Sorry for caps lock Percy but I needed him to blow for the story so, yeah. Also i just want to say ( and this might sound super cheesy ) but thank you for the reviews! I am new to the platform and the fact that I have two reviews is kinda crazy to me. Also to the people that reviewed, thank you for the constructive criticism! I love getting constructive criticism because it helps me write better. So thank you for that and here is chapter 2! Please enjoy - the randomslytherin

I also must sadly inform you, all character rights belong to the marvelous Rick Riordan!

Chapter 2 Percy POV

Though his face betrayed nothing, Percy was shocked. For the first time since the end of the battle, he felt something other than the sharp anger and grief. He looked at Zeus with nothing in his eyes. After the news settled in, only a few gods even looked conflicted, the rest either had a masked expression or of deep respect. Poseidon on the other hand was trying hard to contain his pride. When the room was empty of whispered conversation, Zeus stood up to address the stadium once more.

" Do we have any objections to this appointment?" He asked as he surveyed the room. No one moved nor responded. Then Zeus turned towards Percy.

"Do you Perseus Achilles Jackson accept a title of the god of the pit, earth, and time?"

Percy was at a loss for words. The title that Zeus was giving him would make him almost as strong as the Big 3. It took him a moment to realize why he had been granted such a strong skill set. Then it clicked, it was the powers of his greatest enemies. Kronos was time, Gaea was earth, and Tartarus was the pit. After about fifteen seconds Percy looked up to Zeus and said

"I accept the title." Percy was still very confused. Zeus was willing to make him as powerful as a Big 3 god? That didn't make sense but at the moment, nothing did. Out of nowhere, a ring of golden power appeared above Percy. As the ring started to float down from the top of the throne room Percy started to float up to it. When they met in the middle the light only grow brighter. Soon it started to fade as it absorbed into Percy's body. He gently landed on the ground and stood up. All of the other gods knelt as Zeus said "All hail Peruses Jackson, the god of the pit, earth, and time, the Thirteenth Olympian."

After this, all of the other gods repeated the hang as a new chair appeared in the Olympians semicircle. Percy walked over to his chair while stealing a glance at his uncle. Zeus caught the gaze and seemed to almost wither. There was no longer just rage and grief coming from the stormy sea-green eyes, there was a crazed sense of power. All of the Olympians felt this too. They had either just created their greatest asset or their greatest enemy. Once Percy sat down the Zeus started the council. All gods were invited to stay, as well as immortal beings other than the Titians and Primordial. Percy didn't pay attention to most of the meetings except the part when they talked about the funerals to be held as well as Camp Jupiter. At the end of the meeting, Percy was exhausted from not having much sleep as well as becoming a god. As he thought more about his new position he realized something, he would never get to see Annabeth in Elysium. He realized this in the middle of the meeting and even though his face didn't show it, the rage inside of him multiplied by hundreds so did his control over his powers. Everyone in the vicinity felt the change and ignored it, godly mood swings were a big deal but they were still a private affair. When the meeting was dismissed Percy was one of the first out of the room, even though he had an Olympian meeting after no one stopped him. His aura of anger was strong enough that anyone could have felt it for miles. They were also scared, they had seen what this guy could do without godly power. They were scared to find out what he could do with it. Once he was out of the room he flashed back to earth.

He landed in the middle of another battlefield in New Rome. Some monsters remained but when Percy arrived they all turned towards him. With one thought they were all destroyed from the inside out, the blood in them bursting out in all directions. He walked through the battlefield where all of the remaining demigods were. There were less than 50 left. He walked towards the city of New Rome as more and more people bowed to him as they felt the power he was radiating. He didn't notice any of this as his eyes were set on a large house set in a hill. His home was a beautiful piece of architecture as Annabeth designed it. He strode through the door and into the house listening for any signs of life. He heard a small whimper and ran towards it. He found the source in the kitten where he found his two kids. Poly, the girl sat up clutching her older brother's lifeless body. Disbelief flooded onto Percy's face as he saw the face of his eleven-year-old son.

"No" he mumbled. He had already lost his wife but he couldn't lose his son. He almost flashed to Hades's but a small lump had fallen into his legs. He looked down to see the tear stricken face of his daughter. The seven years old eyes asked the question for her, Is he dead? Percy wanted with all of his beings to say no but he simply nodded his head yes. Percy was expecting his daughter to break out into renewed sobs but instead, she stood up and went over to a kitchen drawer and grabbed a drachma. When she returned Percy took the golden coin and put it in his pocket. Then he took his daughter's hand and put a hand over his son's chest and flashed them back to Olympus. When he got there, the throne room had been shrunken back down to its normal size. It looked the way it always had swept for the new chair at the male god row. There was a somber chatter before they noticed the new arrival. After realizing what had happened all of the gods went silent as the Fates came to collect Percy's son, Austin. They carried him away as Percy took his seat with his daughter in his lap.

"She can't be in here," Athena said, though there was a hint of fear in her voice. Poly's head perked up at this familiar voice. She had her head in her father's chest the entire time. "Grandma?" She asked. Athena gave a quick smile and a nod. But then refocused back on Percy. "She can't be here," she told him again.

Without looking up from his daughter he said "She leaves, I leave."

"Son, please. This is not something a little gi-" Poseidon said but he was interrupted.

"NO! DO NOT "SON" ME! MY DAUGHTER OF 7 HAS GONE THROUGH MORE THAN MOST BY THE TIME THEY TURN 80!" Percy shouted. "SHE HELD HER OLDER BROTHER AS HE DIES IN HER F-ING ARMS! I JUST LOST MY WIFE AND SON IN THE SAME DAY. THERE IS NO WAY I AM LETTING THIS GIRL OUT OF MY SIGHT!" His rage made most of the Olympian's flinch. They felt the mood in the room tense as Percy made his way back to his seat. He could not remember getting up but he still had his daughter in his arms. Percy's eyes were daggers for anyone who dared to look into them.

"He has a point, you know," a dark voice said from the corner of the room.

"Hades, you have no business here," Zeus said.

"Oh, but you are wrong there Lightning Head. You see, I was the only god who helped the Demi-gods. Also, this young man just lost his wife and his kids, whom he loved more than the love in this room combined, in the same war because you didn't help," Hades said, staring daggers at Zeus.

"Yes but we are not allowed to directly interfere with Demi-god matters and-"

"But you could not have given blessings to your children. No army of wind spirits or sea creatures. No much-needed battle weapons, strategies, strength. That is not the same as you go down to the battlefield and directly helping." Hades countered. This shut the Olympians up real quick. "And if you are wondering what I did, I provided to help Jackson and his friends fight. An entire army of undead warriors."

With that Hades began to list the number of those killed through because of the war. Only 37 Demi-gods remained. All of the Roman descent. Once Hades finished the rest of the meeting was spent talking about the funerals to be held and how to move forward. Percy ignored them most of the time and was tempted to flash out throughout the meeting. When the meeting was over Percy headed out the door and was about to flash out to his house when Athen called out to Percy.

"Peruses, you mortal home is no longer safe for you nor your daughter. You can have a guest house here while your house is being constructed." She said, her tone weirdly soft.

Percy simply nodded while making his way out of the room. A wind spirit showed him to the guest house where he would be staying.

First I want to thank you for reading Chapter 2! I am amazed that people read what I write, so this has been really fun for me. I am sorry to say that I will post likely not be posting again until either this weekend or next week. School just started back up for me as i started this during fall break. Chapter three is in progress. It is mostly going to focus on emotional development for Percy and maybe his daughter. I also want to maybe do some fist person POV but that might shake up the flow to much. If you think that it would be a interesting concept please let me know!
