Two hundred years had passed for Jack and Ianto, during that time they had reshaped Torchwood into something that the Doctor would be proud of.
And it was the least I could do, Jack thought as he took Ianto's hand, because I might have never met Ianto if it wasn't for the Doctor.
Ianto smiled and nodded at Jack as if he knew what he was thinking and agreed with it. Of course he did know what Jack was thinking. Ianto knowing everything wasn't something that two hundred years or any amount of time could change.
