The Fate of the First Hero of Light
Zelda, the Knight, the Fire Mage and Sir Renferd are running through the battlefield of the fare.
Many victory cries are heard they roar throughout the festival.
The sounds of weeping is heard of those who were defeated.
The feast goers attack the Kingdom of Bethen's fallen soldiers claiming their spoils of war...
The Revolution's pokenom cards drenched in blood!
"Sir Bartel we found the Queen!"
"Thank you Holy Mother. Your Highness we..."
"This is no time for formalities lead us to Geir!"
"AT ONCE!"
Zelda is running through the festival that is turning into a full scale riot.
The Knights of the Kingdom of Hyrule fall into formation as they reach each other.
The Kingdom of Bethen's soldier are laying unconscious, while the crowds seize the fallen foes pokenom cards for themselves.
The first fallen Knight of Zelda's Kingdom is found.
"SIR THOMLIM!" Sir Renferd rushes towards him.
Sir Thomlim lays defeated on the ground his pokenom cards lay scattered around him.
Zelda rushes towards him.
"SIR THOMLIM WHAT IS THE MATTER?"
Sir Thomlim is dazed and confused.
He is staring blankly in front of him, desperately reaching into the air.
Desperately seeking deliverance from his darkest of a cruel fate.
"...Holy Mother is that you?..."
"SIR THOMLIM IT IS ME THE QUEEN!"
"...Your Highness flee they are too strong!..."
"WHAT HAPPENED?" screams Zelda.
Sir Thomlim's head falls to the side, he is unconscious.
"NOOOO!" Zelda does not know how to act.
"Please Your Majesty may I assist him!"
Zelda immediately clears out of the way.
Zelda looks to the Knight.
"How will he heal him?"
The Knight looks to the cards laying beside the fallen Knight.
He punches the ground with force.
He wipes his face, Zelda thought she had seen some tears fall.
"WHAT IS WRONG SIR DOLFE?" Zelda screams.
"Your Highness he is defeated. It is over for him, he cannot be saved anymore."
"NOOOOOOO! HOW DID THIS HAPPEN? WHY DID HE DIE?"
"Your Highness death would have been a sweeter release, than the fate that befell our comrade!"
"WHAT?!"
"Our magical defenses have been compromised."
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! WHY WOULD HE RATHER BE DEAD?!"
"All his frost cards were taken!"
"EXCUSE ME?! FROST CARDS?!"
"Yes, Your Highness he was our specialist against whirlwind elemental card players!"
SMACK
Zelda hits both of her hands to her head with force in astonishment at this ridiculous revelation.
WHAT IS HAPPENING? ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT THOSE POKENOM CARDS?
Sir Thomlim starts to move.
"...our Queen...Your Majesty are you there...please answer me..."
Zelda moves and grasps the fallen Knight's hand tightly.
"Yes, I am here please tell me what is the matter!"
"Please...Your Majesty...take these...so that...you will be safe...please...our Queen...win this war..."
The Knight is unconscious again.
Zelda opens her hand, there is a thick stack of pokenom playing cards in her hands.
There is a cry of defeat in the distance.
"THAT VOICE IT IS SIR JAMYS!"
The party rushes towards the cry.
The Knight lays defeated on the stairs leading into the courtyard of the Kingdom of Bethen's Royal castle.
His cards are scattered around him.
"NO! SIR JAMYS!"
Sir Renferd and two of the other Knights rush towards him.
WHIZZZZZ
Immediately they jump backwards...
The crackle of electricity is heard, something moves with speed in front of them ripping the ground to shreds as it speeds in a line in front of them on the floor.
There is a deep gash in the ground in front of the fallen knight, it makes a straight line in front of them.
Separating them from the fallen Knight.
Their is a cloud of dirt obscuring the cause of the attack, the breeze clears the dirt cloud away.
Instinctively Zelda tilts her head, an attack missed her head, some of her hair was cut from the attack.
"YOUR MAJESTY!" the Knight moves towards Zelda.
Zelda's mind is slowly reliving the moment before she almost died.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Zelda tries to remember of the attack, but the shock of her near death certainty making her thoughts seem blurry and slow.
Was it an arrow?...no, that is not correct, it was a rock!
"AAAAAGGGHHHH!" a blood curling scream.
Zelda's mind focuses she returns to her surroundings.
Something is falling in the short distance.
THUD
A dead body drops from one of the castles towers.
Zelda looks to the corpse it is still shaking but the person is definitely dead?
WHIZZZZZZ
Blood is shooting out of the wound in the enemy.
Suddenly something flies from the corpse it hits the wall behind the corpse.
BAM
The object bounces back towards them.
In front of Sir Bartel a device is spinning.
It stops moving Zelda looks closer.
IT IS A STRANGE SPINNING TOP!
"THEY DARE ATTACK THE QUEEN! BEYSLADE SQUADRON ASSEMBLE!"
The Knights fall in formation around the Queen.
"YOUR MAJESTY?!" "Your Highness what is happening?" the Fire Mage and Knight are dumbfounded at these events.
The Beyslade Squadron lifts up their left arm's sleeves.
Zelda studies the contraption of one of the Knight standing next to her's arm.
It is a complex mechanism with a chute that is meant to shoot something out of.
"SHOW YOURSELVES YOU VILE SCUM!" Sir Renferd screams.
Out of the castles towers, special troops jump out.
They fall many paces down but land unharmed!
They have metal claws on their wrists, they lick their lips dramatically clearly indicating their hostility and depravity!
They move to attack the group.
Zelda wants to attack but the Knight next to her loads a projectile into the contraption, he pulls a long silver rope with jagged teeth on it.
BANG
It shoots out so fast, it sounds like a cannon blast.
Zelda's right ear is ringing.
"AAEEEEIIIIIII!" the enemy screams out in anguish.
Zelda looks the enemy, he is shaking side to side, grasping at a large hole in his chest.
WHIZZZZZ
Fountains of blood shoots out of the cavity.
The enemy's eyes turns upwards, foam comes out of his mouth, he falls over, dead.
His body is still making a whirling sound.
Suddenly an object shoots out of the corpse and hits a wall.
It bounces backwards, flying with speed towards them...
FLYING TOWARDS ZELDA!
She flinches and braces for impact!
Before it can touch her the Knight who shot it catches so smoothly and cleanly with his contraption on his arm.
Zelda feels her heart beat faster, at this sight of skill and mastery.
She studies the object closer.
It is a spinning top with various blades and colours upon it!?
THIS IS RIDICULOUS I MUST BE DREAMING!
Again Zelda sees a black object in front of her face almost touching her.
CRASH
It shoots away, another projectile intercepted it.
"PROTECT THE QUEEN!"
The Fire Mage and Knight surround the Queen, the other Knights let out a battle cry, they attack...
The Beyslade Knights Squadron engages the enemy, in deadly spinning top battles!
As Zelda and the Knights battle further into the castle's grounds.
Zelda feels her pockets becoming heavier and heavier as the fallen Knights give their pokenom cards to her, to "protect" her.
Zelda was being handed more pokenom playing cards by a fallen Knight.
While grasping his hands tightly, she was not paying attention to her surroundings.
An enemy jumps at her with his bladed wrist pointing towards her, in a similar way as an ape jumps from branch to branch.
He rolls his eyes and twirls his tongue outside of his mouth in sheer evilness!
He cackles and shouts "YEAH BABY!"
Zelda does not even have time to react or move.
The Knight was already moving to intercept the fiend. His sword is almost going to cut him in hal...
BLAM
Suddenly his head explodes, parts of his cerebrum fly everywhere.
WHIZZZZZ
The Beyslade spinning top hits a wall and returns to Sir Renferd, he catches it effortlessly with his "EZBeysladeCrossBlower".
Zelda puts both her hands to her head in astonishment, while trying to stay sane in this chaos, she screams in her head.
"I AM OUTLAWING ALL ADULTS FROM OWNING OR PLAYING WITH CHILDREN'S AMUSEMENTS!"
