: Initiation
Tanizaki Makoto could have been a happy person, if he just settled in with his wife and two children. And yet, they both realized that love cannot buy everything. They are from a mediocre part of society that must work hard to make ends meet.
And for that, he must work on the double to catch some fish on the river to sell in the early morning and try to attract tourists to see the beautiful view through his ferry at night. Meanwhile, his wife sews some clothes to sell and do odd jobs after their children are off to school on weekdays. Sometimes, they even work on weekends to make things extra special for their family.
But then, what will happen this night could be his most memorable, horrible, astonishing yet amazing part of his life. This is the day that he receives a radio call from someone that he doesn't know, yet still has an air of familiarity in terms of their national culture.
"Tanizaki Makoto of the Makoto ferry speaking…" He now answered as he lit up a cigarette and began to smoke on it. He then released the button on his radio to allow the other party to speak.
"Ah, Makoto, Fujimura redirected me here. Evacuate the premises immediately."
"Sorry, but I have to stay here in order to catch some fish. Even though the boss of the city that is Fujimura tells me, I'll say many times that this is the only livelihood I have left." He stubbornly replied as he bit on the butt of his cigarette. "I can't leave the only source of a large part of our income to waste."
"Then I guess I have to show you why you must evacuate then." The voice sighed as he heard Makoto's resolute voice. "Look at your left side."
"Why do I have to…" He slowly turned his head at his left side, and on the corner of his eye, he saw what he can describe as an abomination from his worst nightmares coming alive from the depths. His mouth opened in sheer shock at that scene, and his cigarette dropped.
He saw the pride of their national air force defense be swallowed whole by the creature like it was nothing. He cringed in disgust as he hears the crunching noise of bones and smells the rotten and fresh flesh from afar caused by the explosion of the fighter plane.
Never has he seen such a horrifying creature in his entire life.
The monsters that he thought was from his kids' dreams and television shows where the Man of Light appears to defeat the abomination turned out to be an actual event. But in this event, there will be no Man of Light to save them.
"Contain your panic, it will only look worse." The voice said in a cold, clear but resolute voice. Makoto can only crush the cigarette on his feet in sheer fright. "Rest assured that you will be compensated for the damages, on the condition of not telling this story to anyone in your vicinity."
He then snapped out of his frightened state after hearing those words. "But then, what about…"
"Fujimura will provide whatever you or your family needs, even a legal job much higher – paying than what you have right now."
He now weighed his options in haste. But then, he cannot think properly as he still thinks of what that abomination will do when it reaches land.
Between his meager job and thousands of people about to die because of his job, he knew better than to choose the meager job over thousands of people. He can't believe that he himself followed the rule of majority, even though he is much against it and that him not following that accursed rule saved his life many times.
"…I guess I have to evacuate then." He now sighed after a long pause. "But this better be worth it."
He then left the radio on the ferry that he is on, then after packing his essential tools, he now evacuated the vehicle that has been with him for seven good long years. He took especially good of it since he knew that there is no boat as rare and as well – doing as his was.
You better know what you're up against. That is a freak of nature that even man cannot conquer.
Forever.
It is a really long time for her, but she can only wait for that day.
She knows that her thought processes are not proper anymore, but then, who even cares about her?
She can't even make her own choices. They even made her a supplier for her fiancé's own interests. This is her only chance of making a choice for herself.
And she did not regret a single second of it. She now has her husband's Servant as her own. She even has the Command Seals.
But then, her Servant won't even look at her in the eye. She can only curse on his fate as a chivalrous knight who honors on his true master's wishes.
She lets out a small smile on her face as she faces the knight of Fianna, who only turns away from her sight. She pouted as her knight won't even look at her in the eye. Slowly, her small smile turned into a frown.
"Won't you even look at me for even a second?" Sola – Ui asked her Servant as he still looks away, looking at the abominable sight of a monster that ravages Miongawa. He now sighed as he prepared his spears. The lady in a white blouse frowned even further at the distance that he tries to put between them.
"All right, I know, I'm in love with you." She admitted with a blush on her face. "But if that's the cause of you not noticing me, then please be truthful and upfront about it. I can take it. I know of your legend."
The knight of the spear would not speak to her. This only caused her to be more frustrated than ever as her knight seemingly took an oath of silence and aloofness in order to reach his goal.
"You swore upon this earlier, right?" She now sternly reminded him of the pact that he made during her contract with Lancer. "Then why won't you look at me with a straight stare and tell me right here and now that I remind you of what happened with you and Grainne? That she fell in love with you because of your Love Spot?"
He noticed the stern intonation in her voice that demanded him a truthful answer. It is true that he sees her resisting the curse, but then that resistance is also out of love for him. He then gave her an answer, the one that she is seeking for.
"Milady, it is true that I am avoiding your gaze because I know that you can't resist the curse that my face has brought upon." Diarmuid recalled somberly. "Yes, milady, you remind me too much of what happened with me and Grainne. It seems that I cannot escape my fate."
"Then let us try to escape that cycle then, Diarmuid Ua Duibhne." The El – Melloi's fiancé offered as she offers her hand with Kayneth's Command Seals to him. "Kayneth may be angry with what I am about to do, and you may resist me. But, rest assured that he cannot kill you in your state as of now. I will try my best to fall in love with you even without that curse charming me and find a way to end your miserable cycle of fate."
For him, her words both served as encouragement and warning. She admitted to her feelings, and so he admitted to what he feels too. He felt his burden slightly lightened by that thought.
She knows of his curse, and still trying to fight it. For that, he can plead his case with his lord, Kayneth, and leave the couple once he attains the Holy Grail.
Caster can only sigh in annoyance at the scene. Saber cuts away at the parts of the creature in a futile manner, Rider helps Saber in her lost cause, and Berserker is coming at the wrong time to face Archer, who just threw away his weapons like trash at what he can call a foul being that does not even deserve his weapons.
"Kejoro, have you prepared your strands of hair?" Caster asked Kejoro as she still looks on. Even though she senses Lancer approaching at the scene, only an Assassin can pinpoint the spot on where the Servants would attack to deal an instant kill.
The only problem is that Kotomine Kirei let his Assassins be used by Tohsaka Tokiomi as his pawns. Kotomine Kirei knew better than to let his Assassins be used in such a manner.
Meanwhile, Kejoro has now completed her own ritual, consisting of cutting her multiple strands of hair until there is three fourths of her hair left in her scalp, and is now on her finishing touches as she manipulated her hair strands' tensile strength to silken steel through Osore thanks to her past experience on how Kagibari – onna controlled her hair.
She then doused her hair strands in a cherry wood pail filled with gasoline, then in a cherry wood pail filled with water. She now stood up as her preparations are now complete. Caster approached Kejoro.
"There, all done." Kejoro now huffed in relief as she had completed what she can call her arsenal. Using her own Magecraft together with her Osore that has the property of manipulation, this is possibly her strongest weapon in theory as she will use it for the first time, and against a large creature at that. "You better pay me for those centuries' worth of my hair."
"I already paid it, Goshujin – sama." Caster replied teasingly as Kejoro saw herself having those same strands of her hair back as if those strands were never cut in the first place. Caster now helped her in tying up the hair strands end on end through her magic.
"Never expected you to use Magecraft in that manner, but who cares about it?" Caster smirked as she saw her Master proving her worth once again. "If that works, we could be hunted by all Masters and Servants alike."
"They made their move, we make ours." Kejoro narrowed her eyes on Archer, who is still up in the air with an enigmatic aircraft, and Saber, who still attempts to defeat the creature single - handed. "After all, Tohsaka Tokiomi made his move by showing how powerful his Servant is after gathering information on all Servants. If we will show ourselves completely, we must trump their cards as quick and as powerful as possible."
"In your terms, a royal straight flush." Caster's intonation went to dangerously low levels. "You're quite the ambitious one, Goshujin – sama."
"That's because I got a great teacher as my partner." Kejoro smiled in a proud manner.
Caster can only have a soft smile on her face at the determination of her Master. But for now, it will be the time for her to show what her powers are worth if she stayed on her own class.
As she closed her eyes, she concentrated on the people in her vicinity that are either Servants or Magi. So far, she has seen Archer, Saber, Rider, Lancer, Irisviel von Einzbern, Waver Velvet and Tohsaka Tokiomi now at the location where they are.
She then borrowed Kejoro's mobile phone, and closing her eyes, she chanted in archaic Nihon – go three times, before dialing certain numbers and pressing send. From there, she now formed ethereal flaming foxes before dissipating in thin air. She then put the phone to her ear.
One by one, the Masters and Servants within her range now receive the message from her through her phone and into their minds.
Master of Archer, control your Servant. This is an order.
He now gritted his teeth on who speaks on his mind as Archer noticed his Master's displeasure. He then misinterpreted it as displeasure over his rule.
"Tokiomi, it seems that you have overstepped…"
Arrogant king of heroes, you have truly underestimated us. It seems that I must teach you a lesson first.
Archer gritted his teeth at someone who speaks on his mind. He now stood on his throne as he declared his rage.
"Coward mongrel, show yourself! I, the king of heaven and earth, shall deliver judgment to those who mock my rule!"
And I shall teach you a lesson for playing around in my land like you are some kind of king. We gods and goddesses never bow down before a king who holds the power of destruction in his hand like a toy.
She then cut off the link that she placed between the Master of Archer and his Servant before the Servant can even identify her by pressing the end call key on the mobile phone. But then, Archer now has a good idea on who that mongrel is thanks to his vast knowledge, and that infuriates him to no end.
She is the one that almost challenged his rule.
She is the one that emanated royal bearings although her class denotes otherwise.
She is the one that emanates a divine aura even though she does not have an attribute that she has one.
She is the one that Rider acknowledged as his fellow royalty even though she is truly different from the others.
She is the erring piece of a Servant that is not supposed to be in the Holy Grail War.
She is…
"The mongrel, the other Caster of the Holy Grail War." Archer seethed as someone dared to lay her hand on him.
She then sensed the link between Berserker and his Master. From there, she dialed a few numbers and pressed the call key. At that time, Berserker is now riding the military jet that he has just made a weapon of during his rampage, and is about to go for the kill on Archer.
Master of Berserker, please control your Servant. He is now wreaking destruction with his fight with Archer as we speak.
The soothing voice felt like cool water to his mouth. He must know who that Servant is. Closing his eyes, he now attentively tried to speak to that someone.
"Who…are you?" He hoarsely asked as he huddled down the alley.
Who I am does not even matter anymore in this fight. The voice in his head now replied. I know of your plans to meet with the Master of Archer, but please don't continue with it.
Her voice truly reminded him of those he must save. But for the sake of saving them, and for the sake of saving Sakura, he must ignore her advice.
"You know…you are truly kind." He let out a soft smile from his face. "Thank you…for your concern…of my well – being. But…I must know…why Tokiomi did it…to Sakura."
So there is no way of stopping you now, am I correct?
"Yeah, but I'll heed your advice…and try to control Berserker…from destroying everything." He now replied with renewed vigor from hearing her voice. "After all, he only wants Archer…and for reasons unknown…even to me…Saber."
"So, off to the next one." Caster huffed as she concentrated on placing a link on Lancer, and found out about a lady wearing a white blouse.
Master of Lancer, please direct Lancer to the one where I will point him to. The voice in her head commanded. She is now wary of her surroundings, and concluded that there can only be one Servant who can do this.
"I see, you are the other Caster that my fiancé speaks of." She now huffed with pride as she warily observed her surroundings. "But why would you want me to do that?"
A prideful Magus who can't even match my powers, I see. She sternly replied as Sola - Ui is now irritated at the one who dared to put a link between them and Lancer. Please look straight from where you're standing on and tell me what you see.
She now grudgingly followed her instructions, and was astonished at the sight that she is now looking at.
"Are those…Archer's weapons?" She marveled.
It is not proper, even for her, to say that those floating things are even merely "weapons". These are Noble Phantasms of the highest make that only the so – called king, as her fiancé describes, can use it. She became even more astonished at what happened next.
The weapons are now reaching at a breaking point, but still, the prana that is supplied by the mysterious Servant is enough for one attack and it is waiting for the wielder to throw the Phantasms at the creature.
If those Phantasms reached the abomination and dealt great damage while still in its base form, how much more if it's in a Broken Phantasm stage?
"You plan for Lancer to use those things against a large creature. But he is of a Lancer class." Sola – ui insinuated, to which Caster can only sigh at her childish tactic. "Surely you know of his chivalry to never use another weapon besides the one that has been given to him by the Holy Grail as long as he bears his class?"
And Berserker uses different weapons against Archer. I think it is time for your Lancer to place his abilities as a knight to better use.
Sola – ui pondered on the creature that is attacking the land. Surely her Lancer will have the limelight and the competence to go toe to toe against stronger Servants, given the chance to do so. For that she will have to…
Wait, did she just say "her Lancer"?
Her thoughts paused for a few seconds, before sighing in utter defeat.
"I must admit, you are smarter than me." Sola – ui finally admitted with a wicked smile on her face. "It seems that I will tell Diarmuid to kill you first before settling things with King Arthur."
It will be an honor for me to kill you, Master of Lancer. The voice admitted with a strained feral intonation in her voice. Provided that you can find me first.
"Rest assured that I can find you real soon. Mark my words, Caster." Sola – ui's smile held a dangerous inline for the daring competitor. "You have made a grave mistake of ever thinking of facing me, Sola – ui Nuada – re Sophia – ri, fiancé of Kayneth El – Melloi Archibald."
So it has turned into a game of tag. Caster dangerously jested. Let's see who will lose.
She then broke the line that she had connected between Lancer and her. But for Saber and Rider, she will have to employ a more chivalrous method.
It is a trait that is almost unlike of her character, as her upbringing is that of a princess, but she will have to bear it nonetheless. She then brought out her sword, and dipping the blade in the water, she now enveloped the blunt shaft with the element, freezing the blade as more water goes through it thanks to her magic, sharpening her blade and turning it into an unlikely weapon.
Now, let me show you how to properly cut an immortal being. Caster now spread her message across the other Masters and Servants that are involved in the Holy Grail War through her mobile phone. No, it would be wrong to name it an immortal being, since it will be fatally wounded by my hands anyway.
She then pressed the end call key, tossed it at Kejoro, and using her exceptional stat of Mana, her whole being emanated an ominous aura that will guarantee the people who stand near there to die within her range.
She then dashed off towards the creature, throwing multiple talismans at the lake to create a frozen path for her to slide on.
Like a lightning that strikes quick and true, she now slashed parts of Caster's creature quickly, delivering pure destruction as a berserk man, or even a wild animal, would do. All the while, she is still maintaining her crude grace and finesse while delivering her supposed judgment at the creature.
Waver can only be amazed at how fast she can go, seemingly exceeding the speed of Saber and Rider, and using Magecraft in a way that stumped his own knowledge of it.
"Rider…" Waver's mouth is still wide open from that action, to which Rider can only cater to Waver's curiosity for once.
"What now, boy?" Rider asked as he tries to stave off the creature's long limbs by using his chariot. His horses deliver pure destruction at the creature, to which it is of no use as the creature regenerates itself again.
"Are the normal Caster – class Servants always like that?" Waver asked as he still looks on to the Servant that delivers strained and methodical rampage upon the raging creature.
"We have to dispose of the creature as quickly as possible." Rider sternly replied. "There is no time for us to be amazed. That golden guy and the mad creature are still fighting with each other as we speak. We can no longer wait for them to finish their squabble."
For Waver, the meaning of the Casters being the weakest Servants in the entire war no longer imposes on him. A madman of the Caster class is about to unleash his rampage towards the city. On the other hand, the other Caster uses unconventional ways of her Magecraft in frontal lines, much like the one that he will never see in a Holy Grail War.
Merlin, the advisor of King Arthur. That name alone is known far and wide for his feats in battles during the reign of the Once and Future King.
Lancer can only stare at the creature that dared the odds as she placed her life on the line to incapacitate the creature. He saw her using strategies that are differing greatly from what a usual Servant would do in the situation.
No, if that will be him, he will do the same thing, only if he has the means to do it.
From there, someone now called on Lancer. He narrowed his eyes as someone on his head is trying to speak to him.
Lancer – san…
"Who are you?" Lancer is now on guard as he tried to find the owner of the voice, but to no avail. "Show yourself!"
I have no time to appear to the likes of you. She now spoke in a regal voice. But please trust me on following my instructions as I only aim to defeat Caster just like almost all of you are aiming on doing so as of now.
Lancer is cautiously guessing who she might be, as her voice reaches to Servants like him. Only his Masters have the ability to communicate with him like this. Unless…
Lancer, please follow her instructions. The fiancé of his Master replied. Her ways may lead us to our victory.
At that affirmation, he can only nod in agreement. It seems that Sola – Ui has decided to become an ally to the other Caster – class Servant. But then, of all classes, why Caster? It is now then answered by the voice in his head.
Are you well – versed with other weapons aside from your spears?
Lancer now wonders where this conversation will lead to. His question is now answered by two swords and two spears appearing in mid – air and seems to be fished out of the water. The weapons have just been filled with enough prana to make the weapon akin to a grenade that is about to explode when the pin is pulled off.
Please throw it at Caster's creations.
"This is…" Lancer now marvelled at the weapons of Archer, each sword and spear different from the others. It is really tempting to wield the Noble Phantasm of others, especially if the weapons that are shown to you are of the same type as the ones that you wield.
These are the weapons that Caster has shown me earlier. Sola – Ui replied. Please use them.
But Lancer, abiding by his code of honor, politely declined.
"I deeply apologize, but as the Lancer of this War, as long as I live, I shall wield the only weapons that are in my hand. Never shall I disrespect another's weapon by using it."
Caster now creased her forehead at Lancer's upholding of his code of honor and she replied irritably through the link that she has formerly established.
Please get your ill – fated butt out there and use the darned weapons that I have so graciously shown to you… It is at that point that Caster has realized that she now got out of her attitude as a respectable goddess. Lancer can only be utterly surprised at the change in her demeanor.
She now changed her reply. "I mean, please get the Broken weapons and use your formidable skills against the accursed beast that is going on rampage in our land right now."
At that point, Kejoro silently snickered, to which she earned an irritated expression from her Servant from afar, before she decided to wisely keep her mouth shut and erase all of what happened back there.
Lancer stands amazed at the four weapons that he sees right now, to which he can only agree to her proposal. Being a knight does not even matter anymore as what they are fighting is a creature guaranteed to bring despair to the human race.
The weapons are all of a fine rank, obviously from the gate that Archer has, yet the Breaking of the weapon makes it even more powerful.
The weapons that are formerly thrown away by Archer and being deemed as unworthy of coming back to the Gate due to the fact that the weapons has touched the filthy hide of the abomination has now found its purpose once again.
He now grasped one spear that is loaded with prana, aimed it precisely at the beast and he jumped in the air before throwing it mightily at the beast. As the Broken spear reached the beast's hide, it now exploded with a force akin to a mine exploding when it comes in contact.
Almost one – tenth of the beast's body has now exploded from that force, but it does not keep the beast from regenerating its limbs. Lancer then grabbed the sword that is presented to him.
He approached the beast quickly thanks to his enhanced speed and jumped in the air once again to stab the Broken sword at the very heart of the beast.
It created another explosion from the abomination, but it does not stop from getting its limbs to solid land. Lancer clicked his tongue as he grabbed the third weapon and stabbed it once again at the vital point of the creature. He then evaded from that range to get away from the explosion.
He is now down to the last one, which is an axe. Abandoning almost all of the strategies on how to properly handle an axe in battle, he now dashed like a mad man towards the creature, and slashed away at the creature first by using the weight of the axe as a complement in dealing damage to the creature before throwing it precisely at the mouth.
He then evaded from that range to avoid the final explosion, and Lancer is almost blown away even though he stayed away from that range. All is not for naught as they witness a magnificent sight, which sent Irisviel and Maiya opening their eyes wide in genuine surprise.
The creature is almost weakened from the consecutive blows that it had received from Lancer's attacks. Bluebeard can only make the regeneration of the creature faster as he tries to impress his Master.
From there, Lancer now understood Caster's plan to bring down the creature as fast as possible. It is also possible that Rider is also thinking of the same thing, now that the creature is now only meters away from the land.
Taking the opportunity that is presented to her, Caster once again dealt several blows at the creature using her sword covered in sharp ice, slashing in like there is no tomorrow. Each slash that she delivers guarantee a lethal damage.
Saber, not noticing the difference, now observed the scene as she slashed her way through the Servant. "It is no different than what Rider and I did during that time."
Saber, please observe first before you make your remarks.
She then noticed that the parts of the creature are not regenerating as fast as it should be. In fact, it seems as though her slashes stopped the regeneration process.
"What? But…how…"
In order not to shed blood, swords are either often heated to a degree comparable to branding irons, or freezing the blade to wintry temperatures. The creature is now calmly walking through the water, her ice spell on her feet making the path from the deceptively smooth surface of the water. Please don't tell me that you haven't known that method.
Saber and Rider can only be appalled at the brilliance of the mysterious combatant. But then, they realized who the combatant is as she winked at them.
"C…Caster?" Irisviel gasped as she saw the combatant. Caster swung down her blunt sword as she casually avoided the rage of the creature with her speed that is amplified with prana on her feet.
Normally, for them, Caster – class Servants are non – combatants. But then, their expectations are betrayed by that simple event of Caster being in the front lines, fighting with a sword of all things.
Moreover, the sword changes its properties from a blade covered in ice, to a blade heated at insane levels in a matter of seconds.
"You accursed wretch, who are you to mess with my creations!?" The Caster inside the creature bellowed as he now redirected the creature to the fox lady. But for some reason, the creature almost stopped moving.
"W…wha…"
"Freezing a creature to paralysis is as easy as a piece of cake, but then no being can ever be truly paralyzed unless that being is bound." The female Caster boasted as her plan unfolds in front of Bluebeard's eyes.
Bluebeard then realized that there are now hair strands on where the creature is now. Caster now prepared her talismans for the eventual release.
Asobi Onna no Mai: Kumo no Su.
Kejoro, using all of what she had learned from both Caster and Kagibari – Onna, opened her now – glowing golden eyes as her hair starts to wrap around the creature. Her hair is now everywhere as she now manipulated her colossal but fragile trap.
Together with her Magecraft, Kejoro now manipulated her hair to bind the creature. In her estimated time before the creature will break free, it will be five seconds.
Before that time will elapse, Caster now chanted a spell, freezing quickly the entire creature through Kejoro's hair strands that are dipped as she got out of the range that she is in and Caster's talismans that are thrown at the creature. Then, with a loud shout, they now chanted a fire spell that can guarantee the annihilation of the creature.
Explode!/Incinerate!
Even though the abomination will still be alive after the impact, they now know how to deal the optimum damage that they can muster and slow down the horror incarnate for a little while.
What Caster and Kejoro did not know is the after – effect that will follow their feat.
The horrible creature now exploded to a degree comparable to innumerable weapons launched at an enemy base, decimating the main camp, and leaving almost no survivors after that impact. It is a good thing that people are now escaping from the place where the abomination was thanks to the youkai that scared them off of it in the first place.
But then, even after all of those events that transpired, even after the creature exploded, it can only regenerate itself faster to insane levels that even the youkai cannot comprehend. The massive creature emerged from the flames as though it is unscathed in the first place.
Uryuu Ryuunosuke can only rejoice at the carnage that is happening in that place, all the while seeing men and women losing their hope and being paralyzed with fear in their hearts.
All the while that Caster is delivering his cool entertainment, his Master danced in jubilation at the feats of his Servant. The Master can't stop himself from smiling since he is about to witness a true Masterpiece that will come from his Servant that showed him how to recreate one.
If his acts of painting this masterpiece will continue to impress him like this, he can now die in utter bliss.
"More, give me more!" Uryuu Ryuunosuke can scare off even the scariest faces that a youkai can have. The youkai can only be astonished at what this man is now feeling as he rejoices over the dead and mangled bodies that the creature leaves behind. They now decided to leave the crazed man be to what seems to be his joyful fate.
"Now, I can see it all! Blood, gore, intestines, and screams that delights my senses!" The young teen rejoiced as he sees that scene. "There will be so much more that I don't even know where to begin to enjoy myself! I think I am living the dream! Danna, you've given me so much more than what I am asking for. This is the greatest entertainment that you have given me so far!"
But then, his insanity will be short lived as he felt something wet on his abdomen.
It is then that he realized that he is shot and his intestines are about to spill out from the impact of the shot.
"Wh…what is this?" The curious teenager asked as he saw what seems to be his duodenum.
The impact of the shot is too great for him to even comprehend, yet his joy will be made complete by that event alone.
"Ah, so those…are my guts…" He softly smiled as he realized that what he is searching for is inside him all along. He then felt genuine regret as he did not realize it sooner.
"Why…did you not tell me…in the first place?" He asked as he slumped over. He did not realize that Caster is now calling out his name the moment that he sensed that his Master is in danger. "Then I could have cut myself…inside out…and admired this beautiful masterpiece."
His musings are now cut off as he is shot once again, but this time, it's aimed at his frontal lobe. His smile is a proof that he lived a good life and enjoyed life to the fullest amidst his abominable deeds.
NOTES:
Asobi Onna no Mai: Kumo no Su (Dance of the Courtesan: Spider's Web) – made – up technique by Kejoro used to bind the creature. Uses both Magecraft and Osore to strengthen her hair to the point where it will be as strong as malleable steel.
A/N: All done, I think…
Yep, this chapter felt really short for me. I want my creativity back.
I will edit this if I have the time. Have fun, drop a review if you feel it's necessary, and no flames please.
