Before his death, Tobirama created a safegaurd for the Village, a seal intended to bring him back if the Uchiha acted oddly. It seems that 'All but three of the Uchiha dying' was classified as suspicious by the seal. Which means Tobirama is back from the dead, stuck dealing with an emotional six-year-old. Tobirama wasn't meant to be a father, yet here he was.

After Sasuke calls her annoying, Sakura feels sorry for her behavior toward Naruto and apologizes. Their relationship betters and Sakura's feelings for Sasuke begin to fade as she spends time with the blonde prankster.

To be fair, this was all Itachi's fault. Sasuke was simply a victim. A willing, greedy victim who took what he could get, took what was given to him. Every time he took one look at his naked Aniki, standing there at his door pleading with his eyes like a lost puppy, it was beyond enough for Sasuke to utter a "yes" instead of a "no."
