Letter to Henry Philip Everts, Member of the Baltimore Assassins.

Sent by Sergeant Major Mulcahy, Senior Assassin and Liaison in the 54th Massachusetts Regiment

December 30th, 1862

Henry Philip Everts,

I appreciate your continued support. Yes, the rumors are true. We have gone through all the proper channels; however, nothing was getting done. I would appreciate it if you or your sister would be able to get one-thousand-and-seven pairs of shoes, as well as uniforms for our soldiers. Word is that we will be sent to combat in a few weeks, with a possible engagement happening in South Carolina later next year. I hope that you will be able to assist me when you can.

Signed,

Sergeant Mulcahy
