Cynthia started a fight with Oliver, I glanced at Matt ignoring the other's existence, I saw his eyes begging me to let him go. Sighting, I started to undo his ropes, they were sitting tight. Once I was done before he could ignite a fight between us, I grabbed his hand dragging him along.
"Let's run away." that truly seemed like bliss at the moment, to just run away from all the drama, strangely Matt wasn't complying and did I perhaps spot a ghost smile on his face, was he enjoying my company?
We came across Tabitha she was standing there looking red as a tomato. Who was she talking to? I wanted to have a good at his face.
"I like you, please go out with me." I heard her scream, this was even more intruging than I imagined, I peeked out from our hiding spot but suddenly I heard.
"Cat! Cat!" I shook Matt away wanting to see who Tabitha confessed to, but soon he turned me around still screaming into my ears.
"Cat wake up, you will be late for school! " Opening my tired eyes I spotted my brother hovering over me. That was one strange dream, did Tabitha have someone she crushed on?
I had to ask her in school.
Oliver p.o.v
At lunch Allen and Flavio gathered us all over again, what were these guys even plotting?
"What do you want from us?" Luciano didn't desire to sit in silent wait until Allen decided to reveal what he was planning. Al smirked, I sent him a warning that no swearing was allowed at this table.
"I think we should ask them all on dates, this will make us get to know them faster and give us a possibility to gain some affection." he was talking as if the girl's emotions were just a game to him. That's why I didn't agree with their actions one could remain sincere while deleting the picture from existence at least that's what I truly believed. Being nice and gentlemanly could take you a long way, why was it so difficult to apprehend for my friends?
"How about asking them for a group date, I doubt some of the girls will accept one on one dates since they don't trust you to keep your hands to yourself." Kuro had a point, even I didn't trust them fully when they were alone with the ladies.
"Group date? Please elaborate." Flavio seemed fascinated by this idea.
"It is quite common in Japan that guys gather a couple of friends to meet girls from another high school. People pick their dates after they meet or by representing their items to the other party, without previous knowledge they choose their dates based on the items they like. I would recommend doing the later to not put so much pressure on the girls. Besides, I presume it would be more entertaining, and there be no space for complaints." Luciano nodded.
"That's some good arguments." it seemed like Kuro reflected on several possibilities, did he perhaps had previously speculated this would take place?
"With girls feeling extra secure they may also open themself a little bit more to us." Flavio agreed. If we took this route, I wouldn't protest much either, since I would have an eye on both Al and Vincent.
"But how can you be sure they will even accept our invitation?" Jian asked, that was a good question poppet, some of the girls may have been too wary of us.
"You just need to ask the right person," Vlad responded.
"Who would this person be?" I asked, he seemed to be prepared for my question.
"I heard rumors that Aspen likes playing the matchmaker, just ask her and she will agree seeing it as an opportunity to put some of us together with her friends." Kuro nodded taking it as a possibility.
"However I also heard her perception of us isn't that great. She seemed perplexed how some of us could have fangirls and she seemed to try to talk them out of it." These guys had fangirls? That's the first time I heard about this.
"We have fangirls?" Jian asked and Kuro nodded.
"Yes, however they are just secret admirers, not many are masochist enough to dare approach us." as he announced it he looked at Luciano, so I guess he was the reason they were holding themself back.
"Then I guess once we ask Aspen for cooperation we just need to book a whole restaurant for that evening," Flavio stated as Allen added.
"Let's do it this week, the faster the better." they sure lacked patience in this matter. Affection needed time to bloom.
"You guys plan to pay for everything?" Jian asked, if we wanted him on board I guess we needed someone to cover the food cost. I was about to submit my proposal but Vincent outdid me.
"I can pay for some of the food." Flavio decided to thank him for his assistance. It was also most likely that if we paid for food, the girls would be less hesitant about coming.
"Just don't go overboard, besides Fantina you won't impress anyone with expensive food." Where did Claudius pop up from? How much did he hear from our conversation?
"How would you know that?" Luciano asked narrowing his eyes at him.
"I have been friends with them for the past month," Claudius answered this information shocked most of the poppets. Flavio decided to rely on Claudius's knowledge.
"What restaurant would you suggest?" Claudius thought about everyone's eating preferences.
"Somewhere where you can buy a good chicken dish. I also know each one of them is obsessed with Japanese and few with Korean cuisine, but I wouldn't recommend taking that road. Since they may be reluctant to try something new. Also, make sure there is at least one vegetarian dish since Laura's sister keeps pressuring her to become one, she rarely eats meat. If not chicken I would also recommend choosing a place that has a good variety of pasta." He glanced at the two Italians.
"When I mean good, you better not mistake it for extravagant, simple is best." how much time did he spend with them, to be able to obtain this data.
"How can we be sure you aren't on their side," Al asked him, Claudius answer was uncalled for.
"Because I'm on their side I'm sharing this info, these tomboys are the kinda people that would have a date in their room with a pizza on their lap." Luciano nodded.
"So like snuggling on the sofa kind of way." Claudius approved.
"The less posh people the better... not my words but theirs." Jian chimed in as well.
"So instead of an expensive restaurant date, they would prefer sipping on coffee... I can afford that." was only money on his mind? We started to finally dig into the food in front of us, with haste so we could catch up to Aspen for a talk. Flavio decided to only drag me and Kuro along, Kuro would easily explain the deal and I was part of the convincing team.
We moved fast, apparently, Flavio already memorized the girl's whole schedule. She was now wandering together with Undine, the rest of the girls must have walked to their classes already.
"Aspen, wait we have something to ask you." Aspen paled when she saw Flavio but realizing we were beside him she sighed in relief.
"What is it?" she asked in a cold voice, Undine standing by her side patiently.
"We were wondering if you could join our group date, with your female friends." She probably didn't expect this turn of events.
"Group date? Can I invite anyone I want?" She asked Flavio nodded even if we were expecting her to gather all the girls from the sleepover.
"Hmm, this is going to be hard." Flavio then explained.
"Of course as the hosts, we will pay for everything even for the food, you just need to dress up prettily and come." Aspen smiled at Undine while asking.
"What's your opinion Undine dear?" she looked deep in thoughts.
"When?" she then proceeded to ask.
"This week, is Wednesday ok?" I suggested, hoping the guys would be ok with this arrangement as well.
"I think we can consider coming, how about around 5 pm?" That would be just the right amount of time to go home and change. We easily agreed to these terms.
"Then Kuro please explain to the girls how we going to hold this group date." Kuro nodded and explained everything, letting the girls know they would be obligated to bring a few items, apparently he concluded that it would have been more ideal if we changed the partners within one hour.
First, the guys would represent their items which the girls would pick, then after roughly an hour, we would choose between the female items.
"Why haven't you mentioned this plan to us before?" Flavio asked.
"I simply realized some guys would be butt-hurt if I didn't let them pick their date partners as well." this poppet did have a point.
Tabitha p.o.v.
Both Aspen and Undine asked us to meet up after our classes, she assured she had the best opportunity to mess with the guys without any risks involved. Considering the dates would all take place in the same location. I refused to take part in any of this, but my opinion changed when I realized that I wouldn't escape Aspen's blackmail skills if I turned her down. Was I able to rely on my parents in such a crisis? I looked at Justice asking her for reasons why we assembled here, she was oblivious to the reason as well.
"We gathered all here because we have an announcement to make," Aspen had this dramatic pause in between causing Cynthia to become inpatient.
"Hurry up my driver is waiting for me." well we also wanted it all in the open so we could finally return home.
"We will attend a group date with the guys, Wednesday at 5 pm." was she joking, why would we agree to go to a group date?
"You guys agreed to follow my plan on messing with the guys hence I found us an exceptional opportunity, otherwise you would need to meet them alone, this approach will be safer. If someone touches you we can rely on hulk smash." Aspen argued, well it sure made sense.
"I would appreciate if you guys stopped calling me hulk, it only portrays me as a person with aggression problems." Did Laura leave her house just for this bothersome meeting? Undine snickered at her words.
"We will see hulk smash in action if you get paired with Luci." she wasn't wrong.
"I guess we accept the invite then." There was no other way out of this.
Yes a group date will happen, and sure believe I will finish this story somehow~ (っ˘ω˘ς )
