penguincrazy: I would have thought so too. Exactly you think security would have tightened after that but Gwen always manages to get off easy. Personally it makes sense to me because she wants to able to confide in him about Torchwood but she doesn't want to face the consequences of him finding out about the affair. I like to think she did feel at least a little bit of guilt over it.
