Sorry for the delay and sorry that the chapter feels a little rushed. Anyways, here's the chapter.
"Dad. Did. What." They heard a growl coming from the door.
"Diego." Vanya said shocked to see him in the doorway.
"I'm gonna kill him." He said before turning around and marching down the hall.
"No!" Vanya shouted as she struggled to get out of bed.
"Diego, think about this." Eudora said as she ran after him. "If you kill your father you will get arrested and not be able to be there for Vanya."
"He destroyed my childhood then forced the love of my life to leave me. I spent ten years of my life without her and now i might lose her all over again."
"And if you kill dad and get arrested you will miss my final year." Vanya said holding onto the doorway. "We already lost so much time together. Don't make it more." She said before falling to the ground. Diego and Eudora quickly rushed over to help her. "Stay with me." She said as Diego laid her down on the bed.
"Always." He said as he laid in bed next to her.
"Hey, how are you feeling?" Eudora asked as she entered Vanya and Diego's and sat in bed next to her. Vanya had been living with them for a month now and she and Eudor have been getting closer and closer. A lot closer than she ever was with Allison.
"Alright kinda hungry though." She said as she struggled to sit up.
"Yeah Diego went out to go get breakfast. He should be back soon." She stopped when she looked down at Vanya's pillow. 'Oh Vanya."
"Oh yeah it started falling out a few days ago." She said as she grabbed the clump of hair on her pillow and threw it into the trash can next to her bed.
"Does Diego know?"
"No. I couldn't tell him. He has been walking on eggshells every day since we found out and this will just make it worse. I should probably just shave it and save me the trouble of waiting for it to fall out on its own." Vanya said as she ran her fingers through her hair a few times and got more and more clumps of hair.
"We can if you want. Shave it I mean. I do Diego's hair and have a shaver in the bathroom. If you want, we can shave right now."
Vanya sat and contemplated for a moment before she smiled and nodded.
"Are you sure about this?" Eudore asked as Vanya sat in the chair in front of her.
"It's gonna come out anyways might as well have it all happen at once. Do it." Vanya let the tears fall as she heard the shaver begian to the buzz.
After a few minutes Eudore turned when she felt a hand land on her shoulder. She stepped back and let Diego take the shaver. After Diego had finished he stood in front of Vanya.
"I'm sorry I didn't tell you." Vanya said after she looked up and saw Diego instead of Eudora
"Don't be sorry." He smiled sadly. Then he laughed. "You know what this reminds me of?" He asked.
"What?"
"That time Ben, Klaus, and I tried to prank Luther by putting hair removing cream in his shampoo but Klaus grabbed the wrong bottle." He said as he ran his hand over her head.
"It took forever for my hair to grow back to its original length." Then she began to cry. "And it was all for nothing."
"Maybe not." Eudora said. "Follow me." she smiled as she walked away from the bathroom and towards her bedroom.
"Dora what is all this?" Diego asked as they walked into her bedroom and up to her closet door only to see rows upon rows of wigs.
"I do some cosplaying in my free time." She smiled. "Now do you want something natural or something fun."
