Danny Fenton: A Chaotic Adventure

(Author's Notes: Hey everyone! How are you all doing? I hope that all of you are doing well, and are getting back into the swing of things.
Before I say or do anything else, I want to give praise and honor to the Lord. Thank you God for being with me, my family, my friends and all of those around the world that need you very much. Lord, it has been tough for me and my family still without my Dad here with us in the flesh and blood. But at least I take comfort in the fact that he is watching over us in Heaven, in Paradise. I can only hope and pray that the ones that were also lost due to the eternally-damned COVID-19 are also with you in Heaven Jesus, and the ones who were left behind are comforted by you.
God, we still need you now more than before. Help us and guide us through these rough and troubled times. Aid is in not succumbing to this New Normal, to disarm & disable those that belong to the Political Correctness Police that have created the Cancel Culture. Give us the strength, wisdom, courage, confidence, conviction, steadfastness and power to overcome the hypocritical, double-speaking, oversensitive and overbearing fools that have been killing much of anything in various fields for some time.
I also pray and ask you Jesus Christ to help the people all over the world to regain their spirit and courage, to once again live like before all this nightmare happened.
To see people very much willingly and joyfully shedding free their masks. To see everyone want to see the complete face of a person instead of simply imagining it. For all to see the small, subtle but significant difference it is when one sees another's complete facial expression. For all to breathe deeply the freedom that comes from not wearing a mask, to live brave and true like before.
To see people become close to one another like in the past, where there is no problem whatsoever in being two feet or closer to one another. To see no kinds of plastic walls/barriers around to separate others from one another, and also to see contactless actions and services also be done away with for good. For people to hug/handshake/high-five one another like before, to be close to one another physically and more like before.
To see people leaving their homes, no longer in isolation, so they could enjoy real-reality. To utilize and use real and good common sense, the kind that has been used for years LONG before the nightmare known as the Coronavirus came to be. No more excessive sanitation of any kind, and also to experience life in a way that has that strong and exciting substance/essence/quality/fulfillment that one just cannot do through a screen or in virtual/online substitutions.
And most of all God… I wish to see the people overcome fear/hesitation/doubt/paranoia/anxiety/laziness/greed that has cropped up due to this pandemic, which in my opinion was never natural to begin with at all. I hope and pray to see people, all over the entire globe, be more than willing to get back to the tried and true, real-deal ways of living/worshipping/working/socializing that was practiced and done before this nightmare started.
But this time, that we NEVER take the many small, subtle but significant freedoms and actions for granted like we did before.
And now, I wish to answer questions laid down by Guest & also Author Data Seeker.
First to Guest, there is a reason why Danny mentioned Kitty, Desiree and Ember as examples when it came to women having both beauty & smarts. Even though they are enemies, Danny does respect them as both women and as adversaries. He is impressed with how Kitty managed to create something that is quite potent, which was her Banishing Kiss when he did learn of it. On how innovative and imaginative Desiree is when she grants wishes, even though she does twist them up into something else.
And finally with Ember, on how smart she is for maintaining a band in both the mortal world and spirit world, plus in creating songs & music even if they are for nefarious purposes.
As for Pandora and Sam… well, to be honest, I do not know much about Pandora. Never seen the episode where she is shown, and from what I can make out, she seems to keep to herself in her own realm. So utilizing characters that I do know, at least in this story as best I can.
As for Sam… to be honest, I do not see her as a worthwhile friend to Danny. I am not a Sam-hater, but after remembering some episodes of the series & seeing her nature/character in them, I would have to say that she does not make a good friend to Danny. While she does have her good moments in the cannon series, they are few and far in-between. I could go on, but the story needs to be pushed on.
This one is now for Author Data Seeker. Believe me when I say this, the affection the girls have for Danny will NOT be fake or forced at all. I am going to develop the characters slowly but surely, as I will the plot and movement of the story. For the example you used for Black Cat and Spider-Man, it is like so. So far, Spider-Man is a hero but he mostly uses quips & his Spider abilities & moral compass to keep things interesting for Black Cat.
But Danny here is different than the Wall-Crawler in many ways, as it is shown in the story so far. To take command of an extremely strange and serious situation, but not in an overbearing way. To show to all his superhero form to protect the ladies from Vicky when she went on a rampage in the Power Jacket. To open up some of himself to the ladies when he could have been quiet the whole time. Understanding and respecting the need for privacy, like for Black Cat when they found Jewel Sapphire. And more!
So I assure you this much, my friend. None of the affections the ladies show for Danny will be forced or fake. It will run its course, and also develop during various situations that will crop up in this crossover story. All I ask is for your trust in this.
Oh yes, here are the OC characters that are in here. They will play a minor but important role in this chapter. These are Authors whom I have asked permission to put them in my story like so, and giving them names from the website 20000-NAMES, the place where I get names for OC's in all of my other stories. I am asking all of you as well who read this to trust me in writing and developing this story. In the words of my pastor Rick Godwin from my church Summit Christian Center at San Antonio: I cannot please everyone, and I do not intend to do so now or ever.
Also, I realized that I left out a crucial member of the DB world that is also monitoring Danny and the others from the previous chapter! I still need to work on looking for the small, subtle but significant details and such when writing. Please forgive me for the oversight, and will try to do better next time. Also, using a reference from the anime/manga series known as Ranma ½.
On a final note, it is this. My Author friend Dreams Come True 996 has made some excellent pictures concerning this crossover story in a place where she showcases her artwork! PM here if you wish to see where you can find them. And, my other friend pinkstoryteller has made some new unique and excellent stories that you really need to check out!
Also, to give credit where it is rightfully so, Author MegaMink23 suggested to me in his answer to one of my questions a unique aspect of ID making. A description that the person who is being ID'd would want to have on it, as a personal motto or description of themselves that the owner would like to put on it.
There will be NO slash or femme-slash actions or stuff like that in any my stories, this crossover included. No trans beings, action or showcasing of any kind either.
When Danny and the ladies arrive, it is at the very early stages of the Piccolo Jr. Saga, at the exact moment when Shen Long was revived and granted the wish of bringing those that were killed by Demon King Piccolo and his minions back to life. And with a three-year gap before the next tournament, it would give Danny and his date's ample time to explore the new reality/world they are in & to collect the Dragon Balls.
Danny Phantom is a cartoon series that was created by Butch Hartman, developed by Steve Marmel. The series aired on April 2004, the network that released it was Nickelodeon. The production companies were Billionford Inc. and Nickelodeon Animation Studios, with the distributors being Viacom International Inc. and Nelvana. Look for my Danny Phantom series and specials when getting the chance, if you please. This takes place after the episode De-Stabilized, but before Phantom Planet. And also, said last episode will NOT be featured here.
DragonBall is a manga/anime series that was written by Akira Toriyama, published by Shueisha Inc. with North America published by Viz Media. The manga was created in December 1984, ending in June 1995 with forty-two volumes. The anime was directed by Minoru Okazaki & Daisuke Nisho, produced by Tokizō Tsuchiya/Kenji Shimizu/Jun'ichi Ishikawa. Studio was Toei Animation, licensed by Funimation Entertainment for North America. Original network that broadcasted it was Fuji TV, with multiple English networks such as Cartoon Network Toonami and Funimation Channel. It ran from February 1986 to April 1989.
I was going to use lyrics for the Intro and Outro, but Flower princess11 did not approve so I removed them. She requested it, so I complied. Also, the pictures I am using to see the compound is from the Dragonball Fandom website. And also, I am asking for anyone who is creative with their hands in making pictures and such to make pictures that depict my crossover here.
If you wish, use your imagination and put in any kind of song/music intro from any anime series with the Intro and Outro here. And also, so no one is confused, this is DragonBall & not DragonBall Z. And also, not going to follow the Dragonball Super anime or manga series in any way.
Now, on with the story!)

{The screen shows the starry atmosphere of space, with the planet Jupiter shown in the upper right corner of the screen. It looks peaceful for the moment… than a white-blue comet of sort streaked past it and towards the screen before seemingly going through it! It was soon followed by multiple other white-blue comets!
The screen changed to show the multiple glowing celestial objects streaking past the Asteroid Belt, Mars and the Moon. Music picked up as the planet Earth came into view in all her glory, the comets streaking towards it as they entered the atmosphere! The image of the DP logo appeared above the planet, and down below appeared words in white letters against the inky black space underneath Earth. The logo changed to show the capital D and P letters splitting apart slightly to show the name DANNY PHANTOM, and below the planet were the white words AND THE CHAOTIC ADVENTURE.
The scene goes from space to the Earth, in a clear field where the blue-white comets land. They do not smash into the ground, but rather hover over the ground and shortly pop like bubbles. Emerging first for all to see is Danny Fenton, who looks around confused until he turns behind him to see the other comets that soon burst forth.
The camera goes to showcase intensely but briefly the women that also traveled with Danny:
Kimberly Ann Possible, Alexandra Casoy, Gwen Tennyson, Emma Mackenzie, Diana Lombard, Sabrina Spellman, Kara Kent, Jenny Wakeman, Cree Lincoln, Violet Parr, Jen Masterson, the floating ghoul Phantasma, Vicky Aidith, Wendy Corduroy, Debbie Thornberry, April O'Neal, gothic girl Gwen Honorine, Angelica Pickles, Kitty Pryde, Makoto Kino a.k.a. Lita for English name, Katie Kaboom, Penny Proud, Ginger Foutley, Spectra Vondergeist, Winx Club fairy Musa, Felicia Hardy, Daria Morgendorffer, Barbara Gordon, Cleo Sertori and Starfire.
After the last girl's face is shown, the camera shows to see Danny confused as he looks to them. A bright flash occurs, and he looks upward. The camera soon shows an aerial shot of him directly in the middle of it, the girls coming to his position and getting close to said teen as they all look upward with him towards the camera.
The camera than shows the sky where white comet was streak through the air, zooming in to show it was the Four-Star Dragonball! It stays with it until said orb disappears over the horizon. The camera than showcases Danny and the others looking up at where the ball went, than a scroll appearing in front of him. He takes it and unfurls it to show the message that was given to him and the ladies. The camera shows the message as it pans down until it showcases these words that shine with golden light- ONLY THE WISH FROM THE ETERNAL DRAGON SHEN LONG WILL SEND BACK
The scene than shows Danny Fenton leading the group, Kim and Musa by his side with Starfire and Gwen Tennyson behind him on the left & right respectively. The others follow in an arrowhead-like formation. They soon stop, seeing a cliff and the camera showing that the entourage was now gazing at the mega metropolis known as West City!
The camera than leaves the group, going to showcase the front entrance of the domed building that has the words Capsule Corp. etched in it. And zooms in to show that standing in front of said entrance/exit way was Bulma Briefs with Oolong the shape-shifting pig on her left, Puar the shape-shifting flying cat on her right. Both smile and wave to the audience.
The scene does some brief but interesting cut-scenes that show Danny and the other women talking to them inside the building around a table, Bulma seeing the message, followed by her talking to them as she is most likely explaining the Dragon Balls & who Shen Long is & the clip ends with her giving Danny the famous Dragon Radar as she points out how to use it.
The camera shows Danny given a large trunk which contains Dyno Capsules of various sizes, color and numbers, courtesy of Bulma who says it's on the house. She also gives a blue capsule that is marked with a capital black B, which are the blueprints for said item that she gives to Barbara Gordon. The scene than shows the group leaving the area…
And the camera shows clips of the group running away from a large unusual-looking, jungle-green T-Rex & a silver Western-European dragon! The scene shows the girls like Cree, Vicky, Debbie, Gwen Honorine, Angelica and Penny running from them! It than shows a clip of Danny being carried by Jenny in the air along with Musa, Spectra and Phantasma looking at a nest that has three red baby Pteranodons in it… and Kitty popping out from underneath it with an egg that soon hatches to showcase another baby red Pteranodon.
The scene changes to showcase a clear field, the sky darkening with an immense column of golden light that writhes like a serpent. The camera shows Danny with the girls, Daria and Cleo by his side with Ginger behind him. All of them, and the girls who are shown nearby, looking upward in awe at the light. The camera changes to show in full the golden light changing… the light flashing out to reveal in all his green-scaled might, the Eternal Dragon known as Shen Long!
The scene changes yet again, this time to show Danny Fenton changing into Danny Phantom. The camera shows him flying over the road, with the ocean in the background and a hover car that is similar to the car that Ox King gave to Goku and the others long ago. In the car driving at the wheel was Kim Possible, shotgun was Alexandra & in the back seat was Emma and Katie Kaboom. Riding behind them were several motorbikes that had the following riders- Sabrina, Vicky, Violet, Wendy, April, Felicia and Kitty!
The camera pointed to the sea to show Cleo in her mermaid form as she jumped out of the ocean. Following close in is a Capsule Corp. submarine/aircraft combo that holds Daria, Barbara, Diana and Cree! The camera changes to showcase Danny… and who is above him! Flying above was Kara Kent in her superheroine outfit, Musa in her Winx persona, Phantasma, Spectra, Starfire, Gwen Tennyson in her alien form… and Penny Proud & Makoto flying atop a yellow Nimbus Cloud together!
The camera showed clips of Danny and the others going into various places for adventure & to learn and grow. It shows clips of the group searching in the sea, with Danny in scuba gear on & swimming with Cleo with the submarine/aircraft combo following them. It soon shows a clip of Danny with Makoto, Katie and Felicia as they are in another city as they are taking in the sights of it. And shows a clip of Danny in his Phantom form with Sabrina on her broom, Kim in a jet pack & Kara in her superheroine persona as they fly around & have some good fun.
The camera than showed appeared to be flying through mountains, than over a vast desert that seemed to stretch for miles! It than stopped and showcased familiar settings. It showed Fortune-Teller Baba's Palace, with said pink-haired fortune teller floating on her ball with her pink ghost assistant by her side as they grinned at the camera & audience. The camera stayed on them for a moment before shifting to a scene that showed Turtle Island where it showed Master Roshi, his Turtle companion & Launch in her blue-haired form as they waved and smiled to the audience.
The camera than changed to show Korin's Tower, and at the base of it was Tien Shinhan, his friend Chiaotzu, the former desert bandit Yamcha & finally Goku's best friend Krillin! They all stop their martial arts training to look at the audience before smiling and waving hello. The camera shifts and changes to the entrance of the place that holds the World Martial Arts Tournament… and coming into view for all to see were the previous contestants like Nam, Bacterian, Ran-Fan, Giran and Pamput. Also coming into view was the permanent fixture of the tournament, the Announcer himself! All wave to the audience before doing their signature poses.
The camera changed to show a dark-yellow nebula backdrop with many shadowy figures that range in size and shape, most likely featuring the many enemies that Danny and his dates would meet in the future. One of them stood out from the rest, in front of the shadow shapes with its features more outlined. It was a tall being in a turban and cape with pointed shoulder guards, his shoes also pointed & looking tall and imposing.
The camera than transitioned quickly to show the many characters that were linked to the ladies, indicating it was their friends & family members back home. It showed the forms and faces of characters like Mr. & Mrs. Fenton, Tucker Foley, Dani Fenton/Phantom, Batman, Robin, Superman, Mr. & Mrs. Possible, Ron Stoppable, Clawdeen Wolf, Draculaura, Frankie Stein, Martin Mystery with Java the Caveman, M.O.M., Dipper and Mabel Pines, Max & Ben Tennyson and Kevin Eleven, Professor Charles Xavier & Wolverine, Mr. & Mrs. Proud with Sugar Mama, and more!
The scene changes to showcase case to a large mesa that is high above the ground… and near the center of the immense chunk of earth is Danny Phantom Goku still in his child form! Behind him was Kami the Guardian of the Earth & his assistant Mr. Popo. Behind the halfa hero was his entourage, the women looking on as something was about to happen. Goku and Danny were smirking… than charging at one another as this was a sparring match of sort! The camera showed a clip of Goku getting hit by a green ecto-blast, than switching fast to show Goku hitting Danny hard over the head with his Power Pole!
The scene soon changed again, this time showing Danny Fenton flying on the Nimbus Cloud with a Dragonball in his hand! The young man looked relieved, and was soon joined by the other women as they were in a large aircraft that was big enough to hold them all comfortably!
The camera gets a close up of Danny as he holds the Four-Star Dragonball. Than the camera goes into the aircraft to show the ladies and what they carried; first was Kim Possible holding the One-Star Ball, Starfire lifting up for all to see the Two-Star Ball, Penny Proud holding up in her left hand the Three-Star Ball, Gwen Tennyson cradling in her hands the Five-Star Ball, Katie Kaboom smiling and holding high in victory the Six-Star Ball & finally Alex holding high the Seven-Star Ball!
The scene changes to show all are on land now, the seven spheres gathered together and glowing… and the form of Shen Long emerging once more! The Eternal Dragon roared loudly as he was summoned, and the camera showed Danny underneath the visage of the dragon with the women on both sides. The entire group than did their signature poses as the music ended, an excellent pan shot of everyone underneath the roaring form of Shen Long!}

It was 8:55 a.m., much activity going on outside of the manor. Bulma was in one of the Capsule Corp. aircrafts that had the Maid-Bots in it. She was finishing up programming the auto-navigation computer, putting in the orders to head straight back to the storage area on her family's home grounds. She had also put in the exact program commands to the other aircraft that contained the Plumber-Bots.
She pushed a few more buttons on the console and said to herself, "And… there! Done and done! The Auto-Navi is all set! All I have to do is activate it by remote control in my plane and… voilà! They rise up and follow me and the others back to West City!". Satisfied with herself on a job well done, she hopped out of the airplane & walked to where the others were waiting for her.
All of them were in the front courtyard, the entire company dressed up and ready to go! Barbara and Felicia were given some female RR uniforms that had been in one of the rooms of the few women that had rank that was sufficient enough to be allowed to live in the manor. They had been modified of course, with a pair of scissors and some help from Spectra & Launch. They made sure to remove the RR symbols on the uniforms so that it would not attract the negative kind of attention.
While Barbara went for a modest kind of look… Felicia opted to go for a more sexy look that would certainly turn a lot of male heads. Danny saw her in it, and his blush was so pronounced that it went from his head, to his neck and disappeared down into his shirt. Master Roshi and Oolong very much went nuts over seeing her fine form as the outfit showed off her lower & upper-body well. Tien, Yamcha, Krillin and Chiaotzu blushed deep in their cheeks and turned away a little, their shyness showing.
While Felicia really played and looked the part of someone sensual and alluring, she did not look anything cheap or degrading like a hooker.
Vicky did not look so pleased though, as she was flanked by Kara and Barbara. The redheaded terror of mostly everyone in Dimmesdale gave the two lovely ladies a glare with a terrible sneer on her face, showing that she did not like being bound up again by the wrists and ankles like a common criminal.
However, this did not faze the duo as they had faced MUCH worse than her in their line of work.
Jenny went to Bulma and inquired in a curious tone, "Umm… Bulma, I have a question. Do you think that the people of West City will accept a robot like me walking among them? I mean, shouldn't I have a disguise or something?".
The blue-haired beauty gave a light, pleasing laugh and answered in an equally light tone, "Hahahaha! Don't worry about it, Jenny. Trust me when I say this, you may get some stares but that is about it. Most of the people would chalk it up as you being another invention of my Dad, and believe me, he has made his share of robots! So trust me, everything will be good.".
The last part was said in a patient, assuring tone that had Wakeman-san to trust & believe in her words.
Krillin called out, "Okay everyone! Do you all know who you're going with again?". He wanted to make sure that everyone knew who they were going with on the trip to Bulma's hometown.
Cree had a small smirk on as she answered the bald-headed martial artist in a confident tone, "We sure do, Cue-Ball! Me, Kim, Alex, Master Roshi, Sabrina, Kara, Vicky, Barbara, Oolong, Ginger, Cleo and Jen will go together in one of the planes.".
Gwen Tennyson added in, "Myself, Bulma, Yamcha, Puar, Diana, Jenny, Debbie, Angelica, Penny, April, Musa, Emma and Wendy are together.".
Katie finished it up with a pleased tone, "And that leaves me, Tien, Chiaotzu, Launch, Makoto, Daria, Starfire, Violet, Gwen Honorine, Krillin, Kitty and Felicia!".
Bulma nodded, very pleased to see that everyone knew who they were going with. She stated, "Good! Me, Tien and Master Roshi will fly the planes to West City, with the remaining two aircrafts following us on autopilot. Now once we all get there, we NEED to stick together and stick to the schedule I made! And to the martial art users, I am counting on you to help me out with this.".
Yamcha nodded his head, walking next to her and replying with confidence in his voice, "You can count on us to help you out with this, Bulma!".
Krillin grinned and gave his own input in a confident tone as well, "Yeah! So don't you worry!".
Launch looked to Danny, who was behind the group a few feet away. With him was Spectra, Phantasma and Nebula. The purple-haired beauty inquired in a concerned tone, "Danny, are you sure you'll be okay without us? I mean, I bet you would like to see the city with us…".
The young Fenton lad gave her a reassuring smile and answered, "Heh, don't worry about me, Launch. I'll be fine. I have these three to look after me, and I trust them. So all of you take your time and enjoy yourselves at the city. My time will come soon to go there. Just have to be patient.".
Spectra grinned and put forth in a teasing tone, "Heh, don't you worry darling. Danny will have a good time here, we'll make sure of it! Won't we Phanty?".
Said ghoul cackled with a large grin on her face, floating all around the halfa swiftly like a top before settling herself on his right arm. This made the young man blush a bit from the intimate gesture, and also flinch a little as Phantasma felt cool to the touch. Phantasma stated, "We sure will! We'll take care of this haunting hunk! Hahahahaha!".
Danny just grinned nervously from the proclamation, his blush more pronounced when he saw Spectra give a teasing wink at him. Bulma and the natives of the world laughed in a good-natured way at the trio, Nebula joining in as she was directly behind her adoptive father & lowering her head to nuzzle the side of his head.
However, the twenty-seven women from another universe did not find this amusing for some reason. The young ladies, minus Vicky, felt a twinge of jealousy from seeing the public display of affection and Phantasma's little declaration. It was fleeing, passing and they barely noticed it. But it was there, and the one who noticed this split-second look of said emotion was Oolong.
The anthro pig saw the expressions on their faces, while very subtle it was there, before it vanished. He smirked to himself and thought, 'Hehehehe… something tells me that it's going to be a LOT more interesting in the coming days! IF I am right, that is.'.
Master Roshi hefted his cane up and exclaimed, "Okay ladies and gentlemen, let's get this show on the road! Its two minutes till nine, so let's get going!".
All of them nodded their heads, soon going into their designated group & walking towards the aircrafts. Penny and the ladies turned around to wave at Danny, shouting out their goodbyes and wishing him good luck in recovering. He waved back to them, calling out that he would be okay by the time they got back. Nebula shrieked loudly, saying goodbye in her own way and language.
Once everyone was on board in the aircrafts, Bulma, Tien and Master Roshi went to the pilot's seat. The passengers strapped into their seats, all ready for takeoff. Once Bulma was behind the steering wheel, she activated the radio com-set & linked up to the four crafts. She called out over the speaker, "Okay everyone, are you all ready?".
Master Roshi replied, "I'm all set on my end, Bulma!". While old, he was not behind the times and did have a license to drive which was still good.
Tien answered back in a cool, confident tone, "I'm all set here! Everyone is strapped into their seats.".
The beautiful mechanical genius grinned and exclaimed, "Okay than… let's go!". She turned the ignition key, pushed a button… and the engines roared to life! Blasts of hot wind kicked up from all five crafts as they came to life one by one, the one Bulma was in rising up first from the ground. Slow but steady, followed by Tien and Master Roshi. The two crafts that were on Autopilot-mode rose up with them at the exact same time. They soon rose high into the air, going into a V-formation with Bulma taking the leader position.
Danny and the ones with him watched on as the crafts turned around in the western direction, then took off at fast speed! The Fenton lad was amazed by the velocity achieved by the crafts in such a short amount of time and commented, "Wow! Those ships fly a little bit faster than the Specter Speeder! That was amazing!". Even little Nebula was impressed on how something that was so big and made of metal could fly like so.
Spectra looked towards Danny and inquired, "So than Danny, what do you want to do first? Now that we are alone and all.".
Phantasma grinned at the halfa and added in a delighted tone, "Yeah, yeah! What do you want to do first?!".
The young man smiled at the ghouls and answered, "First, let me change into my Phantom form. It'll speed up the healing process.". He asked Nebula to take a step or two back, which she did, and underwent the transformation from mortal to spirit form.
The little baby dragon screeched in surprise when she saw the two rings of blue light forming around her adoptive father's waist, and splitting for one to go up while the other went down. And more surprised when she felt a strong shift in the aura of her chosen human, his scent and feeling now on par with the supernatural! Not to mention the change in hair, eye color and clothing.
Danny sighed in relief, feeling his hero form increasing the healing process on his back. He believed that in an hour, maybe a little bit less than that, the burn on his back would be completely healed. He turned around to see how Nebula had taken to the sudden change, missing the intense looks of appreciation Spectra and Phantasma were giving to him. The beautiful ghouls had found Danny's mortal side cute, but the shift to his spirit form somehow gave them both a thrill.
They could feel his changing from the mortal wavelength to the supernatural, and in such a strong way that made their whole beings tingle. And his physical changes were not that bad on the eyes either for them.
The halfa saw that Nebula was looking at him with shock, awe and curiosity. He took a step towards her, but he frowned when she took a step back. He called out to her in a calming tone, "Nebula, it's okay. It's me, Danny. I'm… well, I'm a bit different now. But I am the same one you know. Trust me.".
Nebula looked at the being that looked a bit like her adopted father cautiously, gazing at him now intensely. But gradually, her gaze shifted from cautious to curious. She sniffed him, finding his scent had changed but it was now subtle. It was more of the supernatural, yet also carried the same calming & trusting scent that she smelled on his mortal form.
She took a step forward, Danny not making any sudden moves on his part. He really wanted the baby dragon to trust in him like she did before. Nebula sniffed him closer, looking at his face. She saw the green eyes and slightly pale skin, but she soon saw deeper and found the human that she adopted as her own parent. The royal-blue dragon peered art his face… than crooned softly and nuzzled him, Danny smiling and hugging her head gently.
Spectra and Phantasma found the scene to be quite sweet and tender, not saying anything for the moment as they did not want to interrupt the duo.
Danny chuckled and said softly, "Thank you girl. See, I'm still the same one you remember and trust. Just… in a different form, you know?". Nebula pulled back a little and licked Danny's face, causing him to yelp but it was in a good kind of way. She was showing that she did understand, displaying for the trio that she was indeed quite intelligent.
After enduring some loving licks from Nebula, Danny managed to get her to stop. He then turned his attention to the ghouls behind him and said, "Well, it seems that is taken care of. So how about we do some exploring of the base? There is still some buildings here we haven't checked yet, so might as well do that now. After that, just relax for the time being.".
He also wanted to update his journal later on, as he wanted to record anything of significance down on paper.
The lovely ladies nodded their heads, agreeing with his suggestion. The young man suggested, "Come on, let's go check on the tall green building that is behind the manor and go from there. Maybe we can find something that could be useful to us in any way in the future.". He rose into the air, Nebula showing her surprise that her father-figure could fly.
Spectra and Phantasma rose into the air as well, the trio soon taking off to go search the rest of the buildings that were inside the Red Ribbon Army perimeter. Nebula followed, her wings flapping hard and soon taking to the skies too. Danny turned around to see his adoptive daughter in the air but it seemed that she had some trouble staying in the air. He made a mental note to try and teach her more when it came to flying.
With no one around, and also with most of the basic necessities for survival and hygiene now provided, Danny could use his halfa form to really check out all of the buildings more quickly by using his intangibility & flight power.
What he did not know was that he was being watched by someone who had managed to catch the invisible but strong supernatural pulse he had let out when changing to his Phantom form.
~At Baba's Palace~
In a large desert region, south of City Street & north of the Southwest Forest, was a large lake that looked to be in an odd shape. Near the lake was a small purple-domed building that acted as an entrance, and the walkways on the water led to a central platform built on the water. It was large, two-tiered with the domed-roof being the color of blue. Grass was grown around it, with four large trees grown on there as well & each one at a corner of the large square platform.
The central hub had three walkway connections to other platforms. On the left and right were two small pyramids, each built identical with grass on the ground & five tall trees set up around them. Three on the back of it, two in the front. And the walkway behind the central hub connected to a rather large circular ring area, and another walkway connected it to a tall, two-tiered purple-colored domed building.
The entire area was covered in a strong aura of supernatural energy, though it was invisible to most and only those very sensitive to the supernatural could see or sense the aura. This was Fortuneteller Baba's Palace, and it was one of the very few gateways that connected the living world to the Other World!
Within the central floating hub, in the center of the room itself was a small old woman. Given her size, one might mistake her for a toddler but would be mistaken at seeing her aged face and wrinkles on said face. She had pink hair cut short, wore a black robe, a pointy black hat with a red ring at the base of the cone-shape & had small black beady eyes. She was Master Roshi's older sister, Fortuneteller Baba! And by her side was a pink mass that was actually her ghostly assistant, wide smile on and a cone-shaped hat on her head. Her hands were triangular with no fingers to speak of on them.
Baba was looking into her large crystal ball, which she often used as transportation to get around by sitting on it and floating about using her psychic powers. The elder sister of the Turtle Hermit was peering into the ball, the sight she was seeing was Danny Phantom and the two ghostly beauties who flew alongside him. She stated, "My, my. So this is what I felt a yesterday. It must coincide with the enormous pulse of inter-universal energy we felt a couple of days ago.".
Just like Kami and King Kai, she too had felt the pulse of energy that had spread out on Earth when Danny and the others landed on the planet just moments after Shen Long had granted the wish of the others. But she had been preoccupied at the moment when it happened, so she had set to checking up on the event later on. And it happened again when Danny had changed into her spirit-form to do battle against Vicky.
But now, she had free time on her hands and had felt the supernatural pulse once more. But this time, she had zeroed in on it with her clairvoyant power, now looking at the one who had set off the pulse.
Her ghost assistant asked in a high female voice, "So Mistress Baba, who or what is he?".
The small old woman answered immediately, "That, my dear assistant, is what we must find out. I will need to peer back a couple of days, on the day when we both felt that inter-universal pulse of energy.". The duo shivered at the memory, when they felt the immense, strong pulse that went through their very beings. They had felt all kinds of pulses on different wavelengths of the spectrum, but it was EXTREMELY rare to find something that radiated from a completely different universe.
Baba continued to look at Danny, Phantasma, Spectra and Nebula. She said to herself, "I have a feeling that things are going to get very interesting from here. And this young boy is going to be at the center of it all.".
The fortuneteller/clairvoyant than started to use her gifts, the crystal ball glowing a bright silver color now. Her crystal ball glowed in three colors to indicate what she was doing; silver meant looking into the past, blue meant seeing anything on Earth in the present & gold stood for looking into the future. The further away, the deeper the color.
~In the sky~
While Danny and the others were searching more of the former paramilitary complex buildings, the others were having some animated discussions with the ones in their group as they continued to fly towards West City. Alex asked the elderly turtle hermit, "Master Roshi, mind if I ask you something? It concerns the martial arts that you'll be teaching us.".
He answered as he continued to drive, "I see. So, what would you like to know young lady?".
The secret spy from W.H.O.O.P inquired, "Do you think you can teach us to use energy attacks?".
Now this question caught Master Roshi by surprise, though he hid it well with his body language. However, the tone in his voice showed said emotion as he replied back, "What? You know of ki? How do you know of it?".
Ginger asked in a curious tone, "Ki? What is that exactly?".
Master Roshi stated, "I'll answer your question when Miss Casoy answers my earlier one.".
Alex saw everyone now looking to her, the black-haired beauty answering in a nervous tone, "Well… even though I have some martial arts experience, I have seen in movies and TV shows where someone who used martial arts could use energy attacks. So I thought maybe we can use it as well when we train under you.".
The old man heard the genuine tone in Alex's voice, showing that she was not hiding anything and was honestly curious. He answered back, "Well, we'll have to see if you can. And to properly explain, I will answer Ginger-chan's question and go from there.".
He cleared his throat and prepared his mind & tongue as he started out, "First of all, ki is a life force that exists in all living beings. And it's not limited to just human beings. Animals, plants, rocks… all have a life force to them. For martial artists like myself, it is 'latent energy' that can be translated into 'fighting power'. It is different from magic, even though one would think they were the same. With proper and serious training of the mind, body, soul and spirit, one can utilize ki in various ways.".
He seemed to have gotten the attention of the group, all eyes on him and ears wide open as they listened. Even Vicky was interested, though she hid it under a mask of indifference.
Master Roshi continued on, "There are two kinds of ways to bring forth ki, which is using emotions & complete focus.".
Sabrina inquired, "Emotions? You mean, someone can use emotions to bring this energy out?". She had many instances in her life when she was overcome with a particular emotion, which made her magic more potent than usual. And in some instances, even stronger than spells cast by those of the full-blooded nature.
The elderly man nodded and continued on, "Indeed. Sabrina-chan, I have lived for a very long time and had seen many things. Among them is seeing people use emotions to utilize ki and make them stronger. And while that does sound like an easy way to do it, it has some serious drawbacks.".
Jen asked in a curious tone, "What do you mean by that?".
Master Roshi answered in a serious tone, "When one uses emotions to power themselves up, it throws their whole internal system out of balance. More specifically, the mind and soul. If one uses emotions like pride, arrogance, depression, lust, sloth, greed, etc. as the triggers for their attacks, it causes the other emotions they should show to shrink down. It is like they are hollowed out in order to make room for the emotions that trigger the use of ki.".
He finished up, "While it would work for a bit in the short-run, in the long-run… it really messes up the person's personality and soul. They soon become what they focus on using in their techniques, and most of the time it soon perverts/subverts the martial arts.".
This really had many of them thinking now on what he just said. This one thought ran through all their minds, 'Wow… now that is some information!'.
For some like Cree, Kim, Alex, Sabrina, Kara and Barbara, they had moments where their emotions had gotten intense & also the aftermath that came about. For the heroines who did not possess any kind of superpower other than intense physical training, they remembered moments when their anger had enhanced their strength… but also clouded judgement and certain other senses, leaving them more vulnerable. And also drained afterwards, when the emotion was gone and they felt a bit hollow inside before they regained themselves.
For certain ones that had super-natural or super powers, they remembered the times when their own emotions went haywire or when they thought too highly of themselves. Their anger/confidence led to some breakthroughs yes, but also causing problems that led some of their superiors and peers getting on their case.
However… Vicky internally had a grin on and was very much pleased on what she had just heard. She thought to herself, 'Hehehehe… so, emotions can give power to anyone! This I know very well! I just need to see what I can do to really become strong enough so that I won't be bound to these brain-dead bimbos and that… ugh, hero Danny!'.
Vicky really had to school her features to show indifference, but it was difficult when one has wicked glee & hope in their beings.
Cleo asked, "And… what was the other thing to bring about using this… ki thing? You said it was complete focus, right?".
Master Roshi nodded and replied in his lecture tone, "Yes, you are right. The other way to bring about key is through a focused mind and will, where all the emotions are balanced out with none of them outweighing the other. It is very difficult to do, but well worth it in both the short and life-run.".
He continued on, "Using pure focus and willpower, it is possible to bring up the energy. My master Mutaito told me and Crane, both of us students under him, that ki was also known as Spirit Power. And he could use it at will, displaying feats that many normal humans would not be able to do without the use of technology. Using only a finger, he could use the energy to deflect a person far away or to even cut through a large waterfall.".
Now this got the ladies and the others attention very much! Oolong exclaimed in astonishment, "Whoa! He could cut through a large waterfall with only one finger?! That's crazy!".
The old martial arts master merely nodded and answered, "Hmm-hmm. It's true. I saw it with my own eyes. His ki was strong, and he worked on it like one would a muscle in the body.".
Master Roshi explained, "Ki is also like a muscle, which means it needs to be worked on daily so it can get stronger, better and more responsive. But that doesn't mean that one should slack off in their body, mind, heart, soul and spirit. If any of these are out of balance with one another, it creates problems. Some minor, some major. For example, if a body is not physically fit enough, using ki could do more harm than good to them. In some cases, might even cause death.".
He turned to the ones that were going to train under him and stated, "So while you all will be training under me, first we are going to tone up the body & the mind. We must learn to crawl first before we can walk or run. Do you get my meaning?".
Cree, Kim, Alex and Barbara nodded their heads. This was some serious information to take in, but it also increased their drive to be good students under the old master. While a pervert and a bit of a letch, he was honorable in some cases & also knew much when it came to the martial arts. What he just explained proved it more.
Kara asked, "Master Roshi, can ki be used to augment oneself? Like their punches, kicks, stuff like that? Or is it strictly use for projectiles and such?".
Master Roshi answered her in the same lecture tone, "No. Ki can be used to enhance one's physical self, such as strengthening a punch or kick. Or as a defense shield, such as hardening the muscles to be quite durable in taking in attacks. In fact, some martial artist unknowingly tap into their ki to increase their physical attributes of strength, defense, endurance, stamina and more. Even their senses like sight, touch, taste, smell and feeling.".
He added in, "However, it can be used against the user. If the body is not physically conditioned in the first place, than using ki on it would be more a liability in the life-run. They could seriously damage their bodies should their energy wear off, and most likely get addicted to it like a drug if one is not careful. So again, one has to train and maintain the body & mind at all times in order to utilize ki properly.".
The elderly man finished up, "It's the same with weapons. When one lets ki flow into a weapon, it increases the weapon's durability and effectiveness, depending on said weapon. But again, it would be dangerous to use it on something that was not crafted well in the first place. When the flow of energy into the weapon is lessened or cut off completely, the item would not only lose its effectiveness but most likely would break once the strain it has endured caught up to it. So like the body, so must the weapon be forged and refined first before enhancing it with ki.".
Again, the ladies absorbed the information & the ones training with Master Roshi and the others in the future made mental notes to inform the other trainees on what they had just learned.
Bulma's voice came over the radio, "Look alive everyone! We are now nearing the West City Limits, so get ready!".
The young women who were new to the world went to either portholes or any other kind of windows in all of the crafts to see what Bulma's hometown was like. And exactly at 10:00 a.m…. the five crafts arrived at West City!
Katie and the ones from another universe could not believe what they were seeing. They were seeing a metropolis by the sea that looked to be something from out of movies that had deemed to showcase what buildings and civilizations would be like in the far future. Skyscrapers and spherical structures were very close together, many with colored roof décor on them. Glass-covered walkways that allowed for both vehicles and people to use, while down below many beings were either walking or riding around on vehicles that either had wheels or hovering functions!
Not only that, the young women got to see that the population was really varied! Not only did they have different colors and looks, but also of species! They saw anthro lions, gorillas, tigers, dogs and more walking the street wearing human clothes! And no human was batting an eye at them like they were weird or anything like that!
Daria's own eyes were wide in surprise as she stated in a surprised tone, "Wow… just… wow! Now this is something I never thought was possible. Only in cartoons or movies, but this… very nice!".
The ones who were with her agreed with her on that. In fact, they felt that despite the futuristic look, West City had a special kind of nostalgia to it that they liked. It was unusual for them to feel, but it was there all the same.
~At Capsule Corp. location~
Bulma called out once more, "Okay everyone, we're arriving at my home, the Capsule Corp. headquarters! Prepare to land!".
Master Roshi and Tien followed the craft that Bulma was in, which was heading towards her home. It was a large square area, palm trees dotted in some places on the well-maintained lawn. Four large white-domed houses of sort were set up on the property, worn brown pathways leading from them to the immense yellow central home in the middle of it! The ladies could see the large words in blue on the yellow home displaying proudly CAPSULE CORP.
The three crafts landed expertly on back of the building, which showed a lovely garden of flowers that was maintained by a beautiful blonde woman, who was currently watering said garden. The two aircrafts that had the robotic servants within went to one of the two houses, the domed tops opening up and allowing the vehicles to land within it before closing up.
Bulma and her group were the first to exit out of the aircrafts, followed by Tien and his group, Master Roshi and his entourage being the last. The Brief girl smiled to everyone and proclaimed proudly, "Welcome to West City and my home!".
Tien, Chiaotzu, Launch, Krillin and Master Roshi looked around the place. They had never been to the area before. They had been to other places and cities yes, but never to West City nor to Bulma's home. The others were taking it all in as well, Penny being awestruck the moment she had seen the city from above & the various beings that inhabited the metropolis.
She exclaimed, "Wow! This city looks amazing! Did you see all those anthro beings down there?! And this place, it looks fantastic!". No one could blame her enthusiasm, as they were feeling the same thing. Even Vicky was impressed, though she hid it under a mask of indifference & still being flanked by Kara and Barbara.
Bulma was pleased and amused by Penny's behavior, and she could not blame her since they did come from an entirely different base of reality. She spoke with a pleased tone, "Come on everyone, I'll give you a little tour of the place as we go to the ID Room. I just hope that…".
She was interrupted when a lovely voice sounded out, "Oh Bulma! It's good to see you again, dear!". The group saw that Bulma went from pleased to horrified quickly, looking behind her to see the owner of the voice. Yamcha, Oolong and Puar already knew who it was, amused smirks on their faces to see on what would occur now.
Walking towards them was the woman that was watering the flowers from before. Now that they were out of the craft & on the ground, they got a better look at her. She was wearing a baby-blue colored dress, a watering can in her left hand, her hair very full & thick and done up in a unique design, wearing two small purple orb earrings, her lips nicely decorated with blood-red lipsticks and two light blush marks on her cheeks. The most unique aspect was that her eyes in the shape of upside-down U's and seemingly closed. And also had a body that looked to be like that of a supermodel!
Master Roshi smiled wide and exclaimed in his lecherous tone, "Whoa mama! Now that is one hot little blonde lady!".
Yamcha chuckled and put in, "Yes she is, but she is also married. Everyone, meet Bulma's mother.". This had the effect of everyone being a bit stunned that the well-endowed and seemingly young woman in front of them was a mother.
Bulma just looked embarrassed now, her face flushed red while her mother walked towards her. She had a good aura about her, no kind of negativity that none could sense whatsoever. The blonde woman looked to her daughter and stated, "Bulma, it's so good to have you back! Me and your father were a bit worried about you when you suddenly went out to do all that shopping at the store & taking some of the Maid-Bots & Plumber-Bots with you yesterday. Is everything alright now?".
The blue-haired beauty forced herself to calm down, which wasn't easy since she knew that her mother tended to embarrass her, even if it wasn't intentional. She answered in an assuring tone, "I'm fine, Mom. Just had to help some new friends of mine with a bit of an emergency yesterday. In fact, here they are.".
Mrs. Briefs looked from her daughter to the others, recognizing Yamcha, Oolong and Puar but not knowing who the others were. She spoke in a pleasant/surprised tone, "Oh! Well, hello there everyone! My name is Panchy Briefs! Nice to meet you all.".
She did a polite little bow to them, as it was customary in welcoming new guests. Kim, Cree, April, Gwen Ten, Barbara and Kitty returned the gesture while saying hello back. The ladies introduced themselves by telling her their names, Vicky once again being a bit rude by not saying anything. Kara had to give her a death glare & cracking her knuckles in an intimidating way in order for Vicky to comply in giving her name.
The others merely smiled and waved to the alluring blonde woman. Master Roshi, Launch, Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu, Oolong and Puar nodded their heads in their way to say hello. Panchy continued to look at them but said to her daughter, "Oh my! You really made a lot of friends on your adventures! Is this all of them?".
Bulma answered, "No, this is not all of them. Three others had to stay behind because of one of them got hurt. But don't worry about it, I believe that you will see them soon enough.".
Mrs. Briefs was wondering who the three other new friends were of her daughter, then turned her gaze to see Yamcha behind the group of young women. She smiled and called out, "Oh, Yamcha! I have been meaning to tell you, your fan club has been asking about you again!".
This little announcement made the young martial artist freeze, a look of surprise and fear on his face. The young women were a bit surprised and perplexed by Yamcha's actions… until they felt a dark vibe coming from Bulma, Felicia and the others turning to see a look of pure anger & fury upon the face of Bulma, where the dark vibes were coming from.
The Desert Bandit managed to nervous smile and said in a nervous tone, "M-Mrs. Briefs, I think that now is not the time to talk about that…".
Wendy smirked as she sensed that some teasing material was in sight and needed to bring it out a bit more. She put in teasingly, "Oh wait, I think this is a good time to bring it up, since we are new here. Tell me Mrs. Briefs, what is this fan club you're talking about?".
The other women from another universe were staring at the Corduroy girl in disbelief, but Angelica, Alex, Kitty, Felicia, Jen, Emma and Debbie were amused and now curious to see how things would go.
Panchy continued to smile as she answered, "Oh, it's the girls from all over town. You see, Yamcha is one of the very few men in this town that is good-looking and also a known participant in the World Martial Arts Tournament. This had many of them flocking to them, despite him dating my daughter. Many have been coming by still, asking on when he would be back so they could convince him to go out on dates and such.".
Master Roshi and the others saw that Bulma was really ticked off that other women were still trying to move in on what she considered to be her territory. This made Yamcha look more nervous than ever, wondering why the fangirl craziness that he had escaped from did not calm down after his long absence.
The mother of Bulma inquired as she was still oblivious to her daughters anger, "Yamcha, do you want me to call them and tell them that you're back? They left me their phone numbers for you to get.".
Bulma soon exploded, a scary look on her face that had the party back up a little in fright! She exclaimed, "MOM! Now is not the right time for this! We'll be discussing that issue later! Ladies, everyone! Let's go to the ID Room now!". She stomped away from her mother, past the group of girls and towards Yamcha whom she grabbed him by the arm & continued to march away.
The others did not know what to say at this particular moment, but soon shrugged their shoulders and followed. However, some were thinking they had seen a worthwhile comedy-drama show and was well worth seeing. Mrs. Briefs waved goodbye to them, telling them to visit her soon for some snacks.
~Inside Capsule Corps.~
When the group walked into the abode, they saw that it was actually nicely decorated and had a modest air to it. It had the look of a manor, yet not with the usual opulent and extravagant flair that most people would have if they were multi-billionaires. As they walked further down the hallway… they came to an open area that was decorated more or less like a park! This surprised the young ladies as Jenny exclaimed, "Whoa! Are we back outside?!".
Bulma chuckled and answered with an amused tone, "Hahahaha! Nope, we're still inside. My Dad likes to use this part of the house to care for stray animals that he finds. Dogs, cats, dinosaurs…".
As soon as those words left her lips, the ladies were treated to the sight of two dogs and a cat playing with what appeared to be a light-green colored baby T-Rex! And within the park, a baby Brachiosaurus could be seen as she fed on the leaves inside the park! And also a large forest-green carnivore dinosaur with a dark-gray underbelly! It had long spikes that started from the top of its head, going down all the way on the back on the spine area & all the way to the tail. It had a large white horn on its head & small but strong-looking three-pronged claws that looked to belong on an Allosaurus.
But… its eyes seemed to be close together, and although it had a big jaw that showed pointy teeth… in reality, looked more dopey than fearsome like a normal dinosaur carnivore would be. It walked past them, not giving the humans and anthros a second glance.
This all amazed the young women, though not so much as the ones who were training under Master Roshi, as they had already seen some last night due to their test to find the rocks.
Emma whispered in awe, "Wow… just… wow! This is incredible!". It was made more so when four baby Triceratops emerged from the brush to greet them! Two were a light-brown color, indicating that they were males. The others were a dark-brown leaf color, indicating that they were females. Most of the ladies couldn't help themselves as they all knelt down to pet the playful little dinosaurs, minus Vicky since she was more interested in the fearsome-kind of saurian.
Bulma and the natives of the DB world chuckled at the sight, both amused and actually glad to see such a warm-hearted scene. As they watched on, an elderly and cheerful male voice called out, "Ah, Bulma! It's good to see you again!".
The group looked up and turned to their left to see that coming their way was a short man, a head shorter than Bulma. He had white skin, light-blue colored hair like she did, wore thin but large black-rimmed glasses over his eyes, a large white brush-like mustache, wore a light-teal colored shirt with a laboratory jacket over it, black jeans & finally a small black cat with large eyes and pointy ears clinging to his right shoulder area.
Puar smiled and stated with delight, "Ah! Hey there Dr. Brief! Good to see you again!".
Said man chuckled and waved to her before saying, "Hey, good afternoon to you Puar! Oolong, Yamcha and of course my little girl Bulma! Good to see your back, and with company too.".
Master Roshi was stunned to hear that the old man in front of them was the husband of the blonde bombshell from outside & the father of a great beauty like Bulma. He thought with a trace of envy in his tone, 'What the-?! How did someone like this goofy-looking man able to land someone as beautiful and bountiful like Panchy, and produce someone like Bulma?! While I can't get a single date?! How?! HOW?!'.
Bulma smiled and answered, "Hey Dad! Nice to see you too. Listen, these are my new friends. They're the reason I had to leave yesterday with all of the stuff I got from the store, and also in using some of the Maid-Bots and Plumber-bots I took with me.".
Dr. Brief looked to each of the women in the large entourage, grinning and stating in a welcoming tone, "Hi there! Any friend of Bulma's is a friend of mine! Welcome to our home!".
Just like with Panchy, the various women from another reality returned the gesture in kind & giving out their names to him. Master Roshi, Tien, Chiaotzu, Krillin and Launch also introduced themselves to Bulma's father. After the introductions, the genius who invented the Capsulation process and Dyno Capsule product looked around for a bit.
He looked to Bulma and inquired, "Hmmm? Bulma, I don't see Goku with you. I was hoping that he would be with you, since it's been awhile since I saw the little guy. Me and Panchy really miss him.".
The blue-haired beauty had a soft smile on when she answered him, "Goku is busy training somewhere far away from here Dad. He's doing it so he could be ready for the next World Martial Arts tournament that will start in a little less than three years from now.".
Dr. Brief had a fond smile on his face as he stated, "I see. Heh, that little guy always likes to train and get stronger, doesn't he? You know, the way you always went on about him and the adventures you had with him in the past made me think that you and him were a couple.".
Bulma smile left, soon having an annoyed look on her face as she hotly remarked, "Daddy! Goku is a good friend of mine, that's all! And besides, he's too much focused on the martial arts and still very naïve about most of the world.".
The elderly man had a puzzled look on his face and asked bluntly, "Oh, this that why you never made out with him when you brought him here the first time?".
Now THAT had Bulma going a full blush in the face with embarrassment as the memory came back on the first time Goku had come up to her house three years ago. She exclaimed with a look of embarrassment and anger on her face, her teeth looking like a sharks, "DAD! DO YOU HAVE TO EMBARESS ME IN FRONT OF EVERYONE LIKE THAT!?".
Kim and the others were wondering just how was it that Bulma could go from calm to anger just like that, and also wondering how she could change her teeth from normal to shark in that instance.
Dr. Briefs just smirked and replied, "Hahahaha! I'm your Dad, it's my job!". This got some snickers from the group, though they wisely silenced themselves after a glare from the Brief woman.
Bulma just forced herself to calm down, though it was not easy & declared hotly, "Come on everyone! We need to go the ID Room now! Let's go!".
She quickly stomped right through the park area, the animals sensing her anger and wisely stepping out of the way. Even the dinosaurs in the park, who had known Bulma for a good amount of time, knew that crossing her when she was in one of her moods was a bad idea.
The others soon followed her, waving & saying goodbye to Dr. Briefs before leaving. The old man saw them leave and spoke to the little black kitten on his shoulders, "Scratch, I think that girl of mine really needs to go on more normal dates instead of going on adventures. What do you think?". The adorable small kitten just meowed, giving his answer which no one really could understand.
The group continued to follow Bulma, who was starting to cool off a bit after the little stunt from her father. They passed through the park, going past rooms that showed unusual things. One room showed a testing site, where scientists were testing out the capsulation process on various items of various sizes. Some worked well enough to be put into a capsule… some seemed to have a malfunction, as they exploded! When the smoke cleared, it showed the scientists unharmed but very much singed and covered in soot.
Another room showed many female receptionists at desks, taking in calls and orders from various parts of the world. It seemed that Capsule Corps. reach was indeed vast, and the number of clients who looked to them for capsules was high indeed.
They soon came to a room that was marked with the words in front & in bold all-cap blue-colored letters ID ROOM. Bulma pressed some buttons on a small console near the door, a five-digit security lock. Once done, she pressed a green button, the console's light soon blinking green and undoing the lock.
Going through the door first, Bulma turned on a light switch and everyone saw what was in the room. A large machine was situated inside the area, with five TV-like cameras set up & aimed at a wall that had a white cloth covering on it. On the ground near the wall were blue X marks, indicating that a person would stand right on it with the camera facing them. And near the entrance way was a large printer that was connected to a personal computer system.
After some time looking over the place, Oolong spoke with a confused tone, "This place doesn't look as impressive as I thought it would be. So why the extra security like that?".
Bulma looked to him and explained to the anthro pig, "It's because this room makes ID for employees for the company, and the company has a lot of clout and leeway with almost every government in the world. While my Dad is a goofball and such, he is a genius and also of the straight kind. He never wants to abuse or misuse the authority he has that is equal almost to the King of Earth.".
Kara and the other women looked to Bulma in confusion, Kent-san inquiring in a confused tone, "Excuse me? Did you just say King of Earth?".
The blue-haired beauty smirked and answered, "I'll tell you more about it later. First, we need to make the necessary ID's here and change it a bit so that it looks you are citizens of West City.".
She went to stand between the wall and the cameras aiming at it, gesturing to the devices and explaining, "First, we take your pictures here. Stand on the X and look directly at the camera in front of you. When you are ready, give me the word and I will take the picture.".
Gwen Honorine inquired, "What is with the white cloth canvas? Is it the background?".
Bulma answered, "It is, but that can be changed with the picture. Employees often want to put exotic and unusual backgrounds in their ID's. The computer has a large number of backgrounds to choose from; jungles, waterfalls, grassy plains, outer space, mountains… some even have backgrounds of the arena of the World Martial Arts Tournament.".
She continued on, "After we take the pictures, you can decide if you want to keep your names or make new ones. And also if you wish to give yourself a nickname or title.".
Violet asked in a curious tone, "A nickname or title? What do you mean?".
Bulma snickered a little and explained, "Some people like to give themselves a nickname or title that shows what they think of themselves at. And before you ask, yes it is legal to do that. Heh, you should see the names that some of the employees and citizens have given themselves. If you want, you can put something down under your name that expresses what you think of yourself.".
This now opened up some bold possibilities for the various women in the group.
The beautiful genius finished up, "After we get your ID's and information in the computer, I'll blank out the history so that it will seem that all of you are legit agents of sort. Only top executives of the company, or those affiliated with the King can do this. And since I am top executive in my Dad's own company, I can do this.".
This really blew the others, including Master Roshi and the others, away. Even Yamcha did not know this, a bit amazed that Bulma really had this kind of influence but never used it until now.
Said woman was now at the computer, typing in some commands and soon a screen showed up that split into five screens. Four rectangles up at each corner, with one center of it all. Bulma looked to Tien, Yamcha, Launch, Master Roshi, Chiaotzu and Krillin and instructed, "Okay now, the cameras are all activated. Now, I need you all to man the cameras and make sure that you have a good shot of each of the girls as they stand in front of it.".
The group nodded, each one taking a station with Krillin and Chiaotzu working together on one due to their short stature. Once it was done, Bulma looked to the ladies from another universe and exclaimed with a smile, "Okay than, let's get started!".
~An hour later~
It was about 11:15 a.m. when the machine that was making the ID's was done with its duty, soon going silent as it pumped out the last of the identification cards. Each one was laminated, twice the size of a normal ID from the other Earth, and also displayed the girls names and pictures. All of them had decided to go with their full real names, since they did not truly exist in this world & no one would be able to find any similarities and such of anyone that could match them.
It also displayed their height, weight, birthdate which Bulma had modified slightly due to that the planet followed ages instead of years, eye color, hair color, skin color, ethnicity, sex and address which was Bulma's address.
Jenny was given a slightly different birthdate, which apparently shown on when she was assembled rather than born. And also additional information spoke that she was the personal bodyguard of Bulma. This was needed since Jenny was a robot. And also, they had to come up with last names for Musa and Starfire.
She also completed their background history before pressing in the Print command button.
The differences was in backgrounds… and nicknames. Apparently, all of the girls had decided to use nicknames/titles that were displayed underneath their names.
For backgrounds, it was this:
Kim, Cree, Barbara, April, Wendy and Makoto opted to have the background be the arena of the World Martial Arts Tournament.
Alex, Ginger, Cleo and Jen wanted their backgrounds to be of the ocean with majestic splashing waves behind them.
Vicky, Diana and Katie actually wanted their backgrounds to be that of an exploding volcano, with molten lava spewing forth from the top.
Musa, Kara, Gwen Tennyson, Sabrina and Felicia had their backgrounds be that of outer space, with Jupiter shown brilliantly in the upper-right corner.
Jenny, Debbie, Emma, Daria and Kitty opted for backgrounds that showed an excellent waterfall background.
Penny and Gwen Honorine went for a tropical jungle that had a T-Rex being shown on the right side & a Triceratops on the left side of their facial pictures.
Angelica, Violet and Starfire chose to have their backgrounds show a meadow with a medieval castle in the background, complete with a European-style dragon on the right side & a beautiful and shapely fairy with wings on the left side.

Once the ID cards came out, they were given to their new owners, who examined it thoroughly. Penny put out, "I got to say, this is actually pretty cool. Wish the ID's back at home were like this.".
Diana added in, "I'll say. Also, this will be something great to take back home with me after we find all of the Dragonballs.". Each of the ladies expressed on how good their facial pictures and backgrounds looked like. Even Vicky couldn't complain, and that was saying something!
Starfire turned to Bulma with a grateful grin and exclaimed, "These new identification cards are so wonderful and great! Thank you Friend Bulma!".
Said woman smiled and replied, "Heh, anytime Starfire. Anytime! Now then, we need to go to the West City National Bank to pick up the accountants. After that, we go to the MegaMink Art Gallery museum to get the art appraiser. And the last thing to do is go to the Autocon Mall to shop for what we need.".
The group gave out a positive cheer, soon turning everything off and leaving the room. Bulma was the last one out, making sure that everything was indeed off before closing the door. The electronic lock automatically kicked in when the door was shut tight.
~At West City National Bank~
The bank of the city was quite large, similar in size and design of the European Investment Bank in Kirchberg, Luxemburg! Since the city was quite wealthy not because of the various businesses that were housed there, but also doing business with various other companies and more that were spread out all over the planet.
The various citizens of the city were going to and fro about their business, already have seen some strange things thanks to the many inventions pumped out by Capsule Corp. and its inventing founder Dr. Briefs. However, it was always a sight to see four ultra-class long limos going into one of the underground parking lots that was expressive for VIP's only!
The limos were long and very well furnished, luxury and class that were top of the line. Each vehicle could fit twelve people comfortably & entertain them with all the latest technology such as TV that could pick up all kinds of stations & a snack/soda bar. Bulma had opted to go with these particular vehicles since her company owned them, and also that it was needed due to soon obtaining the four people they needed.
Once the expensive cars were parked, the group climbed out… though certain ones like Vicky, Oolong, Angelica, Debbie, Penny and Kitty were reluctant to leave such luxury. Once all were accounted for, Bulma told them to follow her to the elevator that would lead them to where they needed to be. The service elevator where they were at would only open to certified customers who were truly part of the VIP list.
The blue-haired beauty used her ID card on the panel of the elevator, the panel light turning green and the door opening up. The elevator room was certainly spacious, able to fit about 25 regular humans in their comfortably. Bulma went in and pressed the elevator to the 25th floor, urging her new friends to go in. Going in was Kim, Yamcha, Puar, Wendy, Violet, Gwen Ten, Felicia, Kitty, Kara, Vicky, Barbara, Musa, Emma, Tien, Chiaotzu, Master Roshi, April, Ginger, Jen and Diana.
Once they were in, Bulma hopped out and stated, "Once you get on the 25th floor, get out and wait. We'll be up shortly after you. Once we're all together, we'll find who we need.". The group nodded in acknowledgement to her, the doors closing and soon rising up high & fast. But it was smooth, as if one didn't know that they were moving.
The wait was only about a minute or so, the electronic number indicator showing the number 25 and a DING sound being heard. The doors opened up, the group stepping out and off to find themselves in a vast room that had a lot of workers around! Many men and women, of human and non-human form, were either running around delivering supplies to cubicles or to said work space in order to do their duties.
Kim put in a stunned tone, "Wow! This place sure is alive.". Indeed, she thought that the bank would be boring and bland… but apparently, this was not the case for this particular bank.
Yamcha replied, "It has to be. A lot of people from around the world, not just here in the city, do business with this bank. Royalty and other people of immense influence and power put their trust here in the bank.".
Master Roshi added in, "They do indeed. And the bank makes sure that the employees stay not just at the top of their game, but that they do each work with positive energy and outlooks. That they give their best, from the smallest of tasks to the most immense of them.".
A couple of minutes later, the elevator door opened and coming forth was Bulma and the others. She looked to them all and stated, "Okay everyone, follow me!".
The group followed, Jenny noticing that there were some robots on the floor but they looked nothing like her or the ones built by her mother. And the organic beings were treating them nice and well as if they were real, living beings. It was comforting to see to her.
However, the ladies noticed that they were getting eyed by many of the workers now. Many were generally curious about the newcomers, no more and no less. However, some of the males were eyeing the beautiful young ladies up and down their fine forms. Some of them were rather daring as they gave the company lecherous looks.
Some like Ginger, Debbie, Sabrina, Penny, Emma, Violet, Kitty and Katie were looking nervous and tense at the looks they were getting. However, they were protected by their friends who stood by them. Also, the intimidating glare from the Tien, Yamcha and Master Roshi made the males be nervous and look away… least they rile up the ones that could put them through the ringer easily.
Bulma came to a room that had glass windows, but special plastic coverings that made peering inside quite difficult. Anyone would see the reflections in the room, but it would be distorted enough so that people would not clearly see the occupants in the room. The blue-haired beauty went to the door and pushed an intercom box that was located on the right side of it. A moment later, a female voice came on and inquired, "Who would you like for me to call for this meeting, Bulma-sama?".
She answered, "I would like for Vicky Eileen, Tyler Jeptha & Satoshi Takehiko to come as quickly as they can to this meeting room.".
The female voice on the other side of the intercom answered, "It shall be done. Please, go on in and wait.". A click was heard, indicating that the door was open and the room was ready for them. Bulma went in first, the others following. The interior of the room had a large rectangular table with forty chairs, sparsely decorated but with some good taste to make the room more pleasant to be in & also offering a good view of the city through a large window.
Everyone took a seat, Vicky of course being situated between Kara and Barbara. Miss Kent looked to Bulma and inquired, "Do you think this will take long?".
She answered, "No, I don't believe it will. I have known these three for years. They are good, reliable and trustworthy.".
It was about 11:35 a.m. now, fifteen minutes having passed since the call was made, when the three bank accountants of the Brief family came in.
Vicky Eileen was a woman that looked to be in her mid-30's, her figure well-maintained and tone despite that she was wearing a professional business attire. She had shocking pink hair that was quite long, fair white skin, eyes that were a brilliant jade-green that was hidden behind some stylish/functional glasses, pink lips and an air of confidence & optimism.
Tyler Jeptha was a man that looked to be of African descent and looked to be in his early 40's. He was a head taller than Vicky, looking to be in good shape and wearing his professional attire with pride. He had hair that was in dreadlocks, in a style that was similar to the character Sanka Coffie from the 1993 Disney live-action move Cool Runnings. He had black eyes that shone with an inner strength that was impressive, and an air of confidence followed by a no-nonsense attitude that was amazingly reassuring.
Satoshi Takehiko was a man that looked to be of Japanese descent, around his late 30's like Vicky. He had black hair that was spiky, similar to the character Red from the popular video game series known as Pokémon. He had fair skin, eyes black as his hair and a build that showed that he did work out. Not as intense like Tyler, but enough to keep him in shape. He wore his professional business attire with pride like his comrade, briefcase in hand and also having an air of being prepared no matter what.
The three bowed politely as one and stated altogether in a respectful tone, "Welcome to the bank, Bulma-sama!".
Bulma grinned and replied in a playful tone, "Hey you three! Good to see you again!". The trio rose up, their postures relaxing and their faces showing smiles, showing that the three were on friendly terms with the young lady.
She stated that she hoped she did not interrupt them from their work, Vicky waving it off and answering, "Nah, you didn't interrupt us. To tell you the truth, we are glad to get away from behind our desks.".
Tyler added, "Yeah, you got that right. I mean, I love to work but even I would get a bit bored after a little bit of monotony. So you calling us here actually broke me out of the boredom. Hehehehe…".
The three went to the remaining chairs in the room, Satoshi putting his briefcase on the table and opening it up. He took out a laptop, one that looked to be like a Toshiba T1100 laptop! Some that knew technology like Gwen, Cree, Felicia, Diana, April, Kim and Barbara were amazed to see something they had only seen in museums and such. But to them, that laptop looked new!
He also took out two spiral-bound notebooks, a pen and two pencils. Once he put them in front of him, he looked to Bulma and inquired, "So Bulma-sama, why have you called us here? And does this have to do with your guests here?".
Bulma smiled, very much amused on how organized Satoshi was & how he liked to make sure he got everything down. That is what made him a very efficient and dependable accountant. She answered, "Yes it does.".
She sat down in her chair, now in her element while everyone now looked on as she took the driver's seat, so to speak. Bulma started off, "First, I need two things done. One, I would like to open accounts for everyone here. But I would like for this one's account to be handled directly by me.". She pointed over to Miss Aidith, who set a thunderous scowl over to her which she ignored.
Vicky Eileen adjusted her glasses slightly and replied, "I see. That we could easily do. But… why call us when it could be handled by one of our subordinates?".
Satoshi inquired in a serious tone, "I take that these guests of yours are of a more special nature, am I right Bulma-sama?".
The blue-haired beauty nodded and answered, "They are. And also for Vicky Aidith here, I don't exactly fully trust her with money yet. So that is why that while she has an account here, it will be handled by me until I deem her trustworthy enough.". The trio looked to the visitor from another universe, who merely scowled at them. The three soon had a feeling that Bulma was making the right decision in not letting her fully handle an account in her name.
Tyler answered back professionally, "I see. And what about the second thing you need done?".
Bulma replied back, "I need you three to come with me today and inspect something that I believe will surprise you all. It is what I need you all to look at and deposit into each of their accounts, once you inspect it.".
This had the trio's eyes widen a fraction, confusion and puzzlement on their faces. This was not the first time that Bulma had surprised them with something secret in the past, but they felt that this time… it was something truly big.
She finished up in a serious tone, "I will be more than happy to compensate you for your time and effort, of course. But I also need you three to be very quiet about this. It's very serious, so complete confidentiality and more on this.".
The trio looked to one another, talking with their eyes and facial features without the need to speak. After a moment or two had passed, they nodded their heads with Eileen-san answering, "We agree to your terms and are ready to start, Bulma-sama.".
Bulma smiled showed that she was very much pleased with this, the others showing the same expression on their faces… except on Vicky Aidith's face, which was still showing displeasure as even though she will have an account, she would not be able to do much with it without Bulma's express permission.
The whole affair took little less than an hour, Miss Eileen and Mr. Jeptha showing effective workmanship by asking each of the ladies their names & also how they wanted their newly minted Checking and Savings account. Of course, Bulma made sure that any and all kind of transactions involving Vicky Aidith needed to go through her first to approve of or no.
Mr. Takehiko made sure to record everything that was said and done, both digitally on his laptop & physically too on the notebooks he brought. He was a firm believer in having both digital and physical back-ups, just in case something happened. He also used his laptop to create the accounts for the young ladies.
Bulma told them someone else would be brought along that would also need accounts later on, when he got physically better. This did make the trio a bit curious on who the other person was, but they trusted the blue-haired beauty as always.
When everything was finalized and the young ladies from another universe officially had accounts with the bank, Bulma took the trio of accountants with her and the others back down to the VIP parking garage. The trio was really wondering on what it was that their top client was up to, and what they were getting themselves into.
~At the MegaMink Art Gallery~
The four limos were now arriving in front of the MegaMink Art Gallery, the largest art museum on the planet. Its structure was similar to that of the São Paulo Art Biennial building in Brazil, and it hosted a number of amazing & unusual artworks from all around the planet. Paintings, statues, physical objects and more were on display for all of the citizens to see.
Bulma and the others left the limos in a location near the museum, the beautiful genius turning on the security feature in each of the vehicles. Should anyone try to break into the expensive-looking transportation objects… they would get a surprise that would be rather shocking to them, as well as activate a silent alarm that would reach out to any police unit within 10 miles of the limos.
At entering the museum, the ladies were floored to see so many wonderful and unique works of art. Penny put in excitedly, "Whoa… this place has any kind of museum I have been to beat by miles!".
Katie added in the same tone, "Me too! Even the Acme Art of Props and Gags can't even come close to this!". They saw paintings of various styles and visuals, clay statues of various mythological beings like fairies/demons/gods/goddesses & also objects that were rumored to be from famous beings throughout the years. Even Krillin, Tien, Chiaotzu and Master Roshi were taking it all in as they had never been there before.
As the group walked on & also took in the various forms of art, Bulma soon reached an area that was normally off-limits to the public and way in the back of the building. In said area was a door marked ART APPRAISERS, which had a closed-circuit television a.k.a. CCTV video surveillance camera near it. The daughter of Dr. Brief knocked on the door, which a voice came over a loudspeaker on the right side and stated in a male voice, "Sorry but this area is restricted and all of the appraisers are busy. Please leave, and have a nice day.".
Bulma stood firm however and replied, "Excuse me, but my name is Bulma Briefs and I need to talk to Gaspar Teófilo. It's very important.".
The voice on the other line replied in the same drone tone, "I'm sorry but… ahhh! Hey, hey! Cut it out!".
A loud SMACK was heard on the other side of the door, followed by a struggle as this caused the group outside to actually produce sweatdrops on the back of their heads. In a moment, the door opened and coming forth was a young man that looked to be in his early 30's. He had sandy-blonde hair that was done in a short cut, red eyes, wearing a shirt that showed the image of a black dragon on it that did not look anything like Nebula, black pants with sneakers on, fair light skin & a build that was more akin to an athlete rather than an art appraiser.
Bulma grinned and inquired in a polite tone, "Hey there, Gaspar! How are you doing?".
The young man answered in a apologetic tone, "Hello there Bulma-san. It's been awhile since you last came here. And sorry about the rude person on the other side of the intercom. My colleague loves privacy, so he tends to snap at anyone that tries to come here without an appointment.".
Gaspar took a step to the side to show the others his colleague, which was an elderly man with a long gray beard, wearing traditional-looking art clothes… and seemingly out-cold, due to a large goose-egg bump on his head. This had the group look at Teófilo-san, who said that he had no choice and took a drastic measure. But he assured them that he would be fine.
He walked out the door and closed it, looking at Bulma and the others. He inquired, "Well, now that the old codger is out of the way for now, tell me… what do you have that needs me, Bulma-san?".
The blue-haired beauty answered, "Me and my new friends have recently come across some valuable artwork that I think maybe worth a fortune. We need your expertise and critical eye to determine its actual worth. But… we also need to keep all of this a secret.". She said the last part in a serious tone.
Gaspar looked to the Brief heiress, seeing the intense look in her eyes. He stared right back for a few moments… than had a soft smile on and answered in a playful tone, "Very well then. Bulma-sama, you have the services of the incredible Gaspar Teófilo, art appraiser extraordinaire!".
Bulma smiled and giggled at the antics of someone she considered not just as a friend, but as a competent person when it came to art. Despite his looks and demeanor, Gaspar was actually quite the best when it came down to examining any kind of object. While quite young, compared to the other appraisers, he had a keen & sharp eye that was quite surprising.
Looking at the group, he looked at the various young ladies and smiled to them. He stated in a playful faux-suave tone, "Hello there, everyone. My name is Gaspar Teófilo, and I will do my best to aid you in whatever way possible.". This made some of the ladies like Starfire, Makoto, Alex, Sabrina, Emma, Violet and Kitty giggle at the action. The rest merely smiled and rolled their eyes in a playful manner, though Vicky again just showed her displeasure for the entire thing.
~At the Autocon Mall~
It was now 1:00 p.m. when the limos arrived to their last destination… the immense and majestic building that was known to all as the Autocon Mall! The visitors from another universe were in awe at seeing such a place that was similar to the famous Mall of America back in their homeworld! The vehicles had once again went into a private garage that was meant for the exclusively rich or important beings. It was located underneath the mall, accessed only by a special elevator that only certain individuals had access to, so it would allow them to take their purchases with them in complete privacy.
They once again had to come in two groups, and also they arrived in a special area that was in the back of the mall on the Ground level. Bulma led the group onward… and they soon emerged to something that really took the breath away from everyone!
Four levels of splendor was shown before them, the whole area crowded with various patrons as they went to their destinations either by themselves or with others. Wendy spoke in an awed tone, "Oh man… this place is incredible! Just look at it!".
No one could truly blame her for speaking in such a fashion. The place was immense in size alone, and in every direction seemed to be a store where one could browse through or look around in. The place jammed pack, but it was in a way that gave off a good feeling of thrills and adventures for those who were either serious or casual shoppers.
Launch was smiling wide and exclaimed happily, "Now this is amazing! I bet this place has lots of stores in it!".
Bulma grinned at her awe-struck friends, old and new, and answered in a proud tone, "You bet it does! The Ground level, which we are on now, is the entertainment section. You can find arcades, book stores, electronic stores, firework stores, playgrounds… it even has an indoor water-theme park called Adventure King- Water Carnival! It also has a grocery store in it as well.
She continued onward, "The 1st floor has department stores that showcase in any kind of fashion for the body. You know; dresses, swimsuits, shoes, shirts, accessories and stuff like that. There are some stores that are for the everyday shopper, and some that are very exclusive & expensive! But the quality of their work is actually along with the price, even if it is high. Trust me on that one.".
It would appear that Bulma was quite knowledgeable about those particular kinds of department stores.
Said blue-haired beauty pressed on, "The 2nd floor has stores for those that really like to work with their hands. It has departments that specialize in art work, home repair and renovations, science, hot tub/pool items, security systems, hotel décor and more. On that floor is a store called Devilman Gadgets: Machine and Tools Emporium, run by Damien Laisum, owner and vendor of said store.".
Barbara said in a perplexing tone, "That is an… odd name for a store.".
Bulma had a small smile on as she replied, "True, but his store is the real deal. I shop there a lot for the gadgets and inventions I make. Damien is handsome and a little bit of a playboy, but not in a lecherous way. He actually has a good heart and is very fond of women, but more like a gentleman than anything else.". This had some of the women curious and slightly interested in seeing this Damien character.
She continued on, "The 3rd floor is the relaxation court, where the Food Court is at. It houses many kinds of restaurants there, from those serving fast-food, to ultra-fancy ones that require reservations and deep pocket books. And also anything in-between the two! It's also a place where one can relax from the hustle and bustle of shopping.".
At the mention of food, many members of the group were anxious to go up there now to get something to fill their stomachs since it was now considered lunch time.
Bulma finished up, "And finally, the 4th floor is where it houses the main security of the mall. Small police units are stationed in various places on every floor, but the 4th floor houses the entire central nerve center of the security force. Only those on the police force within the mall have access to special elevators and such that no one else can use in case of emergencies. And it has the most up-to-date security measures on the planet. Not as advanced as the ones used at my home and company, but they do come a close second.".
Gwen Honorine inquired, "So… what do we do now?".
The Brief heiress answered in a confident tone, "First, we stick together. We maybe a large group, but it's still easy to get lost in the crowd and around the place. I'm counting on Master Roshi and the others to keep an eye on everyone as best they can. And Kara, Barbara and Jenny. I am counting on you to keep an eye on Miss Aidith there.". She cast her glance to Vicky, who merely pouted and looked away. Bulma knew that the demented babysitter from Dimmesdale would try anything to escape. So she needed the best ones in the group to keep an eye on her at all times.
Bulma continued on, "Second, we go to the 1st floor first so we can see what kinds of clothing and other accessories to get for all of you. And after everyone is done in picking out what they need & want, we're going to the 2nd floor to get any items that we will need for the up-keep & repair inside the manor. And perhaps tools that can help in repairing and renovating the entire base.".
Some saw the wisdom in her words, that they would need to shop for new items/utensils/tools to repair, maintain and up-keep not just the manor… but the ENTIRE Red Ribbon Army compound! Plus, to also get the necessary items/equipment needed to start working on Sapphire Jewel.
She finished up, "After that, we go to the Food Court to get something to eat, than we finish up by getting more groceries for the manor. With a lot of people living there, need to stock up a lot since you all will be here for a year or so. And also, all of this will go my credit card, so it's all on me!". She was not worried about the bill that was going to come in soon, as her family was VERY rich!
Still, she would make sure that none of them would get anything TOO extravagant or was really not needed. Also, when they finished up their shopping, she would call one of the workers at her home to send over a LARGE vehicle that would be able to hold everything. They would use it to carry the stuff and everyone back to the base, the limos being returned to the home by the trusted drivers.
Master Roshi nodded his head and stated, "That's a good plan, Bulma-chan. So than, shall we get started?". The others agreed with him, as Bulma's plan was simple but effective & making sense. Gaspar, Vicky, Tyler and Satoshi would help them out in keeping track of the ladies & making sure that they did not wander off too far. And they would be able to purchase the things they either wanted or needed, but on their own money.
They felt it would not be right to burden their friend Bulma with their purchases when she was doing this for her new friends. But they were curious about something things about the whole affair, and hearing her mention the word 'base' really had their curiosity soaring to new heights. But, they would be patient and see what all of this was about.
The entire lot soon started to step forward, going into the complex more and officially starting their mall crawl!

The camera shows the scene of twilight as the sun is almost completely gone over the horizon. Credits roll on by to showcase the people who made the anime series possible.
A field is displayed that has several large domed Capsule Corp. houses, arranged in a circle with one in the middle slightly smaller than the others. The scene showed Danny Fenton at the doorway to the smaller one since it was his alone. He stretched his arms and went inside his new abode to relax, not knowing of his dates who were watching him as he went inside the home.
The camera showed that the ladies were sharing a Capsule home that could easily sustain 5 people comfortably. It went as follows:

The camera showed the ladies relaxing in their new homes, doing various things. However… the camera shows each of their faces & it shows that all of them have a certain young lad on their minds. Soon, a dream sequence starts that shows each of the ladies time spent with Danny so far in the new world they are on.
And it also displays some daydreams they have where Danny chooses one of them out of everyone else.
When the sun goes out completely and the girls see its getting late, the camera shows the ladies going to their rooms to get ready for bed.
As they start to get ready, the camera shows another dream sequence that features a certain girl with Danny; Kim on the Nimbus Cloud with Danny Phantom flying beside her, Makoto and Danny fighting various bad guys together, Felicia and Danny partying at a nightclub in one of the cities they visited, Kara Kent flying through the sky with Danny Phantom, etc.
The random dream sequences end, and the camera shows the ladies soon plopping on their own beds in their own rooms.
The camera shows the young ladies soon in Dreamland, each one having a pleasant smile on as they are dreaming of the future. The camera shows more scenes of their dreams; Phantasma grinning & running away with Danny as they found one of the Dragon Balls in a land of demons, Angelica holding tightly to Danny on an air bike as they rode above the ground but not high in the air either, Wendy Corduroy and Danny putting down some strange land pirates that they had run into, Katie Kaboom on a date with Danny at a romantic carnival that showed a Ferris Wheel that lit up in lights for them K.K. & D.F., etc.
The camera changes to go back to the real world, showing in slow changing sequence the ladies that are all dreaming of the young man they have come to really know & appreciate. They all know his good and bad sides, his good characteristics and flaws that he is trying to work on… and also his dedication to watching over & being there for them.
The camera finishes on Starfire, shifting to show Danny as he lies awake in his room. He is looking up at the ceiling, the camera changing to his Point of View as on the ceiling are the ladies faces in dream circles of sort.
The camera shows the faces of the girls in random fashion, and also showcases an action that Danny took with the girls during his adventures in the new Earth they were on. After that, the camera switches from his Point of View and goes back to show his face as he is deep in thought… on which lady he really does come to love more so than the others in terms of the romantic, long-term sense.
The camera switches from the restless Fenton boy back to the ladies, showing that some of them had blushes on their faces as the dreams they were having about the young lad was drifting towards more… daring territories, some quite bold & adult in nature.
The camera than changes to outside, zooming slowly away from the homes to showcase the stars that were now twinkling free and strong in the velvet black sky. The moon shone brightly… and within the moon came in the random picture of Danny's face holding one of the ladies close to him! A shooting star shot forth underneath the moon, as the final part of the credits showed.

Before I say or do anything else, I want to give glory and honor to the Lord. Thank you Jesus for looking after my family, thank you for helping said family and myself for seeing us through these rough and tough times. It is still hard without my Dad around to enjoy life with us… but at least I know he is watching us from Heaven, and I do take comfort in that at least. God, continue to please looking out for us, my friends all over the world and also the many people in the world who still need you very much.
On May 29th, I went with my family to Downtown San Antonio to put my father Daniel Garza Rodriguez Sr. picture on a heart. They were holding a memorial to all of those in the city that had fallen to the eternally damned plague known as COVID-19, putting their loved ones pictures on hearts linked to a fence in a memorial way. It was hard for us… but it was something that I believe we all needed.
I really hope and pray still for this to happen all over the world. That the plague known as the Coronavirus is eliminated in all ways from the equation of life. That it becomes more or less of a bad dream to really put down for good. To this day, I do not believe that it was even natural to begin with & also that it was spread out in an intentional way. Done by someone with a mortal heart and mindset that did this all intentionally, but the motive… I do not know for sure.
I continue and hope also for the New Normal & Do The Five Thing rules and regulations to also be done away with for good.
I hope and pray to see people no longer wearing masks, that they joyfully and willingly take them off and burn them/throw them away for good! To me, the masks being worn is a symbol of fear, anxiety, hesitation, doubt and paranoia. So I hope that soon, they will no longer be needed or required. And that people can convince others to also let go of their masks and no longer hide behind them. To see the complete and exposed face of a person completes a picture that I believe is more than necessary. That it is a small, subtle detail that actually makes a significant difference.
I hope and pray for distancing to be a thing of the past, where people actually enjoy being in crowds where it is two feet or less! For people to make real-deal, tried and true connections with others! For contactless actions and services to be done away with for good! For people to no longer be isolated from one another, nor to have plastic walls/barriers come between them!
I hope and pray for excessive focus on sanitation to be lessened to a great degree, and also that people do not become dependent on virtual/online substitutions to everything. That they go out and experience real true living in real-reality, in the real world like we used to do LONG before this nightmare started.
And most important of all… I hope and pray to see people no longer being fearful/anxious/paranoid/doubtful/hesitant/lazy/greedy! I want people to live like they used to, but better as to NEVER take the many small, subtle but significant freedoms and such for granted! For them to really get back to tried and true living/working/worshipping and more like before, but with zest and zeal! For people to trust in one another, and more importantly trust in Jesus Christ to look after them on all levels.
In the words of the Captain from Disney-Pixar's 2008 animated film WALL-E- I don't want to just survive, I want to live!
In the next chapter, you will see what Danny and the others have been doing since the others left for West City. And believe me, they will find some surprising things in the other buildings of the base! And also, Danny will bond with Nebula and the beautiful ghouls more. They will learn more about him and his friends, and vice-versa too. And also be welcomed by the sight of an aircraft that would be close to the size of a McDonnell Douglas/Boeing C-17 Globemaster III cargo plane!
Also, while I may have modeled the mall after the Mall of the America, I use with fondness the department stores and such that I remember from the past all the way up to the present. Such as Sears, Montgomery Ward, Mervyns, Toys R Us, K-B Toy Stores and much more! The kind I grew up with, and also the kinds that used to exist like Walt Disney Store until many things, including the blasted COVID-19 plague forced many shops to close up for good.
So in the words of the narrator at the end of each episode of the anime show… Fine out what is to come in the next episode of Danny Fenton: A Chaotic Adventure!
