Once the two pairs landed, Yukina and Kisa bid their goodbyes and went to their room.
Masamune and Onodera headed towards Masamune's room.
Onodera snuck a glance at his companion. The demon's eyelashes mesmerized him, they were just as beautiful as they had been back then.
Masamune interrupted his train of thought by asking if he was interested in visiting the music room that they had.
"Do you still play the piano?"
Onodera nodded, remembering the times that he had played for the older classman.
"Do you want me to play?"
Masamune nodded, he had missed the way that his kouhai would play. His graceful, nimble fingers always moved so fluidly
The demon smiled gently and opened a large glass door to reveal a huge room.
The room was filled with ceiling to floor mirrors and a grand piano sat in the middle of the otherwise empty room.
Onodera looked around slightly confused, "Is this the only instrument you have? You did say this was a music room."
Masamune guided the angel to the door on the left and opened a wooden door, inside were approximately ten other instruments.
"If I play you something, will you play me something?"
Masamune smiled, "Of course."
Onodera sat at the piano and took a deep breath to prepare himself.
"I remember us playing together after school in the auditorium. Do you remember that?"
Onodera nodded, "That was when-"
The older man interrupted me, "It was the day of your birthday. I decided that I would play for you for the first time. I think your head would have exploded if you had gotten any redder. "
The angel blushed, not believing the older classman would remember.
"You had rose petals placed on the floor leading me to the school auditorium, and when I got there you stood in the middle of the stage in a suit with the grand piano by your side. Do you remember what you told me? You said-"
He cut me off once more. "You are the only person to pierce my walls and the only person that would do anything to make me smile."
Onodera smiled with glazed eyes, "Can you play me the song you played that day?"
Masamune nodded looking at his fingers, before placing them in the correct position. His fingers applied pressure on those keys, before they glided gracefully elsewhere to play the next bar.
Onodera watched his fingers dance over the keys like water, it was mesmerizing watching him play with grace.
The angel was so mesmerized that he did not notice that the older man had stopped playing.
"Why did you stop?"
Masamune chuckled, "I am finished, it is your turn."
Onodera smiled.
"Are you going to play Oda?"
Masamune took off his glasses and began to clean the lens with the microfiber towelette.
"Yes, I am going to play."
Onodera placed his fingers at the correct starting key, Masamune inched closer, leaning into Onodera's space.
"And what song will you be performing for me?"
The younger man laughed, "Kimi To Boku." (From Gundam Seed)
Onodera played the chords before the demon could do anything else.
He closed his eyes and let the keys flow through him, it felt nice to just let it out.
It felt nice to be around this man again.
It felt nice.
Masamune thought Onodera was the most beautiful man he had ever seen.
When the angel played, it was like each bar of the composition took him away, somewhere peaceful.
Masaume wanted to scream that he loved him.
The demon felt as if the angel was everything he ever wanted.
The angel was kind, compassionate. The angel was beautiful.
Masamune smiled softly at the closed eyes of the musician.
Onodera looked so beautiful like this. He was passionate about everything he did.
Masamune's gaze wandered to the apple of Onodera's cheeks.
He wondered, 'would it be so bad if he kissed the angel?'
Before he knew what he was doing, he leaned in, softly pecking the cheek with his lips.
When he pulled away, he witnessed a slight blush crawling up the angel's neck.
"You stole a kiss." He pouted playfully.
"Do you want me to return it?"
Blood rushed to the younger man's cheeks.
"No. Keep it. Hmph."
Masamune laughed at his silly behavior.
"Do you remember when..."
