I love Janto: I don't think they'd make up much if anything up. Like Jack said to Owen when you've been around as long as he has you don't have to make things up. Its okay.

"Look mistletoe," Jack said as he dangled the plant in question over Ianto's head.
"Actually that's holly," Ianto said. "It's a common mistake but holly is actually the one with red berries and mistletoe has white berries. There are also several other differences including mistletoe is actually a parasite while holly grows on a hedge."
"So no kiss then?" Ianto gave an exhausted sigh and kissed Jack on the cheek.
"I hope that's all sir. I actually have work to do." He walked past his pouting boss.
"We're still on for tonight, right?" Jack called after him.
"Yeah, I just have to finish off some stuff in the archives first." Ianto didn't miss Jack's smug smile or his unsubtle leer at his ass as he walked away.
