Hi everyone!

Thanks for being so forgiving on me on the next update! Especially since this is the most paramount episode of all.

After all, it is the final episode. Maybe I'm subconsciously/secretly spacing out updates so that this story will not end ;'(

I will cry just thinking of that notion. I MUST EXTEND MORE!

Hehe, just kidding. Enjoy the continuing of the final episode!

With just three remaining, the accusations against each other turn rampant. The players start pointing fingers at each other, and with only an episode to go, it won't be long until one of them is revealed as the true agent of the game. As the final three enter a mysterious world, another mission of danger lurks just around the corner that will test their skills of working together in the face of peril...and death.

THE FINAL EPISODE (PART 2)

As the door opened, a figure stepped out into the large metal room. It was Tiny, looking around and eyes wide from the light she was exposed to. It took her only a few seconds amidst the smoke to spot the other two players, waiting for her arrival.

"Phew…...hi...!" Tiny began, waving out the smoke that was blocking her view, but she ran forwards happily. "You guys did it and found me! I can't believe it! You-" She stopped speaking as soon as she noticed the metal surroundings of the factory's room, and one thing else: Éclair, Piantissimo, and McHallyboo were all facing another structure within the factory: they had been waiting for a different door.

"Wait..." The three of them turned to her, stunned.

Piantissimo: Well, what did you know? It was the wrong door.

"Oh dear..." Eclair said, seeing their third player come out from the opposite door of their expectation. McHallyboo smiled.

"Well, that was all for naught," Piantissimo said with disappointment, looking around. He let the coin of fated power fall from his hands, as it hit the cold floor with a small clang. The three of them had lost the first game of their episode.

"I am afraid you have failed the three questions game," McHallyboo said, still smiling. "You…have lost this game. I am sorry." The sounds of the heavy machinery around their spot wasn't enough to distract them from their overall dissatisfaction as a team.

Mission - Failure

Tiny crossed her arms, looking down. "It's fine," she sighed, a little let down. "I mean, I'm sad my game went down, but at least we gave it all a try.

Tiny: I felt like this was my land, and my game, so it was a little bit of a disappointment to watch all of us fail it.

"What went wrong?" Tiny asked, curious. McHallyboo opened a little notebook, flipping through the pages of the questions past.

"Well, first of all," the host began, "the first question was answered incorrectly. Tiny…you answered that you believed Piantissimo would spend his money extravagantly if he would win the game." She looked at the other two.

"I…kinda almost said Éclair at the first question, because perhaps she's used to such large money," Tiny explained. "But at the last second, I was thinking, 'What would the others say? Would they really choose Eclair for an obscure reason like that' So I went with Piantissimo…no offense." Éclair and Piantissimo looked shocked.

"Oh no...it was my fault," Eclair stated with a sorry face. "We believed Piantissimo at first, but then...I went with me because I thought so."

"Just a small switch, darn," Piantissimo said, snapping his fingers. "It's all our faults."

Piantissimo: Eclair was a possible Mole suspect for that, because she offered the second possibility for the first question.

Tiny: I think that maybe Piantissimo should have had more in a say in the first question. It was suspicious that he just let it go.

McHallyboo turned the other page in his notebook with a strange face.

"And second," McHallyboo continued, "was the last decision. The question asking, 'Who is more likely to steal a Plus 1 from another player?'" He pointed at Tiny, who looked unwilling to answer. She nodded, pointing to Piantissimo, as the player left out a huff.

"Huh…" Piantissimo said, almost with a smile.

Piantissimo: So she suspects me to have taken the Plus 1…interesting. I am just curious on what compels her opinion.

"We answered the question with a…coin flip," Eclair said, almost embarrassed to say their method. Tiny's mouth dropped open.

"But why?" Tiny stuttered. "You could have maybe…used maybe logic and thinking, than just flip a coin?" Piantissimo looked a bit humiliated.

"How are we supposed to know what's going on in your mind?" he reasoned, looking at Tiny. "It is impossible…because you are so mysterious." Tiny let back a triumphant smile at his statement.

"Let us just say…we believed it was a good idea until we knew we got it wrong," Eclair added with a little laugh. The others laughed too, but Tiny looked at Piantissimo with a small head shake.

"I still don't get why you used a coin flip...of randomness...to decide our games winnings," she muttered. Piantissimo looked at her with a small shrug.

"And just like that, with a flip-flopping sabotage from the Mole, you are lead further to the despair of not winning…" McHallyboo said slowly with a grin, picking up the metal ground from the cold floor, "and the beautiful 10,000 coins remains away from the pot." All three players stared at him, as he looked back at them.

"Well," the host began. He turned to the exit of the factory, to a door that held a red whirring light.

"Let's relax a bit. After all, it is the last episode."

The night was setting on the island. They were hit with the watery shore each time the tide went up, and a small hut would serve as their sleeping arrangements for the night. The moon reflected beautifully on the entire island: from a plane's view in the sky, Donkey Kong Island would look like nothing less than a spectacular mixture of flora, cliffs, and beach in the middle of the ocean. But the three of them were on lawn chairs, lightly enjoying the beach with thousands of thoughts going through each of their heads. Even on the cool island, none of them could relax, knowing that the game was in the beginning of its final moments.

"I appreciate the host taking his time to make us smoothies," Éclair spoke up, holding one in her hand. "It is rare for McHallyboo to show us such gentleness." It was nighttime, and the beach's sand was a gentle color of grey to all of them. The day was ending.

"I would have appreciated it if he did not let us face those mushrooms and dinosaurs," Piantissimo said, finishing his sip. "But alas…this game has always been cruel."

"Yeah…you can say that again," spoke Tiny with a roll of her eyes. "I mean, phew…this game is probably cruel to everyone but the..." She paused, taking a gulp, and the other two just how she was going to finish her sentence.

"The Mole." The three of them nodded, as the beach air seemed still.

"The Mole, which, I must say," Piantissimo piped up suddenly, "you would play a very great role as…Éclair." Éclair turned to Piantissimo with a surprised face.

"Me?" Eclair asked, confused.

"Why wouldn't it be you?" the athlete said, smiling a bit as he leaned forwards in his chair. "You play the peacemaker of this game, but you are smarter than you show. And you have a side to you that's tricky, and full of deceit. When you destroyed that boat in Episode 5, that was the proof. I'm sure of it." The princess was stunned at his words.

"I'm with Piantissimo on that statement," Tiny said, suddenly joining in as well with a little smile. "You're an extremely nice person…maybe a little too nice sometimes, Eclair. It makes you a very possible Mole as well."

Tiny: Éclair is a nice player…which makes a good Mole. She is a possibility too.

Eclair looked at her two teammates.. "Perhaps I could indeed be the Mole," Éclair replied. But then, she let out a little smile.

"But if the Mole is extremely nice, as you say…then that means it can be you as well...Tiny."

"What!" At hearing Eclair's accusation, Tiny let out a shocked laugh.

"Tiny...let's not deny it at all," Piantissimo went on with a look of suspicion. "Your so-called innocence…your over-nervous little frets before each execution…how wouldn't that create a perfect Mole?"

"When someone is extremely nervous before an execution," explained Tiny, folding her arms and in a strong voice of protest to her two opponents, "that means that they're scared out of their mind that they're going to be executed. Not the Mole." She took a sip from her smoothie.

"Pfft," Piantissimo commented. "I knew it. Something exactly the Mole would say." Tiny glared slightly.

Éclair: But the thing is…Tiny has been a perfect candidate for the Mole since Episode 1. And if she was it...we would not be surprised.

"Let's not forget that a LOT of the actions you've done this game have been really suspect," said Piantissimo in an interesting voice. "Losing that scavenger paper last episode…and volunteering for that gun first during the Snowball shootout…your suspicious moments go quite a far distance back, Ms. Kong." Tiny paused for a small moment, then rolled her eyes.

"Your theories need evidence," Tiny refuted back, almost with a challenging smile to him. "And I'm not the Mole." Then, her eyes widened a bit, as she closed them with a shrug.

"Sure, okay," Tiny spoke. "Some of us have indeed committed very strange acts up. Even since Episode 1." Then, she opened her eyes with a smile.

"You especially…Piantissimo," she said, her eyes looking directly at him. Piantissimo's eyes widened.

"What? That is ludicrous," he snorted with a laugh, hearing her statement. "Ridiculous declaration."

Éclair: But at the same time…Piantissimo could be it. He has also been very suspicious since Episode 1. And he is here.

"Almost as ludicrous as you falling into the water when tackling Yoshi," Tiny spoke suddenly, almost rising from her seat. "A Number 1 athlete screwing up like that…that's something you can't hide that you did." Piantissimo shook his head with a scoff, hearing her accusation.

"Har har…you cannot suspect me as the Mole," Piantissimo retorted, "on little athletic errors. You are merely grasping at strings here."

"But you have been the cause of drama in most of our missions," Tiny pointed out, glancing at him. "In the Ice Caves…we almost lost that game because of you."

"And in the Dinner exemption challenge too…" Éclair added, as the two females faced each other. "It was not Mimi who had stopped us from winning the money…it was Piantissimo." The athlete was still for a second, but then faced them both with a grin.

"So I've caused a bit of drama here and there," Piantissimo spoke with a nervous chortle. "You are going to suspect me for something like that?" The other two were silent, not knowing what to say.

"Hur…very well," he replied finally, almost with an interesting smile. "If I am a possible candidate for the Mole, then that makes us three: we are all possible candidates for the Mole." He leaned back in his chair, looking at the other two.

Eclair: It is one of us who is the Mole. And until the very end...we would be unremitting in our belief of who the agent is.

Tiny: I can't even believe that the other two would suspect me as the Mole…one of them is just trying to falsely suspect me. Because they've been the Mole since Episode 1.

"I suppose…we are going to play like this to the end," Éclair said silently. "Suspecting each other...until the very last second of this game." And then, the three of them continued to sit in their chairs, their minds racing once again.

Piantissimo: This was it. This was the final showdown.

As the night fell on the island, each of them went to sleep. The waves splashed against the cabin, as if calling out to the two players and telling them that the agent of the building was right near them that very second.

The first thing that the players noticed was the smell of sugar.

"What...where are...?"As the three of them woke up the very next morning, they noticed that the air was heavier than usual. It was a subtle difference and nuance in the morning air that made them all realize that their surroundings were disparate to those that they had fallen asleep to. But it was a waft of sugar that hit their noses right away that made them realize that the land they were in was not normal.

"Mpph...huh?" Tiny stirred awake, and her eyes focused on a tree next to her. Its leaves, the color of crimson and brown, seemed to be dripping an inordinate amount of sweet nectar. She looked at it, confused.

"Some weird...syrup?" she noticed, looking at it strangely. They were outside on the ground, and were looking up at the sky. It was a brown color that was mixed with the natural sky blue which caught them all off guard.

"The land!" But as they looked at the land besides them, they also realized that most of the land surrounding them was a crisp, dark-brown of terrain. It stretched out into the distance, and as they looked behind them in awe, they saw that even the grand mountains in their far horizon were that of the deep-brown color around them. As they saw the patches of puzzling land stretch out for miles before them, they could only realize that their land was different.

Tiny: What in the world happened? I couldn't even get it…the land was completely different and we were not on the island anymore. The ground was cut into large squares, and it was as if the road below us was…not really a road. It was something else, which was terrifying.

Crunch! As Piantissimo leaned to his side, his elbow crushed right into the ground next to him. His eyes shot open.

"What is this place!" he exclaimed, getting up from the ground and to his feet quickly. At his shout, Éclair was woken up, and she slowly got up with a strange look on her face. Then, she knew.

"I…" Éclair instantly gasped, her eyes widening as she turned to Piantissimo and Tiny.

"I know this land!" she exclaimed in a soft shout. As Piantissimo and Tiny stood up looked around with confounded thoughts, Éclair took in the mysteriousness of the land with a stunned familiarity. She reached down, touching the ground with her own hands and feeling the crispy dough with her own fingers.

Éclair: I knew in my heart that it couldn't be…it was all fictional…but it was real to me. I was home.

"Welcome to your second location for the episode," McHallyboo announced, and the players turned to a voice. They saw McHallyboo. stepping his way carefully across the bread-paved road and appearing before the players. They saw that the host himself was also taking in the strangeness of the world around them, his suede shoes also enshrouded with pieces of broken bread and dough with every step he took.

"The…Waffle Kingdom". The three players looked at him with wonder at the landscape that appeared magical.

"Isn't it magnificent? Most of you have never been in a place like this before." The three players looked around at the sugar-filled land, and in the distance, a large structure could be seen, shining out almost as resplendent as the golden sun in the sky.

"My castle…," Éclair noticed. Tiny and Piantissimo, dumbfounded, could only shake their heads at the nonsensical components of their surroundings.

Piantissimo: A wonderful candy land…I could not have guessed that this would be one of the locations for our final episode. Surprises continuously surprise.

"I think it is beautiful, Éclair," Tiny commented, looking around the land. "I mean…is the LAND itself made out of waffles?" The three of them peered into the distance and saw that just a small distance away from them, a little village was present that served as the beginning of a long path to the body of the castle in the horizon. As McHallyboo nodded, they could only guess where their next destination was.

"Follow me…and you shall see the wonders of this place," McHallyboo told them.

And one by one, slowly, the players and the host walked on into the virtual creation of the saccharine world.

As they made their way into the village, they saw that every store on their side was built from dough and flour. Buildings were laid brick by brick with waffles, and as they looked into the rest of the pathway they were to walk, they saw that everything in their view was created by a substance that could be eaten by them at any second. Éclair walked forwards through the town in silent happiness, as Piantissimo and Tiny followed behind with astonishment.

"Is everything here in this kingdom edible?" Piantissimo asked with a skeptical look.

"Everyone but us," McHallyboo replied, letting out a little chortle. As they were led through the town, the four of them passed by more stores, seeing even a few of the villagers who were awake and ready to serve their shifts in the plethora of sweet shops that littered the road.

"This...store," Éclair realized with shock, looking at a doughnut store to their right. "It is recent in my world..." McHallyboo nodded.

"The building replicates all of your worlds…to the very last detail," the host informed them. "But…some parts will be different than you'll remember. It depends on how the Mole created them." Hearing this, the players couldn't help but feel slightly unnerved.

Tiny: I did notice that the smoke in my land was heavier than usual…I mean, the factory also looked more menacing than it usually was. Did the Mole make it that way?"

They walked on for an hour in the village of the sugared land, each unique design of the store hitting their eyes and awing the two who weren't familiar with the world of the kingdom.

"Oh…it is the first store I helped begin in my land," Eclair smiled, as they passed a small store with a large sign in glittering, brown font: ÉCLAIRS. As Tiny and McHallyboo laughed, Piantissimo frowned, seeing the rest of confectionery stores.

"Half of these stores are just selling sugar-sweet stuff!" Piantissimo noticed, a look of disapproval on his face. "Is there anything else for consumption? I could never live here…diabetes would simply overrun my body. Not good for an athlete."

"Well, that looks delicious," Tiny couldn't help but comment with a laugh, seeing a large building's top shaped like a banana split. Then, they all went silent, as they started to approach the last section of the town. The dirt road was ending, and as they stared at what was ahead of them, Piantissimo and Tiny looked in awe.

"And now…we are here."

As the players looked ahead of them, they saw that the village's pathway was ending. Now ahead of them was the golden structure than they had from afar, when they had first arrived within the land. What Éclair knew as her customary castle was an incredible sight to the other two, and as they slowly made their way to the grand fortress, Tiny and Piantissimo gasped in awe.

Tiny: The castle looked even prettier up close. You could see that the walls were all made out of graham crackers and spongy bread, and you could see that the towers that existed in the corners of the fortress stood high in the sun and were made out of something else edible.

Piantissimo: The entire front wall was made out of a large waffle...and I didn't know why.

They walked across a small bridge, and as they peered off from it, they saw that the crystal blue lake was the only part of the kingdom that was apparently devoid of sugar. But before they could walk up to the immense gate that led into the inside of the castle, a rough voice rang through the air that made all of them stop.

"Hold it!" called a large voice, as they all froze. A human in heavy gear stepped up to the four of them, a spear in possession. All of them gasped.

"Who are you…creatures?" the guard snapped, facing the shocked crowd of host and players.

"We're…here?" Tiny asked cautiously, glancing at McHallyboo for support. "For a game?" Piantissimo seemed to look confused as well, as he looked at McHallyboo for an answer.

"Your majesty!" The guard immediately bowed down, to Éclair's surprise. As the princess heard another person call her name, another guard came into view. As soon as he approached them, he bowed down in front of the surprised princess. They were both in obsequious display to the surprised player.

"Oh great," Piantissimo muttered, facing Tiny. "So they know her. But not us."

"It is a pleasure to see you back, your majesty! We have many affairs to discuss," the continued, verbiage flowing from his mouth and confusing the princess. "Please enter…and ignore these other wrongdoers that have rudely tried to trespass into your castle. Forgive them for their sins."

"Oh…" Éclair gasped, covering her mouth.

"To the castle!" the guard declared, and he swiftly grabbed her with his strong hand. With a worried look, Éclair was pulled and lead her into her castle. As she looked with wide eyes back at the host and two others, McHallyboo only smiled at the princess of the land.

"Go on," McHallyboo said, smiling strangely. "You are the only one allowed into the castle. Be ready…you are the next leader." With a gasp at the last word of McHallyboo's sentences, Éclair was pulled her into the castle of her kingdom. As she disappeared from view into the waffle castle, the guard remaining at the castle entranceway turned around.

"And you three!" he barked, raising his spear once again. "Stay out! I don't want any of you ruining the princess' morning bath. If I see any of you again…it'll be the last piece anyone will ever see of your mortal souls!"

Clang! With that, his hand hit a small lever, and the immense gate began to lower once again. Piantissimo and Tiny watched in disbelief as the gate lowered slowly back to the ground. After a few seconds, they all realized that they were ostracized and kicked out of the castle's insides.

"Well," Piantissimo said, looking discouraged. "Now what? Since we're not royalty like the princess of this land, we're not even allowed inside."

"That's the point," McHallyboo said secretly, as the other two turned to him. "This is the next mission."

"Which is what?" Tiny asked, a little cautiously and expectingly. McHallyboo smiled, looking at the grand castle before all of them.

"To sneak inside," the host finished, and Tiny and Piantissimo faced each other with disbelief.

Piantissimo: What? A huge castle like this? How?

"You have one hour to reach the green bowl in the middle of the fortress," McHallyboo began. "You must knock over the green bowl and destroy it. Use everything around you to help you reach it. Use...everyone around you." He paused, looking at them with an important stare.

"This game is worth 15,000 coins...and one of you may win it," he informed them. "Every coin counts in this final game." The two players nodded, but remained confused.

"But...there are armed guards everywhere," Tiny said, almost in protest to the mission. "This is dangerous! I mean, I know this is a fake world, but-"

"They don't exactly have the nicest demeanors, as we have seen," Piantissimo protested slightly, but it fell far from the host's ears. Like in the beginning of most of their missions, the host was leaving them to be. McHallyboo was already making his pacing steps away from the castle, and from the remaining players. He walked away backwards, with a little whistle and a smile. As he slowly and surely disappeared, the two players were alone.

"Look..." In the sky, the two players saw a projection in the brightness of the air above them. It seemed to be reflected off the sun, but the numbers and letters above them were not mistakable to their eyes: it was their time limit, pasted right above them in the blue sky as they stared at it in wonder.

"59:59 minutes left..." the sky projection read and they knew their game had begun.

"Oh my gosh…what? Really?" Tiny and Piantissimo faced the large walls of the castle in front of them. As the looked up, the height of the wall's structure reached large enough to block even birds who flew customarily through the sky. Tiny faced Piantissimo, looking despondent.

Tiny: How would we even begin the game? To break into a guarded fortress? We were like two peasants, trying to sneak into a king's castle.

"This is…just not possible," Tiny voiced out loud, sighing and looking at the wall's sides.

"Or…is it?" Piantissimo said, his eyes gleaming. As he looked at the metal gates in front of them, he peered through the bars, seeing something just a small few feet away from their very standing spots. Right behind the gate, through the little slits, they saw a little garden with shrubbery that decorated the inside of the land, along with a small fountain that spewed water into the air. Then, they both saw something that sounded of familiarity to McHallyboo's words.

"There!" Right in the middle of the garden was a green bowl, its luring light glimmering out to them from the sun reflecting it. As they saw the lone structure that signified the goal of their mission, their hearts both pounded. The two players turned to each other.

Piantissimo: Such a simple game...just to knock over a single bowl. But just how easy would it be, really?

"It's just thirty feet from us!" Tiny exclaimed, her eyes hit with wonder. "It's right there! This is just…easy.""

"But we need a way to get inside," Piantissimo began, putting his hands on the metal gate. He turned to Tiny.

"I know…" He started a pace, slowly walking, until he was all the way to the other end of the castle's wall. Tiny looked at him, baffled.

"Where are we going to go?" she exclaimed, standing still in her spot. "This is it!"

"To another entrance!" Piantissimo shouted, not bothering to take a pause in his run. "Follow me! If we must win…we need a way inside. And I am certain there's another way!" With no other choice, the two players made their way around the hefty castle, walking along the glazed walls of the castle. As they ran to find the only second entrance to the castle, time ticked before they were to lose their prize. The waffle kingdom's game had just started, and yet their time was close to up.

But it did not occur to either two of them that the walls were made out of edible, breakable dough.

Éclair was placed by her two unyielding guards into the tallest window tower, located in the center of her castle. She looked over her kingdom, staring in disbelief at its familiar contents as her eyes scanned the ground below her. Though she was confused on the game's current footings, she took a breath with rumination and looked down at her palace.

"This game has been..." she began, speaking in thought. She picked up a single hand mirror, conveniently placed by her side. Picking it up, she took the time to look at one person: herself.

Éclair: I am a person..who had succeeded and suffered many times in this life, and in this game. Even though there was one final episode to be played, I had begun to feel I had already played the entire game. It was an arduous and painstaking game…full of trials. But one day, I shall look back at this game as an experience of treasure.

"What?" Her eyes widened, seeing two figures make their way to a gate in the back of the castle's walls. As they pushed it and entered into the inside of the castle's fortress, Éclair gasped as she realized who the figures were: Tiny and Piantissimo.

"Tiny...Piantissimo..." she gasped, putting her hand on her glass window. She struggled to push it, but it did not budge open except for a tiny crack that Éclair attempted to stick her hand out. It was a slip too small.

"Are they…?" She saw Piantissimo walk forwards, while Tiny pulled him back. As a guard started to make their way towards their area, she saw the two players below sprint to the other side of the grass area they were in, escaping out of the path of the walking guard. Slowly, the two panicked players ran to the other side of the castle's back, out of the princess' sight of view. For a second, Eclair was confused.

"Going inside…avoiding the guard…" Suddenly, her look of confusion vanished, and her eyes opened wide.

"They are trying to sneak into the castle," Éclair realized.

Éclair: And then I realized what McHallyboo meant by saying I was the leader. This was my mission, and I needed to find a way to help them.

"Shh! That was close!" Piantissimo panted, as both he and Tiny ducked behind a candy-apple bush. Tiny, more cautious than her partner, remained more ducked behind the plant with a worried look.

"I told you not to just run into the courtyard like that," Tiny whispered with an exasperated tone. "That guard almost saw us!"

Tiny: His actions were so precipitate...way more hasty than I am with mine. It showed how differently we played these games.

Piantissimo: To win this, it was a necessity to be quick on our feet. I was not going to risk Tiny losing this game because she was too timid in running ahead.

"I only did that because I thought that no guards would be in view," Piantissimo retorted. Tiny looked out into the grassy area in front of them, noticing its flowers and mini-fountain. The guard was gone, but she peered at it with confusion.

"So where is the garden with the green bowl we must knock down?" Tiny asked. Piantissimo thought for a second.

"Well," Piantissimo began with memory. "That bowl…would be near the entrance then, since we saw that garden right through the bars of the front gate." Tiny turned to Piantissimo, as she gulped.

Tiny: It was really discouraging for us to enter through the back as Piantissimo suggested, because now we had to make it all the way through the entire castle's middle, all the way to the front garden. That's why I felt like the back was a bad way to go.

"But now…this." When they had both entered the first wall of the castle, the two players realized that yet another set of walls were present, buttressing the castle's interior areas even more. As they stared at the castle's second line of defense, they both sighed in silence, realizing that yet another challenge was to be faced: how to get into the castle's most protected area of all.

"So we need to get into the castle's center...but we can't," Tiny said with despair, looking at the crusty wall in front of her. "There's no way we'll make it in time!"

"We can," Piantissimo whispered, looking at the wall ahead of them.

"Past a second wall with no opening?" Tiny moaned, putting her hand to the waffle wall. "Forget it…I think our best path of way will be to go back, and try to just get through the metal gate in the front. Going through the back was a mistake." Piantissimo shook his head, turning to her with surprise.

"Do you really think going through the castle's front gate is the best way?" he said with a strange face, trying to keep his voice down. "If guards are to be anywhere, it's the castle's front entrance that they will be guarding most." Tiny sighed, realizing the error in her sentence.

"Besides…I had just realized one small thing." Then, he withdrew his fist and without warning, sent it forwards again. Tiny ducked with a small shout, as pieces of sugary bread filled the air like the debris of a broken brick wall. But as Piantissimo stepped back, he looked at the creation he made. With surprised satisfaction, his smile grew even wider. Tiny turned back, recovering from the surprise, and her mouth dropped open in astonishment. The two of them stared.

Tiny: And suddenly...just miraculously...a victory looked possible.

From Piantissimo's punch, an opening was created in the castle's sugarcoated wall.

"It's them…" Éclair immediately stood up as she saw the players below her come into view again. After they entered through the second wall of the castle, Tiny and Piantissimo stopped at a two-way path, and were stuck in thinking. But as Éclair saw them, she realized their proximity to her: they were almost directly below her window. She gasped in realization.

"Tiny!" Eclair shouted, her voice in a half-plead. "Piantissimo! Please! Look up!" The two players remained still, as if contemplating their next move. Being almost one hundred feet from them, her voice fell on deaf ears. They could not hear her.

Éclair: They were right there…but I could not reach them. It was an agonizing moment: seeing them right there, but knowing they could not hear you.

"I need a way to get attention…." She was determined, and as she looked to her side, she saw the hand mirror that she had picked up earlier. For a second, she looked at it with strange eyes: it was the only object, besides her furniture, that was present in her room.

"Oh..." And at that instant, she knew what she had to do.

"So now what?" Tiny voiced, looking at the metal wall before the two of them. It was an outside exterior different from the rest of the walls that consisted of the waffle kingdom's palace: sturdy, hard, and not easily breakable from a single punch. As both players realized that they were cut off from the true center of the castle, they looked at their possible directions.

"Either left or right," Piantissimo said with a small grimace. "It's...it's…..." He paused suddenly, blinking. Tiny looked at him, strangely facing him at his stopped sentence.

"What?" she asked, looking around precariously for guards. She looked at Piantissimo again.

"It's...ah!" He suddenly shielded his eyes, as if something had hit his vision. He grimaced, looking up.

"The sun is hitting me..." He covered his eyes again, as Tiny looked at him with shock.

"Are you okay….what….is that?" Tiny felt a sun glare as well, hitting into her vision as well. Then, it moved slightly, and they looked in awe at a shine of line that hit the stone flooring to their right. It was moving.

"What…no way…" Tiny gasped, seeing a window high above them. The two of them looked up, and saw a distant figure in a brown dress above them. It was the princess, waving at them, a smile on her face as triumphant as the technique she had found to guide her teammates.

Piantissimo: She discovered a way to use the mirror in her room to create a signaling device? Impossible!

"She's right there," Piantissimo shouted with surprise. "And she can guide us with her light!"

Tiny: All of a sudden, the entire game was solved. Éclair would guide us with her light. She was the leader. And we were the followers. Everything was set.

"ECLAIR!" Tiny shouted with ecstasy, looking above her and waving her arms. "ÉCLAIR! Over h-! " As she paused shouting, Piantissimo faced her in disbelief, and his face turned white. Realizing how loud her sentences were, Tiny's eyes widened as she covered her mouth with her two hands in shock.

Tiny: The excitement just came over me, and before I realized, I was yelling with happiness. And I had forgotten.

"Why…did you suddenly yell?" Piantissimo whispered. The two of them were still, frozen in panic.

"I didn't mean to!" Tiny whispered in alarm, with a wince. "I thought that…oh no." Her eyes widening again, she gasped.

"Piantissimo…" Tiny whispered in horror, and she pointed to the stone path behind him. It was from that signal that a guard was alerted, and had already made his way to the outside of the metal wall. As he faced both Piantissimo and Tiny in clear view, his eyes turned beady, and he glared. To him, and the spear in his hand, they were trespassers of the law.

"No," Éclair whispered, seeing the sight unfold beneath her eyes.

"Don't…move a muscle," Piantissimo gasped, but it was a statement of error that he had uttered that second. At that very second, the guard threw his pointed spear as it sailed directly towards the two bodies of Tiny and Piantissimo.

...yikes.

Things just don't settle down in the final episode.

Well, I guess everything is going like a roller coaster for the three players! Once something good happens, something bad strikes. Good, bad, good...just how will it end?

Anyway, like I promised, I'll answer any questions you guys asked!

Question: Did you plan Dashell's ark from the beginning?

I did! In fact, all the foreshadowing I did in the earlier chapter of Dashell having a "past life as a human" and missing how it felt was all put into place for the big reveal of him turning human later on. There was even a moment (that I can't find) where Dashell looked longingly at a closet full of human clothes...and wished he was human again. I don't remember exactly which past chapter it was, but it was all put into place to plan Dashell's later transformation into a human : )

Question: Since the dreams were revealed to be significant in that they may have been remnants of true memories of true events, does Bowser Jr's dream from Episode 1 hold significance of him jumping on a laptop?

Since this plot point doesn't hide anything else coming up in the story, I will reveal it out right here: Yes! Bowser Jr. did have a distorted and changed memory, and this resulted in his strange dream. The meaning of Bowser Jr's dream was going to be revealed at the end of Episode 7, but it seemed out of plot-point to mention it. So I will finally give the truth here.

Bowser Jr's Dream

On the players' first night, Bowser Jr. was revealed to have snuck into one of the production team's tents in the desert. As some of you might remember, Bowser Jr. had a proclivity to twisting the game's rules, resulting in inadvertently cheating. He tried to bribe Wario for information outside the game at Episode 2's end, so this was a move that was of no surprise.

Well, it happened before. On the very first night of the entire game/, Bowser discovered a laptop, and was thus trying to destroy it. Not literally, but to extract information out of it through hacking. It was a futile attempt, but it was enough to get him trouble by the producers. So his memory was changed...by the very same machine that changed the players' memories at the bribe of Episode 3.

Well, there you go! The truth of his dream, after seven whole episode, has finally been revealed. This will be touched again at the end of the season, heh.

Question: Are you making another season?

This is the ultimate question! Another reader asked me that if I were to continue writing a story, I may not want to continue writing the Mole...but this is actually not the case at all : ) If I did continue writing, it would no doubt be a fourth season.

But will I actually be writing a fourth season?

...I will be answering this question towards the end of this story. : ) I am sorry. I simply cannot answer it now! I just cannot!

Though I insist... please keep on asking me. hehe
