Chapter 6: Chicken Choker

Laying down with my eyes closed and my hands behind my head on my new bed in my fortress of solitude - my room. I am captivated by the music from my sound system. Even as low as it is with the speakers hidden in the walls and ceiling make it sound like I'm at a Linkin Park concert.

Taking in the lyrics I begin to yarn for sleep. Not out of boredom or desire but simply to dream. Instead of reminiscing about Friday's wonderful events, the best day of my existence. That will only be a mere memory for thirty-two more hours. I crave to be able to dream of it. To dream of her like she has been dreaming of me. To dream of us.

The more I recalled every detail the more these desires invaded me and I felt myself getting hard. I knew I wasn't helping matters any.

I should be attempting to govern these passions like I had been trying, until I gave into my more primal instincts and found out just how exceptional sex is. Striving to manage these new passions is proving to be a very challenging road.

Before Bella came into my life I felt normal - well normal for me. Prior to her I never desired to kiss or hold anybody so close that we couldn't separate. For the past two hours, six minutes and fifteen seconds I've been doing just that. Seems that anything I do, anything I think about, especially after she and I send our morning and nightly text, my mind has a way of reverting back to those wonderful desires.

Thanks to my talent I had always found it disturbing to know how many humans - adult and adolescent alike - not to mention vampires. Go about their ordinary activities mulling over the idea of sex. Now I completely understand. I went all day yesterday with that on my mind.

A good portion of the day and night I stayed in my room. Keeping myself and the excitement in my pants hidden from my family. It was a very abnormal Saturday.

Here I lay on my bed. The bed that I can't wait to break in the next time Bella comes over.

I can just picture it, her and I with no barriers of clothes between us. Me laying on my back as I am now. Her on top of me with her hips straddling me just as she did in my car with her beautiful breasts bouncing as she rides me.

My fantasy continued as I quickly unbuckled my belt, sliding my pants and boxers to my knees. My hand grabbed my erection that was rock solid. I closed my eyes and began stroking up and down my shaft as I thought about how her wet, warm interior felt. And how it made me feel to hear the moans she made when I effortlessly slid in and out of her.

I continued to stroke up and down my length. It felt good but nothing like the real thing. Or even as wonderful as the feeling of Bella's delicate warm hand on my penis when she has brought me release this way.

My fantasies continued as I grasped a little tighter, reminiscing about how it felt when my penis was soaked with her arousal. I stroked a little faster, hoping it would feel better, anticipating my much-needed release that wasn't even close.

I knew it wasn't what I wanted. It seemed pointless. I should probably give up soon, this wasn't working to satisfy my need. Even so, I continued to stroke faster as I fantasized about having Bella down on all fours and how it would feel to enter her doggy style.

"Hey Edward," Rosalie's voice from outside my room, pulled me out of my fantasy.

My eyes flew open. I looked over at my door and saw the door knob turning. Terror ran through me as the door flung open.

"NO! Rosalie, don't come in here!" I yelled but it was too late.

It all happened so fast. There was no time to process anything. I quickly covered my penis with my hands, startled by the whole ordeal I jumped a little. Seeing the horrified expression on my sister's face I rolled off the mattress in total embarrassment, landing on the floor on the other side of the bed. Hiding in humiliation.

"OH! MY! GOD! EDWARD!" Rosalie loudly shrieked, slamming my door behind her. "That's disgusting! Learn how to lock your goddamn door! Idiot!"

Embarrassed that I had just been caught by my sister I gave up hope of bringing myself any release. I stood up and quickly pulled up my boxers and jeans and fastened my belt.

Down on the second floor I could hear my parents question Rosalie about what happened, they wanted to know what made her scream that way. Thankfully she said nothing. On the main floor I could hear Emmett's booming laughter fill the house, from his thoughts he could only guess what Rosalie walked in on.

It's just my luck. The first time I tried to bring myself release I got caught by a sibling.

Completely mortified I sat on my bed, trying to slow my swift breathing. My eyes locked on the floor wishing it could just swallow me up. Only seven seconds had passed before there was a knock on my door. Hearing the thoughts I knew who it was. I got up and opened my door, my father stood before me.

"Yes?" I asked breathlessly, not meeting his gaze.

"What happened with Rose? What was all the yelling about?" Carlisle questioned.

When it comes to Rosalie and I, my parents are always weary and quick to step in. They know that we are the only two siblings that aren't on the best of terms. We do love each other but have our differences, to say the least.

"Nothing, everything is fine." I said in one quick breath, still looking at the floor, wishing I could disappear.

Carlisle began to silently piece everything together. Rosalie's startled screams. My shouting. The words that were exchanged between us. My rapid breathing and the shame on my face.

"May I come in?" He asked.

What choice did I have? I gave one tight nod and moved to the side. He walked in my room and closed the door.

'Edward, look at me.' He insisted, warmth was in his "voice". He put his hand under my chin, lifting my head. It was difficult but I tried to make eye contact. 'You're having an interesting weekend aren't you?'

I did not respond. That was the understatement of the century, I had never experienced a weekend quite like this and I still had one more day to go.

'Son, masturbation is nothing to be shameful about. Next time make sure your door is locked.'

"I do not know what you're talking about, Carlisle." I lied.

I did not want to have this kind of talk with my father. The cautionary sex talk he had with me on Friday night was bad enough, though at least it wasn't awkward.

Carlisle gave me a knowing look as he let out a sigh. 'Speaking as a doctor and a father, in this day and age masturbation is a normal teenage experience. Even for eternal teenagers. Now, go wash your hands and do something productive. You've been in this room for far too long.' He patted my shoulder and with that our talk was done. He left my room.

Why did my father have to be so perceptive?

I did what he asked. I walked out of my room and into the bathroom. While I washed my hands I heard the sound of video games on the Xbox and Emmett's frustrated shouting from the living room. Maybe playing video games with him would get my mind off of sex for a while.

Making my way down the hall Alice jumped down from the attic. She stood before me holding a large Christmas wreath.

'I warned Rose not to go into your room.' Alice silently explained and said the rest out loud. "But did she listen? No, of course not."

Great. Both of my sisters and father knew that I had been masturbating. At least from hearing her thoughts, my mother who was in her study, was still clueless about what had happened moments ago.

"Why didn't you warn me?" I asked, tapping two fingers on the side of my forehead. I was referring to my extra hearing and she knew that.

"I tried." She said honestly. 'Your extra hearing seems to be compromised when your attention is otherwise elsewhere.' She grimaced.

I decided to change the subject. "What were you doing up there?" I pointed up to the attic.

"Bringing out the Christmas decorations." Her tone added the of course. "It's time to decorate!"

I gave my sister a curious look. "You do realize Halloween is next week and not Christmas?"

"Yes. There's only thirty days to get ready for Christmas." With that my excited sister jumped back into the attic to continue her search for the Christmas decorations. I began walking down the stairs.

It seems like Alice decorates earlier each year. I won't be surprised when the time comes that she insists we keep the Christmas decorations up throughout the year.

I wonder, as Christmas gets closer, if Alice will insist that we wrap Bella's presents in colorful bubble wrap instead of wrapping paper like she did for Bella's birthday. It was the strangest request, I don't know what my sister "saw" to make her insist on something so odd is that because she was blocking her thoughts from me. We all complied and Bella found that the unique way my family wrapped her birthday gifts, was very unusual.

"Well, if it isn't the chicken choker!" Emmett laughed as I entered the living room.

"Bite me." My voice was callous. My remark didn't faze him. He laughed again.

'So you were flogging the dong and didn't lock your door.' His "voice" was full of humor. 'You really scared Rose.' He laughed out loud.

I scowled. Leave it to Emmett to find humor in my embarrassment.

"She'll survive." I said rather rudely. "You should really teach her how to knock instead of barging in on someone when the door is closed." I went over to the TV, picked up one of the four controllers that sat next to the game console, then went over to the couch and sat next to him.

"Are you in the mood for Call of Duty?" He asked and I nodded. "And she did knock. One short knock. But who could have predicted you would be tossing yourself off?"

I rolled my eyes.

That surprised me. I didn't hear her knock or even catch her thoughts.

"Why was Rose going into my room anyway?" It's unusual for Rosalie to come find me. We don't normally hang out or anything. To her I'm just an annoying little brother she never wanted.

"Since the Christmas elf is in a decorating mood." He spoke with humor, referring to Alice. "Rosalie was bored and wanted to see if she could make some improvements to your new car."

He explained. 'Imagine her surprise when she walked in and found you slapping the salami.' He laughed his booming laugh.

I scoffed. Emmett was having too much fun with this. I saw from his mind that this was his opportunity to unleash all the different slang terms he knows for masturbation. Since we have spent more than three-quarters of our existence in high school he has picked up a lot of locker room talk over the years.

This could take a while. He knows a wide variety of phrases. Some of the terminology he knows isn't very common.

"I fell to the floor before she could see anything." I clarified. I did not want him to think that my sister saw more of me than she actually did.

Emmett smirked. "She told me before she took off for a drive to clear her mind." He laughed. "Don't worry." He elbowed my ribs. 'She didn't see your pubescent python.'

I rolled my eyes. He laughed his booming laugh.

"It's still funny as hell." He said, louder than necessary.

"I don't see it that way." I was annoyed and wanted this to end. "Do you want to play or what?" I gestured to the video game.

With a wide grin he nodded his head and restarted the game.

"The least you can do is play four hours of Call of Duty with me since you chased Jazz away." All the teasing was drained from his voice as he locked me into a verbal four hour video game contract.

As we began to play he briefly thought about how he and Jasper we're getting ready to play video games this morning. Until Jasper abruptly decided to leave the house.

I rolled my eyes without looking at him. "I did not run Jazz out of the house." I mumbled.

I heard him chuckle as the sound of gunshots, shouting and explosives going off on the video game blared through the living room. Even with the volume on the TV as low as it was, with our hearing the game sounded loud.

"Yeah sure." Emmett said, not taking his eyes off of the TV.

"He went for a ride on his Ducati." I reminded him.

If my parents didn't know about their youngest child's raging hormones. They were about to.

"Only because of your horrniness." Emmett clarified, not embarrassed about the words he spoke at all. "He had to get out of here because you being all hot and bothered was rubbing off on him and with Alice in a decorating mood he can't get freaky." Emmett let out a triumphant shout as his character made a kill.

I ignored him and focused on the game.

"You're getting on Jazz's nerves you know." Em continued. "You're like a young dog during his first meaning season, wanting to hump everything in sight. Ain't that a shame." He shook his head in a mock disapproving way.

I scoffed.

Jasper did in fact describe my emotional state as a young dog during his first mating season this morning. Luckily, at that time my parents were out hunting so they did not hear that the first time around, my siblings and I were the only ones home. Even though it was basically how I felt I was not pleased with the analogy at all.

I laughed sarcastically. "You know, you weren't exactly pleasant to be around the first decade that you and Rose were married. That was a living nightmare." I spat out. "Be thankful Jasper wasn't part of our family then. You would have driven him to the point of insanity like you did me."

I made no attempt to keep my voice polite. I was being rude and did not care. Out of all my siblings Emmett is the only one that takes everything in stride and never holds a grudge. It's never difficult to be real with him.

'Someones sexully frustrated.' Emmett thought to himself. 'Must be horrible to be a virgin for a hundred and eight years, get pussy for the first time and then your girlfriend has to go away for the weekend. I can't imagine dealing with that. Leave it to Edward to plan it out that way.'

I ignored his thoughts.

I admit, this was not the ideal situation to be in. I was not coping with Bella being gone well at all. Both of my brothers could vouch for that. I was a mess. Not only did I miss Bella terribly but I wanted sex all the time.

I was also worrying about her, my whole family knew that. Some of my worst fears I had were that she would fall off the boat, fall into the water and get swallowed by a giant catfish or eaten by a shark. Or that pirates would come across Charlie's fishing boat, find Bella, kidnap her and hold her hostage. Or that a bear would wander onto the campsite, smell the fish and go after Bella. With her being as clumsy as she is and how she attracts disasters and now Alice is unable to see her clearly, anything is possible. But all my siblings thought my fears were far-fetched.

Emmett stopped talking then. Both of us began focusing on the game.

For the next forty minutes there was only competitive shouting heard between us. At one point Esme came down the stairs and scolded Emmett and I for cussing too much. We get loud and are really competitive when we play.

Emmett let out a frustrated groan as his character died. I continued to play as the sound of Jasper's Ducati near the house.

Emmett turned to me. "It must be killing you not to have Bella. You know whenever you're pitching a tent, kid. Why not just go have fun in the shower? You know. Whack off?"

How Emmett's straightforwardness startled me was beyond my knowledge. But it did and I lost my concentration which ended up getting my character in the video game shot and killed.

"What?" I turned to him. I thought he was past talking about this.

"You're less likely to get caught painting the pickle in the shower. Just trying to help you out."

Impassive, I stared at my brother.

How was I supposed to respond to that? After all, I had already come to the conclusion that it wasn't a good idea. It was bad enough that I got caught and mostly every family member was aware of the incident.

"Look." Emmett spoke as if he could read my mind. "The way I see it, is if God didn't want us to beat the bishop when our girls go away for a weekend. He would not have given us long accessible arms."

"You sound like you're so religious." I said sarcastically, trying to redirect his thoughts.

Jasper walked in the front door and entered the room at that moment.

Emmitt shrugged. "Think about it, brother mine. If no one was supposed to burp the worm every now and then, we would all have short arms like a T-Rex. Must have been hell for those dinosaurs. There's no way they could have spanked the monkey."

I chuckled at Emmett's strange logic. His mind is truly a wonder.

'I don't even want to know why Emmett is incorporating dinosaurs and masturbation in the same sentence.' Jasper thought as he passed us and walked up the stairs. His mind was on Alice and convincing her to take a ride with him.

"Just trying to share my knowledge and help you out." Emmett explained. He restarted our game again.

"Um…thanks...I think..." I wasn't sure what to say.

No sooner had we begun playing, Carlisle called my two brothers and I into his office. His voice was stern and he was blocking his thoughts from me. That's never a good sign.

My brothers and I immediately reported to our father's office. Where an unhappy Carlisle sat at his desk, in front of his computer.

We walked in. Jasper, who was holding himself aloof to our father's unpleasant emotions. Stood ramrod straight, with his hands behind his back, looking like a soldier in jeans and a leather jacket, next to the large bookshelf by our father's desk. Emmett casually leaned against Carlisle's desk, not at all concerned about why we were called in here. I stood in between my brother's with my hands shoved into my pockets, giving my father a questionable look.

"Emmett, Jasper and Edward." Carlisle began in a very stern, yet calm parental voice. "Which one of you has been coming in here and using my computer without my permission?"

My brothers and I all exchanged looks. All three of us denied any involvement in using his computer without permission.

I was honestly confused with what my father was saying. By the expression on his face as well as his thoughts, so was Jasper. Though Emmett looked confused, he was thinking of a Chewing Gum commercial that has a very annoying jingle that I can't stand. Em's thought process was not random.

"I have a feeling that one of you boys has been using my computer."Carlisle spoke seriously. "The things that are popping up do not seem like anything your sisters would be curious about." He measured each of our facial expressions, trying to figure out which one of us was blameworthy.

Between the difference in my brother's thoughts, I could already tell who was guilty and who was not. Though, I would not rat my brother out.

"What popped up on your computer?" Curiosity was radiating off of Jasper.

Carlisle let out a deep sigh. "A heap of pop-up ads. Everything from how much Machu Picchu weighs. To where to find the world's largest grizzly bear." He paused, looking at each one of us. "The strangest thing is that every other pop-up ad is for a different animated pornography website."

My brother's and I laughed at the second to the last word our father spoke. There was something comical about hearing him say the word "pornography." Our father wasn't pleased that we were laughing when he was being serious.

Emmett tried to get Carlisle to say the word "pornography" once more. Our father did not comply.

'Never a dull moment with teenagers.' Carlisle thought, ignoring our laughter and spoke out loud. "Would either of you three, mine telling me which one of you comes in here to watch animated zombie pronography?"

I exchanged a look with Jasper. We knew neither of us did that.

Carlisle glanced at each one of us once more. From his thoughts he was almost sure he knew who the culprit was. Though he wanted that one person to come clean.

None of us spoke.

"Really? No one is going to talk?" My father spoke in his clam mannerism with his hands folded on his desk. He was waiting for us to speak.

Emmett, Jasper and I were frozen where we stood. Not speaking or moving. Though Emmett was relentlessly thinking of an annoying cat food commercial to entertain me with. How thoughtful.

'Darn sibling code of conduct.' Carlislethought to himself.

The sibling code of conduct he was referring to ironically dates back to the mid-1930s, to Rosalie and I. Even though we have never really gotten along, when one of us did something wrong we would never rat the other out.

I always attributed Rosalie's attitude to never ratting out a sibling, due to the fact that she had little brothers in her human life. Thanks to that, my parents still have no clue to this very day, as to who broke a grandfather clock and a lamp from Paris with nothing but a slingshot and a cantaloupe when we lived in Appalachia. Because Rosalie and I stuck together and said nothing. My parents started referring to it back then as the sibling code of conduct.

"I wonder why anyone would feel the need to watch animated zombies having a sexual encounter." Carlisle tried a different approach. Hoping that would get the responsible party talking.

Emmett glanced at Carlisle, taking the bait. "Well, after starting with the Reverse Cowgirl too many times, Rose got bored. Zombies are surprisingly flexible and are a great way to get new material to attack the pink fortress." He announced proudly.

Hook, line and sinker. Carlisle reeled in a big fish.

Honestly, Emmett could not have delivered those lines any better than if he were a character on a corny comedy with a laugh track. Jasper and I immediately fell into a fit of laughter.

Carlisle put his right hand over his face as he closed his eyes. 'Why didn't God give this boy a filter?' He ran his hand down his face. "Emmett, there are some things a father does not need to know about his children. You are now banned from every computer in this house until further notice."

Unashamed, Emmett shrugged.

Emmett is one of the few people in the universe that does not know embarrassment. He never bothers to edit his spoken or unspoken words. Everything he thinks it's something he would have no problem saying out loud. I often wonder what happened in his first life that made him so open and easy going with everything in his second life. Thanks to my mind-reading ability, I know my brother possesses a unique quality.

Before dismissing my brothers and I from his office. Our father gave us a twenty minute lecture about Internet safety and appropriate websites to search. All because of the obscene websites Emmett had been looking at. Once we were released, Emmett and I went back down stairs to continue our video game tournament. While Alice and Jasper left the house to take a ride on his Ducati.

When Alcie and Jasper returned later in the afternoon, Emmett and I had finished playing video games. Only because he accidentally broke the controller he was using. Before he could say anything I heard his thoughts and Alice had already "seen" that Emmett was planning to go to the grocery store, to buy lunch props for school. She excitedly offered to go with him and roped me into it too.

We quickly left the house in Emmett's Jeep and headed to the small grocery store in Forks. Alice was bouncing in anticipation in the backseat and talking fast the whole way.

When we got out of the Jeep I was immediately flanked by my brother and sister as we walked into the store.

Surly we must have looked quite comical. Not only were we in unfamiliar territory but Emmett, who had a one-track mind that was on his odd grocery list, looked like a man on a mission. Alice, my small talkative sister had the demeanor of somebody who drank twenty one sodas and ate a pound of sugar. I had no clue as to why she was so hyper in that moment. Excited to shop, I guess.

The three of us walked to aisle five. Where the powdered protein shakes were.

Emmett began weighing his options among all of the different choices of athletic protein shakes. I was really boring to witness.

Alice grabbed my hand. "While we are here we should stock our kitchen with food for Bella." She excitedly announced, dragging me down the aisle.

"Great idea." I couldn't disagree with that.

When Bella comes to our house it would only be polite if I had food for her. Especially if I'm planning on giving her a work out on my new bed. She'll need to eat.

We went to the front of the store to grab a shopping cart. While Alcie and I walked up and down the aisles, I was actually thoughtfully looking for food and drinks that Bella would like to eat.

However, Alice let her excitement get the best of her. She randomly began picking things off the shelf. Numerous times I told her to calm down, but it's Alice, she didn't listen. She just continued filling the cart with random food to surprise her best friend with.

We continued to walk through the store. Alice went right on, going aisle to aisle and pulling stuff off the shelfs to fill up the shopping cart with. She looked so odd. She was drawing attention to herself.

I was more than relieved when Emmett mentally called me. I went to go find him. He was standing in front of the eggs. Just staring at all the egg cartons in the refrigerated section.

"Are you almost ready to get out of here?" I asked him.

"Yeah. Almost." He replied. Never once taking his eyes off of the egg cartons.

I looked at his shopping cart that was next to him. It had a large container of protein powder, meat and produce - steak, kale, broccoli, blueberries, bananas - all the stuff that he adds to his protein shake and makes it smell horrible.

"Alcie is attempting to buy the whole store." I announced. "We should leave soon."

Still looking at the eggs, Emmett laughed at my words. I didn't make a sound.

"Would you really expect anything less?" He teased. "I'm almost ready to leave. Just trying to figure out which egg has more protein, the regular kind or the organic. Which one do you think is better?"

I rolled my eyes. "I don't know. Does it matter? Just pick both."

I mean, it wasn't even like anyone would know the difference of what egg he takes to school. Hell, he can't even eat them.

Instead of getting two dozen eggs, Emmett decided to load up the shopping cart with as many egg cartons that would fit. I assisted him and carefully piled them in. Not that my brother needed help; we were just trying to appear human and work together. We received some very odd looks from several grocery shoppers as well as the staff, with all the eggs we were getting.

By the time we were done there was a commotion up front at one of the cash registers. Having this strange feeling I began using my extra hearing to track Alice. I caught her thoughts at once. Of course she had to be in the checkout line where all the commotion was happening.

Emmet and I went to the front of the store. While he got in line to purchase his groceries, I went to the line where Alice was reassuring a frazzled cashier with purple hair. That she had enough money to pay for her insane amount of groceries.

I looked at what exactly my small sister was attempting to buy. I was stunned. Apparently, for whatever reason. Alice had decided she needed to buy all of the aisle two. And I do mean all of it.

"Alice," I said looking at my overly excited sister. "Don't you think you went a little overboard? Shouldn't you put most of it back?"

'Nonsense, Edward.' Alcie was too excited to stand still. "We need the food."

'Let her have her fun, kid.' Emmett's mental "voice" came at me, from the next register. He was laughing out loud as a cashier began to ring up his items. Of course he found this funny.

I rolled my eyes.

The cashier with purple hair kept giving us strang looks as she rang up all the items. She was stunned, she had never seen anything like this before, no one had. I didn't know what to make of it either and Emmett kept laughing.

I stood by Alice the whole time her groceries were being rung up. I didn't want her to decide she forgot something and go back to get more food.

Once Emmett had paid for his groceries he came to stand next to us too. He didn't want to miss anything. He was laughing the whole time. From his thoughts he couldn't decide which was funnier, Alice going overboard at a grocery store. Or the expression on the purple haired cashier's face. Her thoughts were a bit entertaining. She assumed Alcie came to the grocery store on an empty stomach and couldn't decide what to buy. So she ended up buying everything.

Before Alcie's purchase was even close to being halfway complete. She took out her phone from her designer purse, flipped it open and punched in the number she has on speed dial. Which is a U-Haul company. She then ordered Emmett and I to go pick up two large U-Haul trucks so we could get the groceries home.

I suppress from rolling my eyes. Her abundance of groceries was utterly ridiculous. My shopaholic sister definitely has spending issues.

"Go on guys. They are expecting you. Now go!" Alcie ordered us in her sweet, demanding voice.

"Alright, boss." Emmett did a two-finger salute to Alice. He then turned to me. "Let's go, kid." He grabbed his cart and began walking fast, so did I.

"This is Ridiculous." I mumbled as he and I began walking out of the grocery store.

Emmettet snorted. 'You should have known better than to leave Alice alone in a place where she can buy stuff.' There was no denying that Alice's behavior amused him to no end.

I rolled my eyes.

I am not responsible for Alice's lack of control when it comes to spending money. Nore do I begrudge her for it.

I knew that Alice was just excited to buy groceries for her best friend. Though I have to admit, it was over abundance. But when Alice has her mind set on something, there's no chance of reining her in. It doesn't matter what my spiky hair sister does, if she's passionate about something she has the tendency to get carried away. That's the way she's always been.

Emmett and I loaded up his Jeep with his lunch props. We then climbed in and drove home to drop his groceries off.

When we returned home. Emmett and I told Jasper what Alice was up to, it didn't surprise him one bit. He's used to this sort of thing. The three of us then got in Emmett's Jeep to go retrieve the U-Hauls for Alice.
