Author's Note: On Sunday November 29th 2020, my mother suffered a massive heart attack and passed away. Despite the fact that she had been diagnosed with ALS two years ago, her death was very sudden and unexpected, as her disease had not progressed to the point where we could have expected her to leave us in the coming year. That it happened so close to the holidays, which was the favorite time of the year for her and myself, makes the blow all the more difficult to bare. As such, I hope you can all understand why I haven't updated in awhile. I know how you have all been looking forward to reading what happens next, and I am sorry that I can't make any promises as to when I will update. I will try to get an update up sometime during the Christmas season, but again, I can't make any promises.
