The evening was peaceful and quiet. Both Sokka and Azula spent it together with their parents. Locked in separate rooms with their mother or dad. Azula was locked in the room with Ursa, while Sokka had to spend it locked with Hakoda. This precaution was used just in case they decided to once again run away and get lost in savage passion. There were no windows in the rooms they stayed, that meant the only exit was through angry parent guarding door and another one on other side of the doors. No one wanted for something like what happened today to repeat it once again. So Sokka and Azula spend entire evening and night with one of parents lecturing them about how proper people live and where they need to do it.
The morning has come and it was time to prepare for the main event. After Sokka and Azula were found the wilderness lost in the passion it was decided that there is no time to waste before those fool get them into even greater trouble and that Ozai already had done all paperwork when he was preparing to marry Azula to Chan. Ozai swore that he is going to marry his daughter one way or another ignoring who it would be: Chan or Sokka. So, since everything was ready for civil marriage both families agreed that its best to proceed with marriage instead of making big celebration to marry in church. Once they tied their lives in law they can think about marriage in church before the god. And since Azula will be marring in to other family, it will be that family responsibility to make sure she acted properly and don't fuck in the wilderness like some savage animal scaring local flora and fauna with her indecent acts.
So once the time has come to visit to townhall both Sokka and Azula were released from the rooms where they were locked and after short time to wash up and dress up both families took their own cars and drove there. Both Sokka and Azula spent entire time in silence since no one told them where they were going and were just spirited away without explanation. Only after they reached their destination and once again met, they both understood what will happen and strange smirk creeped into Azula's face for a second before she composed herself.
A courier girl was waiting for Ozai at the top of stairs and presented a package to him when she saw him. It was a bouquet of flowers and small red box. Ozai accepted them and moved towards Azula, who had her arms locked with Ursa just in case she tried to run away, and presented the flowers to her. Same was with Sokka who was led by Kya, but he only received angry stares from Ozai.
Everyone entered the townhall and moved to ceremonial hall where clerk was already waiting for them and after short speech they were presented with legal paper to sign. Azula was the first one to take the pen and after several seconds staring at Sokka and pretending to consider if she really wanted to do it, she Azula signed the paper with a smirk that made Sokka gulp. Next it was Sokka's turn to consider if he wanted to tie his life with that crazy girl. Sokka looked into her eyes as if looking for answer there and after entire minute, after Ozai kicked him in the leg, Sokka signed the document. Then the clerk presented them with cushion with two rings on it. Sokka took a ring and put it on Azula's finger and after that Azula took another ring and put it on Sokka's finger. With that done the formal ceremony was finished and everyone left the townhall and moved to Ozai's place to celebrate disaster averted.
Everyone was happy. Well… the happy level was different amount different people. Some were happy while some were indifferent and just glad that that madness was contained or at least that it no longer was their headache.

Chan was late. He was late to his own marriage because he overslept after wild party, he threw to celebrate his future marriage. That being said his parents were extremely angry about his ordeal. It took a couple hours just to wake up that fool and another to make that fool presentable. It was a lot of wasted time and the old admiral couldn't tolerate such delays. It was already past noon when they prepared and arrived at Ozai's place to do the thing. They found Azula sitting in handing chair in the yard and Chan took a small box with the ring, opened, and moved toward Azula to do as was told to him.
"Will you marry me?" Chan kneed before Azula and asked the important question.
"No!" Azula's response was quick.
"W…. hhhh….aaaaa…tttt?" Chan started to shutter.
"No. I said no." Azula smirked at the fool kneeing before her. Chan was left speechless and just stared at Azula, turned to his parent, and once again returned back to stare at Azula.
"Move along, fool." Azula sipped her drink and started to ignore the fool still kneeing before her.
"Azula, didn't your parents talk to you about it?" Admiral Chan asked Azula and then his jaw hit the ground when Sokka come to sit in same hanging chair and she kissed him.
"Who are those people, darling?" Sokka asked Azula after she finished kissing him and made Chan family very uncomfortable. He understood what may be happening here, but decided to fool with them a little bit.
"What just happened?" Chan's mother asked because she was the first one to recover and pick her jaw from the ground while her two fools still stood open mouthed.
"Don't you kiss your husband?" Sokka asked Chan's mother then and kissed Azula to demonstrate his feeling for her. Chan, the fool who was still kneeing with his jaw wide open, fell on the ground with mouth still open and after several seconds stood up and started to leave the place.
"Ok … good bye."
"We are not done here!" Admiral Chan grabbed his son's hand and stopped him, then he handled him to his wife and went to look for Ozai to clear things. He found Ozai sitting with some other man he couldn't recognize, but if what that boy kissing Azula told was true it must be that boy's father and they were enjoying drinks.
"Ozai… what is the current situation?" Old Chan addressed Ozai and he could see that Ozai was already tipsy.
"You are late." Ozai turned to look at old admiral. "Your son was missing so I moved down the list. I told I would marry my daughter one way or another." Ozai finished his glass.
"Do you want a drink?" Hakoda offered glass of vodka and the admiral finished it in one gulp.
"Thanks. I am going to leave now."
"See you later." Ozai gulped another glass of drink that Hakoda poured for everyone.

"Are you happy now?" Sokka looked at Azula. They were still sitting in hanging chair after Chan's family left. It was quite funny to watch entire exchange and mess with them knowing they couldn't change anything.
"Yes." Azula gave Sokka another kiss.
"So, what now that you reached your goal of getting out of your arranged marriage with Chan and married me." Sokka hold Azula in his arms. "Your scheme finished successfully."
"You are mistaken if you think me getting out of arranged marriage with Chan was the final goal of my scheme." Azula once again kissed Sokka.
"So, what is your goal? Don't tell me; you wanted to become my wife." Sokka thought about the things that happened.
"Correct!" Azula awarded Sokka another kiss.
"No way!" Sokka didn't expected this answer. "When?"
"It happened a long time ago. I planned to do it the natural way, but father's plan for arranged marriage forced me to take extreme measures." Azula took Sokka's face in her hands and looked into his eyes. They stayed that way for some time just gazing into each other.
"Yeah, you really took the things to extreme." Sokka broke the silence.
"It's my wife duty to be your wife and I couldn't let for anything else to happen." Azula continued her story.
"Your wife duty to become my wife?" Sokka was a bit confused with that sentence and couldn't wrap his mind around it.
"I was your wife before becoming your wife!" Azula kissed Sokka. This entire conversation turned into strange make out session.
"Now you don't make any sense! How could you be my wife without becoming my wife?" Sokka's rational mind couldn't comprehend what kind of nonsense his wife was talking. At same time two pairs of eyes where seeing this strange exchange from the side.
"I knew that my daughter was strange, but it looks like this marriage make her totally lost it!" Ursa talked with Kya while watching their kids demonstrate their love for everyone to see.
"That's just what love makes you do. She says sweet nothings." Kya sipped from her glass and enjoyed the show.
"I was your wife in previous life so its natura that in this life I was already your wife before becoming your wife." Azula purred to Sokka's ear before lightly biting on it.
"My what?" Sokka was completely lost.
"Your wife!" Azula smirked to Sokka. "And since I was your wife in previous life, I couldn't let anyone else, but me to become your wife in this life."
"How long do you know that you were my wife in previous life?" Sokka was almost afraid to ask this question, but after several minutes found the courage.
"For some time already. I knew about it when we were still in school, but couldn't openly confess it to you. After all one doesn't simply go to the boy and tell him that you were his wife in previous life and are going to marry him. Everyone would have though I was crazy and maybe even locked me in mental asylum and just to be safe my mother would have tried to poison you and dad murder you." Azula's story was interrupted by Ursa spitting her drink all over Ozai who was passing by before she started to choke from what she just heard. Kya helped Ursa to recover before she found and followed the light at the end of tunnel.
"So, I had to take slow and steady route and make sure no other girl could claim what was rightfully mine." Azula ignored drama unfolding before her eyes and continued her story.
"No wonder my love life was so strange in the last year before we have gone to the university." Sokka thought loudly.
"Remember you are mine forever and not even death could separate us." Azula hugged Sokka and started to make out.
"That's quite interesting story you got here. I just got something for you for this matter." Kya came to Sokka and Azula after she led Ursa to sit on sofa in the house. "Some random person was handling out leaflets and gave it to me. Maybe you should try it out."
"Do you want to know your future or maybe the past? Don't waste your time thinking about what was or could happen and visit Nikomina Natasery's fortune telling salon. First session free with this leaflet. Number of free sessions are limited so don't waste your time thinking if you should go or you will lose your chance!" Azula read out laud.
"Sound interesting." Sokka replied to Azula and after few minutes they stood up and decided to she who that fortune teller was.

It took quite some time to find the place. Sokka and Azula had to walk around dozen building before they found the entrance to fortune teller's place. That place looked like what you would expect from fortune teller salon: darkness lingered in every corner making things hard to see and the only lightning was provided by candle light that just strengthened mysterious aura this place had. Small gnome like person with eye patch and with creepy perverted smile on his face was sitting at the reception desk and greeted Sokka and Azula.
"Welcome to the mysterious Nikomina Natasery's fortunetelling and magic salon. How could I help you today?" The green dressed man addressed newcomers.
"We got this leaflet and decided to check your place. Is the mistress available?" Azula presented leaflet to the man.
"Yes, yes,… You are very lucky. She is currently available. Normally you would need to register and wait for quite some time, but not today! She currently has free time to welcome such cute couple." The short man started to sing his song and after shooting glance at his journal he left his place and led Sokka and deeper inside. There in the darkest room illuminated only by couple of candles from each side sat the mistress near her table with classical crystal ball standing on it and dark hood hiding half her face that only her lips could be barely seen.
"Welcome! I have been expecting you!" Nikomina addressed Sokka and Azula.
"I bet she says same thing to other." Azula whispered to Sokka.
"You are right Azula. I say same line to everyone." The fortune teller giggled and two pairs of eyes stared at her. "Please take seat and I will tell you your future or do you want to know more about your past?"
The fortune teller extended her hands and started to wave them adobe crystal ball who started to shine while at same time white mist started to descend on everyone.
"I see … I see… a hare is running through forest with your bra." Fortune teller started her story.
"I want to know about our past lives and not current lives." Sokka interrupted the woman.
"Oh… ok. Could you please sit closer together and hold your wife hand, Sokka? This is needed to initate contact." Nikomina addressed Sokka and Sokka did as was told. The crystal ball once again started to shine.
"Ah, I see it now. You are bound by the red string of fate. It will tangle and stretch, but can't be broken. You were married to each other in previous life and are bound to stay together forever. You lived in another world and were prince and princess. Could you start to kiss? It is needed to reinforce the connection. Its very blurry and hard to see." Sokka and Azula decided to play strange woman's game and kissed each other.
"Then your world turned around… One kiss isn't enough could you do it entire time?" Sokka and Azula complied.
"Yes, yes. The view is clearer now. You were from opposing sides of war thorn world, but during the fateful meeting both of your world were destined to change. You, my boy, become great fighter and beat up a lot of other people and your wife loved you for that… Sokka could you place your hand on her chest and massage it for better contact." Sokka once again complied with it.
"Yes, yes…" Nikomina raised her voice. "You were her love slave and she was your princess. You traveled the world visiting lots of culture buildings like arenas and so. Your love was so hot and forbidden that it burned bright like golden blue flame… and brought fruits that … Could you undress for better contact with past lives? All those clothes make it hard to see it." Nikomina smirked at the lovers.
"Just want kind of place this is that needs us to fuck before the crystal ball?" Azula looked directly at the creepy woman.
"Yes, yes. Do it like they do on the discovery channel for the highest resolution…" Nikomina screamed from joy.
"Thanks, but we just remembered that we need to go some other place. People are waiting for us." Azula and Sokka stood up and left the place.

"That place is total scam!" Azula addressed Sokka after they run away from that creepy place and were in their car driving home. "Nothing like that happened in what I saw in previous life."
"That place was creepy!" Sokka agreed to Azula and they both were glad that they managed to leave that place before some strange things happened there.
