I was inspired by a dream I had last night about Diane suddenly showing up to Owen and needing his help. I don't remember what she said actually said to him and I'm not sure if the end of the drabble was part of the dream. I also somehow ended up eating salad at an ice cream place with Torchwood in that dream and some other random things happened.
"Owen help me," Diane said.
"You flew into the rift," Owen stated. "How are you here now?" It couldn't be her, it just couldn't be. Yet there she was standing in front of him.
"I made a mistake. Owen help me. Please." Her image started to flicker. "Help me. I'm-" Then she disappeared. Owen stared at the spot where she had stood before. He didn't know what had happened but he had to find out if Diane was really in danger.
