CHAPTER 70

MMS From Kurt: Food at Blaine's Saturday night. Be there or be rectangular and it's BYOB because you drunkards would bankrupt us. 6 pm, Dive after.

From Rachel: "Us"….how adorbs! Bringing a dish….promise it'll be good! Anything else? What kind of food are you having?

From Kurt: Wish we could grill, but I don't know how that'd work unless we stand on the front stoop.

From Sebastian: Use the roof, I do.

From Kurt: You can grill on the roof?

From Sebastian: How have you not been up on the roof all this time? There are chairs and a table and a grill up there already, Hummel. I'm sure Blaine knows about it…..lol

From Finn: Is Blaine playing Saturday night?

From Kurt: Maybe, not sure. Depends if the other guy wants the night off or not.

From Trent: We'll be there….right? I mean…we have to be!

From Blaine: Don't act like I didn't clear this with you first, you asshat! :P

From Jeff: We'll be there. Nick's playing Sat.

From Kurt: Finn, text the others, Allyse, Joe, Ron…see if they wanna join?

From Finn: Will do!

From Kurt: Ok, so that's Niff, Finchel, Trad….oh!

From Sebastian: DON'T EVEN DO IT, Princess. Ooooooh! Klaine! hahaha

From Maggie: Kurt…this could get ugly. Can we not be Mooper or Coopie? I mean really….those both sound like a Muppet *frowns*

From Kurt: Putting Smythington and Jenderson on the list.

From Sebastian: Kurttttt….have you talked to Hunter lately?

From Hunter: DON'T Sebby!

From Kurt: What? Tell me….why do I need to talk to Hunter?

From Sebastian: I just got the shit smacked out of me! I'm not saying another word.

From Blaine: I'm so sorry I missed that…the smacking part, that is. *grins*

From Nick: When are you guys coming home, man? I miss your faces!

From Blaine: You miss your car, and I'm driving that fine piece of machinery home today…can't WAIT to hit 140 on the highway!

From Nick: BLAINE!

From Kurt: Whatever, Nick….we went into town the other day and he wouldn't go over 25. It was like driving with a geriatric. No worries.

From Blaine: Geeez! Thanks Kurt *frowns*

From Kurt: I love you, babe, but if you hit 140 I'm gonna tuck and roll. Besides at a slower pace, more fun things can happen *winks*

From Nick: Dear God, please, no road head in my car….

From Jeff: Honey, that ship has sailed….a few times….

From Nick: JEFF! OMG….

From Jeff: Yep, that's pretty much what you said then, too…..

From Sebastian: On behalf of everyone on this conversation, I want to call TMI!

From Hunter: Oh Seb, you spoilsport….as if we've never done that. *winks*

From Sebastian: Andddd, I'm out!

Sebastian has left the conversation.

From Blaine: Does ANYONE ELSE find it odd that Sebastian, of ALL people, was calling TMI? Is this some weird wormhole we've texted into?

From Kurt: OK, OK…..6 pm, be there. Plan on us grilling burgers and dogs and bring something to share if you want. See you all then!

"So you got everything ordered for Nick?" Blaine asked as they packed up the car in the Westindale parking lot.

"I have it all picked out…he'll have to order it, or get Kyle to. Money has to be deposited with the order, and I sure don't have it!" Kurt laughed.

"Eventually you'll have everything you want…I think David's pushing for that. When's the show again?"

Kurt let out a ragged breath and leaned against the car closing his eyes.

"Three weeks….that Friday. I have a lot to do this week…need to make sure the alterations are finished and get all the last minute details settled, but I think we're on schedule. I'm not worried, although maybe I should be?"

"I don't see why. I saw what you did…your work is fantastic, and everyone else will see that too….those who haven't already, that is." Blaine smiled and pecked him on his lips softly.

"You always put me up on that pedestal." Kurt smiled softly at him, leaning in to rest his forehead on Blaine's. "You're my biggest fan, and I love you for it."

"I'll always be your biggest fan, Kurt…always." Blaine grinned, then pulled back to haul another of Kurt's suitcases into the trunk.

"Oh! There's Kailey. I want to say goodbye to her…be right back!" Kurt said as he spotted the director across the lot.

"Ms. Marsh?" he called, stopping her in her tracks.

"Oh! Kurt, hello! Please call me Kailey." She smiled.

"Well, anywhere but here I would…" he grinned back. "Please…I uhm…I wanted to say thank you for the other night, for dinner, and …and everything else. I know you more than likely heard Blaine and I arguing…I'm unsure of whether or not you heard the reason why, or in fact, how MUCH you heard, but…anyway, thank you. Had I left that night it could have been an argument between us again and it's just been a terrible few weeks…extremely stressful for both of us, and leaving would have only made it worse. I needed to be here with him, so thank you…thank you so much for allowing me to stay on campus as well as forcing my hand to dinner." He smiled. "I'm grateful."

"No need Kurt. Know that what happens with you and Blaine stays with me…and that I'll be keeping a keen eye on things as much as I'm able. I don't like what I'm hearing, and I'll try to help the situation rectify itself if possible." She smiled at Kurt. So she HAD heard what they were arguing about, then…..

"Well, it was a great pleasure to meet you, and again…thank you so much." He leaned in and kissed her cheek making her smile.

"You're very welcome, Kurt. Take good care of him. He's a good man, and I think the two of you are so sweet together. Everyone should be so lucky." She told him. Kurt blushed and glanced at his feet for a split second.

"He is a good man…the best, and I adore him." Kurt grinned bashfully.

"As you should…" she smiled back.

"Well, we're headed home. Have a great weekend, ok?"

"Will do, Kurt, and you do the same!" Kailey said, slipping into her car and pulling away as Kurt walked back to the car.

"You ready?" Blaine asked.

"As I'll ever be." Kurt smiled and slid into Nick's car to head home.

"I'm never giving this car back. I hope you have everything you need because we're running away from home in Nick's car." Blaine said flatly, convinced Kurt would surely be along for the ride. He certainly wasn't driving like he had into town on Monday. The car handled like a dream and Blaine was testing it out thoroughly. This far out of the city there was nobody in his way and he was enjoying the ride and the way the car handled like it was an extension of his own body.

"I think he might not be on board with that plan, Blaine." Kurt told him. He looked straight ahead, musing in his own head, daydreaming, but there was a smile curving his lips at the edges. "If we ever move out of the city, you can get your own beautiful piece of machinery and we'll ride off into the sunset as often as you want."

"I kinda thought I already had a decent piece of machinery and I'd be happy for you to ride it anytime you wanted to…." Blaine's smirk said he was being naughty. Kurt's eyes flew open, and he was suddenly very alert, unsure what to say to that. "Although, I am well aware of why you might shy away from….that." Blaine finished, noting the sudden tenseness of Kurt's posture.

"I…um…Blaine…" Kurt said, fumbling with his words. He didn't feel nearly as terrified of the prospect of bottoming with Blaine as he had in the past, but…it wasn't something he'd thought about recently, or considered or…did Blaine want that? Did he miss it? Was he unhappy with the state of their sex life because of it?

"Kurt…hey, it's ok. Please don't get all bent up on me. I'd never ask you do to something you're not comfortable with. I was being silly, that's all. I'm sorry I said it, ok? Please allow the blood to flow through my fingers again?" Blaine asked. Kurt's grip on his hand that rested between them on the console was fierce.

Kurt immediately tried to pull his hand away and Blaine grabbed it back and held on strong. He moved their joined hands back to his thigh and rubbed his thumb over the back of Kurt's hand, now resting softly in his own.

"I'm….I'm sorry, Blaine, I…I hadn't thought about it in a while, really. Maybe it's something….maybe…" Kurt tried, wrestling with his words and what he was trying to get across. Blaine was internally smacking himself in the head for even saying such a thing. He hadn't meant anything by it other than some silly innuendo, and now Kurt was freaking out.

Blaine glanced down at the red indicator light and noticed the gas tank was getting low, so he pulled off at the next exit, found a clean gas station and pulled up to the tanks. When the car was stopped and turned off he spoke.

"Kurt…please listen to every word I say and take it to heart, ok?"

"K….ok." Kurt mumbled.

"No, look up here at me." Blaine smiled. Reluctantly, Kurt met his eyes. Blaine smiled widely, running his thumb along Kurt's cheek and jawline. "You are so stunning…." He murmured, eyes on Kurt's every second. Kurt blushed and looked down at his lap again with a grin. Blaine took a deep breath and continued.

"Do you know how much I love you, Kurt? Do you know what I was willing to do to get you back when you left and went home to Ohio? My mind was filled with all kinds of things that I was going to do to get you to pay attention to me. I was going to bribe Sebastian for a copy of your key. I figured I'd stage a 'sit in' in your living room and refuse to leave. I was going to go to the loft and introduce myself to David and beg for his help in getting you there so we could talk. I was going to ask the people across the street to let me hang a sign on their building…you know…spray paint on a sheet so I could make it big enough to be obnoxious and hang it where you'd HAVE to see it because I know how you are about having your blinds up for natural light…." He rambled. Kurt laughed out loud and rolled his eyes.

"You're an idiot!" he said finally.

"I'm your idiot. I'm all yours. Everything that I have and everything that I am, I'm yours. I'm sorry for it, but you're stuck with me now, Kurt." Blaine smirked. "And first and foremost, I want you to trust me on something? Promise you'll hear me out and then maybe I can answer your questions?"

"Always…no more 'not hearing each other out', right?" Kurt agreed.

A horn sounded from behind and they both jumped. Someone was waiting to pump gas, and Blaine wasn't about to be rushed. He started the car again and pulled forward, over to a parking space next to a grassy area where a picnic table sat further down among some trees. They remained in the car.

"About the apartment. I am letting Trent and Thad live there. Jeff too, of course, and since I'm not there, it's not a big deal. I'm fairly certain that Jeff will give in soon enough and move everything to Nick's. I'll be back later, and we'll work something out. I need you to trust me that I'm not leaving YOU, but that things may not be the same at that point. I'd never leave you, Kurt. But I need you to trust me on that. Things might be weird and they may not make sense right now , but in the end, I promise….I'll be with you. Can we agree on that?" Blaine asked with a hopeful smile.

Kurt wasn't quick to answer and actually thought about it for a few minutes. Jeff moving in with Nick made all the sense in the world. But why would Blaine want to share his apartment with Trent and Thad, even when Jeff was gone? That was a weird one…but he was a good friend, and they did need somewhere to stay. But why pack everything up? Did he figure he'd give the bigger bedroom to Trent and Thad because there were two of them sharing it….the closet was probably bigger in there. It kind of made sense. Did he maybe plan on moving in with Kurt? Oh, that was a new one….maybe that was his plan? Maybe he'd been hoping to be with Kurt more….and then everything went to hell and now he was in limbo? Kurt didn't know what was going on, but he was tired of mentally freaking out over it, too. Blaine was trying to calm him down about it, so he'd try….for Blaine. He asked Kurt to trust him, so he would.

"Ok. I don't know what's going on, or what the motive is for the musical bedrooms or whatever, but I'll trust you. I won't freak out about it anymore…I'll just….I'll go with it. It's your place, anyway." Kurt told him with a half smile.

Blaine breathed an audible sigh of relief, grinning at Kurt who was once again examining his knees as if they were the most exciting thing in the vehicle.

"And as for…um…what I said, about riding and…Kurt, look at me." He asked, tipping Kurt's chin up with his fingertips. "Listen to what I'm saying, Love…..if I told you I didn't fantasize about being inside you, I'd be lying. I don't ever want to lie to you, Kurt, so there it is. I think about it. I wonder what it would be like. I wonder what little breathy noises you might make and how tight and warm and….Jesus." he said, the heel of his hand pressing his zipper as he closed his eyes with a grin. "But if that never happens, if you're never comfortable enough with me for that to be an option, then that's ok. Understand what I'm saying, here, Kurt. It's ok if you're not ever going to want to do that…alright? What we have…what we do, it's enough for me. You're more than enough for me, Kurt. You….just…you….you're bigger than life and I don't feel, at all, like we're missing out, so I'm begging you not to think that, ok?"

Kurt nodded, unable to meet Blaine's eyes. "Ok…"

"I'm going to get some gas, and run inside for a drink…you want anything?" Blaine asked.

"You pump the gas, let me go inside. I need to use the restroom anyway and I'll grab drinks and a snack, ok?" Kurt grinned. Blaine agreed.

Inside, Kurt went straight to the restroom and, finishing his business, he stood over the sink staring at himself in the cracked mirror. It looked as if someone had punched the upper left hand corner, and there were little shards missing that probably fell into the sink at some point, only to be washed away, never to be seen again. Long cracks trickled down from the corner, stretching to other points in the unframed rectangle. Sunlight snuck in from the frosted glass window high up on the wall opposite the sink and shone brightly on the cracked surface making Kurt squint until he shifted and it eased the glare. He stood there for a few long minutes just studying himself and what he saw.

In front of him was an intelligent, attractive man with great hair, flawless skin and stunningly beautiful eyes. He'd never liked his smile much, but with the way Blaine lit up the room with his own smile every time Kurt made the effort, it must be ok. He brought his fingertips to his face, feeling over his cheekbones, his lips, his eyebrows. He thought of all the memories trapped up there in his head….long forgotten days playing in the sun with his mom, ballgames with his dad, sad days at school when he thought he'd never fit in, better days when he realized he didn't give a damn if he ever did because he was better than those people….days in high school when he thought the bruising would never fade…heinous memories of unwanted kisses, dumpster tosses and horribly unkind slurs…graduating and getting the hell out of high school and attending college…meeting Jackson, and all that came with that…being raped, beaten, damaged, scared, broken…..and then being carefully, softly and lovingly picked up and put back together, piece by fragile piece by the man waiting for him outside…the man who loved him for what he was and nothing more. Blaine wanted nothing from him but his heart and soul…and what more did Kurt have to give? He'd picked up a broken and battered Kurt, held him safely in his arms, shown him real love, and brought him back to the land of the living. He'd forgiven Kurt for thinking the very worst of him without even batting an eye, and he wanted nothing but the best for Kurt's future. He loved him, broken perhaps, but still there.

He found Kurt to be still useful, necessary and even beautiful. He praised him and his work and told him, endlessly, how talented he was. He was still functional, Kurt realized. Cracked, broken and maybe even irreparable, he was still useful…much like the cracked glass before him. It was broken, pieces were missing and it would never be perfect again…but it still did the job. Kurt could still see himself in it, and it hung there every day doing what it was there to do….reflecting an image….and in this case, the image of Kurt…trim, fit, handsome, smart, talented, and almost-whole-again Kurt. Reaching up, he ran his fingers gingerly over the cracks, seeing it for what it was…broken, yet still very capable of doing its job and being functional…and if he looked closer, shining, sparkling and bright. It hit him in the face like a slap even as the sharp cracks cut his finger and a few drops of blood trickled out. Even a broken man can pull himself together and be something…everything…to someone else who doesn't see the cracks and the missing slivers…because what IS there is enough…more than enough.

"I'm enough…just as I am. I'm enough for him…." He whispered to the broken glass, then sighed as a single tear fell down his cheek into his upturned lips as he smiled at himself for the first time in what felt like years. "I'm enough…"

Kurt strode out of the store with a small bag containing a Diet Coke, a Barq's crème soda, a bag of pretzels and a Twix. He was walking tall, his shoulders back and his posture perfect. Blaine was cleaning off the front windshield of the sexy, low slung sports car and had turned to place the squeegee back into his holder when he spotted Kurt and gave him one of those toe curling smiles. He walked around to the passenger side of the car to greet him and found himself with an arm full of smiling Kurt. His body fell back against the car and Kurt was suddenly there, all around him, engulfing him, holding him firmly against the car and attacking his mouth and neck with kisses and nips that had Blaine weak in the knees in seconds.

"Oh God…yes….Kurt…what….fuck!" he swore softly, as Kurt bit his collar bone in his frenzy to taste Blaine, who now had his hands wrapped in Kurt's hair and tugging him closer. His eyes had fallen shut and he was lost to anything but the feeling of Kurt's body, head to toe, pressing him into the side of the car and devouring him. His hands found Kurt's hips and grabbed them harshly, pulling him closer, and they were both aware of the friction between them and the effect it was having on each other.

"B-Blaine….." Kurt barely managed, panting now, his hand running up under his lover's shirt and into his waistband to cup his ass and tug him closer. "Can't get you…can't …..get a hold of…you.." Kurt whined, realizing he had Blaine pinned too close to the car to grab him properly. His assault on Blaine's neck and mouth continued.

"I'm not sure what h-happened in there," Oh fuckme yes… "but if it's me pumping gas that gets you" he squeaked out, barely…oh damn, Kurt… "going…. I'm buying a car tomorrow for God's sake!" Blaine choked out, so hard now that it was almost painful.

"Pump #5, either get back in the car or I'm going to start charging everyone at the window for the show." Came over the speaker above them and Kurt snickered, dropping his head to Blaine's shoulder. Blaine hid his smile in Kurt's hair and glanced up to see that there were, indeed, more than a few customers raptly staring out the huge plate glass window of the small store.

"Oh shit…oh my God, Kurt…" Blaine said, his face turning 10 shades of red now. "Car?" He laughed.

"Car…" Kurt agree, but with a sigh. "But I'm not done with you yet, Anderson."

"Hell yeah, I'm holding you to that…" Blaine smirked, kissing Kurt's nose before he let him go.

Blaine turned and opened the car door for Kurt and his long, lithe body slid in effortlessly despite the fact that the car sat so low to the ground. Giving a salute to the cashier who was now laughing and watching them through the window, he rounded the car and opened his own door, sliding in easily and resting his head back for a minute, grinning to himself.

"You ready?" he asked Kurt, who sat there with a shit eating grin on his face.

"As I'll ever be…." Kurt purred, giving him a sideways smile. I'm enough to leave him painfully hard in his pants, apparently, he smiled to himself as Blaine pulled away from the gas station.

Neither of them said a word for a mile or two, both sitting in the leather seats, smiling and still blushing, thinking over what had just happened. Blaine was surprised, mainly because it was very, very seldom that Kurt initiated anything sexual. He was all for it, and whatever happened in that gas station was nothing short of a miracle if it had Kurt practically dry humping him on the car in public. He felt his face turn hot again and was still suffering with the painfully hard evidence of their fun in his pants.

Kurt continued to stare out the window next to him smiling widely and unable to believe he'd just done that…with Blaine…in public. He was so hard he hurt, and it wouldn't subside. He couldn't stop thinking about it, and finally he just gave in and joined hands with Blaine across the console, linking their fingers as Blaine tugged them to rest on his thigh with a soft smile sent his way.

A few minutes passed and Kurt asked him to turn the radio on, which Blaine did, using the buttons on the steering wheel. He nearly cackled out loud when Pink's You And Your Hand spewed out of the speakers in the car and he thought he saw Blaine chuckle as well….and then he tugged Kurt's hand an inch or so closer to his fly. Was that on purpose?

Kurt flexed his fingers a few minutes later, inching them a little closer to Blaine's zipper, not being overly flirty, but getting there. Blaine squeezed his fingers a bit and smiled again, but this time it didn't go away. He was holding back a little laugh and biting his lip and Kurt thought it might just be the sexiest thing he'd ever seen.

Another inch and he was right up on Blaine's zipper, his fingers softly playing there, his eyes still staring straight ahead, the silly smirk still on his lips. When Blaine began actually singing the words to the song, but changing the words to "me and Kurt's hand tonight…", Kurt lost it, giggling. His mind went a bit fuzzy and he felt his heart rate speed up at the ideas in his head. Mid thought, he turned and leaned over toward Blaine, heart pounding, eyes wide and kissed his lips softly….while his hand flicked the button on Blain's jeans. It was all a blur from there.

Blaine's pants were undone and Kurt had him out and in his mouth. Laying over the center console wasn't at all comfortable, but anyone would have been hard pressed to move Kurt from his spot at that moment in time.

"K-Kurt….Jesus Christ…..oh….shitshitshit….baby….." Blaine babbled. His breathing picked up and he was trying very hard to move the seat back a bit so that Kurt's head wasn't smushed between him and the steering wheel. "Oh God, Kurt….so good….don't stop….." Blaine whined barely able to keep his eyes open. Kurt hummed around him and smiled and Blaine felt the smile and that nearly did him in.

When he felt Blaine's hand in his hair, Kurt moaned and sucked hard causing Blaine to let off the gas. "Fuck…Kurt….do it aga-" Blaine began, but the dashboard beeped. "What the hell?" Blaine panted out, but the dash answered him quickly.

"Nicholas. Duval. Calling." It said, and there was the flashing green light…staring at him mockingly.

"Oh shit, Kurt….shit! Ok, b-b-be quiet, ok?" Blaine stuttered out. He pushed the green button with the phone on it and heard Nick's voice.

"Hey guys, what's up?" Nick said cheerfully.

"Oh God!" Blaine blurted out as Kurt nipped at the tip of his cock with his teeth and laughed. "FUCK….well, I am…" he answered without thinking.

"Um…ok? Listen, if you're in the car, I'm assuming you're on your way home? You'll probably need to get gas, and my gas card is in the glove compartment if you-"

"Been there, done that…got it!" Blaine squeaked out, a high pitched whine followed. "Oh fuck Kurt…."

A huff was heard throughout the car on the other end and Nick paused.

"You assholes, are you fucking in my car?!" Nick bellowed, followed by a "…no fucking way! Lemme hear!" from Jeff. There was a shuffling of the phone and some crackling on the line and then Jeff's voice.

"Are you fucking and driving or just fucking?" Jeff asked, laughing.

"N-not…not fucking…..not….shitshit…oh Kurt, goddamn….." Blaine nearly screamed as Kurt sucked and hollowed his cheeks at the same time. "G-gonna c-call you…back…gonna…fuckKurtI'mgonna…." Blaine began, but Kurt pulled off.

"Not yet you're not…not with an audience, honey…." He purred. "We're about an hour out, according to the sexy British woman who lives in your dashboard, Nick. We'll see you when we get home, ok? Hi Bestie!" Kurt giggled.

"Kurrrrrrttttt, are you giving Blainers road head?" Jeff asked, snickering.

"You idiots, he stopped because of you and I'm dying….hang up, Kurt! Gimme your mouth back…." Blaine whined.

"Mmmmmmm…..gladly, but you might want to pull over first…." Kurt stage whispered so that the boys would surely hear him. "Goodbye Niff, we'll see you soon!" Kurt said, pushing random buttons on the dash until he was sure he'd hung up…and probably turned on several lights and such as well. "I wasn't joking, Blaine….I think you should pull over…" he purred, leaning in again and taking Blaine in his mouth, sucking hard and bobbing up and down. " 'M gonna rock your world, Anderson….."

Blaine nearly stomped on the brakes and skidded to the side of the road crookedly, glad for the lack of mid day traffic outside the city on the sparsely traveled road.

"D'jyou h-hang up?" Blaine panted out, raising his hips and shoving his pants down further.

"Mmmmhmmmm, think so…yeah, there were no more buttons to push, and it didn't eject me from my seat." Kurt replied, grinning, then resumed bobbing, taking his time, snaking his tongue around Blaine's cock, paying special attention to the crown and sucking for all he was worth. He slowly drove Blaine insane, playing with his sac until he thought Blaine's chest would explode form his heavy breathing. The windows were beginning to fog up.

"Jesus….God Almighty Kurt you are so fucking perfect at this…baby…so close…I'm gonna….gonna come, Kurt…gonna….nnnggghhhhh! uhhh….fuck….oh God….fuck fuck fuck….Kurt!" he growled into the quiet interior of the car, eyes rolling back in his head as he let it drop to the seat's headrest and felt himself slipping into blissful oblivion. Kurt continued to suck until he was sure Blaine was drained and nearly in pain from oversensitivity before sitting up and crudely running the back of his hand over his lips, smacking them in satisfaction. "You're trying to kill me, aren't you?" Blaine laughed. "Geez, at least wait until we're married and you're the beneficiary of my insurance or something!"

Kurt laughed out loud at that, and pulled Blaine in for a searing kiss. "God I love you so much…so so much, B…"

"Love you back…even more now!" he said with a smirk and a glance at his now limp cock in his lap. "There's only one problem…." He stated blandly.

"Oh?"

"Yeah…see…now I need to return the favor…."

"Hmmm…about that…" Kurt whispered, his voice silky and seductive. He grabbed Blaine by the front of his shirt and nearly hauled him over the console to his own lap and kissed him hard on the lips. "Ride me?" Blaine's eyes went wide.

"I-in the car? Here?" He asked, unsure if they could even move that much in the small interior. Kurt gave him the most wicked of grins, flicked a condom at him and nodded.

"Here…." He said softly, licking his lips, biting teasingly on the bottom one.

Blaine couldn't shove his pants off quick enough and within what felt like mere seconds, with very little prep, he was sinking down on Kurt's shaft.

"Not gonna last long, B…not long at all. You get me too wound up!" Kurt whined as Blaine focused on the rise and fall without cracking his skull on the roof of the car. "It's a damn good thing you're not like 6 foot 2 or something, Love…." Kurt snickered. Blaine stole the laugh as he slammed down on Kurt's cock eliciting several curse words and the return of Kurt's hand to his cock, which was trying valiantly to get hard again.

"More, B….please…almost there…c'mon… Blaine….get me there…" Kurt panted out, his hand stroking Blaine in time with his thrusts up into him. The sound of skin slapping skin was so erotic it nearly made Kurt swoon.

"You want it harder, Kurt?" Blaine teased, whispering in his ear and taking the opportunity to pound his hips down in quick succession with such force it made him gasp. Kurt's fingers were curled into his hips and he was certain there would be a myriad of bruises there later.

"I need…w-want…yes….p-please…please…Blaine…shit…oh shitshitshit….!" Kurt yelled as he came, straining to shove his stuttering hips up further as Blaine worked to hold him down.

"C'mon, baby…I've got you…." Blaine soothed as Kurt trembled in his arms and shook, his breathing shallow.

"Oh my God….." he whispered out, eyes shut tightly as Blaine extricated himself from his lover's lap and flopped back down into his own seat to pull his pants back on. "Did we seriously just do that? In the CAR?" Kurt giggled.

"Oh hell yeah we did…in the car, on the side of the road… and it was …wow…kinda mind blowing." Blaine snickered. "I wouldn't mind doing that again, actually. When can we borrow Nick's car again?" he grinned. Kurt just rolled his eyes at him.

The rest of the ride home was spent holding hands and trading lovesick glances between comments about the songs on the radio…but they were mostly silent, basking in each other.

"You ready to wrap it up here, babe?" Nick asked Jeff as he leaned against the door frame. The loft was empty by now and Jeff was shoving fabric samples away and folding a pattern carefully. He wore a grin that told Nick he was still in the moment that happened nearly an hour ago.

David had left early for a dinner engagement and everyone else took the opportunity to slip out right behind him on a Friday night. Jeff stayed behind to straighten the week's chaos and Nick had showed up to take him home…then stayed to help him right the mess.

"Ready, yep." He grinned again.

"You little imp. Stop that grinning or you're going to have people asking questions all night." Nick smirked.

"You gonna tell him?" Jeff asked.

"Tell who what?"

"You gonna tell Kurt he didn't manage to hang up?"

"Yep, right after YOU tell Kurt that listening to them turned you on so much you shoved ME into his desk chair, locked his door and proceeded to drop to your knees and blow me in HIS office." Nick said, batting his eyes at Jeff.

"Mum's the word, then!" Jeff laughed, mimicking locking his lips and throwing away the key.

"And I'm getting my damn car interior detailed this weekend, too. Geeeez…."

They dragged their luggage up the steps and stopped outside of Kurt's door, both feeling odd after not having been there for a week. Kurt raised his keys to the lock and froze…and it hit him. He was going back into the apartment. The last time he'd been in that apartment, someone was there trying to kill him.

"Stay with me?" he blurted out, a question, but a plea as well. Blaine was already a few steps down the hall when he heard Kurt's voice. The fear was unmistakable. Yes, Kurt may have been ok with what he'd done to Jackson, but the fear and the memories of what had happened weren't gone.

"Yeah, ok….absolutely. Or, I mean, we can…I can ask Jeff to stay with Nick and we can hang here. Whatever you want, Kurt." He soothed.

"I want my place back…but I don't think I can be here alone just yet. If you don't want to-"

"No…No, Kurt, it's totally fine. I'm happy to stay here with you." Blaine smiled slipping his arm around Kurt and kissing his neck.

Clearly their voices carried in the hallway because Jeff stuck his head out the door and boomed his welcome throughout the building.

"New Bestie!" he bellowed at Kurt with a grin, and smirked at Blaine as he winked at him. "What? You left me and took a job hours away without even asking me if it was ok. You're going to have to work your way back up!"

Blaine rolled his eyes and gave a small shake of his head. "Whatever, dude…."

Kurt pushed the door open and crossed the threshold timidly, looking around as if someone would jump out at him at any moment. He walked over and opened the windows despite the heat outside because it was a bit musty, then called Brian, who skidded to a halt at his feet and proceeded to wind around Kurt's legs for a minute until the man picked him up.

"Did you miss me, buddy?" he cooed to the cat. Kurt rubbed his ears and his belly for a few minutes before setting him down and dragging his suitcases into the bedroom. Blaine hung back.

"He ok?" Jeff said quietly.

"He'll be fine. I think it's just going to take a few days to get used to being in the apartment again and the memories are still fresh, so…." He trailed off.

"Yeah, I can't imagine. You staying over here tonight then? 'Cause I can stay at Nick's….and about that…" he said, scratching behind his ear with a silly grimace. Blaine's smile was wide right away.

"So what, he finally annoyed you enough about it or you finally gave in?" Blaine snickered.

"I'm not letting his dad decide my life anymore. I want to be with him….all the time. Not just when we have time. Every minute I can, I want to spend it with him." Jeff smiled shyly. "So we moved some stuff there and I'll take the rest tonight and tomorrow. The bed will be free again if Kurt's not comfortable in his own place."

"I'll let him know. It's temporary anyway, right? In 4 weeks he'll hopefully be with me upstairs. And about that, he still doesn't know, so don't say anything. He's 'trusting me' for now."

"It's fine…I won't say anything. You're not mad right? I mean, about me going to Nick's? I don't want you to be mad…." Jeff trailed off, searching Blaine's face for any trace of him being upset.

"Oh my God, Jeff..no! No, I'm not mad! I'm really so happy for you guys, and I'm glad you're not letting his dad make decisions for you. I'm on board, man, whatever you want…or need or whatever. Do it!" Blaine grinned at his best friend. "Although, after that new bestie comment…" he said, Jeff slapping him in the head playfully.

"Jeff, how's work?" Kurt yelled from the other room. "I've been talking to David all week, but I feel like he's not telling me something. Is everything going as planned?"

"Yeah, except that one girl backed out…what's her name…Ivana?"

"Irena?" Kurt bellowed. "What? Why?!" he spit, storming in from the other room. "I swear to the great Scarf God in the sky, if she's still being bitchy about Helena wearing the black evening dress I'm going to-"

"Choose your words wisely, Kurt, because whatever you're 'going to'…well, you're gonna have to do it." Jeff laughed. "She's all piss and vinegar about her sister getting to wear the black. It was altered to fit Helena, and her boobs are bigger than Irena's and she's been horrible…just bitch of the earth to everyone all last week. Monday she snapped. I say good riddance!" Jeff said, turning up his nose. "She was a bitch to work with anyway and Helena is sweet as can be."

"Well, I knew he was hiding something…ugh. I'll have to talk to him Monday about replacing her. I bet he's got it under control. That's not my thing anyway. I do designs. He does models and catwalks and all that craziness!

"He's working on it. I heard him making phone calls all day today. I don't think he left his office for more than 15 minutes all afternoon. Left early, too, for some dinner thing. I stayed late to make some sense of the chaos…it looked like a bomb went off in the workroom…seriously. Even Nick was like 'what the hell, man?' when he came in."

"Was that before or after David left?" Kurt asked, not looking up from his sewing table.

"After, why?" Jeff asked innocently. Two sets of eyes turned to him, pointedly and he blushed immediately, turning and nearly running out the door. "Shut up!" he yelled, retreating down the hall giggling like a little girl. "Like you two have any room at all to talk!" he screeched. They both shook their heads and laughed.

"Ok, so settling in here if that's ok?" Blaine asked. Can I take up part of the bathroom sink with my stuff?

"You can do whatever you need to do." Kurt smiled at him. "What's mine is yours, B…and that includes my space."

They opted out of going out for the night, despite invitations from both Trent and Thad as well as Nick and Jeff. They ordered food in and ate at the table, making new memories there to block out the old ones. Hanging out on the sofa and watching a movie with Brian was the order of the night, and it was a much needed de-stresser for both of them. Blaine caught Kurt starting at certain points of the apartment several times and knew he was thinking of the previous weekend and everything that happened with Jackson. He said nothing, knowing that if Kurt wanted to talk about it, he would.

Kurt was snuggled up between his legs, his back to Blaine's chest mostly , just as they'd been that first night on Blaine's couch. So much had happened since then. He remembered that night often, as it was a favorite memory and he smiled now thinking of how angelic Kurt had looked sleeping on him. He noticed, now, as well, that Kurt's eyes were drooping and finally spoke up.

"You ready to head to bed, babe?"

"Mmhmm…." Kurt mumbled. With a deep breath, he hauled himself up from the couch and held out his hand to help Blaine up. They headed down the hall to Kurt's room and slipped into bed quietly, not a word spoken until Kurt turned to nuzzle into his chest with a muffled "G'night, Blaine. I love you…." Which made him smile even as he replied in kind.

This felt natural…like…like it was right. It was how it should be. Living with Kurt for the week at Westindale felt like vacation…he knew it wasn't either of their 'homes', so it wasn't 'real'. This felt real…and he kinda liked it….a whole lot.

"Jenderson? Seriously? THAT'S what they came up with?" Cooper snickered.

"Well, you have to admit, it's better than Mooper or Coopie, right? I mean, tell me those don't sound like Muppets or something?" Maggie said, rolling her eyes.

"I think I like 'Maggie and Cooper' better than any of those…." Coop said, chomping down on a piece of celery with peanut butter smeared all over it. "I mean, if they're addressing the two of us, I'd just go with 'you guys' or whatever, anyway…"

"I kinda like 'Klaine' though…" she smiled. "I'm glad to see them back together and working things out. I was worried for a while there. I think they're good for each other, though. They seem to play off one another pretty often…..and I'm so glad to see Kurt relaxing a bit. Wow, when I first met him he was a total basket case…" she lamented.

"Blaine said he's been through some bad shit…"

"You said a bad word, Coop!" Mattie yelled from the other room, snickering.

"I did, sorry, I'll eat soap!" Coop yelled back.

"Oooh! I wanna see it!" Mattie said, running into the kitchen. "Do it, Coop!"

"I think maybe later, after the cookout…." Maggie said, saving him.

"How come we can't go?" Evee whined.

"Because it's a thing for big people, and you guys are going to hang with Ms. Helen…and I think she said something about walking down to the ice cream parlor!" Maggie told them, eyes wide.

"Whooop! Ice cream!" Mattie was twerking around the living room as Helen knocked on the door.

"I think that's our cue to head out!" Coop smiled, picking up the tray of veggies to head across the street. "Don't do anything I wouldn't do, you nutjobs!" he said, ruffling their hair on the way by and Mattie blew him a kiss as they walked out the door.

"Kurt?" Blaine said as he pushed open the front door. "You in here? Everyone's there but Coop and Maggie and they're asking where you are."

"In here!" Kurt called from the bedroom as Blaine strolled that way. "I can't decide which shirt to wear with these shorts. I don't like shorts, really, I prefer pants, but it's so warm…" he trailed off, sticking his head back in the drawer he was currently ransacking.

Blaine's mouth had gone dry when he walked into the bedroom upon seeing Kurt standing there wearing nothing but a low slung pair of white shorts and a pair of deck shoes slipped on, untied.

"Blaine?"

"Huh?" he said, finally looking up from the slight V at the waist of Kurt's shorts.

"I asked you which shirt you thought would….B?" Kurt said as Blaine rushed him, sliding his hands behind his neck and thoroughly claiming his mouth.

"Sexy…mine….Jeeez, Kurt…." Blaine managed to get out as Kurt returned the kiss fervently, loving that he could turn his lover on just by standing there. "Damn you're so beautiful…so hot…." He panted out, attacking Kurt's neck.

"B-Blaine…people wait- waiting for us…."

"God, I don't care, I just want you…." Blaine said, pushing Kurt down on the bed to nip and kiss all down his stomach. He made it to Kurt's button and zipper and glanced up at him with a pleading grin, those puppy dog eyes begging and tugging at Kurt's heart.

"Oh God, Blaine…just hurry! Someone will come looking for us!" Kurt panted out, wanting what Blaine was offering. He wasn't disappointed.

"Shit Kurt, look at you…" Blaine said, when he'd pulled Kurt's shorts and briefs down. His erection sprung up, pointing to Kurt's chin and Blaine took immediate advantage.

It was only when he'd finished Kurt off, the man's hands tugging and pulling on his hair as he came hard down Blaine's throat with a shout, that they realized Cooper was standing in the doorway clapping slowly.

"Impressive baby brother….I didn't know you could manage….all that." He smirked.

"Fuck…Cooper, Jesus…what the hell!" Blaine yelled, flying at him with arms flailing. Kurt wasn't as flustered, and just tucked himself back in and pulled his shorts up.

"Let him be, Blaine, he's just jealous." Kurt said, winking at Cooper.

"Shit…if I was gay I'd be jealous as hell…I mean, look at him, Blaine. Dude's packing a whopper in those tight pants, eh?"

"GET OUT!" Blaine roared, shoving Coop toward the door, totally irritated with his brother.

"I'm going, I'm going, but don't think for one minute I don't know you're shoving me out so he can return the favor!" he yelled through the door as Blaine slammed it in his face and locked it.

"OH MY GOD, Cooper!" he said, his head falling against the cool wood.

Kurt sauntered out of the bedroom, still without a shirt, wearing only his shorts and a naughty grin.

"God, Kurt…I'm sorry for him…." Blaine seethed, shaking his head.

"Don't let him bother you, B…he only does it because he loves you." Kurt smiled. "Now c'mere, lover, and let me return the favor…" he said, dropping to his knees in front of Blaine.

"Oh, look who finally showed up!" Thad said, harassing them as they eventually made their way to Blaine's apartment. "And it's not hard to figure out why you're late, not with that blissed out 'I've just been fucked 90 ways to heaven' look on your faces." He said. They all snickered as Blaine blushed and Kurt rolled his eyes.

"That is NOT what happened…" Blaine tried to say in an attempt to save face.

"Uh huh, sure it's not…." Jeff trailed off, turning his phone screen to show a blurry picture of a completely blissed out Kurt flat on his back on his bed with Blaine in his lap. All that could really be seen was the majority of Blaine's body covering most of Kurt's lower half, but it was crystal clear what was going on with the look on Kurt's face and his hand gripping Blaine's hair like he was holding on for dear life.

"Jesus Christ on crutch, Cooper!" Blaine yelled.

"Don't leave the door unlocked!" Cooper yelled back from the kitchen, half of a deviled egg shoved in his mouth.

"Can you imagine if they'd met at Dalton?" Trent laughed. "I can just SEE Blaine freaking the hell out with the gelmet being roughed up every time he encountered Kurt in a hallway…dorm room…closet…empty classroom…" he snickered.

"What's the gelmet?" Kurt asked, trying not to blush too much.

"OH GOD, you haven't seen the gelmet?" Jeff nearly screamed. "Ok, I've got this…" he said, grabbing his phone up off the table and flicking through a zillion old pictures.

"Don't you think I've suffered enough today?" Blaine whined.

"Not even close…" Thad mumbled, flipping through his own pictures.

"Doesn't look like you were suffering at all in that picture!" Finn teased him.

"HERE!" Jeff laughed, shoving the phone in Kurt's face. There was Blaine, in all his glory and wearing his Dalton uniform, and let's face it, Kurt was a sucker for the blazer already. His hair was neatly gelled down and slicked back. He was the epitome of prep school boy and Kurt felt himself stir below his belt again. Damn, Blaine… He was speechless.

"Hmmm, I kinda like it…" Kurt said, his voice teasing and his eyes batting at Blaine.

"Ha! So there, he doesn't mind the gelmet, you all suck, so leave me alone!" Blaine laughed, putting his arm around Kurt and kissing his cheek.

"Whatever, Princess is just wondering if you still have the Blazer!" Sebastian threw in, and the room erupted in laughs again. Kurt just rolled his eyes as Blaine blushed even further.

"Alright, enough harassing Blaine. I'll man the grill!" Hunter spoke up. "Give me some meat and the tongs…"

"Meat and thongs….I think that's your area, Sebastian!" Rachel said, surprising everyone, and they all whooped with laughter again.

Everyone settled in, making their way upstairs and to the roof, eventually, where tables were set up and Kurt had strung little twinkling lights above them with candles on the few tables that fit. It was cozy, but comfortable, and everyone seemed to be having a good time.

"I should be getting ready to go." Blaine said from behind Kurt as they shared a chair after eating.

"Yeah…you ready for this? You've missed a couple of weeks now…" Kurt asked.

"I've missed it, really. I'm glad to have a night back. It'll be better with you there, though. You're coming, right?"

"I'll be there. Wouldn't miss it." Kurt said, softly kissing his lips. "Will you come back with me? Stay here tonight?"

"Nowhere I'd rather be. You know that." He smiled.

"Good…ok, so get going. They're all leaving, so you go with 'em and we'll clean up here and see you in an hour or so. Love you." Kurt said as he stood and helped Blaine up.

"See you then." Blaine told him, kissing his lips again and walking to the door to go downstairs.

"Oh! Blaine!" Kurt remembered, following him to just inside the door to the third floor. He made sure nobody was looking before he spoke. "You still have the blazer somewhere…and the tie…right?" he grinned.

"Oh my God, Kurt…really?" Blaine laughed. "You're damn right I do." He winked. "And I want to see you in ONLY that tie, babe…." He said, kissing Kurt deeply and pulling away with a smirk. "See you soon."

" Uh huh…." Kurt smirked back, unable to say much more with that image in his head. He watched Blaine cross the floor and head down the steps with a wide, satisfied smile. He felt someone approach him from behind and turned to find Jeff there, a smile of his own in place.

"You're forwarding that picture to me, right?"

"Already done, bestie."

"And the other one…the one that Cooper-"

"Already done…." Jeff laughed.

A/N Ok, so here...take this, and I hope you enjoy it. I've found that I'm struggling a little with feeling like I have to update every week...like maybe I could do better if I wasn't pushing a timeclock? So, as much as I wish I could say "yeah, you'll get an update every week", I'm not sure that's going to happen. I have some stuff going on in my RL that's taking up some time and sanity I can't really afford to lose...and although I've finished one quilt on Friday, I have another that's needed by the end of the month for a gift. So...that being said, I'll update when I can, but it may not be regularly. I'm sorry...please know I won't abandon the story, but I need some time. I know you guys will understand, for the most part, because you're all so damn kind and all that :)
Thanks to C for getting it back to me within hours. Lord knows I appreciate it :) Love you, girlie :)
