I love Janto: Ianto is good at giving Jack ideas. Jack will probably figure out a poem for Ianto eventually.

Set somewhere after Gwen retcons Rhys but no real spoilers for that episode expect for the one in this description (I don't remember the name of the episode and Google wasn't any help)
"Gwen have you seen Jack?" Ianto asked. He looked really worried.
"I think he went to hunt weevils," Gwen replied. "Why? Is something wrong?" Did he do something Jack wouldn't approve of?
"There's some retcon missing from storage not a lot but I thought I should let Jack know."
"Oh that was me. It was err, important." She had only used a bit of retcon on Rhys, she wondered why Ianto had worried instead of just assuming Jack or someone had used it. Did he know she had retconned Rhys? He couldn't have, he would have told Jack right away. She wondered what if Jack would have fired her if he knew.
Ianto relaxed. "Oh I thought there might have been a security breach. Can't be too careful since Suzie you know."
And since Lisa, Gwen thought. "Uh, anyway I should get back to work."
"Me too. See you later Gwen."
What would the team say if they knew what I did to Rhys? Gwen thought as she walked away from Ianto.
I just realized that someone might have noticed some retcon missing after Gwen's confession to Rhys. I don't know how much retcon she actually used probably not more than one pill but after Suzie they would have watched the inventory more closely. Or maybe this entire idea is too farfetched and there's no way even Ianto would be suspicious about such a small amount missing.
