Kim Possible: The Sitch Of College: Bad Girl

Chapter 7: A "Bad" Costume

The next morning on October 31st, the alarm clock went off in Hope, Tara and Monique's apartment.

Hope woke up, reached over to the left and shut the alarm off. She yawned and rubbed her eyes. She then hopped out of her bed.

"Morning, girl," Monique's voice said next to her.

Hope noticed Monique getting out of her bed and walking over to her.

"Morning, Monique," Hope responded with a smile as she hopped out of her bed.

"You ready for costume day today?" Monique asked in excitement.

"I sure am," Hope responded in excitement. "I'm sure everyone will love my Padme costume."

"I think it's interesting that you're dressing up as a Star Wars character," Monique commented.

"Yeah, I bet people will love seeing you dressed as Princess Jasmine," Hope said.

"Me too," Monique said.

"Hey, Tara, you ready for costume day?" Hope spoke as she turned to Tara's bed. But no one was there!

"Tara? Where's Tara?" Hope asked with worry as she ran over to Tara's bed.

"I don't know," Monique replied.

The two girls then noticed something on Tara's bed. It looked like a folded piece of paper.

"Hey, is that a note?" Monique asked pointed to it.

Hope picked the piece of paper and unfolded it.

"Yes, it is," Hope confirmed. She read the note. "Hope, Monique. Went out. Had a great last minute idea for a costume. Meet you and Monique at school. See you later. Tara."

"A last minute costume idea?" Monique repeated. "I thought Tara was dressing up as a pirate."

"Me too," Hope replied. "What costume would Tara be getting at such short notice?"

"I guess we'll find out later," Monique said. "For now, let's just get ready for school."

"Alrighty then," Hope agreed with a nod. "And as surprising as this is, I am interested to see what Tara will dress up as today."

"Me too," Monique agreed.

Meanwhile, Kim and Ron were walking through campus wearing there own costumes. Kim was dressed up as Princess Buttercup from the Princess Bride wedding scene and Ron wore the ninja/pirate outfit that Westley wore in said film. Many people they passed by thought, Kim's costume was beautiful and Ron's costume was cool looking.

"Well, looks like a lot of people like our costumes," Ron speculated.

"Yeah, looks like it," Kim added.

"Yep, looks like dressing up as Westley and Buttercup was a good idea, huh, KP?" Ron commented.

"Yep," Kim agreed. "And very fitting, considering we watched that movie a few months ago prior to our wedding."

Ron stopped walking and spun Kim around earning a happy squeal from her.

"And our wedding ceremony was one of the happiest moments of my entire life," Ron said with a big smile. "But then, every moment I share with you is a happy one."

"They sure are, Ronnie," Kim cooed.

"Shall we share a kiss before we're off to our math class, my most badical bride?" Ron asked in a flirty tone.

"Yes, we shall, my most badical groom," Kim responded.

And the two did just that and shared a kiss.

"Hey, Guys," A familiar voice came.

Kim and Ron separated and saw Crystal; the one who had just spoken, and Doug walking toward them. They were dressed as Dorothy and the scarecrow from Wizard Of Oz.

"Hey, Crystal. Hey, Doug," Kim greeted. "Great costumes."

"I take it, you guys are dressed as Dorothy and Scarecrow from the Wizard Of Oz," Ron guessed.

"You are correct," Doug confirmed. "And what are you dressed as?"

"Westley and Buttercup from The Princess Bride," Ron answered.

"Oh, cool," Doug said. "I love that movie."

Crystal smirked, "More than you love me?"

Doug looked horrified, "Crystal, you know I could never love any movie more than the girl of my dreams. Which is you of course."

"I know, Doug," Crystal said with a chuckle. "I was just messing with you."

"Woah, you had me there," Doug said with a sigh.

Kim and Ron chuckled.

"Hey," Another voice came, this time Monique.

The group looked to see Monique and Hope coming their way, wearing their costumes.

Monique was dressed up as Princess Jasmine and Hope was dressed as Padme Amidala from Star Wars: Attack Of The Clones.

"Hey, Monique. Hey, Hope," Kim greeted.

"Cool costumes," Ron commented.

"What are you dressed up as?" Doug asked.

"I'm dressed as Princess Jasmine," Monique answered.

"And I'm dressed as Padme Amidala from Star Wars," Hope added. "It was Marty's idea. He's dressing as Anakin Skywalker."

"Sure hope he doesn't turn to the dark side like Anakin did," Doug said with a snicker.

"Hey, Marty isn't like that," Hope countered. "Besides, he told me that he thinks Anakin is cooler than Darth Vader."

"Hey, where's Tara?" Ron asked.

"She left our apartment early this morning," Monique answered.

"She said that she had a new idea for a costume," Hope added.

"What costume idea?" Ron asked in surprise.

"I don't know," Hope responded. "But she said she would meet us here."

"Hey, Guys," Tara's voice came.

The others turned and saw something that made their eyes wide and their jaws drop. It was Tara alright, but she looked really different. She was wearing a black leather jacket with shoulder spikes, a grey shirt with white skull and cross bones, black high-heel boots, black fishnet tights and a black skirt. She was also wearing black eye-liner and she had a black hoop earring on each ear lobe. She also had a silver skull and crossbones necklace around her neck. And she had red lipstick and red hair highlights too.

Everyone was surprised and shocked at Tara's new appearance.

"Hey, everyone," Tara waved as she walked over. "You like my new costume?"

Kim, who had managed to find her voice, spoke first.

"Oh, um, it's an interesting costume," Kim stammered.

"Mind if I ask what kind of costume that is exactly?" Ron asked.

"Oh, just thought I'd try out a new look," Tara spoke. "You like?"

"Well, it certainly looks different," Hope said in an unsure tone. "Not that I'm complaining, but what made you decide to like that?"

"Yeah, well, after our sitch with Electronique last night and our encounter with that jerk, Ricky, I decided I wasn't gonna let any villains or jerks push me around anymore," Tara explained. "This outfit symbolizes it."

"Well, it certainly makes you look more like a, well, bad girl," Doug commented, before quickly adding. "But in a good way, right everyone."

Everyone looked unsure, but nodded nonetheless.

"You know, that look actually does look interesting," Ron spoke. "Maybe Kim and I should think about wearing looks like that."

"Really?" Kim asked in surprise.

"Well, yeah," Ron said. "Just for fun."

"Hmm, I guess that would be a good idea to consider," Kim responded.

"Hey, guys," Josh's voice came.

They saw Josh coming their way wearing his pirate costume. But Josh stood dead in his tracks when he saw Tara's new look. His mouth dropped open.

Tara turned to her boyfriend and smirked.

"Hello, Baby," She spoke in a sultry tone.

"T-Tara," Josh stammered. "Is that you?"

Tara chuckled, "Yep."

"Wow, that's a different look for you," Josh said, bewildered.

"I felt like dressing up," Tara explained. "You don't mind do you?"

"Well, no, not at all," Josh said with a nervous smile.

"Good," Tara said. "So are you ready for the dance tonight?"

"Well, yes, of course," Josh replied.

"Excellent," Tara spoke. "Because I for one am looking forward to spending time at the dance with my badical boyfriend."

"Me too, Ta-," Josh started to say, but was cut off when Tara ran up to him and laid her lips right on his.

Josh was shocked at first. He had never seen this kind of behavior from his girlfriend before. But nonetheless he returned the kiss.

After they separated, Tara started taking her leave.

"I'll see you after class," Tara said in a flirty tone.

She walked away.

Josh stood there surprised for a minute before realizing where he was and turned to the rest of the group.

"Yeah, well, I'll see you guys later," Josh said before he walked away.

The rest of the group stood there in complete bewilderment.

"Ok, well, we'll see you guys after class," Kim said with a wave.

She and Ron then continued walking to class.

After they were gone, Monique spoke up.

"Ok, that was 10.5 on the weirdness scale wasn't it?" Monique asked.

"Yeah, definitely," Doug agreed.

"Yeah, I've never seen Tara act like that in my life," Hope chimed in. "It was even weirder than yesterday."

"What was yesterday?" Crystal asked.

"Well, after our sitch in Go City, Tara started acting different," Monique answered. "She felt like lashing out at people she didn't like."

"Ok, that's weird," Doug said.

"I'm sure maybe it's just a phase," Crystal spoke.

"Yeah, maybe," Hope said.

Meanwhile, as they walked, Kim and Ron talked about what had just happened.

"Ok, now my monkey senses are really going off," Ron commented. "I've never seen Tara act like that in her life."

"Me neither," Kim agreed. "How could her behavior have changed so drastically?"

"Yeah, it's almost like her brain was-" As soon as Ron said that, the two of them stopped with their eyes wide.

After remembering what happened the previous night, it started to make sense.

"Wait, you think-," Ron started.

"Let's not jump to conclusions," Kim said. "I'd better have Wade scan Tara's brain after practice today."

"Good idea," Ron agreed.
