The following weeks were really calm, Optimus handled many business matters, but at the same time he was allowed to spend time with his family.
He took his children to the park to play. And taught Smokescreen to play basketball. And a Hot rod to walk.
Optimus also went for a moonlit ride with Elita One. And the whole Optimus family, also went to the car movie theater, and watched the Musical cat movie.
And one day, at Velocitron, was held champion racing runs. Optimus Prime and his family, was the guest of honor, They were allowed to sit in the honor spot, and watch the race.
The leader of Velocitronia, was Override, a female bot,
The whole audience was excited, the pre-favorite of the race was Blurr, a fast young bot.
"This is so cool! Or what about Arcee?" Smokescreen was enthusiastic about his friend.
Arcee had access, to watch the races.
"Yeah! Really exciting!" Arcee confirmed.
"I am very pleased that just look at the self-competition, Optimus Prime, this is for me a great honor." Override said to Optimus.
Optimus looked kindly at the red bot.
"Joy is completely on my side, Override." Optimus said.
The race was a great success. Blurr was the champion on the track, he was the star of the whole race.
Later in the evening, at Optimus 'home, Smokescreen didn't get any sleep, he was even more excited, and no wonder, an exciting day.
"Well, my dear son, it's time to go to sleep." Elita said.
"I'm not sleeping," Smokescreen said. Then Elita took her son in her arms, and tickled her son.
"Haha haha haa! No mom don't," Smokescreen said and laughed.
"Will my little son go to sleep or not?" Elita asked.
"Yeah!" Smokescreen said.
"Good boy," Elita said and stopped tickling, and Smokescreen went to sleep tired.
"It always works," Elita said, wishing her son a good night.
After Optimus, had made the Hot Rod sleep, So Optimus kissed Elita, and then they went to sleep together.
