-Chapter 7!-

Andy and Robert both spent there last full day in Spain relaxing and shopping and touring different places around. They went to the pool and they also went out to a restaurant for their last meal together.

They both never wanted to leave each other but they knew they had to go back to work. Andy was really hoping that when he went back he would eventually come back home to her and that they could actually be together forever. She wasn't having any doubts but she was just really nervous with the line of work he was in.

Robert reassured her that he was going back to finish up and leave and that he also would never leave her. He was falling in love with her and even though he hasn't made it verbally clear he knew exactly what this relationship was for him. He knew that Andy has been dreading the day that they would be separated again and he only tried to make it better for her.

Andy knew that the trip had to have come to an end;she just didn't think it would be this soon. She was ready to be back in Seattle and see her dad and best friend again and she was more than ready to start training. She just wished that he would come back with her when she was leaving.

The last night they had together they danced to music in their hotel room and they sat and ate different snacks while watching different sipped their chilled wine together having conversations that included nothing but laughed and played games throughout the also made love to each other.

Robert was more than glad that he was able to satisfy her needs and to put a smile on her face. He was definitely sure as to where he was moving too now but he was going to keep it a secret from her. He knew that this last surprise was going to complete the whole trip.

{PRESENT TIME}

"Good morning sleepy head" she said leaning over to kiss him. She watched as he laid there still sleeping and she smiled at him. She ran her hands over his chest and laid her head down on his shoulder taking in his scent.

"Morning love" he responded. He laid there still waking up and he watched as Andy held onto him. He decided to run his hand through her hair and he also gave her a kiss.

"I'm leaving today" she said in a slight whisper. She didn't want to say it any louder because she knew all of the emotions that she was hiding would hit her all at once.

"I know and I'll miss you so much" he said rubbing her back. He knew this was going to be hard especially because they won't see each other for a little while so he knew he had to show her all his love.

"We have to get ready for the airport" she said moving from his embrace. She got out of the bed and she went over to her suitcase and grabbed what she was looking for. She then went back onto the bed and sat close to him.

"I got you this because I want you to have something from me to keep and I want you to wear it whenever you want too and I want you to also promise me that you'll come back" she said placing the brown beaded bracelet around his hand.

"I promise and this bracelet will now mean everything to me" he said smiling at her. He knew that he couldn't wear it when he was at work but he knew that the minute he was finished showering for the night he would put it on.

"I'm going to get ready now" she said walking over to the bathroom. She then turned the water on and removed her clothing and stood against the warm water as it beat against her back.

She began to think back at the previous week she just had and how fast everything changed within her love life. She never excepted anything to come her way but she was more than grateful that it did. She quickly finished her shower and wrapped a towel around her body.

"You can go in now" she said to him. She then took out her comfy sweats and a hoodie and she placed it on and brushed her hair up into a ponytail. She then went back into the bathroom to brush her teeth and wash her face. When she finished she sprayed on her perfume and she then finished packing everything back into her suitcase and waited on the bed for him to come out.

"Well I see your moving quickly" he said laughing walking into the room. "Well I don't want to forget anything and I hate leaving hotel rooms fully messy it's kind of unfair to housekeeping" she responded to him.

Robert placed on his outfit and he then also brushed his teeth and finished packing his suitcase. He packed away everything and left out one small box and a card. He had been waiting for this moment since they first started the trip together and he was more than happy to finically give it to her. He moved his suitcase by the door and sat beside Andy on the bed.

"I hope you didn't forget your last gifts from me" he said smiling. "I kind of did but you can still show me" she responded honestly.

Robert tucked the box into his pocket and gave Andy the card to read first. "Here this comes first" he said.

Andy then opened the card and began to read it.

Thank you for taking this trip with me and thank you for accepting the offer to being my girlfriend. I love you more than you could ever imagine. I know everything has been rushed and very soon but I'll really do mean it when I say that your my biggest star and I'm forever grateful that you took away time and courage in trusting me and flying to be with me. Your beautiful and amazing.I'll come back to you so don't sit and worry about me too much. Forever and Always-Robert

Andy then closed the card and placed it back into the envelope. She quickly wiped away the few tears that fell and gave him a kiss.

"You are the sweetest thing ever" she said smiling at him. "I love you Andrea" he said kissing her again.

Robert then quickly took the box from his pocket and opened it showing it to her. He couldn't find the words just yet so they both stared at the object until he began to speak.

"I know how much your scared that you'll never see me again and I know your probably thinking after I'm done working I'm going to move on with life and leave you in a dark space but Andy I will never leave you behind and I'll never purposely hurt you. You see I got this ring a few weeks ago and I thought it was perfect and I just had to get it. It's of course just a promise ring but it does have meaning it's a promise that I'll love you forever and that we will see each other very soon." he said looking into her eyes.

"Do you promise that we'll love each other forever and that you'll see me again?" He asked. "I promise" she said. "I promise as well" he said sliding the small silver diamond ring onto her finger and giving her a deep kiss.

"It's gorgeous" she said wiping away her tears. "I'm glad you like it. This ring will eventually get replaced down the line in our relationship but this is only the beginning" he said.

They sat on the bed in silence looking at the ring and taking in each other's presence for the last time for a while. They both never said a word they just sat there looking around and holding each others hand.

"We both have a flight to catch so we better get going" she said laughing. "Yes we should" he said.

They left the room and they went downstairs to checkout. Their driver then picked them up and made the semi long drove down to the airport. They rode in a comfortable silence the whole way looking at each other occasionally smiling. Andy then kept playing with her both the necklace and now ring that Robert gave her.

She was happy in knowing that he could sense a lot of her emotions even though she never fully expressed them to him. She was more ready now than before in parting ways with him and she was ready to get back home to tell Ryan everything. She wasn't going to tell her dad just yet but she would eventually sometime later on.

After 30 minutes of driving they arrived at the airport. It wasn't that crowded since it was only 8:30AM so they got in with no struggle. Robert walked Andy to checkin and brought her to her terminal entrance seeing that her flight was before his.

"This is it" she said smiling. "Nope this isn't goodbye this is just see you later" he said hugging her. "I'm going to miss you" she said leaning into his chest. "I'll miss you even more and don't worry I'll call whenever I can just like we used to" he said reassuring her. "You have to get to your terminal" she said. "I'll go soon" he said.

They stood there hugging each other one last time for about 5 minutes. They watched out the window as the other planes began to take off and listened to the kids playing with their parents waiting on their own flights.

"It's time for me to go. I love you and as soon as you land text me" he said kissing her. "I love you too sweetheart" she said kissing him. He then took her by surprise and began to make out with her slowly. "Babe no we can't do that we're in public" she said whispering. "Fine I'll wait till I see you again then" he said winking at her. "Bye gorgeous" he said kissing her one last time before watching her walk away and into the plane.

He immediately looked at his phone and noticed his plane was leaving in 15 minutes so he made his way to his own gate. As he walked down the walkway he thought about all the new things he could do with Andy once he was officially done and retired. He was happy that everything went well and he was even more happy that he was leaving work soon.

Andy quickly found her seat in the plane and she was lucky she got the window seat. Sometimes she hated window seats but today she was grateful to have one.

She looked out the window and watched the workers load the baggage onto the plane.

Robert ended up lucky and got his seat by himself. He sat there looking out the window as the plane began to take off into the sky leaving behind the place where he first met the love of his life. He sat playing around with the bracelet she gave him and he looked at it and smiled. He knew that the ride over was short so he decided to just take a quick nap to pass the time.

After 2 planes and an hour layover Andy made it back into Seattle. It was a chilly rainy evening and she had decided on the perfect plan of what comfort food she was going to make. She retrieved her luggage and soon called for a taxi. She made her way from the airport down the busy rush hour streets of Seattle. After 45 minutes of driving she finally made it back to her home and she took her things and paid the driver.

"Boo" Ryan called out from behind the door. "Ryan don't you ever do that again and since when you had access to my house" she responded. "Emergency key remember" he said smiling. "Wipe the smile off your face and also never do that again without asking got it" she said walking into the living room. "Your wish is my command" he responded sitting on the couch.

Ryan could easily see that even though Andy was sitting there she really wasn't actually there in her mind space. He let her sit in silence for 5 minutes before he began to break the silence.

"So I see you have a hickey on your neck" he said laughing. Andy quickly turned to look at him after his sudden outburst. "No I don't Ryan" she said annoyed. "I just needed something to break the silence;so tell me something" he replied.

Andy then got herself comfortable in the couch and threw a blanket over her and began to tell Ryan about the entire trip leaving out the small intimate details that of course he didn't need to hear.

"Andy seriously I think Robert is amazing I'm glad you enjoyed yourself " he said smiling. "Look" she said showing him the ring and necklace he gave her. "Your engaged?" he asked confused. "No no it's just a promise ring he promised me something really special" she said looking at the ring. "He's got money I see" he said laughing. "I guess you can say that. I'm going into my room you can wait out here or leave

either way is fine" she said walking into her room.

Andy brought her suitcase into her room and laid it on the floor. She removed all of her dirty laundry and placed it in one pile and placed everything back into their separate places. She then went and started the laundry and put the suitcase back into the closet. When she finished that she then went and took a shower and called back Robert seeing that she missed his 5 calls.

"Andy" he said through the laptop screen. "Yes sweetheart" she replied brushing her hair back. "You didn't tell me you landed you know I was worried right" he said. "I'm sorry I got caught up with Ryan and then I needed to clean up and now I'm here ready to talk to you" she said moving the laptop onto her bed. "I miss you" he said. "And of course I miss you too" she replied.

Robert began telling her the list of things he has to do for the week and the times in which they'll be able to call each other. Andy also told him the list of things she needed to do as well.

"Did you see your dad today?" he asked. "No I'll probably see him tomorrow sometime" she said trying to find clothes in her dresser. "Did you eat dinner Andy?" he asked. "I will in a minute after I get dressed you do know you also need to eat" she responded laughing. "Baby I ate rice and steak earlier I'm good love" he responded. "Hmmm your trying to give me a show?" he asked seductively watching her get dressed. "Oops kind of forgot you could see me" she said in a joking tone laughing. "No you didn't and besides I could be around people you know and they would've seen you" he responded also back in a joking way. "You wouldn't dare let them see Robert and besides I was just putting on my shirt and underwear" she said. "Whatever Andy you still look very gorgeous" she said.

Andy then took her laptop with her to the kitchen and placed it up on the counter. She took out some pasta noodles and meatballs for her to cook a quick dinner that she enjoyed making.

"Andy I'm leaving now save me plate for tomorrow and stay safe tonight remember call me if you need me" he said putting on his shoes. "Bye see you later and remember I won't exactly be home until later in the afternoon so call or come check on me then" she said hugging him. "Goodnight" he responded walking out the door.

"Who was that Ryan?" he asked. "Yes he was just leaving he always comes and check on me to make sure I'm ok" she replied laughing. "That's a good thing I'm glad he does" he said. "Baby I really want to talk forever but I have an early morning and the time difference is really bad so I'm going to have to go now" he said. "Bye I love you" she responded blowing a kiss to him. "Love you more" he said reciprocating the same action.

Andy quickly finished making her meal and she grabbed a bowl of it and poured herself a glass of iced water and cuddled back into the couch and watched some TV for a then quickly finished eating and cleaned up everything in the kitchen and made Ryan a takeout bowl to drop off for him in the morning. She then went into her room and took off her ring and necklace and placed it on her nightstand. She then plugged in her phone and laid against her pillow. Within a few minutes she soon fell asleep peacefully.
