Stephanie comes back to Trenton after a death of someone very special to help with a family situation with her nieces. The 'Wind' finally worked it's magic.

In OFTM it was said that Steph and Joe had seen one another four or five times from a distance since the day she ran him over with her Buick. This is my sort of AU version of our faves having some interaction during those times. For Carol and Kimmy and all the Cupcakes. One shot.
