AU prequal to my fic 'what the future holds' - Runs from 1921 - 1937

This is not a story; just two poems I think our favourite couple might have written after the painful heartache of 3.3 with a little contextualisation

"Jimmy asks Thomas what that little jar of petrol jelly is for." This is in response to Flippyspoon's prompt. it's actually not dirty at all, I swear. One-shot, not in the Hauntsverse. There's a slight possibility of a sequel someday, after I finish 'Enchanted Life'.

Matthew had known that he was going to become the Earl of Grantham. But it had always been an abstract idea, something that would happen in the far off future. Life disagreed. (A season 3 Christmas special AU).

These are not my characters. It's natural for a young lady to develop a crush, even on a servant. But how then does that servant conduct himself?

Sybil loves her job as a nurse but there are days when her heart breaks a little and the days can seem very long. But Thomas is damaged too, and what no one knows is that what they need is not acceptable. Not in 1920, and Downton Abbey is no exception. But the sky is quickly changing and everyone will feel it as the clouds roll in. A dangerous change shadowing over the abbey.

Post-Christmas Special (series 3) Mr.Barrow takes up with a horse groom. Jimmy is confused. Lady Mary's gone nihilist. The Dowager says something funny.
