He tried to tell him but remember as Gaurav wants to concentrate on Daya only for a while. later He bribes wardboy in hospital to bring ciggrettes for him when he was unable to buy iit and then he headed towards Aditya's room as per Gaurav's instructions and as he enters inside He smells him immediately...

Sameer enters inside reluctantly- Hi...good morning Aditya...
Aditya look at him- Are Sameer...aao aao...and he senses something- ye smell? Tum Ciggrette pikar aye ho?
Sameer shockingly become numb- nai...nai wo...Maine nai pi...
Aditya understands he is lying...He signals him to sit- hmm good...baithiyae...
Sameer sit there and than look at him with scared eyes...

Staff turns their head towards him- Ye to Sameer Sir hain...
Nurse- inki tabiyat kharaab lag rahi hai...
Receptionist- abhi thori der pehle to bilkul thik the...maine inhe Dr. Aditya ke room mein jaane ko bola tha...As per 's intructions...and they piercing him carefully...
Sameer's hands starts to tremble...he starts taking deep breaths...trying to calm down himself- Gau... Gaurav ke paas jata hu...nahin...nahin jana uske paas...
Nurse- Mere khayal se hame Gaurav Sir ko inform karna chahyae...
Receptionist- Sir ne mana kiya hai kisi ko bhi ander ane se...OPD bhi Dr. Aditya dekh rahe hain aaj...thori der wait karte hain...agar zaroorat padi to inform kar denge and she again starts looking at Sameer...
Sameer remove a tablet with his shivering hands and place it in his mouth...
Gaurav observing all this carefully...He wants to go outside to Hug and soothe Sameer immediately as it was hard for him to stop himself but he Controls and wait till he settles himself- Sameer ko kya ho raha hai...I think he is having a Panic attack... aur ye sab uski bewakoofiyon ki wajah se ho raha hai...pyar se ye kuch samajh nahin raha ye...
Sameer settles a bit and feels better- mujhe yahan se jana hoga...pata nahin kab phirse... and he rubs hand over his face...and tries to get up but feeling too low...so he sat back...
Gaurav get up from his seat...think for a while and than dials Aditya's number...He pick up the call - Adityaa...Sameer aya tha na tumhare paas?

Aditya gets up from his chair- what? Don't worry...Abhi dekhta hu and he move outside and than found him there than lunged towards Sameer- Sameerrr You okeyyy? aise kyu baithe ho? He asked by placing hand on his shoulder...
Sameer trembling tone- I...Iii aa amm not feel...mere haath...kaamp rahe hain...I'm not feeling well Adityaaa...tu...tum plzzz Ga...Gaurav ko kuc...kuch mat...mat batana wo... Panic...Panic room mein band...band kar dega...
Aditya concerned tone - rub hand on his shoulder- kuch nahin karega Gaurav...you just relaxxx..
On seeing Aditya there...A staff member run towards him- Sirrr...Sameer Sir aap thik hain?
Sameer nods his head in yes...

Aditya - inhe letao emergency room mein...and he shifted him in emergency room and made him drink water...He settles little more...

Aditya smiles and ruffles his hair- abb tum thori der rest karo...main ata hu ek patient dekhkar...
Sameer- Mujhe ana hai...and he look around the room- main nahin ruk sakta yahan..
Aditya- lekin rukna padega...kam se kam ek ghanta rest karoge tum...koshish karo thora so jao...tumhari aankhen chadhi hui hain jaise tum soye nahin raat bhar...
Sameer- hmmm nahin soya main...sota hu to bure bure sapne ate hain...bas...mujhe achha nahin lagta sona...nahin sona mujhe kabhi bhi...he said getting irritated...
Aditya looking at him shockingly what he is saying and than speaks- achha thik hai mat so...lekin kuch der ke liye let jao...you need rest...and he came out of emergency room...

Gaurav dials the number and call his staff inside immediately...and they enters inside...
Receptionist- Yes Sir...
Gaurav- Aap logon ne bahar Dr. Sameer ko dekha abhi...unki tabiyat kharaab lag rahi thi...kuch minutes pehle...
Ward boy- g Sir...dekha humne...bahut pareshaan lag rahe the wo...
Gaurav- hmmm phir bhi aap logon mein se koi nahin gya unke paas? Aap logon ko zaroori nahin laga ke dekhe kya takleef hai unhe?

Aditya hesitates- Maine use bola ke agar...Gaurav...Gaurav ko pata chal gya to wo tumhe Panic room mein band karke...chaabi fenk dega Khayi mein...
Gaurav looking at him in disbelief- tumne aisa kaha us se? Really Aditya?

Gaurav- Daya calm down ok...kuch nahin hoga and he immediately put it on his face...

Nurse finds a fine vein and clean it with swab then prick him... He moves his hand with full strength and she missed the injection...that leads to puncture of vein and cause swelling immediately- Sir...swelling ho gyi inke haath par..
Aditya angrily- Sameer calm down ok...2 minute nahin let sakte tum? Ajit tum Dr. Gaurav ko bulakar lana agar inhone injection nahin lagwaya to...phir wo apne tarike se lagayenge inhe njection...
Sameer stops struggling- nai...koi nahin bulayega unhe...lekin mujhe koi injection nahin lagwana...I'm fine...

Amyra moving towards him and give him a quick hug as she knows he didn't like to get close to women after his Sonu's demise- Kaise ho Gaurav tum?
Gaurav signals her to sit...and as she was about to move towards Sofa...He drags chair infornt of his Desk - please sit...

Gaurav- He is fine and recovering well, yehi hospital mein hi hai wo...
Amyra- oh thats great...us se bhi milna ho jayega...
Gaurav- He is not well Amyra...abhi rest kar raha hai wo...khaye...tum batao...Tumahri life kaisi chal rahi hai...
Amyra- Boringg...meri shaadi tootne ki kagaar par hai..Kuch der rahat paane ke liye India ayi hu...and she continues...
After 15 minutes-
Amyra- Thankyou so much Gaurav mujhe Sahi guide karne ke liye... feeling much better now...and she hugs him tightly...to Gaurav's surprise...
At same time door opens and Gaurav seprates her immediately and shocked to see the person there...

Sameer holding tears back- Ga...Gaurav...and he looked at Amyra with hatered in his eyes
Amyra too move towards him- Sameer...kaise ho tum? tumhari chot kaisi hai abb?
Sameer Teary tone - Excaus...Excause me...please Carry on and he take his steps back and left the room...
Amyra looking at the door and than at Gaurav who was himself in shock- Gaurav... mujhe chalna chahyae...and many thanks again...
Gaurav- Bye and she left the room...He came back and sat on his chair- Sameer...kya soch raha hoga wo...pehle hi upset hai wo...dekhta hu jakar kya kar raha hai? and he pick up his phone and move towards Aditya's room...

Sameer sitting in his room...trying to find out the tablets from his pocket but couldn't find it- ye medicine...medicine kahan gyiii...itni medicine thi...and than he moves to some hidden place and removes a packet of ciggerette with his trembling hands and than return back to room...turns on lighter and lit ciggerette it...Cough badly as he inhale...eyes become teary...but he couldn't stop...
Outside-
Ye ciggarette ki smelll kahan se a rahi hai?
Matlab koi smoking kar raha hai yahan? kahin koi patient to nahin...They looked at each other...
Agar Gaurav Sir ko pata chal gya to chorenge nahin wo...hame dekhna chahyae kahan hai and they run towards the source- Yehi isi room se a rahi hai smell...and as they opens the door...shocked to see him there- ? Sameer was unaware of their presence their as he was lost in his own world...They immediately closed the door- Abb kya kare? Ye to hain?

Gaurav looking at the medicine- Can't believe wo ye medicine le raha hai, Mo******* ka to mujhe pata hal gya tha...nd he pick up another strip- lekin ye...He knows very well ye kitni addictive hai phir bhi...You know ye jo bhi ho raha hai Sameer ke saath...Main uspar gussa karta hu to wo naraaz hokar ya darkar phirse koi galti kar deta hai... Ye cycle isi tarah chal rahi hai mere aur Sammy ke roothne manane ka... Wo bas...bas Sonu ka jana sehan nahin ho raha us se... nd its the root cause of all his Tantrums... aur abb wo do kadam age badh chuka hai aur ye medicine...
Aditya concerned tone- hmm You're right Gaurav...Waise main bhi hairaan ho gya tha jab ye medicine nikli uski pocket se...It seems he is on self destruction mode...aur yaar ye Amyra ko bhi aaj hi ana tha? Gaurav look at Aditya- See...kya kar raha hai Sameer? aur tum mujhe bol rahe ho ke main kuch zyada hi sakhti dikhata hu...and he gets up nd move towards door...
Aditya- Gaurav plzzz...tum Sameer par bigdoge nahin...Gaurav left the room ignoring his words...Sameer beta aaj tu gya...and he run after him...

Sameer was coughing badly but still inhaling smoke...
Gaurav enters room- Sameerrrr? and he looked at table- cigarette packet and lighter placed there...
(Staff outisde on Reception- aaj to Sameer Sir ki khair nahin)
Sameer turn his face towards him and than tries to stand up by holding- Hello Dr. Gauravvv and he exhales smoke rings over his face...that was enough to raise his Temper...
Dr. Gaurav ke bachhe...and A Slap stamped mercilessly on his soft cheek...that leads him to fall over bed...and ciggerette got smashed in his hand...and at same time
Aditya came there- Gauravv...and he immediately holds Sameer nd make him sit there Sameer than looked at his hand with tears in his eyes- Sameer whats going on...kya kar rahe ho tum? chalo bahar aao and he tries to make him stand...
Gaurav angrily- Nai Adityaaa...mujhe Sameer se baat karne do...dn he signals him- You Down..sit here...I said SIT DOWN
Aditya look at him- Gaurav plz...uska haath jal gya cigarette se...he mumbles in requesting tone...
Gaurav place hand on Sameer's chest and pushed him to sit...than He drags chair and sit infront of him...Look at me...I said LOOK AT ME..Sameer turn his head up but couldn't meet his gaze...He than remove a cigarette 🚬 from packet and give it to Sameer...pakdo ise...Sameer hold that with trembling hands...He than pick up the lighter and lit the 🚬
Aditya knowing well what he is upto- Sameer beta aaj bura fasa tu Gaurav ke haatho log paon par kulhadi maarte hain lekin tumne aaj khud kulhaadi par pao rakh liya..
Gaurav- Pio araam se...koi nahin rokega tumhe...Carry on...
Sameer scared like hell...couldn't manage to speak anything...Pacified inbetween by Gaurav...as he he coughed...and Somehow he finished the cigarette...and took sigh of relief...
Gaurav- very good...and than he pick up second and again forward it to Sameer- carry on...C'mon...
Sameer give a bachao look to Aditya but he was unable to help him infront of Gaurav...
Gaurav- Sameer...hurry up...pakdo ise...mujhe aur bhi bahut kaam hai...
Aditya signals him to apologie...
Sameer gain some courage (in feeble tone)- Ga...Rav...mujhe nah...I..am Sorry...and again get slapped badly...
Aditya move ahead but Gaurav showed him hand and he stops there...
Gaurav raises his finger- Shhhh ek shabd nahin...Now Hurry up...pio ise bhi...Achhi Tarah se Research complete honi chahyae na tumhari? hmm...tum ye saara packet finish karoge
Sameer shocked to know that he Knews his talk with ward boy...and he scared more and more with passing of each second...His hands start to shiver...He rubs hand on his face...and somehow hold cigarette...
Gaurav again lit it and he finished it again...and this scene continues till 5th cigarette and Sameer broke down..
Sameer (sobbing+shivering+coughing)- I...I am Sor...Sorry Gauravv age se...ka... kab uhu uhu kabb bhi cigar... uhu cigarette nahin... I'm I'm sorry...uhu...sorry...
Gaurav looked at Aditya and he signals him to leave him...
Gaurav- hmmm Research complete hui ya aur karle thori si?
Sameer turning his head down and wipes his tears...than again hold bed tightly...
Aditya- Gaurav plzz yaar...
Gaurav than throw the packet and lighter in Dustbin and forwards his hand towards his cheek...
Smaeer get scared and turn his face back immediately...
Gaurav- Relaxxx and he pat his cheek softly- Jakar face wash karo apna... phir coffee bhijwata hu tumhare liye...and he gets up and than move towards Door...
Aditya than took few steps towards Sameer...
Adityaaa...patients wait kar rahe hain bahar...
Aditya nods his head- Aya...and took his steps back and leave room before Gaurav...
Gaurav than look at his Sameer...sitting dolefully...like a scared child in corner of bed He thinks for a while...feels pity on him and than took few steps toward him...
Sameer scared again as he was stepping towards him and he get up...
