We make our way back down to the treasure room and we sift through the old clothing. I pull out a green dress with a lace up front and a white underskirt and puffy sleeves. It was one of my favorites. The boys take their clothing and head outside to change. As soon as they are out of site we start to change.

"I still wish I knew what happened to my horn." Susan states as she does up the back of Lucy's dress.

"You know I have been thinking about that." I say as I finish pulling my dress on. "I think your horn might have been stolen."

"Why would you think that?" Lucy asks as she goes to help me tighten the front of my dress.

"Well think about it. We had all of the other objects on us like our weapons and I know for a fact that I had my ring on that day. So why would only the horn go missing?" I ask as I button up Susan's dress.

"That is weird." Lucy agrees as she fastens the straps to her knife and cordial.

"But why would they just want my horn?" Susan asks, looking at us in confusion.

"I don't know." I state shaking my head.

"Are you lady's almost ready?" Peter shouts down to us. We all turn to look at the stairwell.

"Coming." Susan shouts back. "Come on we need to start moving." She says turning to us. We make our way up the stairs and are greeted by the boys waiting for us.

"We need to get moving." Peter says as he starts to walk down the hill.

"And where exactly are we going?"Edmund asks following his brother. "We don't exactly have anywhere to go." At these words, the older boy stops.

"Well, we'll head north and see if we can find anyone who has any idea what is happening around here." Peter says not even turning around. He keeps walking and the rest of us scurry behind him.

"So that's your plan? Just to wander around until something happens?" Susan asks as we try to keep up with the older boy.

"Well Susan if you have a better idea I would love to hear it." He says still marching on.

"Well I don't but Maggie has a theory." Susan snaps back crossing her arms. This causes Peter to whip around to look at me crossing his arms.

"Why don't you share this theory with the rest of us, Margret." He says with annoyance evident in his voice. I scoff at his tone and look at him.

"Susan's horn is missing and nothing else is. That can't be a coincidence." I say snapping back.

"So what? Do you want to go running around looking for a lost horn? We wouldn't even know where to start looking. No, we are heading north." Peter says grabbing Lucy's hand and pulling her in his desired direction. Susan rolls her eyes and follows her older brother.

"I swear his stubbornness is going to be the death of us all."Edmund says coming up next to me.

"That boy's mood can change in a blink of an eye." I say shaking my head. The dark-haired boy takes my hand and brings it to his lips. He then lowers my hand and pulls me in the direction of his siblings.

"Peter! You can't just push Maggie's ideas aside." Edmund snaps at his brother as we get closer. Peter turns and faces us annoyed.

"First we need to figure out what is going on then we can worry about the horn." Peter says through gritted teeth.

"I wish that you all would stop bickering," Lucy says annoyed.

"She is right if we want to figure out what is going on then we need to work together." Susan rally's us. However, I look behind them to see a rowboat with two soldiers and what appeared to be a dwarf tied and gagged.

"Well, I think that the first thing we do is to stop that boat!" I say pointing behind them. They all whip around and we pull out our weapons. Susan gets a running start and shoots an arrow at the boat.

"Drop him!" She demands the soldiers. The dwarf however freaks out at her words and starts to squirm even harder. They then drop the poor dwarf in the water.

"Maybe not the best way to word that Sue." I comment as one of the soldiers fires his crossbow at us. I then run forward and cut through the arrow before it could reach us.

Susan fires at the men again causing them to abandon their boat. The boys then run into the water to aid in the rescue. Peter pulls the dwarf from the water and Edmund drags the boat to shore. Peter drops the dwarf in front of us as Lucy cuts the bindings and frees the small man. I walk over to Edmund and grab his forearm to help sturdy him. He gives me a grateful look as I run my fingers through his hair trying to push it out of his eyes. We turned back to the others as the dwarf coughed up water.

"Drop him!" He snapped at Susan. "That's the best you could come up with?"

"Told you." I say causing Susan to give me an unamused look.

"A simple thank you would suffice." She replies turning back to the dwarf.

"They were doing just fine drowning me without your help." He growls at us.

"Well, maybe we should have let them." Peter threatens. I give him a stern look that went unnoticed.

"Why were they trying to kill you anyway?" Lucy asks, ignoring her brother.

"They're Telmarines. It's what they do." The dwarf replies as he adjusts his clothes.

"Telmarines? In Narnia?" My fiance asks, looking at all of us confused.

"Where have you been for the last few hundred years?" He says like we were stupid.

"It's a bit of a long story actually." Lucy answers tentatively.

"And you might not believe us if we told you." I add. However, I see him looking at Peter's sword. He then looks up from Rhindon to all of us in bewilderment.

"Oh, you've got to be kidding me!" He says in a mix of surprise and disappointment. "Your it? You're the kings and queens of old?"

"High King Peter. The magnification." Peter says sticking his hand out. The dwarf however stares at him like he was crazy.

"You probably could have left off the last part." Susan tells her old brother.

"Probably." The dwarf laughs. I feel myself bite back a laugh and Edmund tucks his head in my shoulder to hide his laughter.

"You might be surprised." Peter says as he pulls out his sword.

"Oh, you don't want to do that boy." The dwarf warns the blonde.

"Not me." The boy smirks. "Him." He says gesturing to his younger brother. Edmund immediately gets a proud look on his face and pulls out his sword. I roll my eyes and kiss the side of his head before moving to stand next to the girls.

Peter passes his sword to the short creature who appeared to be struggling to even hold the sword up. Edmund smiles at us and winks at me. It was clear he thought that this would be an easy win. However, out of nowhere, the dwarf lunges forward to attack. This causes Ed to stumble and start to lose his balance. The dwarf hits him in the face since the boy hesitated.

"Edmund!" Lucy shouts in worry. I roll my eyes and laugh.

"You all right?"The dwarf fakes concern.

"That's what you get for being cocky." I yell out to my boyfriend.

He however regains his composure and ducks past the dwarf's attack and hits him in the back. He then turns to me and gives me a look that says "Who are you calling cocky?" He then jumps over his brother's sword as the dwarf swings at his legs. Ed then does a series of quick-fire strikes until his brother's sword is laying in the sand. The dwarf drops to his knees in surprise.

"Beards and bedsteads!" He gasps. "Maybe the horn worked after all." he mutters.

"Horn?" I ask stepping forward.

"What horn?" Susan asks sternly.
