Author's note- Many thanks to all my readers for your precious reviews since chapter first...Its Published on 8th April 2013 nd I received huge positive response from readers...I got huge acceptance and love for this Fiction and Two new characters- Gaurav and Sameer...I got many readers who use to eagerly wait and reviewed since first chapter but unfortunately I lost many precious readers(Nitu, Fk, KK, Dk, R&R , Titan) as I have to leave this story inbetween due to some reasons. Miss cid- yeah Gaurav did mistake by let his Sammy drink and it costs him, nd many thanks for correcting me, This Doctor Sagar is not Sammy's Orthopaedician and tbh I totally forgot that I Have already added as Orthop...as for me it difficult to choose Doctors name that suits them according to profession. Puja- thanks for your review and I have cleared it many times it is not about Duo only, it's about Friendship and Sacrifcie and bonding between friends, In most of my Duo stories I have shown almost every thing about friendship and TBH at the moment I'm totally Out of Ideas for Duo.
I suggest you to read rest of my stories for full Duo dose or starts reading Tpq from First chapter to get Duo dose...I have almost shown every kind of bond and treatment for Daya and Now for me there is not much to shown about them tbh. There r lot of Duo writers here, You can read their stories too but I can't repeat same things in every story. I have already asked for New ideas for Duo in chapter 48 but no one suggest anything nd let me clear This story will move forward according to demand, and most of the readers are loving GauSam at the moment...Duo sure will get space but it will take some time.

Aapne Padha-
Sameer demanded for A drink from Gaurav while dining in restaurant and than move towards Bar and Duo moved towards shopping mall. Sameer drank exceswive alcohol and get out of control, his condition got worse and heartrate increases uncontrollably that Gaurav rushed him to his friend's hospital that appears to be very strict with Sameer during treatment. After Sameer became fine, Dr. Viney (yes he is now) apologies Gaurav for gettig rude on his Sammy but he denies that he raise hzand on Sameer.
Abb age-
Gaurav smiles and pat his arm- bas kar...achhe se jaanta hu tujhe-Main to aisa soch bi nahin sakta- he mimicking him and than- milta hu Sammy ko and he goes inside room.. and saw Sameer was on bed...having monitor wires attached over his body...Oxygen mask on his face...
Gaurav steps forward and reach near his bed...sat on chair and place hand on his forehead...he opens his eyes and look at Gaurav- Dara diya tumne mujhe aaj Sammy
A tear fall from corner of his eyes- I...I'm sorry he manage to speak in feeble tone..
Gaurav- shh Sammy...and he wipes that tear immediately...
Sameer lift his hand and remove his oxygen mask- plzzz ghar...hatao ise...he mumbles..
Gaurav holds his hand- Plz ...thori der rehne do...
Sameer- mujhe is se ghab...rahat ho rahi hai...and he starts to breathe heavily...
Gaurav- place hand on his head- calm down Sammy don't get Panic Ok...relax...
Sameer- Gauravvv...I...can can't...plzzz and he tries to wake up- Mujhe nahin rukna yahan...Main thik hu bilkul...plz ghar
Gaurav gets up immediately and place hand on his shoulder in order to lie him- lete raho araam se Sammy...ek baar repeat Ekg karni hai Viney ne...phir chalange...
Sameer lie down immediately- jaldi karwao Gaurav...I...I can't bear...it anymore... kyu laye mujhe ya...yahan...Iss...Iss Kha...kharoos ke paas? he complaints like kid...
Gaurav smiles- Kharoos ke paas laya isi liye bachh gye tumm and checks his SpO2 that shown to be 95%, so he turn off the oxygen and remove the mask...than sat back- Happy?
Sameer than look at monitor and than at his hand having IV Was drip- ye bhi Ga...
Gaurav- No...Not now Sammy ...he said bit strictly and than being soft- thora sa checkup ho jaye phir chalte hai ghar
Sameer- Fineeee and angrily turn his face to other side...
Gaurav- Sammy plzzz and at same time door opens and Nurse and a ward boy came inside...with medicine trolley...
Nurse- Dr. Gaurav...Dr. Viney ne inki ecg repeat karne ke liye bola hai abhi...aur ek injection bhi repeat karna hai...
Sameer angrily- can't he see on Monitor...kyu time waste...
Gaurav interrupts- Sameerrr...Don't you know record bhi rakhna hota hai?
Sameer didn't reply in anger...
Gaurav gets up- plz go ahead...I'm waiting outside...and he ruffles his hairs- main abhi aya... than he came out of room and move towards reception where Duo were sitting and Abhijeet was reading newspaper...Daya was half lying and yawning...he smiles and move towards them...
Abhijeet looked at him place the newspaper aside- kaisa hai Sameer abb? baat ki usne?
Daya tries to get up but Gaurav stops him...and sat beside him...and Abhijeet sat too..
Gaurav- Hosh mein hai wo...much better now...aur ghar jaane ki zid kar raha hai... Abhi sister ecg karne lagi hai...phir thori der mein nikalte hain ghar ke liye...
Abhijeet- Thank God he is fine now...and he looks at his face- abb yaar tum plz use daantna mat...
Gaurav took sigh- nai daantuga Yaar...aaj uske liye sab maaf?
Daya shocked voice- Aaj? sirf aaj? and he gets up and stand infront of him- Gaurav hadd hoti hai...tumhari itni sakhti ka hi nateeja hai ye jo kuch bhi hua aaj...tumhari wajah se aaj Sameer...
Gaurav interrupts angrily- Daya...mind your language...
Daya- Gaurav tumm
Abhijeet interrupts- Daya...chup raho tum...aaj Sameer ne jo kuch bhi kiya...wo Gaurav ki sakhti ka nahin...Sakhti na karne ka Nateeja hai...achha hota agar Gaurav do thappad maar kar use wahan se le ata...lekin Gaurav ne use peene di taaki uska mood achha ho jaye...aur jo hua wo tumhare saamne hai...
Daya- lekin itna peene dene ki kya zaroorat thi?
Abhijeet interrupts- Dayaaa...tumhe kya lagta hai...Gaurav kabhi chahta ke uske Sammy ke saath ye sab ho? use takleef nahin hui is sab se?
Gaurav- Abhijeet its ok...plz tum Daya ko...
Abhijeet glared at Daya - nai Gaurav...mujhe achha nahin lagta...tum hi kyu bure ban jaate ho hamesha...
Daya realises his mistake-I...I'm sorry Gaurav...main kuch zyada...
Gaurav smiles a bit- its ok Daya, tumhe Sameer ki fikar hai isliye shayad tum...and at same time arrives there holding ecg in his hand...and everyone turns towards him...and Gaurav took few steps towards him-Viney...I think ecg is fine now...
Dr. Viney smiles- haan ...its normal now, see and he forward towards him and Gaurav gave a quick look to it..
Gaurav- hmmm heart rate 82/min and Thank God baaki sab bhi thik hai...
Viney - hmmm baaki sab thik nahin hai Gaurav...Sameer se tum kisi bhi tarah medicine ka pta karo...nai to ye sab phir se ho sakta hai...
Abhijeet- aap fikar mat kijiye...abb nahin hoga...aur medicine ka pata bhi hum laga lenge...
Viney smiles- thats good ...I wish koi drugs waigra na liye ho Sameer ne...
Daya- lekin drugs to ghar main bilkul nahin a sakte...
Viney- I hope aisa hi ho...ya ho skata hai koi mediicne ho...koi overdose ho gya ho? khair is waqt hum Sameer ke paas chalte hain...Agar aap log bhi ana chahe to mil sakte hai abhi us se...
Abhijeet- pehle aap check kar lijiye...phir hum ate hain...hum sab ko saath dekh kar shayad wo comfortable feel na kare...
Viney- ok as you wish...
Gaurav look at Abhijeet- excauseme...and they headed towards Sameer's Room and they open the door...and as Viney enters inside followed by Gaurav...he received pillow on his face that he cathch immediately...and shockingly looked at Sameer...
Sameer- GET LOSTTTTT...DON'T COME NEAR ME...and he move behind to keep distance from him and again was about to pick something else...
Gaurav shocked too and look at Sameer angrily- SAMEERRR... WHAT IS THISSS?
Nurse and ward boy immediately hold his arms tightly...
Sameer- LEAVE ME...chodo and he struggles while looking at Gaurav with teary eyes and than remove his arm with jerk...
Gaurav move towards him hurridely - calm down Sammy...he said with little concern...
Viney too followed him and turn off the monitor...
Sameer forward his hand and grab Gaurav's hand tightly- Gaurav mujhe ghar jana hai...
Viney looks at him and than share a understanding smile with Gaurav - relax Sameer main tumhe yahan rakhne wala nahin hu...bas abhi bhej rahe hain ghar...bas thora sa aur jhelna padega tumhe ye sab...uske baad tum azaad ho...and he signals Gaurav to talk...
Gaurav nods his head and than loosen his grip- Sammy...I'm here now...Viney ko bas ek baar check karne do...phir to hum ghar ja hi rahe hain and he sat beside him holding his hand...
Sameer in irritating manner- jaldi karo plzzz I can't...
Gaurav- Sameerrr amd Sameer stops there...Gaurav looking at him in concern POV - Sammy ka Viney ke liye gussa saaf bata raha hai isne Sammy ko roughly treat kiya hoga...Thappad to zarur mara hoga tabhi mera Sammy gusse mein itna laal peela ho raha hai...but I know Viney ne koshish to ki hogi araam se handle karne ki...lekin ise shayad ye nahin pata ke Sammy ko handle karna har kisi ke bas ki baat nahin...
Viney move close a bit...and forward his hand to check his pulse and than remove chest electrodes and nurse came forwards nd take it from him and turns of the monitor...then he checks him with stehoscope and than left him and looked at Gaurav-he is fine now...main medicine likh kar de raha hu...wo miss na ho...and he looked at nurse- Sister inka cannula out kardo aur azaad kardo inhe...and she followed the instructions-Here you go...and he pat his shoulder- age se dhyaan rakhna...zyada mat pi lena...nai to phirse mere paas ana padega...
Sameer- tumhare paas to main kabhi nahin aounga...chahe kuch bhi ho jaye...
Gaurav- Sameer...Viney ko thanks bolne ke bajaye tum aise keh rahe ho?
Viney - Its ok Gaurav...nd he looked at Sameer- mere paas nai ana mat aao...no problem lekin jo aaj kia tumne wo dobara kabhi mat karna...I wish tumhe kuch na ho...
Sameer nods his head in yes- Maine kuch nahin kiya waise...
Viney smiles nd look at Gaurav- Le jao Gaurav apne Sammy ko ghar aur iske kaan kheenchakr poochna sab...
Sameer shockingly looked at Viney and he smiles nd ruffles his hair- relax Sameer mazaak ka rraha hu and he pats his arm nd shakes hand with Gaurav and left the room- Ra...Viney kya poochne ke liye keh raha tha? He asked with some doubt in scared tone...
Gaurav forward his hand and adjust his collar - kuch nahin...ghar chalte hain abb and at same time Duo enters inside...
Abhijeet move towards Sameer followed by Daya- kaise ho Sameer abb?
Sameer- I'm fine Abhijeet...and he looked at Daya- I...I'm sorry meri wajah se aap logon ko itni pareshaani hui...main aisa nahin karna...
Abhijeet interrupts- kuch mat bolo Sameer...tum sahi salamat ho yehi bahuti hai hamare liye...
Daya smiles- Sameer...waise tumne hum sab ko dara diya yaar...and he looked at Gaurav- aur aaj pehli baar maine Gaurav ko itna dara hua dekha...ye kaam tum hi kar sakte ho
Gaurav ignoring him- lets go Daya...
they left the Hospital after few minutes...

Sameer sitting on Sofa...looking outside window- kitna darawna mausam hai...sardii wala...main yahan itne cozy room mein baitha hu...itna safe feel hota hai ghar ke ander...lekin Didi...didi kahan hai pata nahin...unhe bhi sardi lagti hogi? itni sardi hai bahar...kaisa feel hota hoga unhe...Di kahan ho aap...Apne Sammy ko chod kar kaise chali gyi aap? kaise and tear fall from his eyes...
Flashback-
Sammy...Sammy pagall ho gya hai tu? itni sardi mein kyu khada hai bahar? Sonali asked him in scolding manner...
Mujhe us Bitch ne bola khade hone ke liye yahan he said while hugging himself due to cold...
kitni baar bola use Bitch mat bol, tu samjhta hi nahin hai...she speaks wrapping a shawl around him...
boluga boluga use baar baar boluga main...bitch hi hai wo- Sauce ki bottle toot gye to koi aisi saza deta hai bachho ko? Little Sameer replied angrily wiping his tears- Agar Mummy hoti to aisa kabhi nahin karti...he said in teary tone...
Sonali too had tears and she wipes them immediately- Mummy nahin hai to kya hua...main to hu na...
Sameer innocently- aur jab tumhari shaadi ho jayegi to tum bhi to chali jaogi na mujhe is Bitch ke paas chod kar- Akela...main bilkul akela reh jauga Didi...tum plz shaadi mat karna didi...he said in teary tone...
Sonali- are budhhu meri shaadi kaun si kal hi ho rahi hai...abhi bahut time hai...aur jab bhi hogi na...main tujhe yahan nahin rehne doongi...apne saath le jaugi...
Sameer's face delighted on thinking all this but saddened again- lekin agar tumhare husband ne...mujhe saath rakhne se mana kar diya to?
Sonali- tu tension mat le...main husband hi aisa dhoondogi jo tera mujhse bhi zyada khyaal rakhega...
Sameer smile again- sach aisa hoga Didi...hum hamesha saath rahenge naa...
Sonali- haan Hamesha saath rahenge hum...main kabhi tujhe apne se door nahin hone doongi...don't worry...and she looked around- Dekh Sammy itna andhera ho raha hai bahut sardi bhi hai...Ander chal aur apni us Bitch ko Sorry bol de...
Main nahin boluga...chahe kuch bhi ho jaye... He said stubbornly...
Thik hai to khade raho sari raat yehi par...aur tumhare saath main bhi yehi rahugi- Chahe mujhe kitni bhi sardi kyu na lag jaye...aur phir tumhe Bhooton wali khaniya sunakar daraugi...phir tum cheekhkar kahan chupoge? Main hug bhi nahin karugi...
Sammy got scared and looked at her and than run inside without say anything- Yahan bahar bhooton ka dar...aur ander wo...ander Badi bhootni ka dar...and Sonali glared at him- Tu pyar se kuch nahin samjhta...kab bada hoga tu...and she shockingly looked above him- are...tere peeche ye...safed kapro main kaun hai Sammy...Sameer got scared- ahhhhhhhhhh didiii bhaagooo and He runs after him followed by Sonali...
Ye lo Sammy Doodh pio...Gaurav place hand on his shoulder and he came out of past with Jerk...
Flashback over-

Jaldi thik ho jao...phir yahan dil kare so jana...lekin is waqt mujhse argue karne ka koi faida nahin hai Sammy...You need rest okey...isliye achhe bachhe ban kar Chup chaap doodh pio aur so jao...
Sameer reluctantly hold glass of milk and than look at Gaurav- aaj...meri wajah se bahut pareshaan huae na tum? Kya tum...sach mein dar gye the?
Gaurav smiles and sat beside him- nai darna chahye tha mujhe? Halaat dekhi thi apni...itni kaise tolerate kar gye tum? pehle to Ek drink ke baad hi tumhe hosh nahin rehta tha?
Sameer place glass on table...and turns his head down...
Gaurav -kya liya tha tumne Sammy? koi medicine waigra?
Sameer- nai...Main...maine kuch nahin...
Gaurav- Sameer plzz...you have to tell me...I promise kuch nahin kahuga...you need to trust me...
Sameer not making eye contact with him- Main tumse kyu kuch chupauga Gaurav... Infact I...I can't...
Gaurav- You're lying Sameer...but remember one thing- agar mujhe kahin kisi aur se pata chala to bahut maar padegi tumhe...is se achha hai khud bata do...
Sameer-mujhe sona hai...Good night and he place glass of milk on table and lie down by covering himself with blanket...
Gaurav looking at him and a smile appears on his face-kya karu...is waqt to ye bataye ga nahin mujhe...kal tak wait karna padega...Tab tak mujhe ispar nazar rakhni padegi kahin phir kuch ulta seedha na kha le...Samajh nahin ata isne kaun si mediicne khayi hogi...Manohar kaka se to nahin mangwayi...wo mujhse bina pooche aise kabhi koi medicine nahin la sakte...and he realizes- How can I forgot...Aaj Manohar kaka to ghar mein the hi nahin...unhone us Sunil ko bheja tha...and he turns on the lamp and turns off the lights...and came out of the room...

Haan Daya...jaise Gaurav bata raha hai us hisaab se to wo sab medicine ki wajah se hi hua...lekin mudde ki baat ye hai ke uske paas aisi medicine ayi kahan se? Gaurav kabhi bhi aisi koi medicine Sameer ki pahunch mein nahin ane dega jis se Sameer ko kabhi koi nuksaan ho...
Daya- hmmm boss aaj ghar mein Manohar kaka to nahin the...unhone kisi Sunil ko bulaya tha ghar mein apni absence mein...
haan aur ho na ho us Sunil ne hi...hame Gaurav se baat karni chahyae...and they came out of room...
and met outside their respective rooms-
Abhijeet- Gaurav hame tumse kuch zaroori baat karni hai...regarding Sameer's condition...
Gaurav- Sunil? main bhi aap logon se baat karne hi a raha tha...
Abhijeet- room mein chalkar baat karte hain Gaurav and they move towards duo's room...and enter inside- Waise hame bhi lagta hai Sunil ne hi Sameer ko koi medicine lakar di hogi...Tumne Sameer se baat ki...
Gaurav- koshish ki thi lekin wo neend ka bahana karke let gya...
Abhijeet- Aaj hi Manohar kaka nahin the to ye sab ho gya...
Gaurav- hmm Manohar kaka ko kuch khaas instructions de rakhe hain Sammy ke liye maine...unme se Medicine related things priority par hain...aur is mamle mein wo bhi kaafi strict hain...
Daya- hmm aur ye baat Sameer bhi jaanta hai shayad is liye aaj usne mauke ka faida uthaya aur...
Gaurav- Haan...use hum logon par trust nahin hai shayad...is liye aaj use jaise hi mauka mila...and he pauses than continue after while- ye Sameer pata nahin kab samjhega sab...
Abhijeet- Don't worry Gaurav...zaroor samjhega wo...lekin shayad is waqt wo thora sadme aur takleef mein hai...aur wo nahin jaanta uske liye kya sahi aur kya galat hai...and he looked at sorrowful Gaurav- hame Manohar kaka se baat karni chahyae is waqt ya nahin?
Gaurav come into senses... checking time- raat kaafi ho chuki hai...mere khyaal se subah baat kare to zyada achha rahega...tab tak Sammy bhi thora sambhal jayega... shayad wo khud kuch bata de...
Daya- mujhe nahin lagta wo tumhe kuch batayega Gaurav...
Gaurav glared at him- kya main jaan sakta hu apko aisa kyu lagta hai Daya...
Daya scared a bit and than looked at Abhijeet...expect him to answer...
Abhijeet scratch his neck and turn his face to other side...
Gaurav- tumne jawaab nahin diya Daya...kyu laga tumhe aisa?
Daya- wo...actually mujhe...and he thinks for a second- wo mujhe laga kyu ke... Sameer tumse bahut darta hai na is liye...wo daant khane ke liye thore batayega tumhe...and he again looked at Abhijeet to jump in...
Abhijeet finally- haan Gaurav...Daya thik keh raha hai...Tum Sameer ke liye ek bade bhai jaise...ek father figure ki tarah ho...aur jaise koi bachha apne bado se darta hai galti hone par...unse sach chupata hai..bhale unhe pata bhi hota hai ke uski Help bhi wahin karenge... lekin phir bhi wo chupata hai...thik waise hi Sameer hai...you need to win his confidence Gaurav...agar tum logon ki situation normal hoti to koi baat nahin thi...but is waqt jaise bhi halaat hain...Sameer ko bahut zaroorat hai tumhare pyar ki tumhare saath ki...Ek tarah se Sameer ne phirse apni Didi ko khoya hai...use phirse ek aas jaagi thi ke uski didi wapis ayegi...lekin unfortunately aisa nahin ho paya...jis se wo toot gya hai phir se shayad...aur is waqt tumahre siva koi aur kareebi nahi jis se wo apni takleef share kar sake...is liys tumhe uski baat sun ni aur samjhani hi padegi Gaurav...so Tum apne gusse ko kuch dino ke liye hold par rakho aur Sameer ke saath Patience dikhao...
Gaurav nods his head- hmmm you're right Abhijeet...I need to talk with him patiently and he checks time- anyways Thanks yaar...so jao tum log bhi...kaafi raat ho gyi hai...
Abhijeet- no problem Gaurav...I wish age sab achha hi ho...
Gaurav smiles and forward his hand towards him- hmm Good night...subah milte hain...
Abhijeet too shakes hand with him-Good night Gaurav...Sweet dreams...
Gaurav - sweet dreams and he came out of their room...
Daya pat Abhijeet's arm- wah Boss...Samjhate to tum bahut achha ho...I'm really proud of you...chalo isi khushi mein ek ek game ho jaye...he said while sitting on chair around chess table...
Abhijeet turn towards him- hmm idea achha hai Daya...lekin time galat hai...is waqt koi game nahin...and he tap his head- chup chaap so jao...bahut raat ho gyi yaar... mujhe bahut neend a rahi hai...and he fall on bed by turning of light...
Daya smiles looking at him- ye kya aaj Boss aise gir gye bed par...lagta hai bahut thak gya Abhijeet...so jata hu main bhi and he gets up and move towards Abhijeet...put blanket on him...

Gaurav enters inside and move towards Sameer...he place hand on his head and ruffles his hairs-Sammy...sach mein so rahe ho kya?
Sameer lift his head up and tries to open his eyes- naii...nai sona mujhe...and place head back on Pillow and get in deep sleep i n minutes..
Gaurav smiles and than suddenly realise something- Sameer sona kyu nahin chahta... jab dekhko nahin sona...nahin sona...kahin isne...yes yes...tabhi iski ye halaat hui...and he gets up- abb bas subah ho jaye jaldi se...us Sunil ki class to main leta hu...
