This is only a sneak peak but before we start this, I'm going to be rewriting the entire True Evil series from top to bottom. While I'm proud of the battles and a few plots, the old story is cringe to read whenever I try to reread it myself. Plus, I was a noob writer back then; and my taste, like a Bakugan, has evolved. While this sneak peak is the end goal, I really have to go back and rework it cause I noticed something just seemed to... happen, in the originally trilogy. Which means this might not be the final version of the long-awaited conclusion.

But regardless, I hope you enjoy this little snippet of the final battle against the enemy I've been building up for so long. Most of the battle has been cut out due to me not wanting to spoil too much, so keep that in mind.

Sneak Peak - Chapter: ?

With over a million different attacks having hit the same target, it caused an explosion and a dust cloud from Genesis Dharaknoid's location.

Dan: That's right, ya like that?

Genesis Dharaknoid: (Within the smoke, his eyes suddenly glow) Like what?

With a simple flex of his body and power, the cloud dissipated. Showing that despite all that power, Genesis Dharaknoid had taken very little, if any, damage. Surprising everyone present.

Drago: Impossible!

Skyress: Over a million different attacks...

Nemus: All six Attributes...

Tigrerra: And not a scratch.

Genesis Dharaknoid: (smirks) ... my turn. (He suddenly explodes with immense energy, creating wind that blew against the Brawlers and their allies) Genesis Photon.

Using a move that looked similar to Photon Gladiator, Genesis Dharaknoid released thick beams from his shoulder cannons and aimed them at every generic Bakugan opponent. These twin beams either came into contact with a Bakugan, defeating it instantaneously with an explosion before/after; or ran along the ground, and still defeated excess Bakugan with the explosion that generated. The only ones still standing were main character Bakugan, who while heavily damaged, had the endurance to survive such an attack.

Thankfully, this attack only returned Bakugan to ball form, yet they all fell in a similar fashion when Naga overloaded an entire army with negative energy... only this was different. This wasn't overwhelming Bakugan with a cheap tactic... this was Genesis Dharaknoid's own power. This caused every ally of the Brawlers, even the Battle Brawlers themselves, to shiver in fear. This was definitely something they did not expect.

Julio: He... took out...

Komba: A million... Bakugan...

Chan Lee: With... one attack!

Genesis Dharaknoid: Don't feel too bad... that wasn't even close to full power.

Jaws would drop if those facing Genesis Dharaknoid weren't paralyzed upon that flex. That wasn't his full strength? But if he could that with a mere fraction of his power... what else was this Bakugan capable off?

Harpus: Well... we're screwed.

The only remaining Bakugan left were Razenoid, Hydranoid, Helios and Drago himself; the others having already been defeated.

Genesis Dharaknoid: Finally. Some bonding time with my son and "favorite" nephew. And you brought my 2 best flunkies to the party.

He was of course; referring to Razenoid, Drago, Helios and Hydranoid in that order. All four of these Bakugan looked at one of the 2 creators of all Bakugan with intense hatred. If calling Humans, Vestals, Neathians and Gundalians demeaning names; and going as far as to attack them as well wasn't bad enough... this "father" of all Bakugan also made it a point to curb stomp and continuously taunt and mock his fellow Bakugan without care nor remorse. Whether it be the choices they made or the faults of their own actions... it was like they were nothing to him... meant nothing to him.

Helios: There's only gonna be ONE side left when this is over, creep!

Hydranoid (Left head): And to be clear...

Hydranoid (Middle head): It will not...

Hydranoid (Right head): Be you!

Genesis Dharaknoid: Oh really, can you promise me that?

Drago: Don't you worry, uncle. We'll grantee it!

Razenoid: 100%. Or your money back!

Despite putting up a good fight, the 4 of them laid on the ground of the streets, slowly trying to get back to their feet. This was insane! Even with every Brawer and their Bakugan that the Battle Brawlers ever met, combined with the million other Bakugan and battlers from around the world that joined to fight; it still wasn't enough to match Genesis Dharaknoid's incredible level of power. Like he said, it was like they were fighting a God.

Genesis Dharaknoid: (lands from the sky) Now... do you understand? This "bond" you all share, is nothing more than bedtime story that Code Eve would sing to us before bed?... There IS no bond! Just a means to an end. The truth is, neither side gave a rats behind about the other, and only used each other, no matter how many times we remade the universe. The mortal races are nothing but wasted potential, petty-minded fools who can't blame everything else.

The remaining Brawlers Bakugan start attempting to find balance and eventually stand.

Razenoid: That's rich, coming from you.

Genesis Dharaknoid: (growls) What did you say?

Helios: It was YOU who walked away first, just because you didn't get your way.

Hydranoid (Left head): So doesn't that...

Hydranoid (Middle head): Make you...

Hydranoid (Right head): Just as petty?

Genesis Dharaknoid: (growls angrily) SILENCE!

Razenoid: We've learned to let go of OUR differences.

Helios: And embrace them to become stronger... together.

Drago: And that alone... is why you've always failed...

3 of the 4 Bakugan who dared defy Genesis Dharaknoid suddenly glow slightly, with multi-colored aura surrounding their bodies. For some reason; Razenoid, Helios and Hydranoid were glowing.

Nurzak: The light of the Sacred Orb!

Fabia: But, why? That doesn't... (she gasps, remembering the odd sentence from the last page of the Ancient Text that Nuzark spoke of just before the big battle started)

-FLASHBACK-

Nurzak: When the Shadows join with the Light, only then will the world be rid of the True Darkness.

-END FLASHBACK-

Now it all made sense!

Fabia: Razenoid... Helios... Hydranoid...

Marucho: Fabia?

Fabia: And Drago...

Julie: What about them?

Fabia: The Shadows that rejoin the Light, don't you get it? Its them!

In that context, it made sense to everyone else. The 3 Shadows, those meant the formerly evil Darkus Bakugan. Now they had joined Pyrus Drago, the Light... to stop the True Darkness, Genesis Dharaknoid... It was a prophecy!

Genesis Dharaknoid: It doesn't matter. Whatever riddles that glowing Ping-Pong ball wrote in her diary eons ago won't save you or your tail-less monkeys'! (His shoulder cannons open up, then quickly fires Genesis Gladiator, hitting all four of his opponents. This makes a giant cloud of dust, blocking vision of everyone) So much for your strong family bond...

As the dust slowly cleared; it showed Helios, Razenoid and Hydranoid standing in front of Drago; having blocked the attack with their bodies. Speaking of bodies, their's appeared... different.
