It's Lorelai's and Luke's first Holidays as a married couple, and they're looking forward to reunite the family for the holidays' parties - and maybe some new plans for the next holidays.

Richard and Emily hosts Rory a graduation party the night before she graduates from Yale. Logan decides to propose to her in front of everyone. Not sure what to say, Rory takes Logan outside to talk to him, and that's when they both tell each other their news. Logan got a job offer in California, and Rory is pregnant. Rory says yes to the proposal and moves to California with Logan

Set 5 months after season 7, Logan writes to Rory, admitting his faults and how much he misses her, Rory writes to Logan admitting the pain she's facing and how hurt she is.

After Jess tells Rory he loves her they end up going to Luke's apartment and hooking up. The next morning, though, Jess left not wanting Rory to get into his messed up life. What happens when Rory wakes up alone with a little surprise and what happens when Jess comes back Four years later?

Jess briefly moves back to Stars Hollow after AYITL when Luke gets injured in a car accident and needs help with the diner. Rory and Jess slowly find their way back to each other. Each chapter shows the slow progression of their inevitable relationship.

A different meeting for Rory and Logan... After Rory was accepted to Chilton they had the fateful meeting with the Hayden's and Rory discovered that Lorelai was the reason that Christopher and the Hayden's were not involved in Rory's life. A rift was started and never fixed.

Mature scene from Bracebridge Dinner. I know Lorelai meant that question at the end of the episode as a joke, but between the love and forgiveness of Emily and Richard in the lobby scene, and how happy they were the next day (they really were "walking on air"), I think the answer to the question is "definitely yes." :)
