For the longest time Ianto had went unnoticed. A quiet child, no one asked too many questions when he showed up to school with a broken arm (Rhi had said that their father hadn't meant to break his arm but she hadn't really understood).
When he had joined Torchwood 3 he didn't want to be noticed but somehow it still hurt that none of them ever asked him about his life. Everyone laughed and shot hoops while he was left to clean up after them.
It was different now that he was back after Lisa. Everyone was wary of him and he just wanted to be invisible to them again. More so he just wanted Lisa back but the previous request was more likely to happen.
